Anleitung sorgfältig durch. Andernfalls kann dies zu

erheblichen Verletzungen führen. Dieses Handbuch

muss sorgfältig aufbewahrt werden: Bewahren Sie dieses

Handbuch wegen der enthaltenen Warnungen und

Sicherheitsanweisungen, sowie der Beschreibung von

Montageschritten, Bedienung, Überprüfung, Wartung und

Reinigung des Gerätes auf.

BEDIENUNGSANLEITUNG ALLGEMEINE BESCHREIBUNG

Die Anleitung ist als Hilfe für eine sichere und zuverlässige

Nutzung vorgesehen. Das Produkt ist strikt nach den

technischen Vorgaben und unter Einsatz modernster

Technologien und Komponenten sowie unter Einhaltung

der höchsten Qualitätsstandards entworfen und

angefertigt. Zur Sicherung eines langen und zuverlässigen

Betriebs des Gerätes muss auf die richtige Handhabung

und Wartung, entsprechend den in dieser Anleitung

angeführten Vorgaben, geachtet werden. Die in dieser

Anleitung angegebenen technischen Daten und die

Spezikation sind aktuell. Der Hersteller behält sich das

Recht vor, im Rahmen der Verbesserung der Qualität,

Änderungen vorzunehmen. Unter Berücksichtigung des

technischen Fortschritts und der Geräuschreduzierung

wurde das Gerät so entworfen und hergestellt, dass es

infolge der Geräuschemission entstehendem Risiko auf

dem niedrigsten Niveau gehalten wird.

die Instandsetzung, Anwendung, Wartung und die

Reparatur des Gerätes durchführen.

• Während der Anwendung des Gerätes, halten

Einsatzort fern.

SCHNEIDEN kann Feuer oder eine Explosion

verursachen

Der Plasmabogen verursacht Funkenug und heiße

Metallspritzer. Der Funkenug, das heiße Metall, sowie der

heiße Arbeitsgegenstand und die heiße Geräteausstattung

können Feuer oder Verbrennungen verursachen.

Überprüfen Sie die Arbeitsumgebung und versichern

Sie sich vor der Anwendung des Gerätes, dass diese als

Arbeitsplatz geeignet ist.

• Entfernen Sie alle leicht entammbaren Stoe und

Gegenstände in der Nähe des Plasmaschneiders

innerhalb eines Umkreises von 12m.

• Wenn dies nicht möglich ist, decken Sie die

Gegenstände sorgfältig mit geeigneten feuerfesten

Abdeckungen ab.

• Das Schneiden ist an den Stellen, wo es zur

Entzündung von leicht eintammbaren Werkstoen

kann, verboten.

• Schützen Sie sich selbst und Andere vor dem

Funkenug und heißem Metall.

• Es sollte insbesondere darauf geachtet werden, dass

Funken oder heiße Metallspritzer beim Schneiden

nicht durch Schlitze oder Önungen im Gehäuse,

oder durch den Schutzschirm gelangen können.

• Achten Sie aufmerksam auf Feuer und statten Sie

Ihren Arbeitsplatz mit einem Feuerlöscher aus.

• Achten Sie darauf, dass das Schneiden ein Feuer

auf der gegenüberliegenden, nicht sichtbaren Seite

verursachen kann.

BEARBEITEN SIE KEINE GESCHLOSSENEN BEHÄLTER

WIE Z.B. TANKS ODER FÄSSER.

Das Stromkabel ist an die am nächsten gelegene

Steckdose anzuschließen. Vermeiden Sie eine fahrlässige

Kabelverteilung im Raum und auf nicht kontrollierten

Oberächen, da dem Benutzer ein Stromschlag oder ein

Brand drohen kann.

• Benutzen Sie den Plasmaschneider nicht um

gefrorene Rohre aufzutauen.

• Es darf nicht an Behältern oder Fässern geschnitten

werden, die leichtbrennbare Substanzen enthalten

oder enthielten. Diese müssen vorher geleert und

ausgiebig gesäubert werden.

• Schneiden Sie nicht wenn sich in der Luft

entammbare Partikel oder Dämpfe benden.

• Schneiden Sie nicht an unter Druck stehenden

Zylindern, Leitungen oder Gefäßen.

• Beim Schneiden ist eine saubere, feuerfeste und nicht

leitende Schutzkleidung (Leder, dicke Baumwolle)

ohne Ölspuren, Lederhandschuhe, feste Schuhe und

eine Schutzhaube zu tragen.

• Vor dem Beginn der Arbeit sind alle leicht brennbaren

oder explosiven Gegenstände oder Materialien, wie

Propan-Butan, Feuerzeuge oder Streichhölzer außer

Reichweite zu bringen.

• Die Sicherheits- und Arbeitsschutzvorschriften

für das Plasmaschneiden sind zu befolgen.

Die Arbeitsstelle muss mit einem geeigneten

Feuerlöscher ausgerüstet werden.

• Ein Kontakt mit den elektrisch geladenen Teilen

kann zu einem Stromschlag oder zu einer

ernsthaften Verbrennung führen. Die Fackel und der

Arbeitskreislauf sind elektrisch geladen, sobald der

Strom eingeschaltet ist. Der Eingangsstromkreis und

der innere Stromkreislauf der Maschine stehen auch

unter Strom sobald der Strom eingeschaltet ist.

ELEKTRISCHER SCHOCK IST LEBENSGEFÄHRLICH

• Vermeiden Sie unbedingt den Kontakt mit geladenen

elektrischen Teilen.

• Verwenden Sie trockene und unbeschädigte

Handschuhe, sowie passende Schutzkleidung.

• Es sind Isolierungsmatten oder sonstige

Isolierungsbeschichtungen auf dem Boden zu

verwenden. Diese müssen ausreichend groß sein,

sodass der Kontakt des Körpers mit dem Gegenstand

oder mit dem Boden nicht möglich ist.

• Berühren Sie keine Teile der Fackel, wenn diese

gerade in Kontakt mit dem Gegenstand oder dem

Boden ist.

• Vor der Reinigung oder dem Austausch der Elektrode

ist die Stromversorgung abzuschalten.

• Schalten Sie den Eingangsstrom ab bevor Sie das

Gerät installieren.

• Überprüfen Sie, ob das Erdungskabel, sowie

der Stecker richtig an die geerdete Steckdose

angeschlossen wurde. Der fehlerhafte Anschluss

der Geräterdung kann zur Gefahr für Leben und

Gesundheit werden.

• Verizieren Sie immer den Erdungsanschluss.

• Bevor Sie die Eingangsverbindung vornehmen,

fügen Sie erst einen geeigneten Erdleiter hinzu.

• Überprüfen Sie die Stromkabel regelmäßig auf

Beschädigungen oder mangelnde Isolierung.

Beschädigte Kabel sind auszutauschen. Eine

fahrlässige Reparatur der Isolierung kann zum Tod

oder zu erheblichen Gesundheitsproblemen führen.

• Schalten Sie das Gerät ab, wenn es nicht in Gebrauch

ist.

• Überprüfen Sie die Kabel und ersetzen Sie diese

umgehend, wenn Sie zu starke Gebrauchsspuren

aufweisen oder beschädigt sind.

• Wickeln Sie das Gerätekabel nicht um Ihren Körper.

• Erden Sie den Arbeitsgegenstand an einen guten

elektrischen Erdungsuntergrund.

• Nutzen Sie bitte nur gut erhaltene Ausstattung.

• Reparieren oder ersetzen Sie umgehend beschädigte

Bestandteile des Gerätes.

• Tragen Sie einen Sicherheitsgurt, wenn Sie in Höhen

arbeiten.

• Bewahren Sie alle Teile und Abdeckungen an einem

Ort auf.

• Bei der Einschaltung ist die Pistolenspitze und der

Führungsbogen möglichst weit vom Körper zu

halten.

• Befestigen Sie das Arbeitskabel an einem guten

metallischen Kontakt des Arbeitsgegenstandes (kein

Stück, das abfallen könnte) oder an dem Arbeitstisch

so nah am Schneidegerät, wie es zweckmäßig

erscheint.

• Isolieren Sie die Arbeitsklammer, wenn Sie nicht mit

dem Arbeitsgegenstand verbunden ist um Kontakt

mit jeglichem Metall zu vermeiden.

Es besteht eine SIGNIFIKANTE GLEICHSPANNUNG nach

dem Entfernen des Stromkabels aus der Stromquelle.

Schalten Sie das Gerät aus, trennen Sie das Stromkabel,

überprüfenSie die Spannung auf dem Eingangskondensator

und versichern Sie sich, dass die Spannung nahe dem

Nullpunkt liegt, bevor Sie Teile des Gerätes berühren.

Überprüfen Sie die Kondensatoren hinsichtlich der

Angaben, die im Kapitel Wartung der Bedienungsanleitung

beschrieben werden, bevor Sie irgendwelche Teile des

Gerätes berühren.

ELEKTRISCHER SCHOCK KANN TÖDLICH SEIN.

Am Stromrichter können nicht betriebssichere Teile

explodieren, sobald diese mit Strom versorgt werden.

Tragen Sie immer einen Gesichtsschutz und Schutzkleidung,

wenn Sie den Stromrichter bedienen.

EXPLODIERENDE TEILE KÖNNEN VERLETZUNGEN

VERURSACHEN.

Funken und Metall spritzen vom Schweißblatt ab.

FLIEGENDE FUNKEN KÖNNEN VERLETZUNGEN

VERURSACHEN.

• Tragen Sie einen Gesichtsschutz oder Sicherheitsbrille

mit Seitenabdeckung.

• Tragen Sie geeigneten Körperschutz um die Haut zu

schützen.

• Tragen Sie feuerfeste Ohrstöpsel oder einen anderen

Gehörschutz, um zu verhindern, dass Funken in die

Ohren gelangen.

• Die Bogenstrahlen vom Schneidvorgang produzieren

immense sichtbare und unsichtbare (ultraviolette

und infrarote) Strahlen, welche die Augen und die

Haut verbrennen können.

BOGENSTRAHLEN KÖNNEN AUGEN UND HAUT

VERBRENNEN!

• Verwenden Sie einen Gesichtsschutz (Helm

oder Haube) und einen Augenschutz mit einem

entsprechenden Verdunklungslter, der für

Sehvermögen des Schweißers und für den

Schweißstromwert geeignet ist.

• Die Sicherheitsstandards geben den Farbton Nr. 9

(min. Nr. 8) für jede Stromstärke unter 300 A vor.

• Niedrigere Werte dürfen verwendet werden, wenn

der Bogen den bearbeiteten Gegenstand überdeckt.

• Verwenden Sie immer eine Schutzbrille mit

Seitenschutz und entsprechender Zulassung bzw.

eine andere Schutzabdeckung.

• Verwenden Sie Schutzabdeckungen an der

Arbeitsstelle, um andere Personen vor dem

blendenden Licht oder Spritzern zu schützen.

