Starkey Synergy Charger Assembly instructions

MUSE iQ RECHARGEABLE SYNERGY CHARGER TUTORIAL
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY: Muse iQ Rechargeable
The Synergy Charger operates as a charging station, dry aid kit and
case for Muse iQ Rechargeable hearing aids. The Synergy Charger
is equipped with LED lights to indicate charging status for both the
hearing aids and the onboard battery.
SYNERGY CHARGER HEARING AID LED INDICATORS
The front of the Synergy Charger is equipped with two LED indicators
to provide information about the charging of the Muse iQ Rechargeable
lithium-ion hearing aids.
1. When the Muse iQ Rechargeable hearing aids are inserted into
the Synergy Charger, the front LED lights will glow green to
indicate the hearing aids are successfully charging.
2. When the hearing aids are fully charged, the front LED lights will
be solid green to indicate a full charge.
3. If there is an issue with charging and the hearing aids are in fault
state, the front LED lights will blink red.
NOTE: If a fault state is detected, remove the hearing aids from
the charger, wait until the LEDs turn off, and re-insert the
hearing aids into the charger. If the fault state continues,
contact your hearing professional.
SYNERGY CHARGER ONBOARD BATTERY
LED INDICATORS
The back of the Synergy Charger is equipped with four LED indicators
to provide information about the charging of the battery onboard the
Synergy Charger. The onboard battery allows charging of the hearing
aids to occur, while the Synergy Charger is away from a power source.
1. Four solid green lights indicate the charger is plugged into a
power source and is fully charged
NOTE: When charging without the power cord, the back LEDs
will turn off after 10 seconds to preserve battery life of
the case.
2. Four solid lights indicate the battery has more than 75% charge
3. Three solid lights indicate the battery has less than 75% charge
4. Two solid lights indicate the battery has less than 50% charge

Synergy Charger should be connected to a power source to charge
the onboard battery.
NOTE: When plugged into a power source, both the hearing aids and
onboard battery will charge simultaneously. Once hearing
aids are fully charged through the use of the onboard battery,
both the front and back LED lights will turn off, to preserve
battery.
GOOD TO KNOW
1. If the Synergy Charger is not plugged in and runs out of charge, the
hearing aids will turn ON in the charging case.
2. Hearing aids are safe to be kept in the Synergy Charger as they
cannot overcharge.
3. Charging will occur with the lid open or closed.
NOTE: It is recommended to keep the charger lid closed to preserve
the desiccant puck and to use as a dehumidifier when the
desiccant puck is in place.
4. Unplug the charger when not in use.
