the side panels of the unit. Avoid heat.
•Horizontal mounting is recommended.

3. Hard drive Installation
A. Remove 4 screws from the bottom plate:
B. Turn the unit over and remove the lid:
❶Power cable to hard drive.
❷Data cable to hard drive.
❸Mounting holes for the
hard drive

C. Place the hard drive and align the screwholes on the hard drive with the
holes on the bottom plate. Tighten the screws to the hard drive.
D. Attach the cables to the hard drive.
E. Attach the lid with the 4 screws. See Fig 3A.

4. Start up
•Connect the cameras –see Fig. 2 pkt. ❶
•Connect a TV, monitor or screen
•VGA –see Fig. 2 pkt. ❷
•HDMI –see Fig. 2 pkt. ❼
•Connect Network cable –see Fig. 2 pkt.❺
•Connect the USB Mus –see Fig. 2 pkt. ❽
•Connect the power adapter –se Fig. 2 pkt. ❾
A. The following will be displayed after start up. Press Next Step:

B. Log in with admin as User Name and Password 12345:
C. Adjust Device settings and press Next step:

D. Note IP Address for later use with remote access and press Next Step:

H. Press OK to save the preferences.

5. Remote connection from Web
A. Open the Internet Explorer browser on the PC and type in the IP
address noted earlier:
B. Download and install OCX controls by pressing Download:
