• Always read the full instructions prior to installation.
• Consider possible obstructions to your part and accessories,
like hinges inside the cabinet or adjacent cabinet doors
and handles, prior to installation.
• Make sure you leave plumbing and electrical work
to qualified trades people. Never try this yourself.
• Make sure you always use safety gear like a mask, ear muffs
and glasses when using tools.
• Make sure you have properly installed your pantry, ensuring it
is securely fastened to the wall and level, before beginning this
installation.
• All measurements provided are based on a Kaboodle 450mm
pantry and 450mm pantry door.
• Tip: After marking out the pre-drill holes as per the
instructions, take the part that is to be installed and align
the appropriate holes with the markings to ensure they
match up prior to pre-drilling the holes.

Tools you will need
To put your kaboodle kitchen accessory together you will need the following tools.

Using the installation template provided (S),
fold and place template on bottom panel of
cabinet and mark out 4 fixing positions for
bottom slider.
Use a 2mm drill bit to pre-drill holes to a
depth of 2.5mm
Fix bottom runner assembly (C) to cabinet
using 4 x 16mm screws (Q)
From the internal bottom of the cabinet measure up 1815.5mm and using an
adjustable square draw a straight line into the depth of the cabinet.
From the edge of the side panel, measure in 200mm and draw another line.
Position Upper Slide Rail (K) so the end of the bracket is on the line 200mm
in from the cabinet edge and center of fixing holes align with line drawn into
cabinet depth. Mark center of fixing holes.
Use a 2mm drill bit to pre-drill holes to a depth of 2.5mm
Fix Upper Slide Rail (K) to cabinet using 3 x 16mm screws (Q)

Align the template (S) for the side frame connectors with the front edge
of base panel and side panel. Mark the 4 fixing positions for the lower
side frame connector.
Repeat, using template to mark position for upper side frame connector.
Use a 2mm drill bit to pre-drill holes to a depth of 2.5mm.
Align the frame connectors (G) with the predrilled holes in the side panel
and fix with 4 x 16mm (Q) screws each.
Slide the rail mechanism out from the bottom runner assembly.
Push plastic U-bracket (M) though end of connecting bar (D) and
fix with 6mm screw (N).
Fit plastic top hat washer (R) into underside of connecting bar (D),
insert fixing screw (T) and screw into runner assembly as pictured.
Slide rail mechanism back into bottom runner assembly.
Slide out the rail mechanism
and assemble with the
connecting base as illustrated,
Align the template (S) for the guiding rails with the bottom front edge of
the door. Mark the fixing positions for the lower guiding rail.
Repeat, using template on top front edge of door to mark position for
upper guiding rail.
Use a 2mm drill bit to pre-drill holes to a depth of 2.5mm.
Align the guiding rails (H) with the predrilled holes in the side panel and
fix with 8 x 16mm (Q) screws each.

Take Inner frame (A) and fix sliding wheel bracket (L)
into place using 2 x chamfer head screws (O)
Clip the 2 plastic hinges (F) over the hinge arms on
the side frame (B)

Place the sliding wheel on frame onto upper slide rail. Position
base of inner frame on rear of lower runner assembly and fix in
place using 2 x 35mm Allen Screws (P)
At this point you can attach the door to the carcase.
Insert the plastic hinges into the side frame connectors and lock in
place by rotating 90 degrees clockwise (anti clockwise for left opening
installation). Once side frame is in place, fit plastic hinge covers (E)

Position top and bottom guiding rail covers (I)
over side frame as pictured. Move side frame to
towards guiding rail bracket and click into place.
Once both guiding rail covers are connected to
guiding rails, connect plastic top cover (J)
Take unused connecting bar (D) and fix to centre
rail of Inner frame using screw (T), top hat washer
(R) and nut (S) as pictured.
Using connecting bar already fitted to runner
assembly, fix plastic u-bracket to bottom of side
frame using screw.

Caring for your kaboodle cabinets
Looking after your cabinets is really easy and with the right care and maintenance they
will last you for many years. Just follow these simple steps and if you need any more

Clean your cabinets with an all purpose, non-abrasive cleaner with a damp sponge or cloth
and make sure you never use saturated cloth, harsh chemicals or thinner based cleaners
as these will damage the surface of the melamine. Likewise, never use products that will
scratch the surface like steel wool or wire brushes and avoid sharp objects that will scratch,
cut or gouge the melamine surface. If this happens the internal board will be exposed and
may swell. Kaboodle cabinets are water resistant but not water proof so any spills should be
attended to immediately.
Handy hint: if the melamine surface of your cabinet is damaged you can try and cover it
with a furniture repair crayon but just remember that this won’t seal the board back to its
original finish.
Caring for your kaboodle parts and accessories: Looking after your parts and accessories
is really easy and with the right care and maintenance they will last you for many years.
Just follow these simple steps. Hinges, runners and other parts and accessories should be
kept dry at all times. To keep the mechanisms performing at their best, regularly wipe them
with a dry cloth removing any dust and grime that may build up. In case of spills, clean
immediately with a dry cloth. Do not use harsh abrasives.

Fit the inner trays (U) and door trays (V) by
locating hooks on rear sides of basket and
positioning them through slots on back of frames.
Gently push down to secure in position. Ensure
baskets are secure and level before loading.

NOTE: Do not overload baskets as this could
interfere with functionality, cause the product
to fail or cause damage to your pantry door.
Max weight capacity is 5kg per large basket
and 3kg per small basket.
