I. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
1. INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE:
1) Power source: It is applicable to AC source of 220V -240V and 50Hz/60Hz.
2) Temperature: The ideal surrounding temperature is over 5. Difficult operation may occur under
0. Keep away from heat source.
3) Protection: Protect the cable plug, cable cord and socket against stepping, extruding and dragging.
4) In case of no use for a long time
In case that you do not use for a long time by a trip or other, never fail to pull out the power plug out
of the receptacles.
5) Insertion of foreign substance will be prohibited
It might cause fire or hindrance if any subjects such as coin, needle which may conduct electricity
will be put into the unit. Particularly you have to pay attention to the children's mischief.
6) Water and moisture
The unit should not be used near water---for example, near bathtub, washbowl, kitchen sink, in a
wet basement, or near a swimming pool, and the like
7) Ventilation: Good ventilation is required.
Never put DISC or any fabric over the machine. Distance from wall shall be no less than 10cm for
good ventilation.
8) Cleaning
Always use a soft, dry cloth to clean the unit, Do not use such liquid as benzene or thinners, or
chemically-treated cloths. Also, do not spray aerosol type insecticides near the unit.
9) To prevent electric shocks
Never open the top cover, rear panel and touch internal parts. Doing so can result in malfunction.
When moving the unit, always unplug the power cord and disconnect all connection cords to
prevent short-circuits or damaged wires. If an object or water should enter the unit, unplug the unit
immediately and contact your store of purchase or qualified service personnel.
WARNING:
This equipment is the Class-I laser unit with low-power laser head inside. To prevent your eyes
from any injury caused by laser, please never open the casing or repair the equipment by yourself
without any authorization. The equipment must be repaired by the professional personnel.
Note: to lessen the danger of electric shock, do not remove the enclosure (or back) of the unit, for
there is no parts to be repaired inside the unit. Please send this unit to the professional personnel for
repair.

The apparatus shall not be exposed to dripping or splashing and that no objects filled with liquids,
such as vases, shall be places on the apparatus.
The power switch of this apparatus is not all pole power switch, so when it is on off position, the
apparatus inside maybe still exist electric shock.
Warning: to lessen the danger of fire or electric shock, prevent this unit from wetness or dampness.

Note:
To avoid any electric shock, do not use the excessively long electric wire, socket or other power inserts
for this plug (with polarity) without any authorization. Insert all pins completely to the end without any
metal part exposed.

2. PREPARATION BEFORE PLAY.
2.1 Accessory: (check if the following accessories are complete after unwrapping the box).
2.2 Install the battery of the remote controller.
Press down on the compartment cover, and slide
to remove the cover.
Place the two batteries (UM4), (AAA), (LR03)
batteries in the remote control according to
the polarity markings ("+" and "-") inside the
compartment.
Place the cover over the compartment, press
down lightly, and push it upward until it snaps on.

III. BASIC OPERATION.
1. Power on: From the back, press the power switch on, and the standby light is turned on.
2. STANDBY: Press the STANDBY button to resume.
3. Signal selection: Press " INPUT " button to selecting the signal, according to the display screen
of tuning or CD. Each press changes over one AV input.
A. Press " CD/USB/SD " to change between playing modes of CD/USB/SD, when at the CD mode.
Note: When using the USB/SD function, please confirm that the unit is without a Disc
To use SD Card remove USB driver from the USB slot.
B. Press " AM/FM" to change between playing modes of AM/FM, when at the radio mode.
4. Adjusting the volume
To increase the volume:
1. Rotate the VOL control on the front panel clockwise, or press and hold the VOL+ button
On the remote control.
2. The LCD display will briefly show the selected setting.
To reduce the volume:
1. Rotate the VOL control on the front panel counter-clockwise, or press and hold the VOL- button
on the remote control.
2. The LCD display will briefly show the selected setting.
To mute the sound:
1. Press the MUTE button, the LCD displays 'Mute ', press MUTE again to turn off, the
LCD not displays Mute .

ROCK)

