Congratulations! You have just purchased the exceptional LUCY aroma diffuser.
It will bring you a great deal of pleasure and improve the ambient air for you.
As with all domestic electrical appliances, particular care is needed with this
model also, in order to avoid injury, fire damage or damage to the appliance.
Please study these operating instructions carefully before using the appliance
for the first time and follow the safety advice on the appliance itself.
Description of the appliance
The appliance consists of the following main components:
1. USB cable
2. Connection for USB-C cable
3. Status LED light
4. On/Off button
5. Button for LED dimmer (normal, dimmed, lights-out)
6. Lower part / water container
7. Maximum mark
8. Ultrasonic membrane
9. Air outlet opening (Caution: no water may enter this opening!)
10. Upper part / lid
11. Mist outlet

Important safety instructions
Please read through the operating instructions carefully before you use the ap-
pliance for the first time and keep them safely for later reference; if necessary
pass them on to the next owner.
• Stadler Form refuses all liability for loss or damage which arises as a result
of failure to follow these operating instructions.
• The appliance is only to be used in the home for the purposes described
in these instructions. Unauthorised use and technical modifications to the
appliance can lead to danger to life and health.
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and
persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of ex-
perience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards
involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user main-
tenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
• Only connect the cable to alternating current. Observe the voltage informa-
tion given on the appliance.
• Do not use damaged extension cords.
• Do not run the power cord over sharp edges and make sure that it does not
get trapped.
• Do not pull the plug from the socket with wet hands or by holding on to the
power cord.
• Do not use the appliance in immediate vicinity of a bath tub, a shower or a
swimming pool (observe a minimum distance of 0.7m). Place the appliance
such that a person in the bath tub cannot touch the appliance.

• Keep the device away from heat sources.
• This device contains a lithium battery.
• In case of battery leakage: Avoid contact with human eyes and skin. Collect
spillage.
• Do not place the appliance near a heat source. Do not subject the power cord
to direct heat (such as a heated hotplate, open flames, hot iron sole plates or
heaters for example). Protect power cords from oil.
• Do not drop the device. Otherwise the battery may overheat, cause a fire or
malfunction and reduce service life.
• See to it that the appliance is properly positioned to ensure a high stability
during its operation and make sure that no one can trip over the power cord.
• The appliance is not splash-proof.
• For indoor use only.
• Do not store the appliance outdoors.
• Store the appliance in a dry place inaccessible to children (pack the appli-
ance).
• If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or a
repair shop authorized by the manufacturer or by similarly qualified persons
in order to avoid a hazard.
• Only use fragrances, aromas or essential oils that do NOT contain alcohol.
Alcohol can damage the appliance. Appliances that are damaged by such
additives are not covered by the warranty.
• Prior to any maintenance, cleaning and after each use, switch off the appli-
ance and unplug the mains cable from the socket.

• Repairs to electrical appliances must only be carried out by a qualified elec-
trical technician.
• WARNING: Only use the USB cable provided by the manufacturer. Use only
an external supply with the following specifications: DC 5V/2A.
Setting up / operation
1. Place Lucy in the desired position on a flat surface. Connect the USB-C cable
(1) to the appliance (2) and connect the cable to a suitable power source (PC,
external battery, USB socket or to a suitable socket via a power adapter
with min. 2 A/5V). When the appliance is used for the first time, the battery
must be charged by connecting the appliance to a power source for at least 6
hours. When the battery is fully charged, the status LED light (3) will go out.
After the battery has been fully charged for the first time, you can operate
the appliance without the cable using the power from the integrated rechar-
geable battery. A fully charged battery will give the appliance a running time
of up to 7h. When the water container is full and the appliance is connected
to a power source, Lucy can operate for up to 10h.
2. Remove the lid (10) to fill with water and fragrance.
3. Fill the water container (6) up to the maximum mark (MAX) (7) with water.
No water may enter the air outlet opening (9). This will damage the appli-
ance and will void any claim to the warranty.
4. Important: transport the appliance in an upright position and without making
any jerky movements if there is water in the container (6). If the appliance
is moved quickly or tilted, water may leak out and run into the electronics

