HOW TO OPERATE
POWER ON/OFF
Press once to turn the power ON or OFF
TUNE / SEEK UP AND TUNE / SEEK DOWN
1.The frequency is incremented by pressing " "
button. Also press for more than 2 seconds and
release to select frequency automatically for up.
2. The frequency is decremented by pressing " "
button. Also press for more than 2 seconds and
release to select frequency automatically for
down.
LCD DISPLAY
Indicates all the functions selected.
SELECT PROGRAM AND FAST FORWARD
/REWIND (FF/REW)
Press these two knobs simultaneously to change
tape side and direction, Press" " for Fast
Forward and" " forRewind .
A/PS BUTTON
A total of 30 stations, 12AM and 18FM, can be
programmed automatically if A/PS button is
pressed for more than 2 seconds, the AUTO-
STORE-MEMORY operation is selected by
pressing the PRESET-MEMORY key, the contents
of preset memories are called for 5 seconds each
automatically.
PANEL RELEASE BUTTON
Press this button to release the front panel.

keep the button pressed to decrease volume
quickly.
4. The volume level will indicate when press either
side of the audio level " " or " " button it
cause the level to move by 1 step.
BASS CONTROL
1. Press the audio mode selector " SEL " button to
select the bass mode.
2. Adjusted the bass level by pressing the audio
level " " or " " button, The bass level is
indicated with numbers.
TREBLE CONTROL
1. Press the audio mode selector " SEL " button to
select the treble mode.
2. Adjust the treble level by pressing the audio level
" " or " " button. The treble level is indicated
with numbers.
BALANCE CONTROL
1. Press the audio mode selector " SEL " button to
select the balance mode.
2. Adjust the balance level by pressing the audio
level " " or " " button. The balance level is
indicated with numbers.
FADER CONTROL
1. Press the audio mode selector " SEL " button to
select the Fader mode.
2. Adjust the fader level by pressing the audio level
" " or " " button. The fader level is indicated
with numbers.
SEL BUTTON
Press this button to select the volume, Bass, trebl-
e, balance or Fader controls.
RESET
If the radio does not work, press the reset button
with a pointed object to reset the unit.
EJECT
Press to release the cassette tape.

7ST BUTTON(STEREO)
Press it for stereo or mono mode.
MU BUTTON(MUTE)
Press the button will decrease the audio output.
BAND BUTTON
To select FM1,FM2,FM3 and AM1, AM2, press the
"BAND" button and the selected band indication
will be displayed on the LCD.
TAPE BUTTON
1.To insert a tape into the deck, hold the cassette
with the exposed tape edge to the right and
insert into the cassette slot within the deck. The
tape will start playing immediately and the tape
running indicator will turn clockwise or counter
clockwise showing which direction the tape
runs.
2. When a cassette tape is inserted into the
cassette slot. Press the tape mode button to
start playing whenever the unit is radio mode .
LD BUTTON (LOUDNESS)
To emphasize the quality of bass, press it once.
STATION PRE-SET MEMORIES
To memorize a certain frequency, select any one of
the six preset memories and press for more than 2
seconds and release. To recall the preset memory,
press it for less than 1 seconds.
F/CL BUTTON
You can select either time or frequency by using
this button .
How to change hours
Press the F/CL button simultaneously with tuning
button " ".
Each timetuning button" "ispressed, thetime
moves forwards by one hour.
How to change minutes
Press the F/CL button simultaneously with tuning
button " "
Each time tuning button " " is pressed, the
time moves forwards by minutes.
VOLUME
1.The Volume level can be immediately adjusted
by pressing the audio level " " or " " button
while the function is displayed.
2.The Volume mode is also obtained by pressing
the audio mode selector "SEL" button, when the
volume mode is selected by either of above
steps.
3. To increase volume, press the " " button,
keep the button pressed to increase volume
quickly.
To decrease volume, press the " " button,

INSTALLATION
Even through the unit will be mounted in the dashboard, be sure to mount the unit firmly .It is important
to make the mounting as sturdy as possible. Use the mounting case and strap bracket. Be sure to use
the screws and nuts applied for installation. Keep left-over screws and other installation equipment for
future use. If installation requires the drilling of holes or other modification of the vehicle, contact with
your nearest dealer. This production is designed to be installed in the radio space in the dashboard. If
this space is too small, enlarge as shown below.

Key
Remove the front panel by
pulling its middle-hand outward.
Insert till the tab of the key
catches onto the metal fixture of
the unit. (Point the tab of the key
upward.) The unit can be
released from the dashboard by
pulling the unit.
The front of the unit can be removed
to prevent theft. Insert Key
DETACHING THE FRONT PANEL
1. Press release button and the right hand side of the panel will folded down.
2.To remove the front panel by pulling its
middle hand outward.
Take care not to put pressure on the
display or drop the front panel.

When replacing the front panel, do not put
pressure on the display or control buttons.
Note that if the front panel is not attached correctly,
pushing release button may not release the panel,
and the other control buttons may not function.
PRECAUTIONS
Do not touch the contacts on the front panel
or on the unit body, since this way result in
poor electrical contact.
If dirt or other foreign substances get on the
contacts, wipe them with a clean, dry cloth.
REPLACING THE FRONT PANEL
Push the front panel into the main body.

* Do not drop the front panel or otherwise
subject it to strong impact.
* Do not allow such volatile agents as
benzine, thinner, or insecticides to come
into contact with the surface of the front
panel.
* Never try to disassembly the front panel.
PRECAUTIONS WHEN HANDLING
THE FRONT PANEL
2. Insert the front panel into metal plate slot.
Fold up the front panel to main body
- Do not use tapes longer than C-90-type (90 min) cassette longer tapes can interfere with tape transport.
- If the playback head becomes dirty, sound quality will suffer. Periodically (once or twice a month) clean
the head with a cotton swab soaked with alcohol.
- Storing cassettes areas directly exposed to sunlight or high temperatures can distort them and
subsequently interfere with tape transport.
- Store unused tapes in a tape case where there is no danger of them becoming loose or being exposed
to dust.
- If the car's battery is disconnected for any reason the preset memory will be erased and must be
reprogrammed after reconnection of the battery.

WIRING INSTRUCTIONS
CAUTIONS
DO NOT CONNECT SPEAKERS (-) TO
GROUND & COMMON.
NOTE:
- To avoid shorts in the electrical system, be sure to
disconnect battery "-" cable before beginning
installation.
- Replace fuse only with the types stipulated on the
fuse holder.
- Be sure to properly connect the color coded leads.
Failure to do so can cause malfunctions.
- Cover unused terminals with tape to prevent to
electrical shorts.
- Refer to the power AMP owner's manual when
connecting a power AMP (sold separately) to the
RCA pin jack. (OPTION)
- Speakers connected to this unit must be
High-power type and impedance of 4 to 8 ohms.
Connecting speakers with output and / or
impedance values other than those noted here can
damage the speakers.
