Charging the unit
Charging starts when the unit and the computer
are connected. Charging is completed in about
3 hours at most and the indicator (orange) goes off
automatically.
The BATT/CHG indicator is lit in orange during
charging.
Pairing and connecting with the
Bluetooth device
Before pairing, charge this unit.
1Place the
Bluetooth device within
1 meter of this unit.
2Slide the POWER switch to turn on this
unit.
The unit enters pairing mode automatically in the
default setting.

Fast flashing
The blue indicator flashes fast in pairing mode.
To enter pairing mode the next time you use the
unit, slide and hold the switch to the PAIRING
side for about 2 seconds when this unit is turned
off.
3Perform the pairing procedure on the
Bluetooth device to detect this unit.
When the list of detected devices appears on the
display of the Bluetooth device, select“SRS-BTV5.”
If passkey input is required on the display of a
Bluetooth device, input“0000.”
4Make the
Bluetooth connection from the
Bluetooth device.

Operate the unit after making Bluetooth connection

Making a call/Receiving a call
Profile: HSP, HFP
Operate your mobile phone to make a call.
To terminate a call, press the button on the unit.
Press the button on the unit when an
incoming call arrives.
Operate in the same way when an incoming call arrives while
you are listening to the music.

One touch connection with a
smartphone (NFC)
By touching the unit with a smartphone, the unit is
turned on automatically and then proceeds to pairing
and Bluetooth connection.
NFC
NFC (Near Field Communication) is a technology enabling
short-range wireless communication between various
devices, such as mobile phones and IC tags. Thanks to the NFC
function, data communication can be achieved easily just by
touching the relevant symbol or designated location on NFC
compatible devices.
1Set the switch to the center on this unit.
You do not need to turn on the unit.
The unit turns on when you touch it with the
smartphone.
2Touch this unit with the smartphone.
Unlock the screen of the smartphone
beforehand.
Touch the smartphone on the N marked part of
this unit.
Keep touching the unit with the smartphone
until the smartphone vibrates.
When the ( Bluetooth ) indicator (blue) stops flashing
and remains lit, the unit is connected with the device.
To disconnect the unit, touch it with the smartphone
again.
Hint
If you cannot connect the unit, try the following.
Move the smartphone slowly over the N mark of the unit.
If the smartphone is in a case, remove it from the case.
If your smartphone is not an Xperia
Download and install the app“NFC Easy Connect.”
"NFC Easy Connect" is a free Android app you can
download from Google Play.
Download the app by searching for "NFC Easy
Connect" or access it by using the following
two-dimensional code. Fees may be charged for
downloading the app.

If you connect a connecting cord to the AUDIO IN jack,
the output from the device connected to the AUDIO
IN jack has priority, and you will not hear the sound
from the Bluetooth device.

Chargement de l’appareil
Le chargement démarre lorsque l’appareil et
l’ordinateur sont connectés. Le chargement dure
environ 3 heures au maximum et le témoin (orange)
s’éteint automatiquement.
Le témoin BATT/CHG est allumé en orange lors du
chargement.
Pairage et connexion avec le
périphérique Bluetooth
Avant le pairage, chargez l’appareil.
1Placez l’appareil
Bluetooth dans un
rayon de 1 mètre de l’appareil.
2Faites glisser le commutateur POWER
pour mettre l’appareil sous tension.
L’appareil entre automatiquement en mode de
pairage dans le réglage par défaut.