inside the appliance. This will damage the appliance and will void any claim
to the warranty.
5. Add 2–3 drops of your favourite liquid fragrance directly into the water. It is
not necessary to mix them as the ultrasonic membrane (8) does this for you.
Only use fragrances, aromas or essential oils that do NOT contain alcohol.
6. Close the lid (10) again.
7. Then switch Lucy on by pressing the on/off button (4).
8. If you would like to top the water up, switch off the appliance and disconnect
the USB cable if it is connected to the appliance (1 + 2). Remove the lid (10)
and fill the water up to the maximum mark.
9. If you are disturbed by the brightness of the illuminated mist (in the bedroom,
for example), you can reduce the brightness of the LEDs by pressing the dim-
mer button (5). You can choose between three different modes:
• Normal mode (switched on as standard)
• Dimmed mode (press once)
• Light-off mode (press twice)
You can return to normal mode by re-pressing the dimmer button (5).
10. On the back of the bottom part above the connection for the USB cable (2),
you will find the status display for the battery (3):
• Normal operation with fully charged battery: LED is not illuminated
• Battery level 10% or lower: LED flashes
• Battery is charging: LED is illuminated constantly
When the device is fully charged, the LED will go out. You can now disconnect
the USB cable and use the device in battery mode (for up to 7hours).

Note: If you would like to change the fragrance, empty Lucy completely and
clean the water container with a damp cloth. Fill Lucy once again and pour the
drops into the device following the instructions.
Cleaning
Prior to any maintenance and after each use, switch off the appliance and dis-
connect the USB cable (1) from it.
Careful: Never immerse the device in water (danger of short circuit).
• Regularly as required: To clean the outside, rub with a damp cloth and then
dry thoroughly.
• If there are marks caused by water and/or fragrances on the top of the lid
(10), clean it with a damp cloth and a squirt of washing-up liquid. Then dry
the lid thoroughly before using the appliance again.
• Internal cleaning: You can clean the ultrasonic membrane with a con-
ventional household descaler. If there are lime deposits, we recom-
mend that you use Stadler Form Cleaner & Descaler (www.stadle-
rform.com/accessories). Alternatively, you can use a household
descaling agent or vinegar. Please do not try to scratch off deposits
from the membrane with a hard object. For stubborn deposits, we
recommend that you descale the device several times in a row. After the
descaling rinse the base and then dry thoroughly.
• No water may enter the air outlet opening (9). This will damage the appli-
ance and will void any claim to the warranty.

Repairs
• Repairs to electrical appliances must only be carried out by a qualified elec-
trical technician. If improper repairs are carried out, the warranty lapses and
all liability is refused.
• Never operate the appliance if the adaptor or plug is damaged, after it has
malfunctioned, if it has been dropped or has been damaged in any other way
(cracks/breaks in the casing).
• Do not push any object into the appliance.
• If the appliance is beyond repair, make it unusable immediately by cutting
through the cable and hand it in at the collection point provided for the pur-
pose.
• In the event of a repair, the following points must be observed before the
appliance is shipped or taken to the dealer: completely empty the water
in the appliance (water tray or water tank), and allow the appliance to dry
completely. Appliances containing residual water may be damaged during
transport, invalidating the warranty.
Disposal
The European directive 2012 / 19 / CE on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equip-
ment (WEEE), requires that old household electrical appliances must not be
disposed in the normal unsorted municipal waste stream. Old appliances must
be collected separately in order to optimize the recovery and recycling of the
materials they contain and reduce the impact on human health and the envi-
ronment. The crossed out “wheeled bin” symbol on the product reminds you of

your obligation, that when you dispose of the appliance it must be separately
collected. Consumers should contact their local authority or retailer for infor-
mation concerning the correct disposal of their old appliance. Battery disposal
method: This appliance contains batteries that are non-replaceable.
When the battery is at end of life, the appliance shall be properly dis-
posed of. Do not throw into the trash can, the electrode is wrapped in
insulating paper, it can be recycled and reused.

