KEY:PAD™ for PS4™ / SLIM / PRO
PRODUCT INFORMATION
Thank you for choosing snakebyte’s KEY:PAD™. This product is an accessory by snakebyte intended for use
with PS4™ / SLIM / PRO. Please read this guide for important safety and health information and retain it for
future reference.
OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS SB909900
1. Power on PS4™ console.
2. Turn on KEY:PAD™. The LED will blink blue once.
3. Attach KEY:PAD™ to the PS4™ controller.
4. Insert KEY:PAD™-Dongle into the USB port of the PS4™ console and press the "sync button" on KEY:PAD™
within 15 seconds.

NOTE:
Please make sure that KEY:PAD™ and PS4™ console are within 0.5 meters of each other.
5. Blue LED will switch off after successful pairing.
6. Once it has been successfully paired, KEY:PAD™ will connect automatically the next time it is used.
7. A slowly flashing blue LED indicates that KEY:PAD™ has low power and should be recharged, via it's Micro
USB port. A red LED will indicate that KEY:PAD™ is currently being charged. It will switch off after charging is
completed.
8. Turn KEY:PAD™ off when it is not being used to save power.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Please make sure to set language of the External Keyboard to English (United States). You can find the settings
under: SETTINGS/DEVICES/EXTERNAL KEYBOARDS.

• Do not use the the product close to any heat sources.
• Do not subject the product to any liquids and never use it when the product is wet!

CLEANING
• Clean only with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid cleaning solutions, solvents or other chemicals and do not

Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich für snakebyte’s KEY:PAD™ entschieden haben. Bei diesem Produkt handelt es sich
um ein Zubehörteil der Firma snakebyte zur Verwendung mit der PS4™ / SLIM / PRO. Bitte lesen Sie die
folgenden Sicherheitshinweise aufmerksam durch und bewahren Sie die Anleitung auf.

1. PS4™ -Konsole einschalten.
2. KEY:PAD™ einschalten, die LED leuchtet einmal blau.
3. KEY:PAD™ an den PS4™ -Controller anstecken.
4. Den USB-Empfänger an den USB-PORT der PS4™ -Konsole anschliessen und innerhalb von 15 Sekunden die
Synchronisationstaste auf KEY:PAD™ drücken.

HINWEIS:
Bitte sicherstellen, dass PS4™ -Konsole und KEY:PAD™ nicht weiter als 0,5 Meter voneinander entfernt sind.
5. Nach erfolgreicher Synchronisation schaltet sich die blaue LED wieder ab.
6. Nach einmaliger Synchronisation verbindet sich KEY:PAD™ automatisch, wenn es verwendet wird.
7. Eine langsame blinkende, blaue LED signalisiert eine schwache Batterieladung und das KEY:PAD™ am
USB-Stecker an der Vorderseite geladen werden sollte. Während des Ladevorgangs leuchtet die LED rot. Sie
schaltet sich ab, sobald der Ladevorgang beendet ist.
8. Bei Nichtbenutzung KEY:PAD™ ausschalten, um Strom zu sparen.
WICHTIGER HINWEIS:
Bitte sicherstellen, dass die externe Tastatur auf Englisch (USA) gestellt ist. Der Menüpunkt befindet sich unter:
EINSTELLUNGEN/GERÄTE/EXTERNE TASTATUR.
SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
• Setzen Sie das Produkt nicht sehr hohen, oder kalten Temperaturen, hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit, oder direktem
Sonnenlicht aus.
• Verwenden Sie das Produkt nicht in der Nähe von Wärmequellen.

