使用上のご注意
対象モニター以外に取り付けな
い
本機は LMD-X310 シリーズ専用です。
上記以外のモニターは、発煙発火、電磁
波障害等を引き起こす可能性があるた
め、使用しないでください。
モニターおよび IP コンバーター
におけるマルチタップの使用禁
止
マルチタップを使用した場合、マルチ
タップの保護接地線の切断により、漏え
い電流が増え、感電の原因となることが
あります。モニターおよび IP コンバー
ターをマルチタップに接続して使用しな
いでください。
モニターへの複数設置について
本機を用いて IP コンバーターをモニ
ターに複数設置しないでください。製品
の転倒につながったり、機器の故障の原
因となることがあります。
設置の向きについて
必ず、IP コンバーターの前面が上向き、
端子面が下向きになるように設置してく
ださい。
お手入れ
•清掃は 50 〜 70v/v%濃度のイソプロピ
ルアルコールまたは 76.9 〜 81.4v/v%
濃度のエタノールで本体表面を清拭法
で清掃してください。
•汚れがひどいときは、クリーニングク
ロスなどの柔らかい布に水で薄めた中
性洗剤を少し含ませて拭きとった後、
上記薬液を用いて清拭法で清掃してく
ださい。ベンジンやシンナー、酸性洗
浄液、アルカリ性洗浄液、研磨剤入り
洗浄剤、化学ぞうきんなどは本体表面
を傷めますので、清掃や消毒には絶対
に使用しないでください
結露について
本機を寒いところから急に暖かいところ
に持ち込んだときなど、機器表面に水滴
がつくことがあります。これを結露とい
います。結露が起きたときは結露がなく
なるまで放置し、結露がなくなってから
ご使用ください。結露時のご使用は他の
接続機器の故障の原因となる場合があり
ます。

IP コンバーターブラケット NUA-BK10
は、IP コンバーターを医療用モニターの
背面に取り付けるためのアクセサリーで
す。
VESA 規格に準拠したモニターアームや
モニタースタンドに IP コンバーターを
しっかりと確実に装着できます。
本機の構成
IPC ブラケット
IP コンバーターの底面に取り付けます。
モニターブラケット
モニターに取り付けます。
スペーサー（2 個）
モニタースタンドで本製品をモニターに
固定する場合に使用します。

1 IP コンバーター底面の足（4 本）を
固定するネジを取り外してから、足
を取り除く。
2 手順 1 で取り外したネジを使用して、
IPC ブラケットを IP コンバーター
に取り付ける。
モニターへの取り付け時に IP コン
バーターの前面が上向きに（端子面
が下向きに）なるように、IPC ブラ
ケットに取り付けてください。

次のどちらかの方法で取り付けます。
•モニタースタンドで固定する
•モニタースタンドを取り付けたままモ
ニターに取り付ける
モニター背面にある、VESA 規格に準拠
した左右のネジ穴のどちら側も使用でき
ますが、両方を同時に使用して IP コン
バーターを複数取り付けることはできま
せん。
モニタースタンドで固定する場
合
モニタースタンドをいったん取り外して
から、モニターブラケットを間に挟み、
モニタースタンドで固定します。
1 モニターを、液晶面を下にして柔ら
かい布の上に置く。
2 モニタースタンドを固定するネジを
取り外して、モニタースタンドを取
り外す。
3 モニター背面の M4 ネジ穴にモニ
ターブラケットの M4 ネジ穴を合わ
せて配置し、反対側の M4 ネジ穴に
スペーサーを差し込んでから、モニ

付ける。
取り付け終わったらモニターを立て
てから、IP コンバーターを取り付け
ます（8 ページ）。
モニタースタンドを取り付けた
ままモニターに取り付ける場合
モニター背面の M6 ネジ穴にモニターブ
ラケットの M6 ネジ穴を合わせて配置
し、付属のネジ（M6 × 12 ネジ）で取り
付けます。モニタースタンドは取り付け
たままでかまいません。

必ず IP コンバーターの前面が上向き、
端子面が下向きになるように設置してく
ださい。

トに横からスライドさせて挿入す
る。
2 IPC ブラケットをしっかりと押さえ
ながら、付属のネジ（M4×8ネジ）

Indications for Use / Intended
Use
The IP Converter Bracket NUA-BK10 is an
optional accessory for mounting the IP
Converter to the back of medical monitors.
The IP Converter Bracket is attached to a
monitor arm or to a monitor stand with its
VESA compliant mounting interface and
accommodates the IP Converter for secure
installation.
When you dispose of the unit or
accessories, you must obey the laws in the
relative area or country and the regulations
in the relative hospital regarding
environmental pollution.
For cautions and further information on
using this product, refer to the Instructions
for Use for the monitor and the IP
converter.
During installation, maintain a space of at
least 4 cm surrounding the IP converter and
the amount space specified for each device
to ensure proper ventilation and ease of
access for servicing.

