Welcome to the SonoFit™
Custom Fitting Experience
Be sure to find an eers™ Animator as they will assist you in the
custom fittng process to ensure a perfect fit.
Everything you need to create your eers™ is included in this kit.
Once you start the process, you will be assisted through 3 quick
and easy steps and will have custom-molded earphones in
just minutes.
Note: You will need approximately 10 minutes to complete
the whole process.
Let’s get started!
Step 1
Getting Positioned
The SonoFit™ Custom Fitting System will be
gently positioned on your head and adjusted
to your ears using the adjustable band.
The fitting system will be oriented vertically
and centered on your head. You should feel
a snug fit to your head and make sure the
earpiece feels deeply inserted, centered
and comfortable.

Great! Let’s move to Step 2.

Step 2
Start Shaping
This step will only take 4 minutes.
To start the molding process, your Animator
will flip the start tab on each side. Once you
hear each click, your sculpted eers™ will
begin to shape.
Note: You may feel the expansion in your
ears for the first 30-45 seconds. It may
feel strange at first but don’t worry, it’s
perfectly normal.
For the next 4 minutes, sit still and relax.

Note: Movement of the head and jaw may
affect the quality of the fit. It is very important
to stay still.

Step 3
Your eers™Are Done!
Time’s up! Carefully remove your fitting system.
You will get to see the unique shape of your
earbud. Everyone’s ear canal shape is unique
and different, like fingerprints.
Your Animator will now complete your new
earphone setup by removing the earphones
out of the fitting system and connecting on
the faceplates.
Your custom-molded earphones are ready
to take home!

What You Are Getting
High Performance Sound
Our sculpted eers™ Custom-Molded Earphones leverage an
electroacoustics design that uses tuned dynamic speakers to ensure a
high quality frequency response in the case of the PCS-100 (single driver
with enhanced bass), or a premium dual balanced armature speaker with
crossover for exceptional sound quality (PCS-200). This also results in
unparalleled isolation from ambient noise and excellent acoustic coupling
with the ear to enhance your listening experience.
Ultimate Personalized Comfort
Custom fitting is done instantly using the SonoFit™ Custom Fitting System.
Medical grade proprietary silicone provides superb comfort for extended
use and a secure fit that ensures the earpiece will not fall out even during
the most intense activities.
Safe Listening
Isolates the sound you want to hear from the noise you don’t want to hear,
allowing you the ability to safely listen at a fraction of the volume you are
used to.

Wear + Removal
. The earphone faceplates are labeled with
an “L” to indicate the left earphone and
an “R” to indicate the right.
For a perfect seal you can use the fitting
lubricant on your earphone. Make sure to
avoid the soundbore of the earpiece.

Simply put the lubricant (or some water
droplets) on your finger to wet your ear canal
prior to insertion.
Slide the earhook over your ear. The wire
should run behind your ear.

in or rotate forward and twist back.
WARNING: Before pressing play for the
first time, be sure to lower the volume
of your device.
Removal:
Hold the faceplate of the earphone and
gently twist toward your nose and remove.

Care + Maintenance
Taking good care of your eers™ will make them last longer, ensuring
improved sound quality and product safety.
1. Keep earphones as clean and dry as possible.
2. To clean earbuds, wipe with damp cloth, and mild soap or antiseptic wipe,
NEVER immerse in water.
3. If dirt builds up in the soundbore, pinch or clean out but not using a sharp
object that might damage your earbud.
4. Protect your earbuds by loosely wraping wires around hand to avoid
tangling and store them in pouch provided.

Warnings
Warning: Avoid Hearing Damage
Your sculpted eers™ Custom-Molded Earphones have an acoustic seal—
with this seal, listening levels will be perceived as higher. Insert your
sculpted eers™ and set your volume levels low and increase as required.
Permanent hearing loss may occur if your sculpted eers™ are used at high
volume. You can adapt over time to a higher volume of sound, which may
sound normal but can be damaging to your hearing. Set your volume to a
safe level before that happens.
If you experience ringing in your ears, reduce the volume or discontinue
use of your portable device.
Earphones with Hearing Protection
Important: This acoustic seal formed by your sculpted eers™ Custom-
Molded Earphones may block out customary external noise and
environmental sounds, even when your device is set at low listening levels.
As such, the use of sculpted eers™ while, for example, operating a vehicle
or machinery, or while bicycling or jogging may be dangerous and is illegal
in some areas. Be careful and attentive while doing any of the above. Stop
listening to your device if you find it disruptive or distracting while operating
any type of vehicle or performing any other activity that requires your
full attention.

Product Warranty
Sonomax Technologies Inc. (“Sonomax”) warrants the original consumer purchaser only
that the sculpted eers™ product (the “product”) is free in normal use of any defects in
material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase
from a Sonomax authorized distributor or reseller (the “warranty period”).
Sonomax will repair or replace with the same or a comparable model (in Sonomax’s
sole and absolute discretion) a product that is or, with normal use, becomes defective, at
consumer’s sole option, if returned within the warranty period. In order for the warranty
to be valid, the consumer must provide the original proof of purchase with the returned
product, and must carefully repack the product, preferably in its original package, insure
its content, and send it, postage prepaid, to the address stated below.
This warranty does not apply and becomes void in case of: (a) damage caused by use of the
product with another device; (b) damage caused by accident, abuse, mishandling, negligent
use, misuse, accident, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes; (c) damage caused
by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described herein; (d)
damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not an authorized representative
of Sonomax or a Sonomax Authorized Service Provider; or (e) a product that has been
modified to alter functionality or capability.
To the extent permitted by law, this warranty and the remedies set forth above are exclusive
and in lieu of all other warranties, remedies and conditions, whether oral or written,
statutory, express or implied. As permitted by applicable law, Sonomax specifically
disclaims any and all statutory or implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a
particular purpose and warranties against hidden or latent defects. If Sonomax cannot
lawfully disclaim statutory or implied warranties, then to the extent permitted by law, all
such warranties shall be limited in duration to the duration of the express warranty and to
the repair or replacement service as determined by Sonomax, in its sole discretion.
No Sonomax reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension,
or addition to this warranty. If any term is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or
enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected or impaired.
Except as provided in this warranty and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Sonomax
is not responsible for direct, special, incidental or consequential damages resulting
from any breach of warranty or condition, including but not limited to loss of use; loss of
revenue or any indirect or consequential loss or damage howsoever caused including the
replacement of equipment and property. The foregoing limitation shall not apply to death
or personal injury claims, or any statutory liability for intentional and grossly negligent acts
and/or omissions.
For consumers who are covered by consumer protection laws or regulations in their
country, state or province of purchase or, if different, their country, state or province of
residence, the benefits conferred by this warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies
conveyed by such consumer protection laws and regulations. This warranty gives you
specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by country, state or province.
This limited warranty is governed by and construed under the laws of the country, state or
province in which the sculpted eers™ were purchased.
