1. Insert the pole through the wheel

1. Insert the foot pedals onto the pole on each side of the wheel

3. Slide on the metal bushing onto the pole on both sides

4. Insert the handles on either side of the pole

5. Adjust the distance on either side to ensure the wheel is centred and there is even spacing on both
sides

6. Tighten the grub screws with the Allen key provided

7. Weave the Velcro through the pedals