• Unbeteiligte Personen sind bezüglich der Gefahren

durch das Schauen auf den elektrischen Bogen zu

warnen.

WÄRMESCHUTZ

• Der Wärmeschutzkreislauf setzt sich in Gang, wenn

das Gerät die Einschaltdauer überschreitet. Er

bewirkt, dass das Gerät seine Funktion einstellt.

DUTY CYCLE

• Die Einschaltdauer ist der Prozentsatz

der Betriebsdauer (gemessen in Minuten)

einer 10-minütigen Zeitperiode in der die

Maschine ununterbrochen bei üblichen

Temperaturbedingungen genutzt wird. Wenn Sie

die Einschaltdauer-Werte überschreiten, wird dieses

den Überhitzungsschutz auslösen, der das Gerät bis

es auf die normale Arbeitstemperatur herabgekühlt

ist, zum Stoppen bringt. Ununterbrochenes

Überschreiten der Einschaltdauer-Werte kann das

Gerät enorm beschädigen.

1. An- / Ausschalter.

2. LED – Display: Zeigt die aktuelle Amperestärke an.

3. Überlastung / Störfall LED:

Bei den folgenden zwei Situationen geht die Lampe

an:

a. Wenn die Maschine eine Fehlfunktion hat und

nicht betrieben werden kann.

b. Wenn das Schneidgerät die standardmäßige

Belastungsdauer überschreitet, setzt der

Schutzmodus ein und die Maschine stellt ihre

Funktion ein. Das heißt, dass das Gerät jetzt

ausläuft um die Temperaturkontrolle wieder

herstellen zu können, nachdem das Gerät

überhitzt wurde. Die Maschine kommt aus

diesem Grunde zum Stillstand. Während dieses

Vorgangs leuchtet die rote Warnleuchte an der

Frontverkleidung auf. In diesem Fall müssen

Sie nicht den Stromstecker aus der Steckdose

entfernen. Zum Abkühlen der Maschine kann

die Lüftung weiter arbeiten um die Kühlung

voranzutreiben. Wenn das rote Licht nicht

mehr aueuchtet, ist die Temperatur nun auf

normale Betriebstemperatur gesunken und

das Gerät kann wieder in Betrieb gesetzt

werden.

4. TEST GAZ/2T/4T (2T – Drücken der Taste auf

dem Brenner initiiert den Schweißvorgang/

Metallschneiden, der Vorgang geht zu Ende

nachdem die Taste nicht mehr gedrückt wird / 4T

– Drücken der Taste auf dem Brenner initiiert den

INSTANDSETZUNG

A. AUSPACKEN

Packen Sie alle Teile aus der Verpackung aus und

versichern Sie sich, dass Sie alle Gegenstände, die auf der

Verpackungsliste aufgelistet sind, erhalten haben.

B. ARBEITSUMGEBUNG

Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Arbeitsbereich gut belüftet ist.

Das Gerät wird durch einen Axiallüfter gekühlt, der einen

Luftuss durch das hintere Bedienteil über der Elektronik

bereitstellt. (Hinweis! Die Verkleidung muss so installiert

werden, dass sich die Entlüftungslöcher näher an der

Vorderseite des Gerätes benden) Lassen Sie mindestens

ca. 15 cm am Vorderteil und 15 cm an beiden Seiten

zur Säuberung frei. Wenn das Gerät ohne ausreichende

Kühlung bedient wird, reduziert sich die Einschaltdauer

stark.

C. KABELEINGANGSVERBINDUNG

Jedes Gerät verfügt über ein Hauptstromkabel, das

dafür zuständig ist, die Stromstärke und Spannung für

dieses Gerät herzustellen. Wenn das Gerät mit Strom

verbunden ist, der die benötigte Spannung überschreitet,

oder eine falsche Phase eingestellt ist, kann dies das

Gerät schwer schädigen. Dies wird nicht innerhalb der

Gewährleistungsbedingungen des Gerätes berücksichtigt,

sondern geht auf Ihr eigenes Verschulden zurück.

D. FACKELVERBINDUNG

Verbinden Sie die Fackel mit dem Invertierer, indem Sie

das Luftröhrchen, das am Ende der Fackel befestigt ist,

an das Fackelverbindungsstück, das am Vorderteil der

Maschine angebracht ist, hereindrehen. Sichern Sie die

Konstruktion noch einmal durch leichtes Festziehen mit

einem Schraubenschlüssel. Ziehen Sie es nicht zu stra zu.

PISTOLENAUFBAU

A. VORGANG DES PISTOLENLAUFBAUS

Stellen Sie die Pistole mit der Schutzkappe nach oben

zeigend auf und drehen Sie die Schutzkappe von der Pistole

ab. (Schutzkappe hält die Spitze, den Keramikdrehring

und die Elektrode zusammen). Entfernen Sie die Spitze,

den Keramikdrehring und die Elektrode. Bauen Sie die

Elektrode, den Keramikdrehring und die Spitze wieder

zusammen. Ersetzen Sie abgenutzte Teile, wenn es

notwendig ist. Bringen Sie die Schutzkappe an dem Kopf

der Pistole an und ziehen Sie diese mit der Hand fest, bis

sie stra sitzt. Wenn bei diesem Vorgang ein Widerstand

bemerkt wird, prüfen Sie die Gewinde und die Anordnung

der Einzelteile, bevor Sie mit der Arbeit beginnen.

HINWEIS

Bei einigen Pistolen, die keine umschaltbaren Elektroden

haben, ist es notwendig die Elektrode noch zusätzlich,

durch das Anwenden einer Kneifzange festzuziehen,

um somit eine verlässliche elektrische Verbindung zu

gewährleisten.

NUTZUNG

A. DER ANFANG

Schalten Sie den Stromschalter auf die Stellung “ON”.

Drücken Sie den Pistolenschalter (Luft wird aus der Pistole

ausströmen).

B. WÖCHENTLICHE MASSNAHMEN

Überprüfen Sie, ob die Lüftung einwandfrei funktioniert.

Entfernen Sie Staub oder Dreck von der ganzen Maschine,

inklusive des Luftlters.

WARTUNG

Überprüfen Sie die Pistole hinsichtlich Abnutzungsschäden,

Rissen oder freigelegten Kabelstücken. Ersetzen oder

reparieren Sie jene vor Gebrauch des Gerätes. Eine stark

abgenutzte Pistolenspitze/düse trägt zur Verminderung

der Geschwindigkeit, Spannungsabfall und krummen

Durchtrennung bei. Ein Indiz für eine stark abgenutzte

Pistolenspitze/-düse ist eine verlängerte oder übergroße

Düsenönung.

TRANSPORT UND LAGERUNG

Beim Transport ist das Gerät vor Erschütterung und Stürzen

zu sichern. Stellen Sie das Gerät aufrecht und nicht Kopf

über ab. Lagern Sie es in einer gut durchlüfteten Umgebung

mit trockener Luft und ohne korrosive Gase.

REINIGUNG UND WARTUNG

• Ziehen Sie vor jeder Reinigung und nach jedem

Gebrauch den Netzstecker und lassen Sie das Gerät

vollständig abkühlen.

• Verwenden Sie zum Reinigen der Oberäche

ausschließlich Mittel ohne ätzende Inhaltsstoe.

• Lassen Sie nach jeder Reinigung alle Teile gut

trocknen, bevor das Gerät erneut verwendet wird.

• Bewahren Sie das Gerät an einem trockenen, kühlen,

vor Feuchtigkeit und direkter Sonneneinstrahlung

geschütztem Ort auf.

REGELMÄSSIGE PRÜFUNG DES GERÄTES

Prüfen Sie regelmäßig, ob Elemente des Gerätes eventuelle

Beschädigungen aufweisen. Sollte dies der Fall sein, darf

das Gerät nicht mehr benutzt werden. Wenden Sie sich

umgehend an Ihren Verkäufer, um das Gerät reparieren zu

lassen.

Was tun im Problemfall??

Kontaktieren Sie den Verkäufer und bereiten Sie folgende

Angaben vor:

• Rechnungs- und Seriennummer (letztere nden Sie

auf dem Produktschild).

• Ggf. ein Foto des defekten Teils.

• Der Servicemitarbeiter kann das Problem

besser erkennen, wenn Sie dieses so präzise

wie möglich beschreiben ist. Je ausführlichere

Fehlerbeschreibung, desto schneller können wir

Ihnen helfen!

CUTTING MAY CAUSE FIRE OR AN EXPLOSION

A plasma beam ejects incandescent metal particles or

sparkles. Hot metal particles, sparks, heated elements or

hot equipment may cause re. Therefore, it is necessary

to closely examine the work place surrounding sand to

make sure if it is suitable as a working area before using

the device.

• Remove all ammable materials within 12 m radius

from the burner.

• If that is not possible, the ammable materials are to

be covered with an appropriate covering.

• It is forbidden to cut in places where ammable

materials may be ignited.

• Use means of protection against stream of sparks

and incandescent metal particles.

• Keep in mind that sparks or hot metal splinters may

penetrate through gaps or openings.

• Pay close attention to the electric arc and make sure

a re extinguisher is at hand.

• Keep in mind that cutting close to a ceiling, on the

oor or between partitioned space may cause a re

on the other, not visible side.

DO NOT WELD NEAR TANKS OR BARRELS WITH

FLAMMABLE SUBSTANCES.

The power cable is to be plugged into the nearest socket

and arranged in a practical and safe manner. Avoid careless

arrangement of the cable in the room on untested oor,

which may cause an electric shock or re.

• Do not use the plasma cutter to defrost frozen pipes.

• Do not cut with plasma near ammable materials/

containers. Flammable materials or containers are to

be removed or thoroughly emptied.

• Do not cut with plasma in an atmosphere containing

ammable particles or vapours of explosive

materials.

• Do not plasma-cut pressurized tanks, pressure

system pipes or pressurized containers.

• It is forbidden to plasma-cut containers with

ammable materials.

• During plasma-cutting, it is required to wear clean,

oil-free protective clothes, e.g.: leather gloves, thick

shirt, high boots and protective hood.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The user manual is designed to aid safe and troublefree

use. The product is designed and manufactured in

accordance with strict technical guidelines, using state of

the art technologies and components and in compliance

with the most stringent quality standards. To extend the

shelf life of the device and to ensure trouble free operation,

use it and perform maintenance tasks in accordance with

this user manual. The technical data and specications in

this user manual are current. The manufacturer reserves the

right to make changes

• The plasma cutting station is to be located away

from ammable surfaces.

• Before starting plasma-cutting, get rid of ammable

or explosive objects, such as propane-butane

lighters or matches.

• Observe safety and OHS regulations applicable

to welding work and ensure the work station is

equipped with an appropriate re extinguisher.

The ame and the working circuit are energized if

the electric power supply is activated. The input and

internal circuit of the device are also energized if the

electric power supply is activated.

ELECTRIC SHOCK IS HAZARDOUS FOR LIFE AND

HEALTH

• Do not touch energized elements.

