Please note: We recommend that you wash your hands prior to installing the film.
Step 1: Your SterileLight anti-microbial film is masked on two sides.
One mask covers the top surface and the other mask covers the
tacky side.
Step 2: Make certain that your film fits the display. Lay the film
into the display area to be certain that it is sized correctly. A small
amount of play or gap on all sides to allow for easy installation is
normal. If it does not fit correctly, do not attempt installation and
contact us for instructions. If the film is larger than the screen and
you wish to cut it, use sharp scissors.
Step 3: Clean the surface of your display with a damp, clean soft
cloth. Wipe all areas of the screen, especially the edges and
corners. Dry the screen with a soft dry cloth.
NOTE: If the film is larger than 12" diagonal, we recommend that
two people install the film. One to hold the film steady and the
other to slowly apply the film while pushing out air bubbles.
Step 4: Remove the mask covering the tacky side by using a piece of
adhesive tape to stick to the mask. Pull back and remove this mask
completely. You may have to try each side to find the tacky side.
Once the back side is exposed, hold the film by the edges and
position the exposed tacky side to the screen edge. Allow the film
with the exposed back side to attach to the screen.
Step 5: Allow the exposed back side to adhere to the screen, using a
finger to push air bubbles from the center to the edges. Be certain
the film is properly aligned to the screen dimensions.
Step 6: Once you are happy with the installation, remove the mask
film covering the top surface. Using a piece of adhesive tape,
attach the tape firmly to a corner and lift to remove the top mask.
You should now have a fully installed film. Air bubbles that will not
move or edges that lift are likely dirt trapped under the film.

IT IS CRUCIAL THAT YOU FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS TO GET A GOOD FILM INSTALLATION!!!
Not following the instructions correctly may result in trapped dirt that will appear as air bubbles under the film. Read the
entire instruction set first before attempting to install the film. The film must be fully installed with both protective masks
removed to function properly. Just placing the masked film against the screen will not work.

You can clean the top surface with any cleaner. If you notice that dust particles have gotten on the adhesive,
they can be removed.
Step 1: Gently lift the corner of the CountDown PLUS anti-microbial
film near the dust particle using a piece of adhesive tape or a
fingernail being careful not to damage the backside of the film.
Step 2: Using a small piece of adhesive tape, gently touch the film
with the tape to pick the dust particle off the tacky surface.
Step 3: To clean the entire back surface, remove the entire film
and place it back side up.
Step 4: Using adhesive tape, lay the strips on top of the tacky
surface, overlapping them as you add each one in succession until
you have covered the entire side of the film with adhesive tape.
Rub the adhesive tape against the film with a finger to ensure it will
adhere to the dust particles.
Step 5: Once the entire surface is covered with tape, remove the
tape quickly and it will remove all the dust particles with it.
Step 6: Return to Step 3 above if the screen needs to be cleaned
again and reinstall the film as indicated on the previous page.

When you place an item on the top, pathogens will be eradicated on the side of the item that contacts the anti-microbial
surface. The Panel Protector is custom cut and is the same medical-grade anti-microbial film that's used in medical
settings across the country, the same film used in our screen protectors for iPhones and iPads, and is the same film as
our surface protection mats.
Please note: We recommend that you wash your hands prior to installing the panel protector.

Please position the film on the device as shown in the image below:
PLEASE NOTE: You'll periodically see small air bubbles appear which are easily worked out when pressed outward with
the fingers (just as screen protectors for your phone). This occurs naturally due to button presses and objects being
placed on the surface.