Gratulation! Sie haben soeben die aussergewöhnliche Aroma Diffuser-Dame LUCY
erworben. Sie wird Ihnen viel Freude machen und die Raumluft für Sie verbessern.
Wie bei allen elektrischen Haushaltsgeräten wird auch bei diesem Gerät zur Ver-
meidung von Verletzungen, Brand- oder Geräteschäden besondere Sorgfalt ver-
langt. Bitte studieren Sie die vorliegende Betriebsanleitung vor der Inbetriebnahme
und beachten Sie die Sicherheitshinweise auf dem Gerät.
Gerätebeschreibung
Das Gerät besteht aus den folgenden Komponenten:

Wichtige Sicherheitshinweise
Bitte lesen Sie die Gebrauchsanleitung genau durch, bevor Sie das Gerät das erste
Mal in Betrieb nehmen und bewahren Sie sie zum späteren Nachschlagen gut auf,
geben Sie sie ggf. an den Nachbesitzer weiter.
• Für Schäden, die durch Nichtbeachten dieser Gebrauchsanleitung entstehen,
lehnt Stadler Form jegliche Haftung ab.
• Das Gerät ist nur im Haushalt für die in dieser Gebrauchsanweisung beschrie-
benen Zwecke zu benutzen. Ein nicht bestimmungsgemässer Gebrauch sowie
technische Veränderungen am Gerät können zu Gefahren für Gesundheit und
Leben führen.
• Dieses Gerät kann von Kindern ab 8 Jahren und Personen mit eingeschränkten
körperlichen, sensorischen oder geistigen Fähigkeiten, aber auch von unerfahre-
nen und unwissenden Personen verwendet werden, sofern diese das Gerät unter
Aufsicht verwenden oder von einer anderen Person über die sichere Verwendung
des Gerätes unterwiesen wurden und sich der damit verbundenen Gefahren be-
wusst sind. Kinder sollten nicht mit dem Gerät spielen. Kinder sollten das Gerät
nur unter Aufsicht reinigen und pflegen.
• Schliessen Sie das Kabel nur an Wechselstrom an. Achten Sie auf die Span-
nungsangaben auf dem Gerät.
• Keine beschädigten Verlängerungskabel verwenden.
• Das Netzkabel nicht über scharfe Kanten ziehen oder einklemmen.
• Den Stecker nie am Netzkabel oder mit nassen Händen aus der Steckdose ziehen.
• Das Gerät nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe einer Badewanne, einer Dusche oder eines
Schwimmbeckens benutzen (Mindestabstand von 0.7m einhalten). Gerät so auf-
stellen, dass Personen das Gerät von der Badewanne aus nicht berühren können.

• Gerät von Zündquellen fernhalten.
• Dieses Gerät enthält einen Lithium Akku.
• Bei Auslaufen des Akkus: Kontakt mit Augen und Haut vermeiden. Verschüttete
Flüssigkeit sammeln.
• Gerät nicht in der Nähe einer Wärmequelle aufstellen. Das Netzkabel keiner
direkten Hitzeeinwirkung (wie z.B. heisse Herdplatten, offene Flammen, heisse
Bügeleisen oder Heizöfen) aussetzen. Netzkabel vor Öl schützen.
• Gerät nicht fallen lassen. Andernfalls kann sich der Akku überhitzen, einen Brand
verursachen oder die Funktion beeinträchtigen und die Lebensdauer verkürzen.
• Darauf achten, dass das Gerät beim Betrieb eine gute Standfestigkeit besitzt und
nicht über das Netzkabel gestolpert werden kann.
• Das Gerät ist nicht spritzwassergeschützt.
• Das Gerät ist nur zur Verwendung in Innenräumen geeignet.
• Das Gerät nicht im Freien aufbewahren.
• Das Gerät an einem trockenen und für Kinder unzugänglichen Ort aufbewahren
(einpacken).
• Wenn das Netzkabel beschädigt ist, muss es vom Hersteller oder in einer vom
Hersteller zugelassenen Werkstatt oder von ähnlich qualifizierten Personen er-
setzt werden, um Gefahren zu vermeiden.
• Nur Duftstoffe, Aromaöle oder ätherische Öle verwenden, die KEINEN Alkohol
enthalten. Alkohol kann das Gerät beschädigen. Geräte, die durch solche Zusätze
beschädigt werden, sind von der Garantie ausgeschlossen.
• Vor jeder Wartung, Reinigung und nach jedem Gebrauch das Gerät ausschalten
und das Netzkabel von der Steckdose trennen.

