SHORELINE 4X4 INSTRUCTIONS
EXTREME SERIES BULLBAR
1. Auto electrical work should be carried out by a competent person. Vehicle
wire colours are listed as a guide only and may vary on some makes and
models.
2. The function of each wire should be checked before any connections are
made.
3. All wires tapped into should be soldered and then insulated with electrical
tape or heat shrink.
4. Grounding/Earth points must always be connected to the factory grounding
points, not to the battery negative terminal. See owner’s manual.
5. Using only a LED test light, test all electrical components of the vehicle before
and after wiring.
This is to ensure everything works correctly.
6. the installation of large or light-coloured antennas or aerials to the
front of a bull bar as this may cause the lane departure system to malfunction.
Only a competent person should perform accessory installations. It is the
responsibility of this person to ensure correct fitment.
• Whilst working on this vehicle, always use appropriate safety equipment.
• Read and understand instructions fully before commencing fitment.
• Check the hardware supplied against the contents list on the following pages.
• Do not use this product for any vehicle make or model other than specified in
these instructions.
• This product and or hardware must not be modified in any way. Do not
remove labels from this product.
• Recording the batch number on the customer’s job card is good practice for
future reference, or complete the information below and file with customer job
card.
Care
• To maintain the finish of the product, wash regularly using a PH neutral car
wash, hose off and
• chamois dry.
• Do not use acidic or alkaline cleaners.
• Plastic components can be maintained with a silicone spray or similar (non-
acidic or alkaline based).
• Ironman 4x4 recovery points are FEA tested during design and destruction
tested during development
• to establish the Working Load Limits (WLL).
• recovery points have been designed as a matching pair, supplied as right and
left sides for vehicle-specific fitment.
• Do not use this recovery point for any other vehicle make or model other than
the one intended.
• Do not alter or modify the recovery point in any way. Doing so may
compromise the strength and integrity of the recovery point.
• It is advised to use an equalising or bridle strap. Failure to do so
correctly can result in recovery point fatigue or bending and void your
warranty.
• Never use a single recovery point combined with a side load pull.
•
Recovery Points are designed for a straight-line pull, by pulling on an angle or
sideways pull may result in a reduction of the WLL.

1. Congratulations on purchasing your very own Shoreline
4x4 Extreme Series Bullbar. To start, clear an area around
the front of your car and unwrap the bar.
2. Remove the top clips holding the grill cover. Take care as
these are quite brittle.
3. With the grill cover removed, you can remove the two
screws holding the top of the grill to the radiator support.
4. Carefully pop the grill away where it meets the bumper.
This can take a bit of force.

5. Next, remove the bolts securing the top of the bumper
that are now visible with the grill removed.
6. Undo the bolts hoding the inner wheel liner to the
bumper.
7. Carefully pop the ares away from the bumper. These will
be trimmed later on.
8. With the bolts removed, pull the bumper off of the Triton,
remembering to disconnect the fog light wiring.

9. Carefully trim the air damsto sit ush with the intercooler
piping.
10.Unbolt and dispose of the metal bracket as shown.
11.With the bolts and washers pretted, slide and mount the
adaptor brackets to the chassis as shown.
12.Now mount the winch cradle to the bolts in the adaptor
brackets. You will need a long spanner to hold the bolt
head while you tighten the lock nuts from the front.
Updated Design- You cut the end of front reo rec tube off after the
end of the bracket, also helps you slide on.

13.Unscrew and remove the plastic trim under the
headlights as shown.
14.Remove the factory washer bottle located under the
passenger side headlights. You will be left with the wiring
and the water hose loose as seen in the photo.
15.Mount the new washer bottle bracket as shown. The
bracket ts between the bonnet stop and the bonnet
stay clip.
16.Route the wiring and water hose to the new washer
bottle. You may need to extend the water hose using the
supplied clear tubing.

17.Cut and solder new wires to the factory washer motor
wiring as an extension. Fit blade crimps to the end ready
to connect to the new pump. NOTE: Green is the positive
wire in the factory wiring.
18.Trim the inner wheel liner as shown, following the angle
of the metal.
19.Mark and trim the ares to match the quarter panel.
20.With a helper, mount the bar to the bracket, taking your
time to ensure the bar is level.

21.The bar should have about a 10mm gap between the
headlights and the bar itself.
22.Solder the LED fog lights into the factory wiring.
23.With the bar mounted, ensure that there isn’t any stress
on the washer bottle hose or wiring and tidy with cable
ties.
24.Ret the grill in the reverse order.

25.Mount the supplied bash plate using the supplied
hardware for the front and the factory bolts to secure the
rear.
26.Finally, trim the grill cover to access the replacement
window washer tank and you’re done!
