The model and serial numbers are located on the rear.
Record the model and serial numbers in the spaces provided
below. Refer to these numbers whenever you call upon your Sony
dealer regarding this product.

These Option Adaptors are for the FWD series Sony Flat
Panel Display. You can install any of these adaptors in your
display.
For details on how to operate the Option Adaptor, refer to the
Operating Instructions for the display.
For details on installation, contact your authorized Sony dealer.