• Wear dry, insulated gloves without any holes, as well

as suitable protective clothes.

• Put insulation mats or other insulation coatings

on the oor, which should be suciently large to

prevent the body from touching the workpiece or

the oor.

• Do not touch the electric arc if it touches the

workpiece or the oor.

• Before operating, cleaning or replacing the electrode,

disconnect the electrical power supply.

• Before the installation or maintenance, disconnect

the power supply.

• Ensure that the grounding cable is properly

grounded and the pin is properly connected to

a grounded socket.

• Always inspect carefully the grounding.

• Before connecting the input, select an appropriate

grounding.

• Inspect regularly the power if they are damage or

if they present lack of insulation. A damaged cable

must be replaced immediately. Cables must be

replaced if any damage is found. Improper repair of

the insulation may cause death or injury.

• Turn the device o when it is not used.

• Replace the cable if you notice any signs or abrasion

or local damage.

• Do not coil the cable around your body.

• The welded workpiece is to be properly grounded.

• Use only equipment in good condition.

• Any damaged elements of the device are to be

repaired or replaced.

• During work at elevated heights, use safety harness.

• All the elements of equipment and safety should be

located in one place.

• It is forbidden to deactivate the safety system.

• Use only pistols listed in the instruction manual.

• When activating the release, keep the pistol tip and

the arc as far as possible from your body.

• Attach the working cable to an appropriate metal

contact of the welded workpiece (not to an element

which may fall o) or to the work table as close to the

welder as seems appropriate.

• The working clamp is to be insulated, unless it

is connected to the workpiece, in order to avoid

contact with metal.

After disconnecting the supply cable, the device may

still contain SIGNIFICANT VOLTAGE.

After turning the device o and disconnecting the power

cable, check the voltage on the input capacitor and ensure

the voltage value is zero, otherwise do not touch any

element of the device.

The capacitors are to be inspected in accordance with the

guidelines in the operation section of this manual.

ELECTRIC SHOCK may be lethal.

Unsecured elements of the rectier may explode at the

moment of turning on the power supply. When using the

rectier, always use a protective mask and working clothes

with long sleeves.

EXPLODING PARTS OF THE DEVICE may cause injury.

Metal splinters during welding constitute a health hazard.

SPLINTERS AND SPARKS MAY CAUSE INJURIES.

• Always wear a protective mask with side shield.

• Always wear appropriate protective clothes in order

to protect your body.

• Always wear earplugs or other hearing protection

in order to prevent the splinters from entering your

ears.

• During welding, the electric arc generates signicant

amount of visible and invisible radiation (UV and IR

radiation) which may damage eyesight and skin

ELECTRIC ARC RADIATION may damage eyesight and

skin.

• Always use face protection (helmet or shield) and eye

protection with glass with appropriate tint, acting as

lter and protecting the eyes during cutting.

• Safety standards propose tint no. 9 (no. 8 at

minimum) for every current intensity below 300 A.

A lower shield tint may be used if the arc covers the

workpiece.

• Always use permitted safety goggles with side shield

under the helmet or another protection.

• Use workplace shields in order to protect other

people against blinding light or splinters. Warn

bystanders not to look at the electric arc.

• Use protective clothes made of non-ammable

and non-conductive material (leather, thick wool or

cotton) and appropriate working footwear.

THERMAL PROTECTION

The thermal protection system is activated when the device

exceeds the activation time. It causes the device to switch

o. The status indicator on the front panel glows. The fan

works until the device is cooled. After cooling the device to

the operational temperature, it can be restarted.

DUTY CYCLE

The duty cycle is the percentage of the operating time

(measured in minutes) of a 10-minute period in which

the machine is used continuously in normal temperature

conditions. If the values of the duty cycle are exceeded, this

will trigger the overheat protection function, which stops

the machine until it is cooled down to normal operating

temperature. Repeated situations of exceeding the duty

cycle values may lead to serious damage of the machine.

STARTING WITH THE OPERATION

A. UNPACKING

Unpack all the items which are in the box and make sure

that you have received all items which are listed on the

packing list.

B. WORK ENVIRONMENT

Make sure that the work area is well ventilated. The unit

is cooled by an axial fan that provides an air ow for the

electronics through the rear panel.

(Note! The housing must be installed in order to ensure

that the vent holes are closer to the front of the machine).

Leave at least 15 cm at the front and 15 cm at both sides for

cleaning. If the machine is operated without the adequate

cooling, the length of the duty cycle will be greatly reduced.

C. CABLE CONNECTIONS

Each unit is equipped with a main power cable, which is

responsible for providing current and voltage to the device.

If the device is connected to power, which exceeds the

required voltage, or if the wrong phase is set, it may lead

to severe damage to the unit. This is not covered by the

warranty for the equipment and the user will be responsible

for such situations.

D. TORCH CONNECTIONS

Connect the torch to the inverter by connecting the air

tube that is attached at the end of the torch to the torch

connector on the front part of the machine. Ensure that the

connection is secure by tightening it slightly with a spanner.

However you should not make it too tight.

and the machine will stop functioning. This

means that the machine is now being cooled

in order to be able to restore temperature

control again after the device has overheated.

Therefore the machine is stopped. During this

process, the red warning light on the front

panel lights up. In this case it is not necessary

to remove the power plug from the socket.

The ventilation system may be left on in order

to enhance the cooling of the machine. When

the red light goes dark, this means that the

temperature is now down to the normal level

and the unit can be put back into operation.

A. ASSEMBLING THE PISTOL

Put the pistol the protective cap facing up and turn the cap

away from the gun. (The protective cap holds the tip, the

ceramic swirl ring and the electrode together). Remove the

cap, the ceramic swirl ring and the electrode. Assemble the

electrode, the ceramic swirl ring and the tip back together.

Replace worn parts if necessary. Put the protective cap on

the head of the pistol and screw it on with your hand until

it is snug. If any resistance is present during this process,

check the thread and the arrangement of the items before

resuming work.

NOTE

In case of some pistols with no reversible electrodes it is

necessary to tighten the electrode further by using a pair

of pliers in order to ensure a reliable electrical connection.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE

A. THE BEGINNING

Turn the power switch to „ON“. Press the pistol switch (air

will ow out from the pistol).

B. WEEKLY ACTIVITIES

Verify the proper operation of the air ow. Blow o or suck

in dust or dirt from the entire machine, including the air

lter.

MAINTENANCE

Check the pistol for wear damage, cracks or exposed wire

sections. Replace or repair any such defects before using

the device. A heavily worn pistol tip/nozzle contributes to

the reduction of speed, voltage drops and crooked cuts.

An indication of a worn pistol tip/nozzle is an elongated or

oversized nozzle opening.

TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

Shaking, crashing and turning upside down of the device

should be prevented when transporting it. Store it in

a properly ventilated place with dry air and without any

corrosive gas.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• Disconnect the device from the electricity when

cleaning the equipment.

• Use cleaner without corrosive substances to clean

the surface.

• Dry all parts well before the device is used again.

• Store the unit in a dry, cool place, free from moisture

and direct exposure to sunlight.

REGULAR CONTROL OF THE DEVICE

Check regularly whether the device is damaged. If it should

be damaged, please stop using it immediately and contact

your customer service to solve the problem. What to do in

case of a problem? Please contact your customer service

and prepare the following information:

• Invoice number and serial number (the latter is to be

found on the technical plate on the device).

• If relevant, take a picture of the damaged, broken or

defective part.

• It will be easier for your customer service clerk to

determine the source of the problem if you give

a detailed and precise description of the matter.

The more detailed your information, the better the

customer service will be able to solve your problem

rapidly and eciently!

ŘEZÁNÍ MŮŽE ZPŮSOBIT POŽÁR NEBO VÝBUCH

Proud plazmy uvolňuje rozžhavené kovové částice nebo

jiskry. Horké kovové částice, jiskry, horký prvek nebo horký

hořák mohou způsobit požár. Z tohoto důvodu byste

měli pečlivě zkontrolovat pracovní prostor s ohledem na

bezpečnost.

• V okruhu 12 m od hořáku se nesmí nacházet žádné

hořlavé materiály.

• Pokud není možné jejich odstranění, zakryjte hořlavé

materiály vhodným krytem.

• Neprovádějte řezání v místech, kde se mohou vznítit

hořlavé materiály.

• Používejte ochranné prostředky chránící před

jiskrami a rozžhavenými kovovými částicemi.

• Je třeba mít na paměti, že jiskry nebo horké kovové

částice mohou proniknout skrz trhliny nebo otvory.

• Dávejte pozor na elektrický oblouk a vždy mějte

v dosahu hasicí přístroj.

• Věnujte pozornost tomu, že řezání u stropu, na

podlaze nebo mezi rozděleným prostorem může

způsobit vznik plamene na druhé straně, která je

neviditelná.

NESVAŘUJTE V BLÍZKOSTI NÁDRŽÍ A ZÁSOBNÍKŮ S

HOŘLAVÝMI LÁTKAMI.

• Napájecí kabel zasuňte do nejbližší zásuvky a umístěte

ho prakticky a bezpečně. Neumísťujte kabel

v místnosti na nezkontrolovaném podloží, může to

vést k úrazu elektrickým proudem nebo k požáru.

• Nepoužívejte plazmový hořák k ohřívání zamrznutých

trubek.

• Řezání plazmou je zakázáno v blízkosti hořlavých

materiálů/nádrží. Snadno hořlavé materiály nebo

nádrže je nutné odstranit nebo důkladně vyprázdnit.

• Řezání plazmou je zakázáno v atmosféře, která

obsahuje hořlavé částice nebo výpary výbušných

látek.

• Je zakázáno řezat plazmou nádoby pod tlakem,

tlakové rozvody nebo tlakové zásobníky.

• Řezání nádob se snadno hořlavým materiálem je

zakázáno.

• Při řezání plazmou je nutné mít na sobě čistý

ochranný oděv neznečištěný olejem, např.: kožené

rukavice, silnou košili, kalhoty bez vyhrnutých

nohavic, vysokou obuv a ochrannou kapuci.

OBECNÉ POKYNY

Návod slouží jako pomocník pro bezpečné a spolehlivé

používání zařízení. Výrobek je navržen a vyroben přesně

podle technických údajů, za použitím nejnovějších

nejvyšších jakostních standardů. Pro zajištění dlouhého

a spolehlivého fungování zařízení provádějte pravidelný

servis a údržbu v souladu s pokyny uvedenými v tomto

návodu. Technické údaje a specikace uvedené v návodu

• Stanoviště pro řezání plazmou je třeba umístit

v bezpečné vzdálenosti od snadno hořlavých

povrchů.

• Před zahájením řezání plazmou je nutné zbavit se

snadno hořlavých nebo výbušných předmětů, jako

jsou zapalovače na propan-butan nebo zápalky.

