Product Warning
sculpted eers™can fail to customize properly if the units are stored in
a hot environment
To ensure ideal product performance, unopened sculpted eers™must
be stored in a cool environment, 0°C (32°F) to 23°C (73°F), for at least
3 hours prior to initial custom fitting.
If such an environment is unavailable or to shorten waiting time, the
user may place unopened sculpted eers™unit in a refrigerator for 30
minutes or more prior to initial custom fitting. Please note that the
product may be stored in a refrigerator for any length of time. Cold
temperature does not affect product fitting performance in any manner.
Failure to follow these guidelines may compromise the initial fitting
process and void the warranty.
Once the sculpted eers™have been custom fitted to the user’s ears,
there are no special temperature considerations.
