Die Begrie "Gerät" oder "Produkt" in den Warnungen

ALLGEMEINE BEMERKUNGEN
a) Sorgen Sie für die eigene, sowie für die
Sicherheit Dritter und befolgen Sie die in der
Bedienungsanleitung enthaltenen Anweisungen
genau.
b) Für die Inbetriebnahme, Bedienung und den
Maschinenbetrieb dürfen nur entsprechend
qualizierte Personen zuständig sein.
c) Reparaturen dürfen nur in der Servicestelle des
Herstellers unter Verwendung von Originalteilen
durchgeführt werden.
d) Während der Anwendung des Gerätes, halten
Sie bitte jegliche Personen, speziell Kinder, vom
Einsatzort fern.
e) Der Plasmaschneider ist ein Gerät zum Schneiden
von Metall. Das Gerät ist ausschließlich gemäß
seinem Zweck zu benutzen.
f) Während des Betriebs erzeugt das Gerät ein
elektromagnetisches Feld, das zu Fehlfunktionen von
medizinischen Implantaten, z. B. Herzschrittmachern
usw. führen kann.
g) Es ist verboten, die Pistole auf sich selbst, andere
Personen oder Tiere zu richten.
h) Sorgen Sie für regelmäßige Wartung und
Instandhaltung.
i) Trennen Sie das Gerät von der Stromversorgung,

VORBEREITUNG DES ARBEITSPLATZES ZUM SCHNEIDEN
ACHTUNG! SCHNEIDEN kann Feuer oder eine Explosion
verursachen.
Der Plasmabogen verursacht Funkenug und heiße
Metallspritzer. Der Funkenug, das heiße Metall, sowie der
heiße Arbeitsgegenstand und die heiße Geräteausstattung
können Feuer oder Verbrennungen verursachen.
Überprüfen Sie die Arbeitsumgebung und versichern
Sie sich vor der Anwendung des Gerätes, dass diese als
Arbeitsplatz geeignet ist.
a) Entfernen Sie alle leicht entammbaren Stoe und
Gegenstände in der Nähe des Plasmaschneiders
innerhalb eines Umkreises von 12m.
b) Wenn dies nicht möglich ist, decken Sie die
Gegenstände sorgfältig mit geeigneten feuerfesten
Abdeckungen ab.
c) Das Schneiden ist an den Stellen, wo es zur
Entzündung von leicht entammbaren Werkstoen
kommen kann verboten.
d) Schützen Sie sich selbst und Andere vor dem
Funkenug und heißem Metall.
e) Es sollte insbesondere darauf geachtet werden, dass
Funken oder heiße Metallspritzer beim Schneiden
nicht durch Schlitze oder Önungen im Gehäuse,
oder durch den Schutzschirm gelangen können.
f) Achten Sie aufmerksam auf Feuer und statten Sie
Ihren Arbeitsplatz mit einem Feuerlöscher aus.
g) Achten Sie darauf, dass das Schneiden auf der einen
Seite ein Feuer auf der gegenüberliegenden, nicht
sichtbaren Seite verursachen kann.
h) Zur Versorgung des Gerätes soll Luft verwendet
werden, es ist verboten andere Gase zu verwenden.
i) Verwenden Sie das Gerät bei einer
Umgebungstemperatur zwischen 10 und 40 °C,
in einem Raum mit geringer Luftfeuchtigkeit und
Staub, ohne direkte Sonneneinstrahlung.

to welding work and ensure the work station is

STROMSCHLAGSCHUTZ

PÉRPARATION DU LIEU DE TRAVAIL
ATTENTION ! Découper au plasma peut provoquer un départ

L‘arc plasma produit des étincelles ainsi que des éclaboussures
de métal fondu. La projection d‘étincelles ou de métal fondu
ainsi que la pièce d‘ouvrage et les équipements de l‘appareil
chauds peuvent causer un départ d‘incendie voire de sévères
brûlures. Avant toute utilisation de la machine, examinez votre
environnement de travail et assurez-vous qu‘il soit conforme
et approprié au travail que vous comptez eectuer.
a) Éloignez toutes les matières et objets légèrement