Le témoin bleu clignote rapidement en mode de
pairage.
Pour entrer en mode de pairage lors de la
prochaine utilisation de l’appareil, faites glisser le
commutateur sur le côté PAIRING et maintenez-le
ainsi pendant environ 2 secondes lorsque l’appareil
est hors tension.
3Effectuez la procédure de pairage sur le
périphérique Bluetooth pour détecter
l’appareil.
Lorsque la liste de périphériques détectés
apparaît sur l’écran du périphérique Bluetooth ,
sélectionnez « SRS-BTV5 ».
Si un code est demandé sur l’écran d’un
périphérique Bluetooth , saisissez « 0000 ».
4Vérifiez la connexion

Connexion par effleurement avec
un smartphone (NFC)
En l’effleurant avec un smartphone, l’appareil est
automatiquement mis sous tension et effectue le
pairage et la connexion Bluetooth .
NFC
NFC (Near Field Communication) est une technologie
permettant d’établir une communication sans fil à courte
portée entre divers périphériques, tels que des téléphones
portables et des étiquettes électroniques. Grâce à la fonction
NFC, la communication de données peut être réalisée
facilement en touchant simplement le symbole pertinent ou
l’emplacement désigné sur les périphériques compatibles
avec NFC.
1Faites glisser le commutateur au centre
sur l’appareil.
Il n’est pas nécessaire de mettre l’appareil sous
tension.
L’appareil se met sous tension lorsque vous
l’effleurez avec le smartphone.
2Mettez l’appareil en contact avec le
smartphone.
Veillez à déverrouiller l’écran du smartphone
auparavant.
Placez le smartphone sur la partie marquée d’un
N sur l’appareil.
Maintenez le contact entre l’appareil et le
smartphone jusqu’à ce que le smartphone vibre.
Lorsque le témoin ( Bluetooth ) (bleu) cesse de
clignoter et reste allumé, l’appareil est connecté au
périphérique.
Pour déconnecter l’appareil, effleurez-le de nouveau
avec le smartphone.
Astuce
Si vous ne parvenez pas à connecter l’appareil, essayez ce qui suit.
Déplacez lentement le smartphone sur la marque N de l’appareil.
Si le smartphone se trouve dans un étui, retirez-le de l’étui.
Si votre smartphone n’est pas un Xperia
Téléchargez et installez l’application « Connexion NFC
facile ».
« Connexion NFC facile » est une application Android
gratuite que vous pouvez télécharger sur Google Play.
Téléchargez l’application en recherchant « Connexion
NFC facile » ou accédez-y à l’aide du code en
deux dimensions suivant. Le téléchargement de
l’application peut être payant.
Avec le code en deux dimensions :
Utilisez une application de lecture de
code en deux dimensions.
Remarque
Il est possible que l’application ne soit pas disponible dans
certains pays et/ou dans certaines régions.

Si vous branchez un câble de connexion à la prise
AUDIO IN, la sortie du périphérique branché à la prise
AUDIO IN est prioritaire et vous n’entendrez pas le son
du périphérique Bluetooth .

Carga de la unidad
La carga da comienzo en cuanto se conectan la
unidad y el ordenador, y finaliza en unas 3 horas como
máximo, momento en que el indicador (naranja) se
apaga automáticamente.
El indicador BATT/CHG permanece encendido de
color naranja durante la carga.
Emparejamiento y conexión con el
dispositivo Bluetooth
Cargue la unidad antes de realizar el emparejamiento.
1Sitúe el dispositivo
Bluetooth a una
distancia de 1 metro o menos de esta
unidad.
2Deslice el interruptor POWER para
encender la unidad.
Con la configuración predeterminada, la
unidad activa el modo de emparejamiento
automáticamente.

Parpadeo rápido
En el modo de emparejamiento, el indicador azul
parpadea rápidamente.
Para que el modo de emparejamiento esté
activado la próxima vez que utilice la unidad,
con la unidad apagada, deslice el interruptor
a la posición PAIRING y manténgalo en dicha
posición durante 2 segundos.
3Lleve a cabo el procedimiento de
emparejamiento en el dispositivo
Bluetooth para que éste detecte la
unidad.
Cuando aparezca la lista de dispositivos