• Dodržujte předpisy pro bezpečnost a ochranu

zdraví při svářečských pracích a vybavte pracoviště

vhodným hasicím přístrojem. Plamen i pracovní

okruh se nacházejí pod napětím, pokud je zapnuto

elektrické napájení. Vstupní okruh a vnitřní obvod

zařízení se pod napětím nacházejí také, pokud je

zapnuto elektrické napájení.

ELEKTRICKÝ ŠOK JE ŽIVOTU NEBEZPEČNÝ

• Nedotýkejte se součástí, které jsou pod napětím.

• Používejte suché, neděravé, izolované rukavice

a ochranný oděv.

• Používejte podlahové izolační podložky nebo jiné

izolační materiály, které jsou dostatečně velké, aby

zabránily kontaktu těla s předmětem nebo podlahou.

• Nedotýkejte se elektrického oblouku, když přijde do

styku s předmětem nebo podlahou.

• Před údržbou, čištěním nebo výměnou elektrody

odpojte napájení.

• Před instalací nebo údržbou vypněte napájení.

• Ujistěte se, zda je zemnicí kabel uzemněn správně

a zda je konektor správně připojen k uzemněné

zásuvce.

• Vždy důkladně zkontrolujte uzemnění.

• Před připojením vstupu vyberte správné uzemnění.

• Pravidelně kontrolujte napájecí kabely s ohledem na

jejich poškození a chybějící izolaci. Poškozený kabel

musí být vyměněn. Vyměňte kabel, pokud zjistíte

jeho poškození. Opravy izolace ve spěchu mohou

mít za následek smrt nebo vážná zranění.

• Vypněte zařízení, když není používáno.

• Vyměňte kabel, pokud má viditelné známky

opotřebení nebo lokální poškození.

• Kabel nesmí být omotán kolem těla.

• Svařovaný předmět musí být správně uzemněn.

• Používejte pouze vybavení v dobrém technickém

stavu.

• Poškozené součásti zařízení opravte nebo vyměňte.

• Při práci ve výškách vždy používejte bezpečnostní

pásy.

• Všechny součásti vybavení a bezpečnostní prvky by

měly být uloženy na jednom místě.

• Vypínání bezpečnostního systému je zakázáno.

• Používejte pouze pistoli uvedenou v návodu

k použití.

• V okamžiku zapnutí aktivátoru držte konec pistole

a oblouk v dostatečné vzdálenosti od těla.

• Připojte provozní kabel k vhodnému kovovému

kontaktu svařovaného prvku (nikoliv do prvku,

který by mohl spadnout) nebo do provozního stolu

v odpovídající vzdálenosti od svářečky.

• Provozní svorka musí být izolovaná, pokud není

spojena se svařovaným předmětem, aby se zabránilo

kontaktu s kovem.

PO ODPOJENÍ NAPÁJECÍHO KABELU MŮŽE

BÝT ZAŘÍZENÍ STÁLE POD VYSOKÝM NAPĚTÍM.

• Po vypnutí zařízení a odpojení napájecího

kabelu zkontrolujte napětí na vstupním

kondenzátoru a ujistěte se, že je hodnota

napětí rovna nule, v opačném případě se

nedotýkejte zařízení. Kondenzátory zkontrolujte

v souladu s pokyny obsaženými v tomto návodu.

• Nezajištěné prvky usměrňovače mohou explodovat

v okamžiku připojení napájení. Při provozu

usměrňovače vždy používejte ochrannou kuklu

• Vždy používejte vhodný ochranný oděv pro ochranu

sluchu, aby se zabránilo vniknutí jisker do uší.

• Elektrický oblouk během svařování uvolňuje

velké množství viditelného a neviditelného záření

(ultraalové a infračervené záření), které může

poškodit zrak a kůži.

ZÁŘENÍ ELEKTRICKÉHO OBLOUKU MŮŽE POŠKODIT

ZRAK A KŮŽI.

• Používejte ochranu obličeje (přilbu nebo kryt)

a ochranu očí s okulárem se zatemněním, který plní

funkci ltru a chrání zrak během řezání.

• Bezpečnostní normy navrhují zatemnění 9

(minimálně 8) pro každý proud vyšší než 300 A. Nižší

zatemnění clony lze použít, pokud oblouk zakrývá

řezaný předmět.

• Vždy používejte atestované ochranné brýle s bočními

kryty pod přilbu nebo jiný kryt.

• Používejte kryty v místě řezání, aby chránily třetí

osoby před oslepujícím světelným zářením a jiskrami.

• Třetí osoby by měly být upozorněny na nebezpečí

pohledu na elektrický oblouk.

• Používejte ochranný oděv, který je vyroben

z nehořlavých a nevodivých materiálů (kůže, hustá

vlna nebo bavlna) a vhodnou pracovní obuv.

TEPELNÁ OCHRANA

Systém tepelné ochrany se zapne, pokud zařízení překročí

dobu zapínání. Výsledkem je vypnutí zařízení. Ukazatel

stavu na předním panelu svítí. Ventilátor pracuje do

okamžiku ochlazení zařízení. Po ochlazení zařízení na

provozní teplotu může dojít k jeho opětovnému zapnutí.

DOBA ZAPÍNÁNÍ (DUTY CYCLE)

Doba zapínání je procentní hodnotou provozní doby

(měřené v minutách) během doby 10 minut, kdy stroj

pracoval bez přestávky v konvenčních teplotních

podmínkách. Dojde-li k překročení doby zapínání, dojde

k aktivaci bezpečnostního systému, který zařízení vypne

za účelem jeho ochlazení na normální provozní teplotu.

Překročení limitu doby zapínání může způsobit poškození

zařízení a ztrátu záruky.

A. ROZBALENÍ

Vybalte všechny předměty z obalu a ujistěte se, zda byly

v balení všechny předměty uvedené v obsahu zásilky.

B. PRACOVNÍ PROSTŘEDÍ

V pracovním prostoru je nutné zajistit dobrou ventilaci.

Zařízení chladí ventilátor, který zajišťuje chlazení vnitřních

podsestav zařízení. (Rada! Kryty zařízení musí být

namontovány tak, aby byly větrací otvory umístěny v přední

ponechání místa na čištění a chlazení. Nebude-li zařízení

dostatečně intenzivně chlazeno, zkracuje se doba zapínání.

C. ZAPOJENÍ VODIČŮ

Každé zařízení je vybaveno proudovým kabelem, který je

napájí elektrickým proudem. Pokud připojíme zařízení ke

zdroji proudu o napětí přesahujícím jmenovité napájecí

napětí nebo bude zapojena nesprávná fáze, může to

způsobit vážné poškození zařízení. Na opravy zařízení

poškozeného tímto způsobem se záruční podmínky

nevztahují.

D. PŘIPOJENÍ HOŘÁKU

Spojíme s invertorem pomocí vzduchového vedení tak, že

ho z jedné strany přišroubujeme k hořáku a z druhé strany

ke zdířce na předním panelu zařízení. Spoj je třeba lehce

dotáhnout plochým klíčem.

SCHÉMA ZAPOJENÍS-CUTTER 40 přetížení, přejde do bezpečnostního režimu

a pak se vypne. Znamená to, že zařízení

v rámci kontroly teploty a přehřátí přechází

do klidového režimu. Během tohoto procesu

se rozsvítí výstražná kontrolka na předním

panelu. V této situaci není nutné vytáhnout

zástrčku napájení ze zásuvky. Za účelem

ochlazení zařízení může ventilátor pracovat

dál. Pokud červená kontrolka nesvítí, znamená

to, že zařízení vychladlo na provozní teplotu

a může se opět používat.

je zahájen proces svařování / řezání kovu, uvolněním

tlačítka je process ukončen / 4T – stisknutím tlačítka

A. POSTUP PŘI MONTÁŽI HOŘÁKU

Hořák/pistoli s ochrannou krytkou uložíme svisle krytkou

nahoru. Poté odšroubujeme krytku. Krytka obsahuje

koncovku, keramický otáčivý kroužek a elektrodu.

Nejdříve sejmeme krytku, poté keramický otáčivý kroužek

a elektrodu. Pak opětovně složíme elektrodu, kroužek a

krytku. Opotřebované součástky je nutné vyměnit. Nakonec

přišroubujeme ochrannou krytku s ostatními díly k hlavici

pistole a dotáhneme rukou. Pokud při dotahování nebo

odšroubování pocítíme odpor, je nutné před zahájením

práce zkontrolovat závitový spoj a při přišroubování

věnovat pozornost správnému sestavení všech součástek.

RADA

U některých pistolí, které nejsou vybaveny snadno

vyměnitelnými elektrodami, je třeba elektrodu osadit

pomocí kleští, aby byl zaručen stálý elektrický kontakt.

POUŽÍVÁNÍ

A. ZAHÁJENÍ PRÁCE

Proudový spínač uvedeme do polohy „ON“. Poté zapneme

spínač hořáku (z hořáku vyletí vzduch).

B. TÝDENNÍ ÚDRŽBA

Zkontrolujte, zda ventilace funguje správně. Stroj se

vzduchovým ltrem je třeba zbavit prachu a profouknout.

ÚDRŽBA

Pistoli je třeba kontrolovat z hlediska opotřebení, prasknutí

nebo odkrytých vodičů. Všechny opotřebované součástky

je nutné před dalším používáním zařízení opravit nebo

vyměnit. Silně opotřebovaná tryska pistole způsobuje

pokles rychlosti svařování, pokles napětí a nerovnou linii

řezání materiálu. Příznakem velmi opotřebované trysky

pistole je podlouhlý nebo příliš velký otvor.

PŘEPRAVA A USKLADNĚNÍ

Během přepravy je zařízení nutno zabezpečit proti otřesům

a převrácení a nesmí se pokládat „vzhůru nohama“. Zařízení

skladujte v dobře ventilované místnosti, ve které je suchý

vzduch a nevyskytují se plyny způsobující korozi.

ČIŠTĚNÍ A ÚDRŽBA

• Před každým čištěním, a také pokud zařízení není

používáno, odpojte zástrčku ze zásuvky a nechte

zařízení zcela vychladnout.

• K čištění povrchu používejte výhradně prostředky

neobsahující žíravé látky.

• Po každém čištění je nutno všechny prvky dobře

osušit, než bude zařízení opět použito.

• Zařízení skladujte na suchém a chladném místě,

chráněném proti vlhkosti a přímému slunečnímu

svitu.

PRAVIDELNÁ KONTROLA ZAŘÍZENÍ

Pravidelně kontrolujte, zda díly zařízení nejsou poškozeny.

Pokud ano, přestaňte zařízení používat. Neprodleně se

obraťte na prodejce za účelem provedení opravy. Jak je

nutno postupovat v případě výskytu problému?

Kontaktujte prodejce a připravte si následující údaje:

• Číslo faktury a sériové číslo zařízení (sériové číslo je

uvedeno na technickém štítku).

• Případná fotograe nefunkčního dílu.

• Zaměstnanec servisu bude schopen lépe vyhodnotit,

v čem spočívá problém, pokud ho popíšete nejlépe

možným způsobem. Čím podrobnější budou

uvedené údaje, tím rychleji získáte pomoc!

