Kurzanleitung SPG-DIGI
Einführung
Das SPG-DIGI ist ein digitales Manometer mit einer MIN / MAX-Anzeigefunktion. Die Messbereichsendgenauigkeit (FS)
beträgt ± 0,5%, bezogen auf die Obergrenze des Messbereichs. Dynamische Druckspitzen werden mit einer Abtastrate
von 10 ms (100 Messwerte / Sekunde) gemessen. Der MIN / MAX-Speicher wird ständig aktualisiert und angezeigt.

Wenden Sie keine Kraft auf den Sensor an!
Eine falsche Montage des Manometers und des entsprechenden Adapters kann dazu führen,
dass das Manometer aus dem Aufbau gerissen wird.
Bitte nicht demontieren, solange der SPG-DIGI unter Druck steht
Sicherheitshinweise zur Verwendung des Betriebsbereichs 1.000 bar:
Bitte beachten Sie, dass spezielle Anschlussadapter erhältlich sind, die für einen Nennarbeitsdruck von
1.000 bar zugelassen sind. Bitte achten Sie auf eingebaute Testpunkte gem. auf den angegebenen Nenndruck
und die angegebenen Sicherheitsfaktoren.
Verwenden Sie niemals einen beschädigten oder defekten Sensor!
Bestimmungsmäßiger Gebrauch
Der Sensor ist für die Messung des Drucks in den hier angegebenen Druckbereichen ausgelegt.
Jede darüberhinausgehende Verwendung als die oben genannte ist untersagt, kann zu Unfällen oder zur Zerstörung
des Sensors führen und führt zum sofortigen Erlöschen aller Garantieansprüche gegenüber dem Hersteller.
Fehlgebrauch
Der Sensor entspricht nicht der Richtlinie 2014/34/EU und darf deshalb nicht in explosionsgefährdeten Bereichen
eingesetzt werden.
Fachpersonal
Diese Betriebsanleitung richtet sich an geschultes Fachpersonal, das mit den geltenden Vorschriften und Normen im
Anwendungsbereich vertraut ist. Das mit der Inbetriebnahme und Bedienung des Gerätes beauftragte technische
Personal muss über entsprechende Qualikationen verfügen. Die Qualikationen können in Form von Schulungen oder
entsprechenden Unterweisungen erworben werden.
Das technische Personal muss mit dem Inhalt dieser Betriebsanleitung vertraut sein, die immer zugänglich sein muss.

Installation
Anschluss an die Hydraulik
Das SPG-DIGI ist mit Außengewinde G 1/4 (BSPP) oder 7/16-UNF für die entsprechenden Versionen (bar / psi) erhältlich.
Es können auch diverse Adapter für andere Druckanschlüsse geliefert werden.
Bitte stellen Sie sicher, dass das Gerät ordnungsgemäß montiert ist, um Fehlfunktionen zu vermeiden.
Bitte nicht zusammenbauen, solange der SPG-DIGI unter Druck steht.
Beachten Sie die angegebenen Drehmomente beim Einbau des SPG-DIGI

Maximale Werte
Das Überschreiten der maximalen Überlastwerte (Pmax) kann zu Fehlfunktionen führen und zur
Zerstörung des SPG-DIGI führen.

IP Klasse 65
Instandhaltung
Der Sensor ist wartungsfrei und kann vom Benutzer nicht repariert werden. Im Falle eines Defekts muss der Sensor zur
Reparatur an den Hersteller zurückgesandt werden.
Reinigung
Verwenden Sie ein trockenes oder leicht angefeuchtetes, fusselfreies Tuch, um die Außenächen des Sensors zu reinigen.
HINWEIS
Gefahr von Sachschäden durch aggressive und chemisch ätzende Substanzen.
Verwenden Sie niemals scheuernde oder üchtige Reinigungsmittel!

Quickguide SPG-DIGI
Introduction
The SPG-DIGI is a digital manometer featuring a MIN/MAX display function. Full scale (FS) accuracy is ± 0,5% based on
the upper limit of the measurement range. Dynamic pressure peaks are measured at a scanning rate of 10ms
(100 measurement values/second). The MIN/MAX memory is continuously updated and rewritten.
Safety information
Before you work with the sensor, read and heed the information in these quick guide. Failure to follow the instructions
provided, especially the safety information, can pose a danger to humans, the environment, and other
equipment. The sensor represents the state of the art in terms of accuracy, operating principle as well as safe and
reliable operation.
Comply with existing national regulations for accident prevention and safety at the workplace when working!
Note the IP protection rating when using the sensor in moist areas
Allow only trained technical personnel to install the sensor!
Comply with the specied tightening torques!
Do not apply any force to the sensor!
Incorrect mounting of the manometer and the corresponding adapter can cause the manometer
to be torn out of the assembly.
Please do not assemble while the SPG-DIGI is pressurized
Safety instructions for using the 1.000 bar operating range:
Please note that special connection adapters are available which are approved for a nominal working pressure
of 1.000 bar. Please pay attention to build in test points acc. to rated nominal pressure
and specied safety factors.
Never use a damaged or defective sensor!
Intended use
The sensor has been designed for measurement of pressure in the approved ranges below.
Any other application beyond the above use of the sensor is prohibited, can result in accidents or destruction of the
sensor and immediately voids any and all warranty claims against the manufacturer.
Misuse
The sensor does not comply with Directive 2014/34/EU and for this reason may not be used in potentially explosive
atmospheres.
Technical personnel
These operating instructions are intended for trained technical personnel who are familiar with the applicable regulations
and standards in the eld of application. The technical personnel entrusted with commissioning and operating the device
must have suitable qualications. The qualications can be acquired in the form of training or appropriate instruction.
The technical personnel must be familiar with the content of these operating instructions, which must always be
accessible.

