REQUIREMENTS FOR TEST
1. INPUT SUPPLY REQUIREMENT
Machine is operated on 230V 50Hz AC input supply.
Supply Voltage must be in the range of 200VAC - 260VAC.
Earthing should be proper.
2. CONNECTION REQUIREMENT
Use proper test lead for “HRD” and “PLT” test types.
Make firm connections on machine side as well as battery side.
Before test check for correct polarity.
TERMINOLOGIES AND MEANING
Test Current - During test run, it is a value of discharge current / Load
applied on Battery Under Test.
This current is constant all over the test.
Cutoff Voltage - For “PLT” test ,
It is a value of voltage level; so that during test run;
if battery voltage goes below this level battery is BAD,
if battery voltage remains above this level battery is GOOD.
For “HRD” test,
It is a value of voltage level; so that during test run;
if battery voltage goes below this level, test will stop.
Test Timer - For “PLT” test, it is a down timer in seconds.
When this value reaches zero, test will stop.
For “HRD” test it is a up counter starting from zero.
if HH:MM LED is off, means timer vlaue is in Minutes : Seconds,
if HH:MM LED is on, means timer value is in Hours : Minutes.