DESCRIPTION GÉNÉRALE

sûre et able. Le produit a été strictement conçu et

fabriqué selon les spécications techniques établies et

avec l‘utilisation des technologies et des composants les

plus modernes, ainsi qu’en conformité avec les plus hauts

standards de qualité.

• N‘utilisez pas le découpeur plasma pour décongeler

des canalisations gelées.

• Il est interdit de souder des récipients ou des

tonneaux contenant ou ayant contenu des

substances facilement inammables. Les récipients

doivent être auparavant vidés et soigneusement

nettoyés.

• Il est interdit de souder / découper au plasma si votre

environnement contient des vapeurs ou particules

inammables.

• Ne découpez pas des cylindres, des récipients ou des

conduites sous pression.

• Lorsque vous découpez au plasma, vous devez

porter des habits de protection propres, réfractaires,

non-conducteurs (cuir, coton épais), sans traces

d‘huile, des gants en cuir, des chaussures robustes et

épaisses et un casque de protection.

• Avant de commencer à travailler, les objets facilement

inammables ou explosifs comme des bouteilles de

gaz propane-butane, briquets ou allumettes sont

à éloigner à bonne distance.

• Les consignes de sécurité au travail et autres mesures

de sécurité relatives concernant la découpe plasma

sont à suivre sans exception. Votre emplacement de

travail doit être équipé d‘un extincteur incendie.

• Le contact physique avec des éléments (ou objets)

chargés électriquement peut provoquer des chocs

électriques importants voire de sérieuses brûlures. La

torche et le circuit de soudage sont électriquement

chargés dès que l’appareil est sous tension. Le

circuit électronique d’entrée et le circuit interne

de l’appareil sont également sous tension dès que

l’appareil est allumé.

UN CHOC ELECTRIQUE PEUT ENTRAINER LA MORT

• Évitez absolument tout contact avec des éléments

électriquement chargés.

• Il est impératif d‘utiliser des gants de protection secs

et en bon état au même titre que des vêtements de

protection adaptés.

• Des tapis d‘isolation ou autres revêtements

d‘isolation doivent être utilisés sur le sol. Ceux-ci

doivent être susamment grands, de manière à ce

que le corps de l‘utilisateur ne puisse pas entrer en

contact avec la pièce d‘ouvrage ou avec le sol.

• Ne touchez en aucun cas la torche lorsque celle-ci

est en contact avec la pièce d‘ouvrage ou avec le sol.

• L‘alimentation électrique doit être coupée avant de

nettoyer l‘appareil ou d‘échanger l‘électrode.

• Coupez l‘alimentation avant d‘installer la machine ou

de la manoeuvrer.

• Il faut également vérier que le câble de mise

à la terre soit correctement raccordé et que la prise

électrique soit branchée à une che secteur reliée

à la terre. Un mauvais raccordement à la terre de

l‘appareil peut être dangereux voire mortel.

• Vériez toujours le raccordement à la terre.

• Procédez au raccordement à la terre avant d’eectuer

la connexion d’entrée.

• Examinez régulièrement le câble d‘alimentation

concernant son état ou son isolation. Des câbles

endommagés doivent être échangés. Une réparation

négligente voire insusante de l‘isolation peut être

mortelle et dangereuse.

• Débranchez l’appareil lorsque vous ne l’utilisez pas.

• Inspectez régulièrement le câble et remplacez-le

immédiatement si vous notez des traces d’usure

importantes ou des dommages.

• N’enroulez pas le câble autour de vous.

• Connectez soigneusement la pièce d’ouvrage à la

terre.

• N’utilisez que des équipements en bon état.

• Réparez ou remplacez immédiatement toute pièce

endommagée de l’appareil.

• Portez une sangle de sécurité si vous travaillez en

hauteur.

• Conservez tous les éléments et protections au même

endroit.

• Lors de la mise en marche, l‘extrémité de la torche,

d‘où jaillit l‘arc plasma, est à maintenir éloignée du

corps.

• Fixez soigneusement le câble de masse sur une

partie métallique de la pièce d’ouvrage ou sur la

surface de travail aussi près du poste à souder que

cela semble approprié.

• Isolez la pince crocodile lorsqu’elle n’est pas

connectée à la pièce d’ouvrage an d’éviter tout

contact avec un métal.

Une tension importante persiste après avoir débranché

le cordon d’alimentation de la source d’alimentation.

Le condensateur de puissance est stable et sûr tant qu‘il est

alimenté électriquement. Portez toujours une protection

faciale ainsi qu’un vêtement de protection à manches

longues lorsque vous utilisez le convertisseur de puissance.

UN CHOC ÉLECTRIQUE PEUT ÊTRE MORTEL.

Le condensateur de puissance est stable et sûr tant qu‘il est

alimenté électriquement. Portez toujours une protection

faciale ainsi qu’un vêtement de protection à manches

longues lorsque vous utilisez le convertisseur de puissance.

LES ÉLÉMENTS EXPLOSIFS PEUVENT PROVOQUER DE

GRAVES BLESSURES.

• Portez un masque de protection ou des lunettes de

sécurité avec protection latérale.

• Portez des protections appropriées an de protéger

la peau.

• Portez des protèges-tympans ecaces ou une autre

protection de ce type an d‘empêcher que des

étincelles ne puissent entrer dans vos oreilles.

• L’arc de soudage / plasma produit d’intenses rayons

(ultraviolets et infrarouge) visibles et invisibles

pouvant brûler la peau et les yeux.

LES RAYONNEMENTS DE L‘ARC PEUVENT BRÛLER LA

PEAU OU LES YEUX.

• Utilisez une protection pour tête (casque ou

masque) ainsi qu‘une protection oculaire avec

un assombrissement correspondant adapté aux

soudures tout en fournissant une bonne visibilité au

soudeur.

• Les standards de sécurité sont indiqués par la teinte

de couleur Nr. 9 (min Nr.8) pour toute puissance

électrique inférieure à 300 A. De plus petites valeurs

peuvent être utilisées si l‘arc électrique recouvre

entièrement la pièce d‘ouvrage.

• Il faut toujours porter des lunettes de sécurité avec

protection latérale et avec la certication adaptée ou

bien porter une autre protection similaire.

• Des dispositifs de protection doivent être utilisés sur

le lieu de travail an de protéger toute autre

personne présente de la lumière éblouissante ou de

toute projection eervescente.

• Les personnes non-impliquées doivent être averties

à propos des dangers que représente l‘arc électrique

pour les yeux.

PROTECTION CONTRE LA SURCHAUFFE DE L‘APPAREIL

Le dispositif anti surchaue se met en marche lorsque

l’appareil dépasse son facteur de marche. Cela permet

à l‘appareil de réinitialiser ses fonctionnalités.

CYCLE DE TRAVAIL

Le facteur de marche correspond au pourcentage de la

durée de fonctionnement (mesurée, en minutes) sur une

période de 10 minutes, pendant laquelle l‘appareil peut

être utilisé de manière ininterrompue, dans des conditions

habituelles (de température notamment). Si vous dépassez

les valeurs du cycle de travail de la machine, la protection

anti surchaue s‘activera et la machine s‘éteindra pour

refroidir jusqu‘à ce que sa température de fonctionnement

soit de nouveau atteinte. Le fait de dépasser le cycle de

travail peut causer de sérieux dommages à l’appareil.

3. Indicateur de surcharge / LED incident:

L‘indicateur s‘allume dans les deux situations

suivantes:

a. Lorsque la machine est en panne et ne peut

être mise en marche.

b. Lorsque l‘appareil dépasse la limite du facteur

de marche, le mode de protection s‘active et

la machine s‘arrête. Cela signie que l‘appareil

refroidit maintenant pour retrouver une

température normale de fonctionnement

après une surchaue. La machine se met

alors en veille. Durant ce processus, le voyant

d‘alarme rouge s‘active sur l‘avant de l‘appareil.

Dans ce cas il ne faut surtout pas débrancher

l’appareil. Il se peut que le ventilateur puisse

poursuivre le processus de refroidissement.

Le signal lumineux rouge s‘éteindra lorsque le

poste aura de nouveau atteint la température

nécessaire à son bon fonctionnement. Vous

pourrez alors le remettre en marche.

sera relâchée).

MISE EN FONCTIONNEMENT

A. DÉBALLAGE

Lors du déballage, assurez-vous que tous les objets

énumérés sur la liste sont bien présents.

B. ENVIRONNEMENT DE TRAVAIL

Assurez-vous que votre environnement de travail soit

bien ventilé. L‘appareil est refroidi grâce à un ventilateur

axial apportant un ux d’air sur l‘électronique à travers le

panneau de contrôle. (Indication! Le revêtement doit être

installé de manière à s‘assurer que les trous d‘aération se

trouvent vers l‘avant de l‘appareil. Laissez environ 15cm sur

le devant et les côtés an de permettre le nettoyage. Si la

machine est utilisée sans le refroidissement approprié, la

durée du facteur de marche en sera grandement réduite.

C. BRANCHEMENT DES CÂBLES

Chaque appareil est équipé d‘un cordon d‘alimentation

permettant l‘apport en courant et tension.

Si l‘appareil est connecté à une alimentation fournissant

une tension plus élevée que celle appropriée ou si une

mauvaise phase est réglée, cela peut conduire à de

sérieux dommages sur l‘appareil. Cela n‘est pas couvert

par la garantie sur l‘équipement et l‘utilisateur sera tenu

responsable de cette situation.

D. RACCORDEMENT DE LA TORCHE

Connectez la torche à l‘appareil en branchant le tube à air

xé au bout de la torche à la prise de raccord pour la torche

se trouvant à l‘avant de l‘appareil. Assurez-vous que le

branchement soit sécurisé en le serrant légèrement avec

une clé. Faites cependant attention à ne pas trop serrer.

MONTAGE DE LA TORCHE

A. ASSEMBLAGE DE LA TORCHE

Positionnez la torche avec le bouchon de protection vers

le haut, dévissez le bouchon et retirez-le de la torche. (Le

capuchon de protection maintient la tuyère, le diuseur en

céramique et l‘électrode). Enlevez la panne, l‘anneau de

soudure en céramique et l‘électrode. Assemblez à nouveau

l‘électrode, l‘anneau en céramique et la panne. Remplacez

les parties usées si nécessaire. Mettez le capuchon de

protection sur la tête de la torche et vissez-le jusqu‘à ce

qu‘il soit bien serré. Si vous rencontrez une quelconque

résistance durant ce processus, vériez le letage et l‘ordre

d‘assemblage des diérentes parties avant de commencer

à travailler.

AVERTISSEMENT

Dans le cas de buse n‘ayant pas d‘électrode réglable, il

est nécessaire de serrer l‘électrode en utilisant des pinces

an de s‘assurer que la connexion électrique se fasse

correctement.

