To listen to or watch a DVD, VCD, CD, or MP4/DivX disc, insert it into the
disc slot with the label side up. It will begin playing automatically. If you
are in another mode and the disc is already in the slot, press the MODE
button to change to the proper input mode.
If the disc is an MP3 or CD-RW, when you insert it the disc will mount and
a DISC MENU will appear on screen. In this menu you can use the four
arrow buttons to navigate the disc directory to a desired song. Then press
ENTER to confirm the selection and begin playing.
Please note: if a folder symbol appears after you make a selection, this
means that there is another menu level you must navigate in order to
make a selection. In this unit, the arrow buttons are only operative at the
MAIN level, so to move into this secondary menu, press ENTER repeat-
edly until the desired file is highlighted. (If you make a mistake in navig-
ating, you will see a hand symbol).
NEXT/LAST TRACK, FAST FORWARD/FAST REVERSE
Press these keys briefly to skip ahead or back one track. Press and hold
these keys to increase playback speed forward or in reverse, from 2X to
20X normal playback speed.
PLAY/PAUSE
During playback mode, press this button to pause playback. Press again
to continue playback from where you last paused.
STOP
During playback,press the button at the first time to suspend the playback
and is shown on TFT screen.Press it again to stop the playback and
is shown on display.
AUDIO
During playing mode,continuously press the button to change the sound to
left/right speaker or stereo mode.
This unit supports the direct playback of compatible files stored on a USB
device or SD/MMC card. If you insert or attach either of these during disc
playback modes, they will mount automatically and their playback menu
will appear.
If you are in Radio or AUX IN mode when you attach the USB device or
plug in the card, press the MODE button on the front panel or remote to
switch to the correct input mode.
If you have a disc, USB device AND a card in the slot, you can use the
MODE button to select any of them.
If the disc, USB drive or SD/MMC card you insert is a "mixed" disc,
meaning that there are files of different formats (such as MP4, DivX, MP3
and JPEG photo files) together on the same disc, the player will turn on
automatically, mount the disc or device, and will display a file menu on
the screen.
MUSIC FILE PLAYBACK
At the bottom of this screen are three buttons, indicating MUSIC, VIDEO
or PICTURE format. The example below shows a MUSIC file directory.
If you press the MUSIC button, the
menu will list only the music files. Use
the UP or DOWN arrow buttons to
move to a desired track, and press the
ENTER button to select it. Or, you can
use the number keys to enter the track
you want, and then press ENTER.
Please note that instead of pressing the three file type buttons on the
screen, you can also use the RIGHT or LEFT arrow button to switch
between these file types, and press ENTER to confirm and display the
proper list.
