INTRODUCTION
Thank you for choosing Sonodyne. By choosing the Micro HTS, you are ensured a natural sound
reproduction. The Micro HTS is a complete home theatre speaker system with a powered subwoofer.
The package consists:
• 4 x MICRO 3001 main speakers and surround speakers
• 1 x MICRO 3002 center speaker
• 1 x ROARR 1108 powered subwoofer
UNPACKING
Your carton contains:
• 2 x 2 packs of Micro 3001 speaker (4 pcs)
• 1 x Micro 3002
• 1 x Roarr 1108
Each 2-pack Micro 3001 contains
• 2 x Micro 3001 speaker
• 2 x mounting bracket
• 1 x owners manual
Each Micro 3002 contains
• 1 x Micro 3002 speaker
• 1 x mounting bracket
• 1 x owners manual
• 1 x paper template
The ROARR 1108 contains
• 1 x Roarr 1108 powered subwoofer
• 4 x spikes and base
• 1 x mains cord
• 1 x tightening lever
• 1 x owners manual
For details on Micro3001 and Micro 3002, please refer to the operating manuals given above.
For details on Roarr 1108, please refer to the operating manual in the carton.
SPEAKER POSITIONING
For positioning the Micro 3001 main left and right speakers, place them at ear level, with at least
6 - 8 ft between and angled slightly toward the listening position or the sweet spot. For positioning the
Micro 3001 surround left and surround right speakers, place the speakers to the left and right of your
listening position. Angle them so that they point towards you for the best sound. If side placement is
not possible, place them a few foot behind your listening position and face them forward. For details of
mounting, please refer to the manual of Micro 3001. Experiment for best results.
For positioning the Micro 3002 center speaker place it at ear level, in the middle between the left and
right speakers. For details of mounting, please refer to the manual of Micro 3002.
CONNECTIONS
Please connect your AV source to your AV amplifier; this could be through HDMI or optical or coaxial
cables; please refer to your AVR guide for this setup
Please connect the 4 x Micro 3001 speakers to the left, right, surround left and surround right channels
and the Micro 3002 to the center channels of your AV receiver, with speaker wires, as shown in the
connection diagram. Please ensure that the correct polarity (+ to + and – to -) is maintained between
AV receiver output and speaker input while making the connections.
Also please connect the subwoofer out of the AV receiver to either left or right input of Roarr 1108 with
an RCA to RCA cable.

SET-UP
To setup the levels, preferably through test tone, please refer to the AVR guide
Please set the L, C, R, LS, RS channels as SMALL SPEAKERS
Please ensure that the sound setting on your AVR is Dolby Digital / DTS / 5.1 mode (the AVR guide
should serve in setting this mode)
Please make sure that post setup there is no audible distortion from any of the speakers.