UTILISATION

A. MISE EN MARCHE

Enclenchez l‘interrupteur sur la position « ON ». Appuyez

sur la gâchette de la torche (l‘air s‘écoulera de la torche).

B. MESURES HEBDOMADAIRES

Vériez que la ventilation fonctionne correctement.

Eliminez toute saleté ou poussière de la machine dans sa

totalité sans oublier le ltre à air.

ENTRETIEN

Examinez la torche, faites attention aux dommages d‘usure,

aux ssures et aux câbles dénudés. Remplacez ou réparez

la torche avant d‘utiliser l‘appareil si celle-ci présente des

traces d‘usure ou des dommages. Une torche fortement

usée en diminue l‘ecacité, et produit une chute de

tension. Un indice d‘une forte usure de l’embout/buse de

la torche: l‘orice est anormalement élargi.

TRANSPORT ET STOCKAGE

Lors du transport de l‘appareil, il est impératif de le

sécuriser et de le protéger de toute secousse. Posez

l‘appareil de manière droite et non à l‘envers. Stockez-le

dans un environnement sec et bien aéré, à l‘abri des gaz

corrosifs.

NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN

• Après chaque utilisation et avant chaque nettoyage,

débranchez l‘appareil et laissez-le refroidir

complètement.

• N‘utilisez lors du nettoyage que des détergents doux

sans substances corrosives.

• Après chaque nettoyage, laissez séchez

soigneusement tous les éléments avant d‘utiliser

à nouveau l‘appareil.

• Conservez l‘appareil dans un endroit frais, sec,

à l‘abri de l‘humidité et des rayons directs du soleil.

EXAMEN RÉGULIER DE L‘APPAREIL

Contrôlez régulièrement le bon état des diérents éléments

de l‘appareil. Si l‘un d‘entre eux est endommagé, l‘appareil

ne doit plus être utilisé. Adressez-vous immédiatement

à votre vendeur pour faire réparer l‘appareil.

Que faire en cas de problème?

Prenez contact avec votre vendeur et préparez les éléments

suivants:

• Vos numéros de série et de facture (que vous

trouverez sur la plaque signalétique)

• Le cas échéant, une photo de l‘élément endommagé

• Plus vos descriptions seront précises, plus votre

conseiller sera en mesure de comprendre le

problème et de vous aider à le résoudre. Plus vos

utilizzare l‘apparecchio.

• Rimuovere tutti gli oggetti nelle vicinanze della

tagliatrice al plasma e i materiali altamente

inammabili in un raggio di 12 metri.

• Se ciò non fosse possibile coprirli con cura con

rivestimenti ignifughi.

• Le operazioni di taglio sono vietate in luoghi dove

possono facilmente causare l‘accensione di materiali

inammabili.

• Proteggere se stessi e gli altri da scintille e metallo

incandescente.

• Bisogna assicurarsi che le scintille o gli schizzi di

metallo caldo non fuoriescano durante il taglio

da fessure o aperture presenti sull‘alloggiamento

o attraverso lo schermo protettivo.

• Prestare estrema attenzione a possibili incendi

e dotare il proprio posto di lavoro di un estintore.

• Fare attenzione al fatto che il taglio su un lato può

provocare un incendio sul lato opposto, per cui non

visibile.

NON TAGLIARE IN CONTENITORI CHIUSI COME

SERBATOI O BARILI.

• Collegare il cavo di alimentazione alla presa di

corrente più vicina. Evitare che il cavo di corrente si

distenda negligentemente per tutta la stanza o su

una supercie non controllata poiché ciò potrebbe

causare una scossa elettrica o un incendio a danno

dell‘utente.

• Non utilizzare la tagliatrice al plasma per scongelare

tubi congelati.

• Non tagliare nei pressi di serbatoi o barili che

contengono o contenevano in precedenza dei

materiali inammabili. Questi devono essere

preventivamente svuotati e accuratamente puliti.

• Non tagliare in ambienti in cui sono presenti

particelle di polveri o fumi esplosivi.

DESCRIZIONE GENERALE

Queste istruzioni sono intese come ausilio per un uso

sicuro e adabile. Il prodotto è stato rigorosamente

progettato e realizzato secondo le disposizioni tecniche

e l‘utilizzo delle tecnologie e componenti più moderne,

seguendo gli standard di qualità più elevati.

Per un funzionamento duraturo e adabile del

dispositivo bisogna assicurarsi di maneggiarlo

e curarne la manutenzione secondo le disposizioni

presentate in questo manuale. I dati e le speciche

tecniche indicati in questo manuali sono attuali.

• Non tagliare in cilindri, tubi o recipienti sotto

pressione.

• Durante i processi di taglio si prega di indossare

indumenti protettivi puliti (pelle, cotone spesso) che

non presentino tracce di olio, guanti in pelle, scarpe

anti-infortunistiche e una maschera di protezione.

• Prima dell‘inizio del lavoro rimuovere tutti gli oggetti

facilmente inammabili o esplosivi e materiali come

propano-butano, allontanare accendini o ammiferi.

• Seguire le norme di sicurezza e protezione sul lavoro

per il taglio al plasma. Il posto di lavoro deve essere

dotato di un estintore adeguato.

• Il contatto con parti elettricamente cariche può

causare una scossa elettrica o una grave ustione.

Non appena collegati alla corrente, la torcia e gli altri

strumenti da utilizzare sono elettricamente carichi.

Il circuito di input e il circuito elettrico interno della

macchina si caricano elettricamente non appena

quest‘ultima è collegata alla corrente.

UNA SCOSSA ELETTRICA PUÒ ESSERE MORTALE

• Evitare assolutamente il contatto con parti elettriche

cariche.

• Utilizzare guanti asciutti e intatti, così come

indumenti protettivi appropriati.

• Usare tappeti isolanti o rivestimenti dello stesso

tipo per l‘isolamento da terra. Questi devono essere

abbastanza grandi in modo tale che il contatto del

corpo con l‘oggetto o con il terreno non sia possibile.

• Non toccare alcuna parte della torcia se quest‘ultima

si trova in contatto con l‘oggetto o con il pavimento.

• Prima di pulire o sostituire l‘elettrodo spegnere

l‘alimentazione della corrente.

• Disinserire la corrente prima di installare o utilizzare

l‘apparecchio.

• Controllare che il cavo di messa a terra e la spina

siano stati collegati correttamente alla presa di terra.

Un collegamento di messa a terra difettoso può

essere pericoloso per la salute e la vita.

• Vericare sempre il collegamento del cavo di messa

a terra.

• Prima di eettuare il collegamento annettere un

morsetto di terra adatto.

• Controllare regolarmente che il cavo di alimentazione

non presenti danni o mancanze nell‘isolamento.

I cavi danneggiati devono essere sostituiti. Una

riparazione negligente dell‘isolamento può portare

alla morte o a gravi problemi di salute. Spegnere

l‘apparecchiatura se non in uso.

• Controllare i cavi e sostituirli immediatamente

se presentano segni d‘usura eccessivi o sono

danneggiati.

• Non avvolgere il cavo intorno al proprio corpo.

• Eettuare la messa a terra della postazione di lavoro

su una base con buona messa a terra.

• Si prega di utilizzare solo ed esclusivamente un

equipaggiamento adatto.

• Si prega di riparare o sostituire immediatamente

qualsiasi componente danneggiata dell‘apparecchio.

• Indossare una cintura di sicurezza se si lavora in

quota.

• Conservare tutte le parti e i rivestimenti in un unico

luogo.

• Durante l‘accensione mantenere la punta della

pistola e l‘arco di gestione il più lontano possibile

dal proprio corpo.

• Fissare il cavo di lavoro a un buon contatto metallico

della postazione di lavoro (nessun pezzo che

• potrebbero cadere) o al banco di lavoro con una

distanza dal dispositivo appropriata.

• Isolare il morsetto di massa se non si è connessi

alla postazione di lavoro per evitare il contatto con

qualsiasi metallo.

Una TENSIONE CONTINUA SIGNIFICATIVA viene

prodotta durante la rimozione del cavo di corrente

dalla propria fonte di alimentazione.

Spegnere l‘apparecchio, rimuovere il cavo di corrente

e vericare la corrente a livello del condensatore di entrata.

Assicurarsi che la corrente sia a zero prima di toccare

parti dell‘apparecchio. Prima di toccare qualsiasi parte

dell‘apparecchio, vericare che i condensatori siano stati

correttamente attivati secondo le indicazioni che vengono

descritte nel capitolo „Manutenzione“ delle istruzioni d‘uso.

UNA SCOSSA ELETTRICA PUÒ ESSERE FATALE.

Parti esplosive non sicure possono esplodere presso il

convertitore di corrente non appena vengono fornite di

corrente. Indossare indumenti protettivi e una maschera

di protezione quando si utilizza il convertitore di corrente.

PARTI SOGGETTE A RISCHIO DI ESPLOSIONE POSSONO

CAUSARE LESIONI.

Scintille e pezzi di metallo possono schizzare durante la

saldatura.

LE SCINTILLE POSSONO PROVOCARE GRAVI FERITE.

• Si prega di indossare una protezione per il viso

o degli occhiali di sicurezza con protezione laterale.

• Si prega di indossare delle protezioni idonee

a proteggere la pelle.

• Si prega di indossare tappi per le orecchie resistenti

al calore e/o altre protezioni per l‘udito in modo

da evitare che scintille possano colpire le orecchie

provocando gravi ferite.

• Gli archi elettrici prodotti dal procedimento di

taglio provocano raggi visibili e invisibili (infrarossi

e ultravioletti) che possono bruciare gli occhi e la

pelle.

I RAGGI DELL‘ARCO ELETTRICO POSSONO BRUCIARE

GLI OCCHI E LA PELLE!

• Utilizzare una maschera di protezione (casco

o cappuccio) e occhiali di protezione con un ltro

appropriato di oscuramento che consenta all‘utente

una vista adeguata e che sia adatta al valore corrente

di saldatura.

• Le norme di sicurezza impongono la tonalità n.

9 (min. n. 8) per correnti d‘entità minore a 300 A.

Valori inferiori possono essere utilizzati se il pezzo in

lavorazione è coperto dall‘arco di taglio.

• Utilizzare sempre occhiali di sicurezza con

protezione laterale e certicazione appropriata

nonché un‘ulteriore protezione.

• Utilizzare dei pannelli sul posto di lavoro per proteggere

le altre persone dalla luce accecante o dagli spruzzi.

• Gli astanti devono essere informati circa i pericoli

causati dall‘osservazione dell‘arco elettrico.

PROTEZIONE TERMICA

Il ciclo di protezione termica si avvia se l‘apparecchio

supera il fattore di servizio (duty cycle) previsto. Ciò causa

l‘attivazione di tale funzione da parte del dispositivo.