• Reparaturen an Elektrogeräten dürfen nur von instruierten Fachkräften durch-
geführt werden.
• WARNHINWEIS: Verwenden Sie nur das vom Hersteller mitgelieferte USB-Ka-
bel. Verwenden Sie ausschliesslich eine externe Stromversorgung mit den fol-
genden Spezifikationen: DC 5V / 2A.
Inbetriebnahme/Bedienung
1. Stellen Sie Lucy an den gewünschten Platz auf einen flachen Untergrund.
Schliessen Sie das USB-C-Kabel (1) an das Gerät (2) an und verbinden Sie das
Kabel mit einer geeigneten Stromquelle (Computer, externer Akku, USB-Steck-
dose oder über einen Stromadapter mit mind. 2A / 5V an eine geeignete Steck-
dose). Das Gerät muss bei der ersten Inbetriebnahme während mindestens 6
Stunden an einer Stromquelle aufgeladen werden. Einen vollständig geladenen
Akku erkennen Sie am nicht leuchtenden Status LED-Licht (3). Nach dem ersten
vollständigen Aufladen können Sie das Gerät über den integrierten aufladbaren
Akku kabellos betreiben. Ein komplett aufgeladener Akku erlaubt eine Laufzeit
des Geräts von bis zu 7 h. Mit vollem Wasserbehälter an einer Stromquelle an-
geschlossen, läuft das Gerät bis zu 10 h.
2. Heben Sie den Deckel ab (10) um Wasser und Duftstoffe einzufüllen.
3. Füllen Sie den Wasserbehälter (6) bis zur Maximalmarke (MAX) (7) mit Wasser.
Es darf kein Wasser in die Luftaustrittsöffnung (9) gelangen. Dies beschädigt das
Gerät, wodurch jeglicher Anspruch auf Garantie erlischt.
4. Wichtig: Transportieren Sie das Gerät aufrecht und ohne ruckartige Bewegun-
gen, wenn sich Wasser im Behälter (6) befindet. Bei schneller Bewegung oder
Kippen kann Wasser aus dem Gerät treten und im Geräteinneren in die Elektronik

fliessen. Dies beschädigt das Gerät, wodurch jeglicher Anspruch auf Garantie
erlischt.
5. Geben Sie 2–3 Tropfen Ihres flüssigen Lieblingsduftstoffes direkt ins Wasser.
Es ist nicht notwendig, diese zu vermischen, die Ultraschallmembrane (8) über-
nimmt dies für Sie. Nur Duftstoffe, Aromaöle oder ätherische Öle verwenden, die
KEINEN Alkohol enthalten.
6. Schliessen Sie den Deckel (10) wieder.
7. Nehmen Sie Lucy anschliessend in Betrieb indem Sie den Ein/Aus-Knopf (4) drü-
cken.
8. Möchten Sie das Wasser nachfüllen, schalten Sie das Gerät aus und ziehen Sie
das USB-Kabel aus dem Gerät (1 + 2), falls diese angeschlossen ist. Entfernen Sie
den Deckel (10) und füllen das Wasser bis zur Maximalmarke auf.
9. Wenn Sie sich durch die Helligkeit des beleuchteten Nebels gestört fühlen (im
Schlafzimmer zum Beispiel), können sie die Leuchtintensität der LED durch Drü-
cken des Dimmer-Knopfes (5) reduzieren. Sie können zwischen drei verschiede-
nen Modi wählen:
• Normaler Modus (standardmässig eingeschaltet)
• Gedimmter Modus (einmal drücken)
• Licht-aus Modus (zweimal drücken)
Durch nochmaliges Drücken des Dimmer-Knopfs (5) können Sie wieder in
den normalen Modus wechseln.
10. Auf der Rückseite des Unterteils oberhalb des Anschlusses für das USB- Kabel
(2) befindet sich die Statusanzeige für den Akku (3):
• Normaler Betrieb mit voller Akku-Ladung: LED leuchtet nicht
• Akkustand bei 10% oder weniger: LED blinkt