Supported monitors
The unit is designed specifically for use
with LMD-X310 series monitors.
Do not install the unit on monitors other
than the above, as doing so may result in
smoke, fire, electromagnetic interference,
etc.
Use of power strips
prohibited
When using a power strip, increases in
leakage currents may occur due to cutoff of
the power strip’s protective earth
conductor, which may result in electric
shock. Do not connect either the monitor or
the IP converter to a power strip.
Multi-installations
Do not use the unit to install multiple IP
converters on a monitor, as doing so may
result in drops and device malfunctions.
Orientation
Always install the IP converter with its
front panel facing up and its connector
panel facing down.
Maintenance
• Clean the unit’s surface using isopropyl
alcohol with a concentration of 50% to
70% v/v or ethanol with a concentration
of 76.9% to 81.4% v/v.
• For stubborn dirt, wipe using a soft
cleaning cloth lightly moistened with a
mild detergent that has been diluted with
water, and then clean using the previous
chemical cleaning method. Do not use
benzene, thinners, acidic cleaning
solutions, alkaline cleaning solutions,
abrasive cleaning agents, chemically
treated cloths, or other volatile solvents
to clean or disinfect the unit, as doing so
may damage the unit’s surface.
Condensation
If the unit is suddenly taken from a cold to
a warm location, or if ambient temperature
suddenly rises, moisture may form on the
outer surface of the unit. This is known as
condensation. If condensation occurs, wait
until the condensation clears before using
the unit. Using the unit while condensation
is present may damage the other connected
devices.

Attach this to the bottom of the IP
converter.

monitor using the monitor stand.
Installation
Attaching the IPC Bracket
1Remove the screws that secure the feet
(4) at the bottom of the IP converter,
and remove the feet.
2Use the screws removed in step 1 to
secure the IPC bracket to the IP
converter.
When mounting to the monitor, attach
the IPC bracket onto the IP converter
with the front panel of the IP converter
facing up and the connector panel
facing down.

Attach the bracket using one of the
following methods.
• Use the monitor stand to secure the unit

• Attach the unit with the monitor stand
attached
Although the VESA mount screw holes on
either the left or right side of the monitor’s
rear can be used, both sides cannot be used
at the same time to mount multiple IP
converters.
To use the monitor stand to
secure the unit
Remove the monitor stand, and use it to
secure the monitor bracket between it and
the monitor.
1Place the monitor face down on a soft
cloth.
2Remove the screws that secure the
monitor stand, and remove the monitor
stand.
3Align the M4 screw holes on the
monitor bracket with the M4 screw
holes on the monitor’s rear, insert the
spacers in the M4 holes on the other
side, and use the screws to secure the
monitor stand back onto the monitor.
After attachment, place the monitor in
an upright position before mounting
the IP converter (page 7).
To attach the unit with the
monitor stand attached
Align the M6 screw holes on the monitor
bracket with the M6 screw holes on the
monitor’s rear, and secure it with the
supplied screws (M6×12). You can attach
the monitor bracket with the monitor stand
attached.

Le support de convertisseur IP NUA-BK10
est un accessoire en option pour le montage

Le support de convertisseur IP est fixé au

conforme au standard VESA et s’adapte au
convertisseur IP pour une installation en

Moniteurs pris en charge
L’appareil est conçu spécialement pour être
utilisé avec les moniteurs de la série LMD-
X310.
N’installez pas l’appareil sur des moniteurs
autres que ceux mentionnés ci-dessus, car
cela pourrait provoquer de la fumée, un
incendie ou une interférence
électromagnétique, etc.
Utilisation de rallonge
multiprise interdite
Si vous utilisez une rallonge multiprise, une
augmentation de fuite de courant peut se
produire en raison des coupures du
conducteur protecteur de mise à la terre de
la rallonge multiprise, ce qui peut
provoquer un choc électrique. Ne connectez
ni le moniteur ni le convertisseur IP à une
rallonge multiprise.
Installations multiples
N’utilisez pas l’appareil pour installer
plusieurs convertisseurs IP sur un moniteur,
car cela pourrait provoquer des chutes ou
des dysfonctionnements du dispositif.
Orientation
Installez toujours le convertisseur IP en
plaçant son panneau avant vers le haut et
son panneau de connecteurs vers le bas.
Maintenance
• Nettoyez la surface de l’appareil en
utilisant de l’alcool isopropylique avec
une concentration de 50% à 70% v/v ou
de l’éthanol avec une concentration de
76,9% à 81,4% v/v.
• Pour la saleté tenace, essuyez avec un
chiffon de nettoyage doux légèrement
imbibé d’un détergent doux dilué avec de
l’eau, puis nettoyez en utilisant la
solution chimique de nettoyage
précédente. N’utilisez pas de benzène, de
diluants, de solutions de nettoyage
acides, de solutions de nettoyage
alcalines, d’agents de nettoyage abrasifs,
de chiffons traités chimiquement ou
d’autres solvants volatiles pour nettoyer
ou désinfecter l’unité, car cela pourrait
endommager la surface de l’appareil.
Condensation
Si l’appareil est soudainement déplacé d’un
endroit froid à un endroit chaud, ou si la
température ambiante augmente
brusquement, de l’humidité peut se former
sur la surface externe de l’appareil. Ce
phénomène est connu sous le nom de
condensation. Si de la condensation se
produit, patientez le temps que la
condensation disparaisse avant d’utiliser
l’appareil. L’utilisation de l’appareil avec
de la condensation pourrait endommager
les autres dispositifs connectés.