Installation
Connection to the Hydraulics
The SPG-DIGI is available with male thread G 1/4 (BSPP) or 7/16-UNF for the corresponding versions (bar / psi).
Several adapters for other pressure connections can be supplied also.
Please make sure that the device is properly mounted to avoid malfunctions.
Please do not assemble while the SPG-DIGI is pressurized.

Maximum Values
Exceeding the maximum overload values (Pmax) can lead to malfunctions and result in the
SPG-DIGI being destroyed.

Maintenance
The sensor is maintenance-free and cannot be repaired by the user.
In the event of a defect, the sensor must be returned to the manufacturer for repair.
Cleaning
Use a dry or lightly moistened, lint-free cloth to clean the outer surfaces of the sensor.
NOTE
Risk of material damage from aggressive and chemically etching substances.
Never use abrasive or volatile cleaners!
Do not use sharp objects or aggressive cleaners!

Guide rapide SPG-DIGI
Introduction
Le SPG-DIGI est un manomètre digital avec une fonction d’afchage MIN / MAX. La précision nale de plage de mesure (FS)

Utilisation conforme

Valeurs maximales

Entretien

Nettoyage

Manual breve SPG-DIGI
Introducción
El SPG-DIGI es un manómetro digital con un indicador de MIN/MAX. La precisión del margen de medición (FS) es de ±0,5%
respecto al límite superior del margen de medición. Los picos de presión dinámicos se miden con una frecuencia de
muestreo de 10ms (100 valores de medición/segundos). La memoria MIN/MAX se actualiza y se muestra en todo momento.
Información de seguridad
Lea y tenga en cuenta la información incluida en estas instrucciones de uso antes de trabajar con el sensor.
El incumplimiento de las instrucciones, en especial de la información relativa a la seguridad, puede suponer un peligro
para las personas, el medio ambiente y para otros equipos. El sensor responde a los últimos avances tecnológicos en lo
que a precisión, funcionamiento y manejo able y seguro se reere.

¡No aplique fuerza sobre el sensor!
Un montaje incorrecto del manómetro y del adaptador correspondiente puede hacer que el manómetro se
desgarre de la estructura.
No desmontar mientras el SPG-DIGI esté bajo presión.
Indicaciones de seguridad para usar en el margen de operación de 1000bar:
Tenga en cuenta que hay disponibles adaptadores de conexión especiales homologados para una presión de
trabajo nominal de 1000bar. Preste atención a los puntos de prueba incorporados según indicado en la presión
nominal y en los factores de seguridad.
¡No utilice nunca un sensor defectuoso o dañado!
Uso previsto
El sensor está dimensionado para medir la presión dentro de los márgenes de presión indicados aquí.

Instalación
Conexión al sistema hidráulico
El SPG-DIGI está disponible con rosca exterior G 1/4 (BSPP) o 7/16-UNF para las versiones respectivas (bar/psi).

Valores máximos
Si se sobrepasan los valores de sobrecarga máxima (Pmax), se puede dar un funcionamiento incorrecto
y el SPG-DIGI podría resultar dañado.

Puesta a punto
El sensor no requiere mantenimiento y no puede ser reparado por el usuario. Si aparece un defecto, se debe reenviar el
sensor al servicio de reparación del fabricante.
Limpieza
Utilice un trapo seco o ligeramente humedecido que no tenga pelusas para limpiar las supercies externas del sensor.
AVISO
Peligro de daños materiales por sustancias agresivas y corrosivas químicamente.
¡No utilice nunca limpiadores abrasivos o volátiles!
¡No utilice objetos puntiagudos ni limpiadores agresivos!

Introduzione
Il prodotto SPG-DIGI è un manometro digitale dotato di una funzione di visualizzazione del valore MIN / MAX.
Laprecisione del campo di misura (FS) è di ± 0,5 %, riferita al limite superiore del campo di misura. I picchi di pressione
dinamici vengono misurati con una frequenza di campionamento di 10 ms (100 valori misurati / secondo). La memoria

Non smontare il manometro SPG-DIGI quando è sotto pressione
Avvertenze di sicurezza per l’uso nel campo d’esercizio di 1.000 bar:
si prega di tenere presente che sono disponibili speciali adattatori omologati per una pressione d’esercizio

Installazione
Collegamento all’impianto idraulico
Il manometro SPG-DIGI è disponibile con lettatura esterna G 1/4 (BSPP) o 7/16 UNF per le relative versioni (bar / psi).