6. SETTING THE CLOCK
The system has the sleep function and the timer function. The internal clock operates in 12-hour
mode and 24-hour. The 12-hour display show the time in AM or PM. The clock may be set when
the system is playing or when in standby mode and will lost when the power cut off.
To set the clock
1. Press and hold the “CLOCK” button , the function of clock setting, time for opening “TIME ON”,
time for closing “TIME OFF ”can show on the corresponded place on the display.
A. To turn the clock
Press and hold the “CLOCK” button, when in flashing. Press again the “TUNING” button, use the
“+”or “-” button to set the time mode/hour and the minutes, then the setting will show in the LCD.
B. To set the timer on and off times (Press the “TIMER” on and off setting , open the display can
show “TIME ON”.)
To set the timer 'on 'time:
Press the “CLOCK” button on the remote control until the LCD display briefly show “TIME On”,
Press again the “TUNING” button, use the “+” or “-” button to set the time mode/hour and the
minutes.
To set the timer 'off ' time:
Press the “CLOCK” button on the remote control until the LCD display briefly show “TIME OFF”,
Press again the “TUNING” button, use the “+”or “-” button to set the time mode/hour and the
minutes.
C. To set the timer close and resume
Press the “TIMER” button on the remote control to close and resume. The “TIME ON” will on the
display when it open.
NOTE: The clock time setting will be lost when the system is switched off with the POWER SWITCH,
on the back cabinet of the set.
Set the sleep function
The sleep function when set will automatically switch your system off after a preset time. A range
of sleep preset times are available from 90 minutes down to 10 minutes in 10 minute intervals.
To view the preset times:
1). Repeatedly press the “SLEEP” button on the remote control to cycle through the range:
90>80>70>60>50>40>30>20>10>00 minutes, the LCD display then returns to the previously
selected mode.
To set a sleep preset time for 40 minutes:
1). Press the “SLEEP” button six times, the LCD display briefly shows ‘Sleep Time’and‘40
minutes’. The system will now automatically turn off after 40 minutes.
To view the set sleep time remaining:
1). Press the “SLEEP” button once, the LCD display shows the time remaining.
To cancel the sleep function:
1). Repeatedly press the “SLEEP” button until the SLEEP indicator disappears from the display.

7. USING THE AM/FM RADIO
Press "INPUT" Button to select AM/FM.
AM Frequency 522 to 1620KHz, FM Frequency 87.5 to 108 MHz.
The "AUTO" tune function provided will automatically scan for stations and stop a station with a
strong signal level.
The audio functions allow listening in stereo and mono; there are 2 options ‘auto’ and ‘mono’. If
mono is selected any radio station broadcasting in stereo will only be heard in mono sound. This
can be useful because when listening to a week station in stereo selecting mono can often
improve the quality of reception.
Auto Tune Function
Note: Ensure the aerial is fully extended.
To start the auto tune function to scan for the next radio station:
1). If disc play mode is currently selected press the INPUT button to selected the “TUNING” signal
then the “TUNING” will display on the LCD screen:
2). Press AM/ FM button, display top to can appear ' FM' or ' AM' certain context, this time
reception frequency modulation can cut over among the AM or FM.
3). Press the "AUTO" button or TUNING ‘-’or‘+’ button on the remote control, the LCD will show
frequencies changing until a station is found, the station is then played.
Manual Tune
1).Whilst listening to a station press the buttons TUNING ‘-’or‘+’ button to tune up or down.
The LCD display will show the frequency changing.
Selecting Audio Function
To select audio function ST/MO, and the ‘auto’ (stereo and mono reception) or ‘mono ’(mono only
reception) then LCD will show the((ST)).
Store and recall a preset station
This unit has 30 presets for the FM and 20 presets for AM. Please use the following steps to store
favorite stations into the preset memories:
g.Press the AM/FM button to select the required AM/FM
h.Press the “AUTO” or TUNING ‘-’or‘+’ button to turning stations.
i. Press the “MEM” button 3secs, When have ‘XX’ show on
display and flashes, then press the number key of remote, to set the
stations. And press this key every time will turn to the preset stations
Select each of the tracks you wish to play using the numeric buttons. If you require to programmer
a track above 10, use the +10button. Each press of this button will increase the selection by ten.
For example:
To programmer track 12, press the 2 button and then press the +10 button once .
To programmer track 24, press the 4 button and then press the +10 button twice.
Displaying data information
To display data information:
1. Whilst listening to a station repeatedly press the DISPLAY button to select the datainformation
required, the display will show the data information in the bottom line of the LCD display.

Handling Compact Discs
To remove a CD from its storage case, press down on the centre
of the case and lift the disc out.
Hold the disc by the edges. Avoid touching the recorded side of the disc.
Compatible Compact Discs
Only compact discs identified with the mark shown opposite can be
used with your CD player.
For positions of the controls referred to in these instructions see the
illustration on .
Removing CDs
1. Press the button, the CD will stop playing. The LCD will display Stop and the number of tracks
and play time of the CD.
2. Wait until the CD stops spinning then press to open the CD drawer. Remove the disc then press
to close the CD drawer.
CAUTION! Do not put anything other than a CD into the compartment.
Other objects may damage the CD mechanism. Do not force the lid to
open further than the mechanism allows. Keep the lid closed when not in
use to prevent dirt and dust from entering the mechanism.
Never insert more than one CD at a time. If a CD is deeply scratched or too dirty, it may not play.
Pause
1. To stop a track temporarily, press the button on the remote control. The CD will pause at the
current play position. The LCD display shows the current track and the time played.
2. To resume play, press the button on the remote control.
Skip forwards or backwards through tracks
1. To select the next track, press the button. If you are on the last track of the CD, the player will
return to track 1.
2. To go back to the previous track press the button. If you are on the track 1 of the CD, the player
will go to the last track on the CD.
3. To play a particular track press either or buttons until the track number required is shown on
the LCD display.

