1 Unscrew 3 screws and take o the chain guard
casing.
2 Unzip the cover and disconnect the headlight
wire connector, bending the wire connector
latch.
3 Unscrew the screw which xes the headlight
to the bracket, take o the headlight and pull
out the headlight wire.
4 Unscrew all the M6 screws which secures the
cover to the frame and take the cover o.
5 Unscrew 6 M8 screws, which mounts the
engine bracket to the frame and remove the
cover.

TRACKSLED REVERSE GEAR INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION

6 Move the engine bracket forward.
7 Unscrew the driven star and take o the chain.
8 Unscrew 2 M6 screws and remove the chain
guard.
9 Unscrew 4 engine-securing M8 nuts and take
o 2 guide bushings.
10 Remove the CVT belt.
11 Loosen the screw, which xes the brake cable
to the brake caliper and disconnect the brake
cable.

12 Remove the cable from the parking lever.
13 Remove the plastic fasteners of the parking
brake and wiring.
14 Lift the engine over the engine bracket.
15 Take o the engine bracket assembly with the
shaft and the CVT driven pulley.
16 Insert 4 engine-securing screws with nuts
(1) in the engine bracket. Place the engine
bracket assembly with the reverse gear and
CVT driven pulley on the tracksled. Insert 6
engine bracket-securing screws (2).

17 Remove the nuts from the engine-securing
bolts and return the engine to its original
place. Insert 2 guide bushings into engine
oblong holes. Place 4 M8 washers on the
engine-securing bolts and put on 4 M8 nuts.
18 Move the engine to set the distance between
the CVT pulleys centers to 265mm.

19 Rotate the engine to set the drive CVT pulley
parallel to the driven CVT pulley.
20 Tighten 4 engine-securing nuts.
21 Put the belt on the CVT pulleys.
22 Install the driven sprocket and the chain.
23 Tighten the chain and the engine bracket-
securing bolts.
24 Place the lug of the new cable into the parking
brake handle.

25 Loosen the parking brake cable near the
lever completely. Make sure the lever is easy
to press, and that the lever and the parking
brake cable return to the initial position easily.
In case parking brake lever does not move
easily, lubricate the cable or change it.
26 Loosen the bolt (1) and pull out the cable to
set the necessary gap between the calipers
and the brake disk.

27 Tighten the bolt (1) and check how the parking
brake lever works. Loosen the brake support
bracket nuts (2) and adjust the brake calipers
position relative to the brake disk.

28 Drill 6mm holes in the handlebar, 12.2 inches
(31.5cm) from the handlebar edge, for the
reverse switch installation.
29 Lay the reverse switch cable over the frame
and the handlebar and secure it with plastic
fasteners.
30 Secure the reverse switch lever to the
handlebar frame using the previously drilled
hole and set the reverse switch into “forward”
position.
31 Loosen the lock-nut (2), tighten the adjusting
screw (1). Unscrew the cable xing nut (3).

32 Move the lever (4) all the way down and make
sure that the forward gear is turned on by
rotating the CVT driven pulley.

33 Loosen the bolts (5) and slide the bracket (6)
down to create substantial spring tension.
Tighten the bolts (5).

34 Tighten the cable and the xing nut (3).
35 Create the necessary tension with adjusting
screw (2) and tighten the lock nun (1).
36 Move the reverse switch into “go back”
position and make sure that the reverse gear
is turned on by rotating the CVT driven pulley.
37 Install the chain guard on the engine bracket
and tighten the two M6 screws.
38 Put the cover on the headlight bracket.

39 Fix the headlight to the bracket, thread the
wire through the cover hole
40 Connect the headlight wire connector to the
wiring connector, secure the cable to the
frame with the plastic fasteners.
41 Tuck the cover under the chain guard.
42 Secure the cover and the front mudguard with
screws.

44 Secure the cover with the screw behind the
chain guard.
45 Pull on the right side of the cover and secure it
with velcro.
43 Pull on the left side of the cover and secure it
with velcro.

46 Install the cover support bracket and secure it
with screws on the top left and top right sides.
47 Secure the cover with screws near the chain
guard.
48 Secure the cover on the bottom right and
bottom left sides.
49 Install the shutter between the engine
compartment and the cargo compartment.
50 Install the chain guard casing.