PREPARAZIONE DI UN POSTO DI LAVORO PER IL TAGLIO
ATTENZIONE! Le operazioni di TAGLIO possono provocare

L‘arco al plasma può causare scintille e spruzzi di metallo
caldo. Le scintille, il metallo caldo, nonché gli strumenti
di lavoro incandescenti possono causare incendi o

l) Non utilizzare la tagliatrice al plasma per scongelare
tubi congelati.
m) Non tagliare nei pressi di serbatoi o barili che
contengono o contenevano in precedenza dei
materiali inammabili. Questi devono essere
preventivamente svuotati e accuratamente puliti.
n) Non tagliare in ambienti in cui sono presenti
particelle di polveri o fumi esplosivi.
o) Non tagliare in cilindri, tubi o recipienti sotto

Valori inferiori possono essere utilizzati se il pezzo in

PREPARACIÓN DEL LUGAR DE TRABAJO PARA EL CORTE
¡ATENCIÓN! EL PROCESO DE CORTE POR PLASMA PUEDE
OCASIONAR INCENDIOS O EXPLOSIONES
El arco del plasma desprende chispas y trozos de metal
candente. Las salpicaduras del arco, el calor que se
desprende de la pieza de trabajo y los componentes del
equipo pueden provocar fuego y quemaduras. Retire de
la zona de trabajo todos los objetos que representen un
riesgo de incendio.
a) Mantenga todo material u objeto inamable alejado
de la soldadura, a una distancia mínima 12 m.
b) Si esto no es posible, cubra los artículos con
cubiertas ignifugas.
c) Está prohibido cortar en zonas que contengan

d) Protéjase y proteja a otros contra chispas y

a) Utilice siempre una máscara de soldadura o gafas de
seguridad con protecciones laterales.