Programmed track selection
You can set your CD Player to play a preset selection of tracks.
1. Press the so the CD is not playing then press the PROG button. The LCD display will show 00
P00. The first two digits 00 are where the selected track number is entered, P00 is the program
counter which will increment after a track is entered.
2. Press either or buttons until the required track number is shown. The LCD displays the
selected track and the program counter which has incremented to P01 001.
3. Press the PROG button again, the LCD will now display P01 000 and is ready for another track to
be entered.
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 above until all the tracks are stored.
5. To clear a program so the program counter is reset to P00 000 press the button.
6. To play the programmed tracks press the button.
7. When playing a program you can skip through the programmed selection using the and
buttons.
8. After all the programmed tracks have been played, the CD player stops automatically and your
programmed selection is cleared.
Note: There can be up to a maximum of 99 tracks stored, the same track can be stored more
than once.
Repeat disc play
You can set your CD player to repeat a single track, the whole CD or your programmed selection of
tracks.
To repeat a single track during play mode:
1. Press either or buttons to select the track you wish to repeat. The LCD display shows the
selected track and the track will play.
2. Press the REPEAT button until the LCD display shows Repeat One track The selected track will
play continuously until you press the button.
3. To cancel the repeat function and to continue playing the CD press the REPEAT button until the
LCD display not shows Repeat function.
To repeat a single track during stop mode:
1. Press either or buttons to select the track you wish to repeat. The LCD display shows the
selected track.
2. Press the REPEAT button until the LCD display shows Repeat One track.
3. Press the button to start repeat single play.
To repeat the entire CD during play mode:
1. Press the REPEAT button until the LCD display shows Repeat All. The entire disc will play
continuously until you press the button.
2. To cancel the repeat function and to continue playing the CD press the REPEAT button until the
LCD display not shows Repeat function.
To repeat the entire CD during stop mode:
1. Press the REPEAT button until the LCD display shows Repeat All.
2. Press the button to start repeat entire play.
To repeat a programmed selection:
Select your programmed tracks.
1. Whilst the programmed selection is playing press the REPEAT button until the LCD display shows
Repeat All. The programmed tracks will play continuously until you press the button.
2. To cancel the repeat function and to continue playing the CD press the REPEAT button until the
LCD display not shows Repeat function.

To set random play during play mode:
In this mode the CD player will play tracks in a random order.
1. Press the RANDOM button until the LCD display shows ‘Random On’. The track playing will
continue to play, then tracks are played in random order until you press the button.
2. To cancel the random function and to continue playing the CD press the RANDOM button until the
LCD display shows ‘Random Off’.
To set random play during stop mode:
1. Press the RANDOM button until the LCD display shows ‘Random On’.
2. Press the button to start random play. Tracks are played in random order until you press the
button.
To set Intro play during play or stop mode:
In this mode the CD player will play first 10 seconds of each track on the CD, then stop playing
1. Press the INTRO button until the LCD display shows ‘Introduction On’. The first 10 seconds of
each track will then play.
2. To cancel the intro function before the end of the CD is reached and to continue to play the CD
press the INTRO button again, the LCD display will show ‘Introduction Off’.
Loading and playing MP3 discs
1. To open the CD drawer press the button. The LCD display shows Open.
2. Place the MP3 disc in the compartment with the label side facing upwards.
3. To close the CD drawer press the button again. The LCD shows Closed, when fully closed the
CD player starts to spin the disc, the LCD will display Reading Disc.
4. The CD starts to play, the LCD display will show the track number playing and time played, see
example below.
MP3 tracks and folders
To display the number of tracks and folders on an MP3 disc:
3.Load a MP3 disc as previously described and press the button.
The LCD display will show the number of files and folders on the disc, see the example below
where there is 62 files and 4 folders.
Playing a selected MP3 track
To play for example track 21 on an MP3 disc in either the stop mode or play mode:
1. During play press the 1 button then press the +10 button twice.
To play for example track 14 on an MP3 disc:

Repeat disc play (MP3)
With the exception of repeat an MP3 folder, please follow as previously described .
Repeat an MP3 folder
You can set your MP3 player to repeat a folder, this will repeatedly play all the tracks within
the folder.
To repeat the currently playing folder:
1. Press the REPEAT button until the LCD display show ‘Repeat Folder’. All tracks within the folder
currently playing will now be repeated continuously.
2. To cancel the repeat folder function and to continue playing the CD press the REPEAT button until
the LCD display not shows Repeat function.
To select a folder for repeat in stop mode:
1. Press the REPEAT button until the LCD display shows ‘Repeat Folder’.
2. Press the or buttons until the folder for repeat is shown on the LCD display.
3. Press the button to start play. All tracks within the folder currently playing will now be repeated
continuously.
4. To cancel the repeat folder function and to continue playing the CD press the REPEAT button until
the LCD display not shows Repeat function.

IV. CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Cleaning CDs
Use a soft cloth to remove fingerprints and dust from the disc surface.
Wipe in a straight line from the centre to the outside of the disc.
Never use chemicals such as record sprays, anti-static sprays, benzine or
thinners to clean your CDs.
To reduce the risk of scratches, always put CDs back in their cases after
use.
Do not expose CDs to direct sunlight, high humidity or high temperatures
for long periods.
Do not stick paper or write on either side of the CD.
