表示された電源電圧で使用する
製品の表示と異なる電源電圧で使用すると、
火災の原因となります。
雨の当たる場所や、油煙、湯気、
湿気、ほこりの多い場所では設置
しない
上記のような場所やこの取扱説明書に記され
ている使用条件以外の環境に設置すると、火
災の原因となることがあります。
カメラアダプターは顕微鏡に確実
に固定する
顕微鏡にカメラアダプターを確実に取り付け
ないと、カメラアダプターが落下してけがの
原因となることがあります。
不安定な場所に設置しない
ぐらついた台の上や傾いたところに設置する
と、倒れたり落ちたりしてけがの原因となる
ことがあります。また、設置・取り付け場所
の強度を充分にお確かめください。
付属のコントローラーを使用する
付属のコントローラーを使用しないと、火災
の恐れがあります。
コントローラーケーブルは正しく
配置する
コントローラーケーブルは、足に引っかける
と本機の落下や転倒などによりけがの原因と
なることがあります。
充分注意して接続・配置してください。
運搬時には、コントローラーケー
ブルを取り外す
本機を運搬する際には、コントローラーケー
ブルを必ず取り外してください。コントロー
ラーケーブルに引っ掛かると、転倒や落下の
原因となることがあります。
注意

電池についての安全上のご注意

電池の使いかたを誤ると、液漏れ・発熱・破裂・発火・誤
飲による大けがや失明の原因となるので、次のことを必ず
守ってください。ここでは、本機で使用可能な電池につい
ての注意事項を記載しています。
• 乳幼児の手の届かないところに置く。
• 電池は充電しない。
• 火の中に入れたり、加熱・分解・改造をしない。
• 電池の（＋）と（−）を正しく入れる。
• 電池の液が目に入ったときは、失明の原因となるので、
こすらずにすぐに水道水などのきれいな水で充分に洗っ
た後、医師の治療を受ける。
• 電池の液をなめた場合には、すぐにうがいをして医師に
相談する。
• ショートの原因となるので、金属製のネックレス、ヘア
ピンなどと一緒に持ち運んだり、保管しない。
• 電池に液漏れや異臭があるときは、すぐに火気から遠ざ
ける。
• 電池に直接はんだ付けをしない。
• 電池を保管する場合および廃棄する場合は、テープなど
で端子（金属部分）を絶縁する。
• 皮膚に障がいを起こすおそれがあるので、テープなどで
貼り付けない。
• 電池を落下させたり、強い衝撃を与えたり、変形させた
りしない。
• 直射日光の強いところや炎天下の車内などの高温・多湿
の場所で使用、放置、保管しない。
• 電池を水で濡らさない。
• ショートさせないように機器に取り付ける。
注意
本製品を廃棄するときは、環境汚染等のリスクに配慮し、
関連した地域または国の法律、および関連した病院の規則
にしたがってください。

電池を入れたままにしておくと、過放電により液が漏れ、
けがややけどの原因となります。使い切ったときや、長時
間使用しないときは、電池を取り出してください。

電池についての注意
必ずアルカリ電池またはマンガン電池を使用してください。
指定以外の電池に交換すると、破裂する危険があります。
必ず指定の電池に交換してください。
使用済みの電池は、国または地域の法令に従って処理して
ください。
注意
MR（MagneticResonance）環境では使用しないでくださ
い。
故障や火災、予測不能な移動を引き起こす可能性がありま
す。
使用上のご注意
本機を寒いところから急に暖かいところに持ち込んだとき
など、機器表面や内部に水滴がつくことがあります。これ
を結露といいます。結露が起きたときは電池を抜き、結露
がなくなるまで放置し、結露がなくなってからご使用くだ
さい。結露時のご使用は機器の故障の原因となる場合があ
ります。
本機と電気メスなどの機器を同時に使用する場合、当該機
器から生じる強い電磁波又は電圧の影響のため、使用中に、
画乱れ、画がゆがむ、その他本機が正常に動作しなくなる
可能性がありますが、故障ではありません。
強い電磁波又は電圧を発生する機器と同時に使用する場合
には、予めその影響を確認し、影響を受けにくい場所に設
置するか、使用を取りやめてください。
お手入れ
本体表面が汚れたら
•本体表面の清掃は、濃度 50 〜 70 v/v％のイソプロピルア
ルコール、または濃度 76.9 〜 81.4 v/v％のエタノールで
清拭してください。
•汚れがひどいときは、クリーニングクロスなどの柔らか
い布に水で薄めた中性洗剤を少し含ませて拭きとった後、
上記薬液を用いて清拭してください。
•本体表面の汚れをベンジンやシンナー、酸性洗浄液、ア
ルカリ性洗浄液、研磨剤入り洗浄剤、化学ぞうきんなど
で拭くと、本体表面を傷めますので使用しないでくださ
い。
•布にゴミが付着したまま強く拭かないでください。本体
表面に傷が付くことがあります。