CICLO DI LAVORO (DUTY CYCLE)

La durata di accensione (ED) è un valore percentuale di

3. LED di sovraccarico / guasto:

La spia si accende in due casi:

a. Se la macchina presenta un errore di

funzionamento e non può funzionare.

b. Quando la saldatrice supera il limite

di sovraccarico stabilito, la macchina

imposta automaticamente la modalità di

protezione. Ciò signica che, dopo essersi

surriscaldato, il dispositivo si ferma per poter

ritornare all‘impostazione di controllo della

temperatura. Per questo motivo, la macchina

si ferma. Durante questo processo, si accende

la spia rossa sul pannello frontale. In questo

caso la spina di alimentazione non deve essere

rimossa dalla presa di corrente. Per rareddare

il motore, la ventilazione può continuare

a contribuire a migliorarne il rareddamento.

Anché la macchina si rareddi, la

ventilazione può continuare a funzionare no

a ottenere la temperatura normale. Se la luce

rossa non si accende più, la temperatura ha

raggiunto il normale valore di funzionamento

e l‘apparecchio può essere di nuovo messo in

funzione.

INSTALLAZIONE

A. DISIMBALLAGGIO

Rimuovere tutti gli elementi contenuti nella confezione

e controllare di aver ricevuto tutti gli articoli elencati nella

bolla di spedizione.

B. AMBIENTE DI LAVORO

Accertarsi che l‘area di lavoro sia ben ventilata.

L‘apparecchio viene rareddato tramite una ventola

assiale che, posta sulla parte posteriore della saldatrice,

consente una ventilazione costante dell‘apparecchio.

Attenzione! Il pannello deve essere installato in modo che

i fori di ventilazione siano ubicati vicino alla parte anteriore

dell‘unità). Lasciare almeno 15 cm nella parte anteriore e 15

cm su entrambi i lati per ripulire. Se il dispositivo viene

utilizzato senza rareddamento suciente, il tempo di

funzionamento notevolmente ridotto.

C. CONNESSIONE CON L‘INGRESSO DEL CAVO

Ogni apparecchio dispone di un cavo di corrente

principale che fornisce al dispositivo la corrente e la

tensione necessarie per eettuare le operazioni di taglio.

L‘apparecchio, collegato all‘elettricità, può danneggiarsi

severamente nel caso in cui sia impostato con una fase

sbagliata o sia in sovratensione. Nel caso in cui le norme di

sicurezza sopra citate non fossero rispettate e l‘apparecchio

dovesse di conseguenza riportare dei danni, la garanzia

non ne risponde e il costo della riparazione e/o della

sostituzione ricadrà sul cliente.

utilizzo (misurato in minuti) di un periodo di tempo di

10 minuti, durante i quali il dispositivo viene utilizzato

continuativamente a una temperatura regolare. Se le

valutazioni cicliche di durata eccedono, si attiverà la

protezione anti-surriscaldamento che fa rareddare il

dispositivo no al raggiungimento dei valori di temperatura

normali. Un superamento eccessivo dei valori del ciclo di

lavoro può danneggiare enormemente l‘apparecchio.

D. CONNESSIONE DELLA TORCIA

Collegare la torcia con l‘inverter in maniera tale che

il tubicino ssato all‘estremità possa girare nel pezzo

di connessione della torcia sulla parte anteriore della

macchina. Fissarne la costruzione ancora una volta

avvitando leggermente con una chiave. Non avvitare in

maniera troppo stretta.

ASSEMBLAGGIO DELLA PISTOLA

A. PROCESSO DI ASSEMBLAGGIO DELLA PISTOLA

Posizionare la pistola in maniera tale che il cappuccio

di protezione si trovi in alto e svitare il cappuccio. (Il

cappuccio di protezione tiene insieme la punta, la lunetta

in ceramica e l‘elettrodo). Rimuovere la punta, la lunetta

in ceramica e l‘elettrodo. Assemblare l‘elettrodo, l‘anello

di ceramica rotante e la punta di nuovo insieme. Se

necessario, sostituire le parti usurate. Fissare il cappuccio

di protezione sulla testa della pistola e serrare a mano no

a ssarlo saldamente. Durante questo processo, se si nota

una resistenza, controllare la lettatura e la disposizione

degli elementi prima di iniziare a lavorare.

AVVERTENZA

Per alcune pistole, che non hanno elettrodi reversibili,

è necessario ssare ulteriormente l‘elettrodo utilizzando

un paio di pinze per garantire un collegamento elettrico

adabile.

UTILIZZO

A. L‘INIZIO

Impostare l‘interruttore di accensione su „ON“. Premere

l‘interruttore della pistola (dell‘aria scorre fuori la pistola).

B. MISURE DI MANUTENZIONE SETTIMANALI

Assicurarsi che il sistema di ventilazione funzioni

correttamente. Rimuovere la polvere o sporcizia da tutta la

macchina, compreso il ltro dell‘aria.

MANUTENZIONE

Vericare che la pistola non abbia subito danni dovuti

all‘usura, che non riporti fenditure e che il cavo sia

perfettamente rivestito. In tal caso sostituire o riparare le

parti danneggiate prima dell‘uso. Una punta della pistola

per saldatura o un ugello fortemente usurati possono far

diminuire la velocità e causare una riduzione del voltaggio.

Un‘indicazione di forte usura dell‘ugello o della pistola

è un‘apertura dell‘ugello allungata o sovradimensionata.

TRASPORTO E STOCCAGGIO

Proteggere l‘apparecchio durante il trasporto da vibrazioni

e cadute. Collocare l‘apparecchio in posizione verticale

e non sottosopra. Conservare in luogo ben ventilato con

aria secca senza gas corrosivi.

PULIZIA E MANUTENZIONE

• Rimuovere la spina dalla corrente prima di eettuare

la pulizia e dopo ogni uso e far rareddare

completamente l‘apparecchio.

• Per pulire la supercie utilizzare solo detergenti

senza ingredienti corrosivi.

• Asciugare dopo la pulizia tutte le parti, prima di

riutilizzare l‘apparecchio.

• Tenere l‘apparecchio in un luogo asciutto, fresco,

protetto dall‘umidità e dalla luce diretta del sole.

CONTROLLI REGOLARI DELLA MACCHINA

Vericare regolarmente che gli elementi dell‘apparecchio

non presentino danni. Nel caso in cui si riscontrassero

danni, è severamente vietato qualsiasi impiego del

dispositivo. Si prega di contattare il venditore di riferimento

anché vengano eettuate le modiche necessarie.

Cosa fare in caso di problemi?

Contattare il venditore e fornire i seguenti dati:

• Numero di fatturazione e numero di serie (dei quali

l‘ultimo si trova sulla targhetta del dispositivo)

• Se possibile fornire una foto del pezzo difettoso

• Provvedere a descrivere il problema riscontrato

nel modo più preciso possibile in modo tale che

il servizio clienti sia in grado di circoscrivere il

problema e di risolverlo. Più dettagliate sono le

EL PROCESO DE CORTE POR PLASMA PUEDE

OCASIONAR INCENDIOS O EXPLOSIONES.

• El arco del plasma desprende chispas y trozos de

metal candente. Las salpicaduras del arco, el calor

componentes del equipo pueden provocar fuego

y quemaduras. Retire de la zona de trabajo todos los

de la soldadura, a una distancia mínima 12 m.

• Si esto no es posible, cubra los artículos con

cubiertas ignifugas.

y salpicaduras de metal.

• Tenga en cuenta que las chispas y salpicaduras

• Cuando trabaje en altura utilice un arnés de

seguridad para evitar las caídas.

• Mantenga todos los paneles y cubiertas del equipo

en su lugar.

• Manténgase alejado de la punta de la antorcha y el

arco eléctrico en cuanto haya pulsado el gatillo.

• Conecte el cable de masa una parte metálica de la

pieza (evite conectarlo si la pieza corre el riesgo de

caerse) o a un banco, lo más cerca posible al equipo.

• Aísle la pinza de tierra cuando no esté conectada a la

pieza de trabajo para evitar un contacto accidental

con otro metal.

Existe una cantidad importante de corriente continua

tras desconectar el equipo del suministro eléctrico.

Antes de tocar cualquier componente del equipo, apáguelo,

desenchúfelo de la corriente y compruebe la que la tensión

en el condensador de entrada esté casi a cero. Antes de

realizar tareas de mantenimiento, asegúrese de revisar los

condensadores de acuerdo a las instrucciones detalladas

en el capítulo de mantenimiento de este manual.

El inversor de corriente contiene piezas que pueden

explotar cuando el equipo esta conectado a la corriente.

Chispas y salpicaduras salen despedidas del arco de corte.

Las CHISPAS DEL ARCO DE PLASMA pueden provocar

daños personales.

• Utilice siempre una máscara de soldadura o gafas de

seguridad con protecciones laterales.

• Utilice ropa de trabajo apropiada para proteger su

piel.

• Utilice siempre tapones u otro tipo de protección

auditiva para evitar que las chispas se cuelen en los

oídos.

• Los rayos del arco de soldadura emiten un intenso

calor y fuertes rayos ultravioletas que pueden

quemar los ojos y la piel.

LOS RAYOS DEL ARCO PUEDEN QUEMAR LOS OJOS Y

• Use una careta de protección provista de una

tonalidad de ltro adecuada para proteger su cara

y ojos cuando realice u observe trabajos de corte al

arco de plasma.

• Las normas de seguridad recomiendan una tonalidad

Nr. 9 (Nr. 8 como mínimo) para todos los procesos

de corte inferiores a los 300 amperios. Tonalidades

inferiores se pueden utilizar solo si el arco eléctrico

está oculto.

• Utilice siempre gafas de seguridad con protecciones

laterales o una máscara de corte o soldadura.

• Utilice pantallas protectoras para proteger al usuario

y a terceras personas contra el deslumbramiento

y salpicaduras de soldadura.

• Informe a terceras personas sobre los riesgos de

observar directamente el arco eléctrico.

PROTECCIÓN TÉRMICA

El circuito de protección por sobrecarga térmica se pone

en marcha en cuanto el equipo rebasa el ciclo de trabajo,

lo que conlleva la parada de la máquina.

CICLO DE TRABAJO

El rendimiento del equipo viene especicado en base al

„ciclo de trabajo“ (ED%), es decir, la relación entre el tiempo

de trabajo y enfriamiento. Este factor puede variar en el

mismo equipo, dependiendo de las condiciones de trabajo

que utilice (amperaje). Este valor indica cuanto tiempo

puede trabajar el equipo con la corriente seleccionada

y se mide de 10 minutos. Con un ciclo de trabajo del 60%

el equipo puede trabajar de manera continua durante 6

minutos, seguido de una pausa para que los componentes

del equipo se enfríen y se active la protección contra

sobrecarga térmica. Exceder el ciclo de trabajo de forma

continuada puede provocar serios daños en el equipo.

Este piloto se enciende en cualquiera de las dos

siguientes situaciones:

a. Cuando la máquina no funciona

correctamente y no puede ser operada.

b. Cuando el equipo de soldadura sobrepasa la

INSTALACIÓN

A. DESEMPAQUETADO

Saque todo el contenido del paquete y asegúrese haber

recibido todos los componentes que se enumeran en la

lista de embalaje.

