This is a multi-purpose secure liquid dispensing system suitable for a variety of liquids for personal use e.g. Hand
Sanitiser, Hand Wash or Sun Screen.
It is the responsibility of the responsible person at the facility where these dispensers are being used to establish
a system to control the contents and manage the risk of use including appropriate labelling in accordance with
Australian/NZ Standards.
Do not leave the refillable bottle separate from its locked enclosure and only remove for refilling. When refilling,
rinse out old contents completely then refill following the instructions of the liquid manufacturer. Note that residue
from oil based liquids will be difficult to completely remove. Do not mix contents from different sources. Thoroughly
clean the bottle and pump if changing the liquid source and/or content e.g. Hand Sanitiser to Sunscreen. The
responsible person for the facility must maintain a system to retain details of contents including ingredients, the
manufacturer and their use, care, first aid and storage instructions.

Assembly - Mounting to Stand (SPPL.HSS.01)
Assembly - Wall Mounting
• Using a Phillips head screwdriver and shifting spanner, secure
the dispenser to the stand with the supplied M5 mushroom
head screws, M5 washers and M5 nylock nuts
• For wall mounting, position the dispenser case on the wall and
mark hole positions (it is recommended that the dispenser unit
be mounted no higher than 1200mm from the ground)
• Drill marked locations
• Secure dispenser case to wall using screws and appropriate
wall fixings (screws and fixings not supplied)
• Fill the dispenser bottle with hand sanitiser, hand wash or
sunscreen. (refer to manufacturers guidelines on correct use)
• Screw the pump mechanism to the bottle
• Adhere the appropriate dispenser label (describing what
chemical is being used) to the forward facing surface of the
dispenser

• Close the dispenser case door and lock with key• To prevent after hours use, with the key unlock and open the
case, place the pump cover into the top slot covering the pump