概要
2D カメラアダプター CCMA-2DAR は、HD ビデオカメラ MCC-1000MD を顕微鏡に取り付けて使用するための別売アクセサ
リーです。
本機を顕微鏡に取り付けて、顕微鏡下の被写体をカメラで撮影することができます。

ボタンを押している間、フォーカス位置を NEAR 側に

電池の入れ方
コントローラー背面のふたを開け、単 3 形乾電池（別売）2
本の + 極と−極を、電池ケース内部の⊕⊖表示に合わせて
入れます。
ご注意
電池を交換する際は必ず 2 本同時に交換してください。新
しいものと古いものや、アルカリ電池とマンガン電池など
異なるタイプの電池を同時に使用しないでください。

取り付けと調整

取り付けと調整
取り付け前にあらかじめカメラ接続部と顕微鏡接続部の
キャップを外してください。
カメラヘッドを取り付ける
本機のカメラ接続部とカメラヘッドのレンズマウントのネ
ジを合わせ、カメラヘッドを時計回りにゆっくり回して本
機にしっかり固定します。
顕微鏡に取り付ける
1 顕微鏡のビームスプリッターの突起と、本機の顕微鏡
接続部の切り欠きを合わせて差し込む。
顕微鏡が M38 タイプの場合は、あらかじめ本機の顕微
鏡接続部に付属の M38 対応アタッチメントを取り付け
ておいてください。
2 顕微鏡のビームスプリッターについているロックリン
グを回して本機を固定する。
コントローラーを取り付ける
本機のコントローラー端子に、コントローラーのアダプ
ター接続用端子を差し込んでください。
カメラの映像を調整する
本機にカメラヘッドを取り付けたら、カメラ映像の向きと
位置を調整します。
調整には 1.5 mm の六角レンチを使用します。
ローテーションを調整する
モニターの映像と顕微鏡のアイピースの画像の向きがあっ
ていない場合は、ローテーションの調整を行ってください。
1 本機の C マウント固定ネジを六角レンチで緩める。
本機に固定されていたカメラヘッドを回せるようにな
ります。
2 モニターの映像を見ながらカメラヘッドを回し、映像
の向きを合わせる。

3 映像の向きが一致した位置でCマウント固定ネジを締め
付けて再度カメラヘッドを固定する。
モニター映像の中心を合わせる
モニターに映る映像の位置がずれている場合は、X 調整ネ
ジと Y 調整ネジを使って調整してください。
映像の左右位置がずれている場合は、X 調整ネジを六角レ
ンチで回して調整します。
映像の上下位置がずれている場合は、Y 調整ネジを六角レ
ンチで回して調整します。
操作
フォーカス調整
コントローラーを使う
本機に接続したコントローラーの NEAR ボタンと FAR ボ
タンでフォーカスを調整します。
NEAR ボタンまたは FAR ボタンを押している間、それぞ
れの方向に駆動範囲内でフォーカス位置が移動します。
フォーカス調整つまみを使う
本機のフォーカス調整つまみを回してフォーカスを調整し
ます。
アイリス調整
本機のアイリス調整リングを回して調整します。
F2.8、F4、F5.6、F8 の 4 段階で調整できます。