B. ENTORNO DE TRABAJO

Garantice siempre una estancia de trabajo con buena

ventilación. El equipo se enfría mediante un ventilador

axial, que toma el ujo de aire por la parte posterior.

NOTA: La carcasa debe montarse con los oricios de

ventilación próximos al frontal del equipo. Deje por lo

menos 15 cm de separación por la parte posterior y lateral,

ya que una ventilación insuciente del aparato reduce el

ciclo de trabajo de una manera importante.

C. CONEXIÓN DE LOS CABLES

Cada equipo dispone de un cable de corriente principal

encargado de suministrar la intensidad de corriente

y la tensión. El equipo puede sufrir daños graves si está

conectado a una corriente que excede la tensión necesaria,

o se ajusta una fase incorrecta. Este tipo de daños no

están cubiertos por la garantía, sino que corren por cuenta

propia del usuario.

D. CONEXIÓN DE LA ANTORCHA

Conecte la antorcha con el equipo de manera que el

tubito de aire al nal de la manguera de la antorcha está

enroscado a la toma en la parte del frontal del dispositivo.

Asegure esta conexión con un destornillador, sin apretar

en exceso.

protección y la máquina deja de funcionar;

es decir, después de que el aparato se ha

sobrecalentado, se apaga progresivamente

para reducir la temperatura. Durante este

proceso se ilumina el piloto rojo situado

en el frontal del equipo. No desenchufe la

máquina durante esta fase, para enfriar el

equipo, ya que el ventilador está en marcha

y acelera la refrigeración. Cuando la luz roja se

apaga, el dispositivo ha alcanzado de nuevo

la temperatura de funcionamiento y puede

volver a trabajar.

4. TEST GAZ / 2T / 4T (2T – Signica que la soldadura

comienza cuando se pulsa el gatillo de la antorcha

y cesa cuando se suelta. 4T – Al pulsar el gatillo de

la antorcha se abre la válvula de control y el gas

comienza a uir. Tras el pre – gas se enciende el arco

de soldadura con la corriente de arranque. Al dejar

de pulsar el gatillo la corriente sube hasta el valor

seleccionado. La soldadura naliza cuando se vuelve

a pulsar el gatillo de la antorcha.).

A. MONTAJE DE LA ANTORCHA

Coloque la antorcha con la borquilla de cerámica mirando

hacia arriba y gírela. (Esta boquilla sujeta la punta, el

anillo cerámico y el electrodo). Retire la punta, el anillo

cerámico y el electrodo. Vuelva a montar el electrodo,

el anillo de cerámica y la punta de nuevo. Sustituya las

piezas que presenten desgaste. Monte la boquilla de

cerámica protectora de nuevo en la punta de la antorcha

y enrósquela con la mano hasta que esté rme. Cuando

note resistencia en este proceso, compruebe el estado de

la rosca y el orden de los componentes anteriores.

ADVERTENCIA

En algunas antorchas, cuyos electrodos no se pueden

cambiar es necesario apretar el electrodo, utilizando unas

tenazas, para garantizar una óptima conexión eléctrica.

USO

A. LOS PASOS

Encienda el equipo poniendo el interruptor en posición de

„ON“ y presione el gatillo de la antorcha (el aire empezará

a uir).

B. MEDIDAS SEMANALES

Examine si la ventilación funciona y retire el polvo o la

suciedad que se haya acumulado en la máquina, incluyendo

el ltro de aire.

MANTENIMIENTO

Examine la antorcha con regularidad para comprobar su

estado de desgaste, posibles grietas o cables dañados.

Sustituya o repare cualquier pieza dañada antes del uso

del dispositivo. Una punta desgastada puede provocar

una reducción de la velocidad, caídas de tensión y cortes

torcidos. Un indicio de una boquilla desgastada es una

abertura demasiado alargada y grande.

TRANSPORTE Y ALMACENAJE

Cuando vaya a transportarlo, proteja el aparato contra

vibraciones y caídas. Coloque el aparato siempre erguido

y nunca al revés. Almacenar en un espacio bien ventilado,

seco y lejos de gases corrosivos.

LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO

• Después de cada uso y antes de su limpieza,

desenchufe el aparato y deje que se enfríe

completamente.

• Para limpiar la supercie, utilice solo productos que

no contengan sustancias corrosivas.

• Después de cada limpieza, deje secar bien todas las

piezas antes de volver a utilizar el aparato.

• Guarde el aparato en un lugar seco, fresco

y protegido de la humedad y la radiación solar

directa.

REVISIÓN PERIÓDICA DEL APARATO

Compruebe periódicamente si los componentes del

dispositivo están deteriorados. Si así fuera, se prohíbe

utilizar el aparato. Diríjase inmediatamente a su vendedor

para llevar a cabo la reparación.

D. FÁKLYA CSATLAKOZTATÁSA

PISZTOLY FELÉPÍTÉSE

CSATLAKOZTATÁSI RENDSZER-CUTTER 40 állítani a hőmérséklet-szabályzást, miután

túlmelegedett. Ezért a gép leáll. E folyamat

alatt az előlapon lévő piros gyelmeztető

lámpa kigyullad. Ebben az esetben nem kell

kihúznia a hálózati csatlakozót a konnektorból.

A gép hűtése érdekében a szellőztetés tovább

működhet, a gyorsabb lehűlésért. Amikor a

piros lámpa már nem világít, a hőmérséklet

visszatért a normális üzemi hőmérsékletre, és

az egység újra használható.

• Viseljen tűzálló füldugót vagy más hallásvédőt,

amely megakadályozza a szikrák fülébe való jutását.

• A vágási folyamat ívsugarai óriási látható és

láthatatlan (ultraibolyakék és infravörös) sugarakat

bocsátanak ki, amelyek megéghetik a szemet és a

bőrt.

A VÁGÁSÍ FOLYAMAT ÍVSUGARAI ELÉGETHETIK A BŐRT

ÉS A SZEMET

• Használjon arcvédőt (sisakot vagy maszkot) és

szemvédőt megfelelő sötétítőszűrővel, amely

kompatibilis a hegesztő láthatóságával és

hegesztéshez használt árammal.

• A biztonsági előírások meghatározzák a 9-edik

színt (min. 8-adik) az összes 300 A alatt lévő

áramerősséghez.

• Alacsonyabb értékeket akkor szabad használni, ha az

ív lefedi a feldolgozandó tárgyat.

• Mindig használjon oldalsó védővel felszerelt és

jóváhagyott védőszemüveget valamint egyéb

védőburkolatot.

• Használjon védőburkolatot a munkahelyen, hogy

más embereket megóvjon a vakító fénytől vagy

fröccsenésektől.

• Illetéktelen személyeket gyelmeztetni kell az

elektromos ívbe nézés veszélyéről.

HŐVÉDELEM

A hővédő akkor indul el, amikor az eszköz túllépi a

működési ciklust. Ez megakadályozza az eszköz működését.

DUTY CYCLE

Az üzemi ciklus egy százalékban kifejezett üzemidő

(percben mért) egy 10 perces időben, amelyben az

eszköz megállás nélkül működik normális hőmérsékleti

hatások mellett. Ha túllépi a működési ciklus értékeit,

akkor a túlmelegedés elleni védelem elindul, amelynek

következtében az egység leáll, amíg le nem hűl a normál

üzemi hőmérsékletre. A munkaciklus-értékek folyamatos

túllépése óriási károkat okozhat az eszközben.

A. PISZTOLY FELÉPÍTÉSÉNEK FOLYAMATA

Helyezze a pisztolyt úgy, hogy a védősapka felfelé nézzen,

és csavarja le a védősapkát a pisztolyról. (A védősapka

tartja együtt a hegyet, a kerámia gyűrűt és az elektródát).

Távolítsa el a csúcsot, a kerámia gyűrűt és az elektródát.

Szerelje ismét az elektródát, a kerámia gyűrűt és a csúcsot

össze. Cserélje ki az elhasználódott alkatrészeket ha

szükséges. Helyezze vissza a védősapkát a pisztoly fejére

és kézzel húzza meg, míg ez szoros. Ha e folyamat során

ellenállást érez, a munka megkezdése előtt ellenőrizze a

meneteket és az alkatrészek helyes elrendezését.

MEGJEGYZÉS

Néhány pisztoly esetében, amelyek nem rendelkeznek

kapcsolható elektródával, a megbízható elektromos

csatlakozás biztosítása érdekében, egy fogóval kell

meghúzni az elektródát.

HASZNÁLAT

A. A KEZDÉS

Fordítsa a hálózati kapcsolót a „BE“ helyzetre. Nyomja meg

a pisztoly kapcsolóját (levegő jön a pisztolyból).

B. HETENKÉNTI INTÉZKEDÉSEK

Ellenőrizze, hogy a szellőzés megfelelően működik-e.

Távolítsa el a port vagy szennyeződést az egész gépről, a

légszűrőről is.

KARBANTARTÁS

Ellenőrizze a pisztolyt kopás-, repedés- vagy kábeldarabokra.

Az eszköz használata előtt cserélje ki vagy javítsa meg

ezeket. Az erősen kopott pisztoly hegy/fúvóka hozzájárul a

sebesség csökkenéséhez, feszültségcsökkenéshez és görbe

elválasztáshoz. Az erősen kopott pisztolycsúcs/fúvóka jele

egy meghosszabbított vagy túlméretezett fúvóka nyílás.

SZÁLLÍTÁS ÉS TÁROLÁS

Szállítás közben a készüléket biztosítani kell az ütések és

esések ellen. Állítsa a készüléket egyenesen, és ne fejjel

lefelé. Tárolja száraz levegőjű, korrozív gázok nélküli jól

szellőző környezetben.

TISZTÍTÁS ÉS KARBANTARTÁS

• Minden tisztítás előtt és minden használat után

húzza ki a hálózati csatlakozót és hagyja, hogy az

eszköz teljesen lehüljön.

• Tisztításhoz kizárólag olyan tisztítószereket

használjon, amelyek nem maró hatásúak.

• Minden egyes tisztítás után hagyja, hogy az egyes

részek jól megszáradjanak, mielőtt ismét használja

azokat.

• A készüléket száraz, hűvös, illetve nedvességtől és

közvetlen napsütéstől védett helyen tárolja.

KÉSZÜLÉK RENDSZERES VIZSGÁLATA

Rendszeresen ellenőrizze, hogy van-e valamilyen sérülés a

gép elemein. Ha így van, akkor a gépet nem lehet tovább

használni. A javítások elvégzéséhez forduljon a termék

eladójához.

Mit kell tenni probléma esetén?

Forduljon az értékesítőhöz és készítse elő az alábbiakat:

• Számla- és sorozatszám (a sorozatszámot az

Gebiet zur Verfügung stehenden Möglichkeiten der Rückgabe oder Sammlung von Altgeräten.