b) Utilice ropa de trabajo apropiada para proteger su
piel.
c) Utilice siempre tapones u otro tipo de protección
auditiva para evitar que las chispas se cuelen en los
oídos.
d) En el proceso de corte, el arco eléctrico produce
grandes cantidades de radiación visible e invisible
(radiación ultravioleta e infrarroja) que puede dañar
la vista y la piel.
e) Cuando realice trabajos de corte o soldadura, utilice
siempre ropa protectora resistente, sin trazas de
aceite y resistente a las llamas (lana y cuero). Además
porte siempre zapatos de protección, guantes de
cuero y una careta o pantalla
f) Use una careta de protección provista de una
tonalidad de ltro adecuada para proteger su cara
y ojos cuando realice u observe trabajos de corte al
arco de plasma.
g) Las normas de seguridad recomiendan una tonalidad
Nr. 9 (Nr. 8 como mínimo) para todos los procesos
de corte inferiores a los 300 amperios. Tonalidades
inferiores se pueden utilizar solo si el arco eléctrico
está oculto.
h) Utilice siempre gafas de seguridad con protecciones
laterales o una máscara de corte o soldadura.
i) Utilice pantallas protectoras para proteger al usuario
y a terceras personas contra el deslumbramiento y
salpicaduras de soldadura.
j) Informe a terceras personas sobre los riesgos de
observar directamente el arco eléctrico.
k) Se desaconseja utilizar el aparato sin haber
consultado antes con un médico. Esto se aplica sobre
todo a personas con marcapasos u otros aparatos
dispositivos médicos implantados.
¡ATENCIÓN! Los rayos del arco pueden quemar los
ojos y la piel.
PROTECCIÓN CONTRA DESCARGAS ELÉCTRICAS
¡ATENCIÓN! Las descargas eléctricas pueden ocasionar la
muerte.
a) Conecte el equipo al enchufe más cercano a la zona
de trabajo para evitar que el cable quede extendido
por toda la estancia y sobre un suelo que puede
provocar una descarga eléctrica, chispas o fuego.
b) El contacto con componentes con carga eléctrica
puede provocar una descarga y graves quemaduras.
c) El arco eléctrico y la zona de trabajo están cargados
de corriente.
d) El circuito de alimentación y los circuitos internos
de la máquina también tienen tensión cuando la
alimentación está encendida.
e) No toque piezas eléctricas con tensión.
f) Utilice siempre guantes aislantes y sin perforaciones,
así como ropa protectora.
g) Aíslese de la pieza de trabajo y de la tierra mediante
el uso de alfombras o cubiertas aislantes secas.
h) No toque el arco eléctrico.
i) Antes de la limpieza o cambio del electrodo,
desconecte la alimentación.
j) Instale y conecte correctamente a tierra este equipo,
siguiendo las indicaciones en la normativa vigente.
Todo equipo que esté instalado o conectado a tierra
de manera incorrecta constituye un peligro.
k) Compruebe con regularidad el estado de los
cables con respecto a daños o partes mal aisladas.
Remplace todo cable que presente deciencias a
nivel de aislamiento para evitar graves lesiones.
l) Mientras no usa el dispositivo, apague todas las
fuentes de alimentación
m) No envuelva su cuerpo con los cables.
n) La pieza a cortar debe estar debidamente conectada
a una toma de tierra.
o) Utilice únicamente un equipo que esté en buen
estado.
p) Repare o reemplace inmediatamente las piezas
dañadas.
q) Cuando trabaje en altura utilice un arnés de
seguridad para evitar caídas.
r) Mantenga todos los componentes del equipo y
dispositivos de seguridad en el sitio de trabajo.
s) Mantenga la antorcha lo más alejada posible del
cuerpo cuando apriete el gatillo.
t) Fije el cable conductor al punto de contacto metálico
adecuado en la pieza a cortar (no a un elemento que
pueda caerse) o a la mesa de trabajo situada tan
cerca de la cortadora de plasma como sea necesario.
u) Aísle la pinza de tierra cuando no esté conectada a
la pieza de trabajo para evitar un contacto accidental
con otro metal.
v) El producto está diseñado para ser usado en
interiores. Sin embargo, si ha estado expuesto a la
humedad o la lluvia, se debe comprobar si en su
interior no se encuentran algunas gotas de agua, lo
cual podría provocar un accidente.
w) Después de apagar el equipo compruebe el voltaje
en el condensador de entrada y asegúrese de que
esté a cero. Si no es así, evite tocar los components
del equipo.
¡ATENCIÓN! El equipo puede estar bajo tensión, aún
después de haberlo desenchufado de la corriente.
¡ATENCIÓN! Aunque en la fabricación de este
aparato se ha prestado gran importancia a la
seguridad, dispone de ciertos mecanismos de
protección extras. A pesar del uso de elementos de
seguridad adicionales, existe el riesgo de lesiones
durante el funcionamiento, por lo que se recomienda

gebrauchte Elektro – und Elektronikgeräte dürfen gemäß europäischer Vorgaben [1] nicht zum unsortierten Siedlungsabfall
gegeben werden, sondern müssen getrennt erfasst werden. Das Symbol der Abfalltonne auf Rädern weist auf die Notwendigkeit
der getrennten Sammlung hin. Helfen auch Sie mit beim Umweltschutz. Sorgen Sie dafür, dieses Gerät, wenn Sie es nicht mehr
weiter nutzen wollen, in die hierfür vorgesehenen Systeme der Getrenntsammlung zu geben.
In Deutschland sind Sie gesetzlich [2] verpichtet, ein Altgerät einer vom unsortierten Siedlungsabfall getrennten Erfassung
zuzuführen. Die öffentlich – rechtlichen Entsorgungsträger (Kommunen) haben hierzu Sammelstellen eingerichtet, an denen
Altgeräte aus privaten Haushalten ihres Gebietes für Sie kostenfrei entgegengenommen werden. Möglicherweise holen die
rechtlichen Entsorgungsträger die Altgeräte auch bei den privaten Haushalten ab.
Bitte informieren Sie sich über Ihren lokalen Abfallkalender oder bei Ihrer Stadt – oder Gemeindeverwaltung über die in Ihrem
Gebiet zur Verfügung stehenden Möglichkeiten der Rückgabe oder Sammlung von Altgeräten.
