SBC 5100 Hardware Installation Guide
SBC 5100 Overview
Sonus SBC 5100 platform provides enterprises and service providers with the
features, performance, reliability and future proofing capacity to meet their needs.
SBC 5100 is mainly deployed as enterprise-SBCs (e-SBCs). SBC 5100 has been
interoperability and performance tested against a variety of third party products
and call flow configurations in the customer networks.
This platform targets small to medium session count deployments (250-10,000).
These capacities make this product particularly well suited for medium enterprises
and small to medium service providers.
The following table lists the key differences between SBC 5100 and SBC 5200.
Figure 1–1 and Figure 1–2 shows the front and the rear view of the SBC 5100.