4Efectúe la conexión

un teléfono inteligente (NFC)
Al tocar la unidad con un teléfono inteligente, la
unidad se enciende automáticamente, se empareja
con el teléfono y establece la conexión Bluetooth .
NFC
NFC (Near Field Communication) es una tecnología que hace
posible la comunicación inalámbrica de corto alcance entre
varios dispositivos como, por ejemplo, los teléfonos móviles
y las etiquetas de circuito integrado (IC tags). La función NFC
permite establecer la comunicación con solo tocar el símbolo
pertinente o la ubicación designada en los dispositivos
compatibles con NFC.
1Ponga el interruptor de la unidad en la
posición central.
No es necesario que encienda la unidad.
La unidad se enciende al tocarla con el teléfono
inteligente.
2Toque esta unidad con el teléfono
inteligente.
Desbloquee en primer lugar la pantalla del
teléfono inteligente.
Toque con el teléfono inteligente la parte de esta
unidad marcada con una N.
Siga tocando la unidad con el teléfono
inteligente hasta que éste comience a vibrar.
Cuando el indicador ( Bluetooth ) (azul) deja de
parpadear y se mantiene encendido fijo, la unidad se ha
conectado al dispositivo.
Para desconectarla, tóquela otra vez con el teléfono
inteligente.
Sugerencia
Si no se puede conectar la unidad, haga lo siguiente.
Pase el teléfono inteligente lentamente sobre la parte marcada
con una N de la unidad.
Si el teléfono inteligente está en su funda, extráigalo primero.
Si su teléfono inteligente no es un Xperia
Descargue e instale la aplicación“Conexión fácil NFC”.
“Conexión fácil NFC”es una aplicación gratuita de
Android que se puede descargar desde Google Play.
Para descargarla, busque“Conexión fácil NFC”o
acceda utilizando el siguiente código bidimensional.
La descarga de la aplicación puede conllevar el pago

Het toestel opladen
Het opladen begint wanneer het toestel en de
computer worden verbonden. Het opladen is na
maximum ongeveer 3 uur voltooid en de indicator
(oranje) gaat automatisch uit.
De BATT/CHG indicator is oranje tijdens het
opladen.
Koppelen en verbinden met het
Bluetooth -apparaat
Laad dit toestel op voordat u koppelt.

One Touch-verbinding met een
smartphone (NFC)
Wanneer het toestel wordt aangeraakt met een
smartphone, schakelt het automatisch in waarna
wordt gekoppeld en de Bluetooth -verbinding tot
stand wordt gebracht.
NFC
NFC (Near Field Communication) is een technologie
waarmee op korte afstand draadloze communicatie tussen
verschillende apparaten, zoals mobiele telefoons en IC tags,
mogelijk is. Dankzij NFC komt datacommunicatie eenvoudig
tot stand door op apparaten die geschikt zijn voor NFC het
betreffende symbool of een speciale plek aan te raken.
1Schuif de schakelaar naar het midden
van dit toestel.
Het toestel moet niet worden ingeschakeld.
Het toestel schakelt in wanneer u het aanraakt
met de smartphone.
2Raak dit toestel aan met de smartphone.
Ontgrendel vooraf het scherm van de
smartphone.
Raak het toestel met de smartphone aan op de
plaats die met N is gemarkeerd.
Blijf het toestel aanraken met de smartphone tot
die gaat trillen.
Wanneer de ( Bluetooth ) indicator (blauw) stopt met
knipperen en blijft branden, is het toestel verbonden
met het apparaat.
Raak het toestel opnieuw aan met de smartphone om
de verbinding te verbreken.
Tip
Probeer het volgende wanneer niet kan worden verbonden met
het toestel.
Beweeg de smartphone traag over het punt N op het toestel.
Haal de smartphone eventueel uit zijn tasje.
Is uw smartphone geen Xperia
Download en installeer de toepassing "NFC eenvoudig
verbinden".
"NFC eenvoudig verbinden" is een gratis Android app
die u kunt downloaden van Google Play.
Download de app door "NFC eenvoudig verbinden"
te zoeken of gebruik ze met de volgende
tweedimensionale code. Voor het downloaden van de
app kunnen kosten worden aangerekend.