REINIGUNG

ISTRUZIONI DI FUNZIONAMENTO SB909900
1. Accendere la console PS4™.
2. Accendere il KEY:PAD™. La luce LED blu lampeggerà una volta.
3. Collegare il KEY:PAD™ al Controller PS4™.
4. Inserire il KEY:PAD™-Dongle nella porta USB della console PS4™ e premere entro 15 secondi il "sync
button"(pulsante di sincronizzazione) sul KEY:PAD™.
NOTA:
Assicurarsi che il KEY:PAD™ e la console PS4™siano a un massimo di 0,5 metri di distanza l'uno dall'altra.
5. Il LED si spegnerà una volta eseguita l'associazione.
6. Una volta eseguita l'associazione, il KEY:PAD™ si collegherà automaticamente la prossima volta che
verrà usato.
7. La luce blu a LED che lampeggia lentamente indica che il KEY:PAD™ è quasi scarico ed è necessario
ricaricarlo mediante la porta USB Micro. La luce a LED rossa indica che il KEY:PAD™ è in carica. Questa si
spegnerà al termine della ricarica.
8. Spegnere il KEY:PAD™quando non è in uso per risparmiare energia.
NOTA IMPORTANTE:
Assicurarsi di impostare la lingua della tastiera esterna sull'inglese (Stati Uniti). È possibile trovare le
impostazioni seguendo questo percorso:
SETTINGS/DEVICES/EXTERNAL KEYBOARDS. (IMPOSTAZIONI/DISPOSITIVI/TASTIERE ESTERNE).
PRECAUZIONI DI SICUREZZA
• Non esporre il prodotto a temperature estremamente calde o fredde, né all’umidità o alla luce solare
diretta.
• Non usare il prodotto vicino a fonti di calore.
• Non esporre il prodotto a liquidi ed evitare assolutamente di utilizzarlo nel caso in cui esso sia bagnato!
• Non appoggiare oggetti pesanti sul prodotto.
• Non lanciare o far cadere il prodotto.
• Non tentare di smontare, aprire, revisionare o modificare il prodotto. Ciò potrebbe comportare il rischio
di shock elettrico, guasti, incendi o altri pericoli.
PULIZIA
• Pulire solamente con un panno morbido e asciutto. Evitare soluzioni per la pulizia, solventi o altre
sostanze chimiche, e non tentare di pulire i connettori, poiché ciò potrebbe danneggiare il prodotto.

1. Démarrer la console PS4™ .
2. Allumer le KEY:PAD™. L’éclairage bleu LED clignotera une fois.
3. Raccorder le KEY:PAD™ à la manette PS4™.
4. Insérer le Dongle du KEY:PAD™ dans le port USB de la console PS4™ et appuyer sur le « bouton sync » du
KEY:PAD™ dans les 15 secondes.

REMARQUE:
Veuillez vous assurer que le KEY:PAD™ et la console PS4™ soient à une distance de moins de 0,5 mètres.
5. L’éclairage bleu LED s’éteindra après l’appairage.
6. Une fois bien associé, le KEY:PAD™ se connectera automatiquement lors de la prochaine utilisation.
7. Un éclairage bleu LED clignotant lentement indique que le KEY:PAD™ a un niveau de batterie faible et qu’il
doit être rechargé via le Micro port USB. Un éclairage rouge LED indique que le KEY:PAD™ est en cours de
chargement. Une fois qu'il a été rechargé complètement, il s’éteindra.
8. Éteindre le KEY:PAD™ quand il n’est pas utilisé pour économiser de l’énergie.
REMARQUE IMPORTANTE :
Veuillez régler la langue du clavier externe sur Anglais (United States). Vous trouverez les paramètres sous:
PARAMÈTRES/APPAREILS/CLAVIERS EXTERNES (SETTINGS/DEVICES/EXTERNAL KEYBOARDS).
PRÉCAUTIONS DE SÉCURITÉ
• Ne pas exposer le produit à des températures extrêmes, à une humidité excessive ou aux rayons du soleil.
• Ne pas utiliser le produit à proximité d’une source de chaleur quelle qu’elle soit.

1. Encienda la consola PS4™.

la configuración en: AJUSTES/DISPOSITIVOS/TECLADOS EXTERNOS.
PRECAUCIONES DE SEGURIDAD

Por favor tenha a certeza de estabelecer a língua do teclado externo para English (United States). Pode
achar as configurações em: SETTINGS/DEVICES/EXTERNAL KEYBOARDS.
