Important: Any individual who may be pregnant, has a
pacemaker, suffers from diabetes, phlebitis and/or
thrombosis, is at an increased risk of developing blood clots,
or who has pins/screws/artificial joints or other medical
devices implanted in his/her body should consult with a
physician before using a massaging device designed for
home use.
Do not use on an infant or invalid.

Do not use on insensitive skin or on a person with poor
blood circulation.

The lightning flash with arrow-head symbol within an
equilateral triangle is intended to alert the user to the
presence of uninsulated “dangerous voltage” within the
unit’s enclosure that may be of sufficient magnitude to
constitute a risk of electric shock.
The exclamation point within an equilateral triangle is
intended to alert the user to the presence of important
operating and maintenance (servicing) instructions in the
literature accompanying the unit.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
All of the safety and operating instructions should be read,
adhered to and followed before the unit is operated.
When using an electrical appliance, basic precautions
should always be followed, including the following:

DANGER – To reduce the risk of electric shock:
1. Always unplug this device from the electrical outlet
immediately after use and before cleaning.
2. Do not reach for an appliance that has fallen into water.
Unplug immediately.
3. Do not use while bathing or in a shower.
4. Do not place or store appliance where it can fall or be
pulled into a tub or sink. Do not place in or drop into
water or other liquid.
5. Never use pins or other metallic fasteners with this
device.
6. Carefully examine the covering before each use. Discard
the appliance if the covering shows any signs of

7. Keep dry. Do not operate in a wet or moist environment.

plugged in. Unplug from the outlet when not in use, and

2. Close supervision is necessary when this appliance is

in this manual. Do not use attachments not
recommended by the manufacturer.
4. Never operate this appliance if it has a damaged cord or
plug; if it is not working properly; if it has been dropped
or damaged; or if dropped into water. DO NOT attempt
to fix it yourself. Return the appliance to a service center
for examination and repair.
5. Do not carry this appliance by its supply cord or use the
cord as a handle.
6. Do not crush or fold this appliance when storing.

household and indoor use only.
10.Do not operate where aerosol (spray) products are being
used or where oxygen is being administered.
11.Do not operate in the presence of explosive and/or
flammable fumes.
12.To disconnect, set all controls to the OFF position, the
remove plug from the outlet.
13.Do not overload the electrical outlet. Use only the power
source as indicated.
14.To avoid the risk of electric shock, do not disassemble or
attempt to repair the appliance. Incorrect repair can
cause risk of electric shock or injury to persons when the
unit is used.
15.Never remove the plug from the outlet by pulling the
power cord.

USING THE MASSAGER
1. Connect power cord to outlet - Power indicator light will
flash, indicating standby mode.
2. Drape the main unit around your neck with the massage
nodes positioned at center of your back.
3. Press the Power button – Power indicator light will stop
flashing and remain on.
4. Press M (mode) button to begin massage.
5. Press M (mode) button again to select 1 of 3 programs.
6. Press the arrow up button (▲) to increase tapping
intensity. When you hear double beeps, you are at the
highest intensity setting.
7. Press the arrow down button (▼) to decrease tapping
intensity. When you hear double beeps, you are at the
lowest intensity setting.
8. Use the positioning handles to move the massage nodes
up and down your back.
9. Massager will auto-stop after 8 minutes. You can also
press the Power button to stop massage anytime.
PRODUCT CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Keep massager in a cool and dry place when not in use.
After use, wipe with a soft, damp cloth and non-abrasive
cleaners is excessively dirty.
Never submerge the unit in any liquid.
Keep away from all solvents and harsh detergents.
DO NOT attempt to repair this massager. There are no
user-serviceable parts.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Note: This massager is equipped with a thermal safety shut-
off. Should the massager stop working or fail to power on
after extended use, allow 30 minutes to reset. Massager
will then resume normal function.

Your Guarantee
If this product is found to be faulty as a result of faulty materials or
workmanship within one year from date of purchase, it will be repaired
free of charge.
This guarantee is subject to the following terms:
• Sunpentown must be notified of the fault.
• Proof of purchase must be presented to Sunpentown’s
nominated representative.
• The warranty will be void if the product if modified, misused or
repaired by an unauthorized person.
• The warranty after repair will not be extended beyond the
original one-year period.
• All replacement parts will be new or reconditioned.
• Parts, which are replaced, become the property of Sunpentown.
• The warranty applies for the use of the product in the USA only.
What is NOT COVERED:
• Warranty does not include freight charges.
• Incidental or consequential damage caused by possible defects
with this product.
• Damage to product caused by improper power supply voltage,
accident, fire, floods or acts of nature.
• Failure of product resulting from unauthorized modifications to
the product.
• Improper installation or failure to perform the necessary
maintenance.
