CONDICIONES
1. Para hacer efectiva esta garantía se requiere: La presentación de esta póliza y del producto, en el lugar en donde fue adquirido o en ELECTRONICA STEREN S.A. DE C.V.
2. ELECTRONICA STEREN S.A. DE C.V. se compromete a reparar el producto en caso de estar defectuoso sin ningún cargo al consumidor.
3. El tiempo de reparación en ningún caso será mayor a 30 días contados a partir de la recepción del producto en cualquiera de los sitios en donde pueda hacerse efectiva la
garantía.
4. El lugar donde puede adquirir partes, componentes, consumibles y accesorios, así como hacer válida esta garantía es: En cualquiera de las direcciones arriba mencionadas.
ESTA GARANTIA NO ES VALIDA EN LOS SIGUIENTES CASOS:
1. Cuando el producto ha sido utilizado en condiciones distintas a las normales.
2. Cuando el producto no ha sido operado de acuerdo con el instructivo de uso.
3. Cuando el producto ha sido alterado o reparado por personas no autorizadas por ELECTRONICA STEREN S.A. DE C.V.
Nota: El consumidor podrá solicitar que se haga efectiva la garantía ante la propia casa comercial, donde adquirió el producto. Si la presente garantía se extraviara, el
consumidor puede recurrir a su proovedor para que le expida otra póliza de garantía, previa presentación de la nota de compra o factura respectiva.

Warranty
CONDITIONS:
1. This warranty card with all the required information, the invoice or purchase ticket, the packing or package, must be presented with the product when warranty
service is required.
2. If product hasn’t exceed warranty period, the company will repair it free of charge including transportation charges.
3. The repairing time will not exceed 30 natural days, from the day the claim was received.

INSTRUCTIVO DE USO DE REGULADOR ELECTRÓNICO DE VOLTAJE
Modelo: REG-1000PRO, MAX-1000, REG-2000
Marca: Steren
Antes de utilizar su nuevo Regulador Electrónico de Voltaje lea este
instructivo para evitar cualquier mal funcionamiento. Guárdelo para
futuras referencias.
Su nuevo regulador electrónico de voltaje protege equipos delicados de
apagones y sobrevoltajes. Variaciones en el voltaje pueden afectar
gradualmente el funcionamiento y la vida de sus equipos, este equipo le
garantiza protección contra picos de voltaje.
IMPORTANTE
No conecte refrigeradores, Hornos de microondas lavadoras, secadoras
de ropa o cabello, tostadoras, planchas, calentadores, licuadoras,
ventiladores, aspiradoras, parrillas eléctricas u otro equipo eléctrico que
utilice motor para su funcionamiento.
No exponga el equipo a la luz directa del sol o a temperaturas extremas.
No intente abrir el equipo, puede ocasionar malfuncionamiento y anulación de
la garantía.
En caso de que requiera revisión acuda con su distribuidor autorizado Steren.
No use ni almacene este equipo en lugares donde existan goteras o
salpicaduras de agua.
Este equipo debe usarse sólo en interiores.
Nunca instale cableado telefónico durante una tormenta eléctrica.
Si excede la capacidad del regulador, el fusible de protección se quemará,
acuda con un distribuidor autorizado para el reemplazo del mismo.
Siempre utilice un paño suave, limpio y seco para limpiar el equipo.
INSTALACIÓN
1.- Compruebe que el botón de encendido esté apagado.
2.- Conecte el cable de alimentación a un tomacorriente casero de 3 polos.
3.- Conecte los equipos que necesiten proteger (hasta 4 equipos que no
excedan de 1000W en el modelo REG-1000PRO y MAX-1000 y de 2000W en
el modelo REG-2000).
4.- Encienda el regular de voltaje presionando el botón de encendido. En el
modelo REG-1000PRO el botón se iluminará indicando que está encendido y
regulando. Si excede la capacidad, el switch breaker se botará y tendrá que
corregir la carga, además de resetearlo para continuar con el correcto
funcionamiento.
En el modelo REG-2000 y MAX-1000 puede presentar las siguientes
opciones:
Si el regulador cambia de un estado a otro, podrá escuchar un click entre un
cambio y otro.
5.- Encienda los dispositivos conectados al regulador.
PROTECTOR DE LÍNEA TELEFÓNICA (Sólo REG-1000PRO)
El modelo REG-1000PRO provee la protección necesaria contra picos de
voltaje al conectar el teléfono o líneas de red. Conecte una línea de teléfono o
módem al conector hembra en el regulador (cuenta con dos conectores RJ11).

Before using your new AVR read this instruction manual to prevent any
damage. Put it away in a safe place for future references.
Protect your sensitive electronic equipment from brownouts and overvoltages
with your new AVR. Uncorrected voltage fluctuations gradually degrade the life
of electronic components, potentially causing premature failure, this equipment
provides surge protection against electrical surges and spikes.
IMPORTANT
Do not use with refrigerators, microwaves ovens, wash machines, hair /
cloth dryer, toasters, irons, heaters, blenders, vacuum cleaners, electric
grills or other electric device appliance which uses a motor to work.
Do not expose the equipment to extreme temperatures.
Do not try to open the equipment, may cause malfunction and warranty repeal.
In case you need a check of the equipment, go with your authorized Steren
dealer.
Do not use or store the equipment near wet places. May cause malfunction or
shock hazard.
Indoors use, only.
Never install a phone cable while electric storm occurs.
If the capacity of the regulator was exceeded, the fuse will be burn. Please go
with a dealer for a replace of the fuse.
Clean with a soft, dry cloth.
INSTALLATION
1.- Check the On / Off button is off.
2.- Plug the power cord into a three-pole household outlet.
3.- Plug the appliances that you want to protect (up to 4 equipments, and you
must be aware of the capacity of 1000W in model REG-1000PRO and
MAX-1000; 2000W of capacity on model REG-2000).
4.- Turn the automatic voltage regulator on. On model REG-1000PRO the red
light indicator will light, indicating that the equipment is on and regulating. If you
exceed the capacity of the AVR, the breaker switch blows and you need to
correct the charge, also you need to reset the equipment to get a normal
operation.
On model REG-2000 and MAX-1000 you can see one of this options:
If there are electric variations, you can hear A click when the AVR works and
switch from one state to other.
5.- Turn the plugged appliances on.
PHONE LINE PROTECTOR (Only REG-1000PRO)
The REG-1000PRO ensure your phone line against voltage peaks, when you
connect the phone set or network lines. Just plug a phone line or modem to
female connector into the regulator (which includes two female RJ11
connectors).
