Welcome to the SonoFit™
Custom Fitting Experience
Be sure to find an eers™ Animator as they will assist you in the
custom fittng process to ensure a perfect fit.
Everything you need to create your eers™ is included in this kit.
Once you start the process, you will be assisted through 3 quick
and easy steps and will have custom-molded earphones in
just minutes.
Note: You will need approximately 10 minutes to complete
the whole process.
Let’s get started!
Step 1
Getting Positioned
The SonoFit™ Custom Fitting System will be
gently positioned on your head and adjusted
to your ears using the adjustable band.
The fitting system will be oriented vertically
and centered on your head. You should feel
a snug fit to your head and make sure the
earpiece feels deeply inserted, centered
and comfortable.

Great! Let’s move to Step 2.

Step 2
Start Shaping
This step will only take 4 minutes.
To start the molding process, your Animator
will flip the start tab on each side. Once you
hear each click, your sculpted eers™ will
begin to shape.
Note: You may feel the expansion in your
ears for the first 30-45 seconds. It may
feel strange at first but don’t worry, it’s
perfectly normal.
For the next 4 minutes, sit still and relax.

Note: Movement of the head and jaw may
affect the quality of the fit. It is very important
to stay still.

Step 3
Your eers™Are Done!
Time’s up! Carefully remove your fitting system.
You will get to see the unique shape of your
earbud. Everyone’s ear canal shape is unique
and different, like fingerprints.
Your Animator will now complete your new
earphone setup by removing the earphones
out of the fitting system and connecting on
the faceplates.
Your custom-molded earphones are ready
to take home!

NOTE TO CONNIE: We reccommend not adding the
activation tab step since this will be done by the animator
