Step 1: A user goes into the device’s sensor area, the
indicator light will flash to notify detection of the user.
Step 2: If it still detects the user after 3 seconds, the
device will automatically open the valve to perform wet flush
for 3 seconds. Within 45 seconds from this flush, if there
is another user, the device will not perform the wet flush.
This is a smart feature to help save water.
Step 3: The device will wait so that as soon as the user
leaves the sensor area, it will flush automatically to clean the
urinal for 8 seconds.
Urinal sensor flush valve is designed and manufactured
based on infrared sensor principle, thus it is very safe to use.
With its smart features, the urinal sensor valve will bring to
its users a more convenient, modern and comfortable life.

Usage and maintenance
Usage steps

14
Maintenance
The valve should be twisted gently while remov-
ing. Soft fabric should be used to avoid too much
pressure which can make the valve deformed.
Soft fabric made by cotton (or soft paper) should
be used to clean the device. Do not use chemi-
cals or rough materials to clean the device.
High quality batteries with anti-leak protection
should be used for replacement to avoid any
damage to the device.
Notice
Cover maintenance
After operating in moist and dusty environment for a period,
the device’s cover may be foul, it is necessary to clean the
cover to keep the device always clean.
Solenoid valve maintenance
After using for a period, if flushing water becomes weak or
valve leak occurs, it means the device’s flushing valve needs
to be cleaned. This work should be done by technicians.
How to clean the solenoid valve:
Step 1: Remove the cover from the device and disconnect
batteries.
Step 2: Remove the valve wire, place the device’s front cover
at a dry place.
Step 3: Lock the valve’s water supply source.
Step 4: Disconnect the water pipe from the solenoid valve.
Step 5: Use specialized pliers to remove the valve from the
water pipe.
Step 6: Clean the valve filter.
Step 7: Reassemble the device and check its features.
Replace battery for the device
When the indicator light flashes twice for 1 second, it is the
time to replace batteries. The device uses 4 Alkaline
1.5V-AA batteries.

When the infrared sensing component detects a user in
front of the device within the sensing range, the device will
calculate the setting time of 3 seconds (for user stability)
to avoid false detection.

Cycle explanation

16
After the setting time, the device will perform wet flush for
3 seconds. When detecting user leaving the device’s
sensor area, the device will continue clean flush for 8
seconds. Within the next 45 seconds, if the device detects
another user, it only performs clean flush for 8 seconds
after detecting the user leaving the sensor area.
If the device does not detect any use more than 45
seconds from the last use, it will automatically return to
original process. The smart feature of the device helps
save water during use.
If the device does not detect any use after 12 hours from
the last use, it will automatically flush water to rinse the
urinal for 3 seconds. Its smart feature will make the urinal
absolutely clean.

Problem and Solution
Problem 1
If the valve is installed in the opposite direction and the water
supply has a lot of sediment.
If the solenoid valve has not been connected to the controller.
If the problem is not mentioned above.
Check the valve installation based on installation steps of the
user guide.
Connect the solenoid valve to the controller.
Please contact Customer Contact Center or the shop from
which you purchased.
The device does not flush or flushes water continuously.

Solution
Problem 2
If there is any obstacle in the device’s sensor area.
If the device is installed on the opposite of a mirror within 2.5m.
The problem is not mentioned above.
Take the obstacle away from the sensor area.
Move the mirror because it reflects the infrared signal in the
device’s sensing component.
Please contact Customer Contact Center or the shop from
which you purchased.