• Akku wird aufgeladen: LED leuchtet durchgehend
Wenn das Gerät vollständig aufgeladen ist, dann erlischt die LED. Sie können
das USB Kabel nun rausziehen und das Gerät im Akku-Betrieb benutzen (bis zu
7h lang).
Hinweis: Möchten Sie den Duftstoff wechseln, leeren Sie Lucy komplett und reini-
gen Sie den Wasserbehälter mit einem feuchten Tuch. Befüllen Sie Lucy erneut und
geben Sie die Tropfen gemäss der Bedienungsanleitung ins Gerät.
Reinigung
Vor jeder Wartung und nach jedem Gebrauch das Gerät ausschalten und das USB-
Kabel (1) vom Gerät trennen.
Achtung: Das Gerät nie ins Wasser tauchen (Kurzschlussgefahr).
• Regelmässig nach Bedarf: Zur äusseren Reinigung mit einem feuchten Lappen
abreiben und danach gut trocknen.
• Wenn der Deckel (10) oben Ablagerungen vom Wasser und/oder von Duftstoffen
aufweist, reinigen Sie ihn mit einem feuchten Lappen und einem Spritzer Ge-
schirrspülmittel. Trocknen Sie den Deckel danach gründlich, bevor Sie das Gerät
wieder in Betrieb nehmen.
• Interne Reinigung: Sie können nun die Ultraschallmembrane mit einem her-
kömmlichen Haushaltentkalker reinigen. Für Kalkablagerungen empfehlen wir
den Stadler Form Reiniger & Entkalker zu verwenden (www.stadlerform.com/
zubehoer). Alternativ können Sie einen Haushaltentkalker oder Essig verwenden.
Bitte versuchen Sie nicht die Membrane mit einem harten Gegenstand freizu-
kratzen. Bei hartnäckigen Verkalkungen empfehlen wir Ihnen das Gerät mehr-

mals nacheinander zu entkalken. Nach dem Entkalken den Unterteil nachspülen
und danach gründlich trocknen.
• Es darf kein Wasser in die Luftaustrittsöffnung (9) gelangen. Dies beschädigt das
Gerät, wodurch jeglicher Anspruch auf Garantie erlischt.
Reparaturen
• Reparaturen an Elektrogeräten (Wechseln des Netzkabels) dürfen nur von ins-
truierten Fachkräften durchgeführt werden. Bei unsachgemässen Reparaturen
erlischt die Garantie und jegliche Haftung wird abgelehnt.
• Nehmen Sie das Gerät nie in Betrieb, wenn ein Kabel oder Stecker beschädigt ist,
nach Fehlfunktionen des Gerätes, wenn dieses heruntergefallen ist oder auf eine
andere Art beschädigt wurde (Risse/Brüche am Gehäuse).
• Nicht mit irgendwelchen Gegenständen in das Gerät eindringen.
• Ausgedientes Gerät sofort unbrauchbar machen (Netzkabel durchtrennen) und
bei der dafür vorgesehenen Sammelstelle abgeben.
• Im Falle einer Re paratur müssen folgende Punkte beachtet werden, bevor das
Gerät verschickt oder zum Händler gebracht wird: das Wasser im Gerät komplett
ausleeren (Wasserwanne bzw. Wassertank) und das Gerät vollständig trocknen
lassen. Geräte mit Restwasser werden während des Transports beschädigt. Die
Garantie erlischt in diesem Falle.

(WEEE) verlangt, dass elektrische Haushaltsgeräte nicht über den Restmüll oder