以下を確認してください。
•コントローラーに電池が入っているか

光学系のシェーディングを手動で調整してください。

Usage Precautions
If the unit is suddenly taken from a cold to a warm
location, or if ambient temperature suddenly
rises, moisture may form on the outer surface of
the unit and/or inside of the unit. This is known as
condensation. If condensation occurs, remove the
batteries and wait until the condensation clears
before operating the unit. Operating the unit
while condensation is present may damage the
unit.
If this unit is used together with an electrosurgical
knife, etc., the picture may be disturbed, warped
or otherwise abnormal as a result of strong radio
waves or voltages from the device. This is not a
malfunction.
When you use this unit simultaneously with a
device from which strong radio waves or voltages
are emitted, confirm the effect of this before using
such devices, and install this unit in a way that
minimizes the effect of radio wave interference.
Care of the unit
If the surface of the unit is dirty
• Clean the surface of the unit with isopropyl
alcohol at a concentration of 50 to 70 v/v% or
ethanol at a concentration of 76.9 to 81.4 v/v%.
• Clean off dirt on the exterior using a soft,
cleaning cloth lightly moistened with diluted
neutral detergent, then clean using the above
chemical agent.
• Do not wipe the surface of the unit with benzine
or thinners, acidic cleaning solution, alkaline
cleaning solution, cleaning agent with abrasive
agent, chemical cloth etc, as these will damage
the surface.
• Do not wipe vigorously while any dust adheres
to the cloth. This may scratch the surface of the
unit.

Overview
The CCMA-2DAR 2D Camera Adapter is an optional accessory used when an MCC-1000MD HD Video
Camera is attached to a microscope.
The unit attaches to the microscope to enable shooting of objects observed under the microscope by the
camera.

Focus adjustment knob
Adjusts the focus of the camera.

Connect to the camera adapter.
NEAR button
Moves the focus position to the NEAR side
while the button is pressed.
FAR button
Moves the focus position to the FAR side while
the button is pressed.
Inserting the batteries
Open the cover on the rear side of the controller,
and insert two size AA (R6, LR6) batteries (not
supplied) with the + and – terminals aligned with
the and marks inside the battery
compartment.
Note
When replacing the batteries, always change both
at the same time. Do not use an old battery and a
new battery, and do not use different types of
battery, such as an alkaline battery and a
manganese battery.

Before attaching, remove the caps from the
camera connector and microscope connector.
Attaching the camera head
Align the lens mount thread of the camera head
with the camera connector of the unit, then turn
the camera head clockwise to secure it to the unit.
Attaching to a microscope
1 Align the protrusion on the beam splitter of
the microscope with the cutout in the
microscope connector of the unit, and insert.
If the microscope is an M38 type, attach the
supplied M38 adapter attachment
beforehand.
2 Turn the lock ring attached to the beam
splitter of the microscope to secure the unit to
the microscope.
Attaching the controller
Insert the adapter connector of the controller into
the controller connector of the unit.
Adjusting the camera image
Adjust the orientation and position of the camera
image after attaching the camera head to the
unit.
Use a 1.5 mm hex wrench to make adjustments.
Adjusting rotation
Adjust the rotation if the orientation of the image
on a monitor does not match the image in the
eyepiece of the microscope.
1 Loosen the C mount lock screw of the unit
using a hex wrench.
The camera head attached to the unit can then
be rotated.
2 Rotate the camera head while monitoring the
monitor image until the orientation of the
images match.

3 Tighten the C mount lock screw in the position
where the orientation of the images match to
secure the camera head.
Centering the monitor image
If the position of the image on a monitor is offset,
adjust the position using the X and Y-axes
adjustment screws.
If the image is offset horizontally, adjust the X-axis
adjustment screw using a hex wrench.
If the image is offset vertically, adjust the Y-axis
adjustment screw using a hex wrench.

Adjusting the focus
Using the controller
Adjust the focus using the NEAR button and FAR
button of the controller connected to the unit.
The focus position moves within the drive range in
the corresponding direction while the NEAR
button or FAR button is pressed.
Using the focus adjustment knob
Turn the focus adjustment knob of the unit to
adjust the focus.
Adjusting the iris
Turn the iris adjustment ring of the unit to adjust
the iris.
You can set the adjustment to F2.8, F4, F5.6, or F8.

Troubleshooting

If focus cannot be adjusted using the controller
Check the following.
• Batteries are inserted in the controller
• Batteries are inserted in the correct orientation
• Specified batteries are being used
• Cable between the controller and the unit is
securely connected
If color shading is a concern
Adjust the shading of the optical system
manually.
