Rough surfaces (uneven oors ), for instance rugs and tiles
To prevent theTripp Trapp® chair from tilting when pushed backwards,
it has plastic gliders underneath the legs.Their function is to enable the
chair to slide backwards and return to an upright position when pushed
backwards.To make sure that the gliders function as intended, the chair
should be placed on a surface enabling the chair to slide backwards.Thus,
the surface should be level, stable and with a certain hardness. Uneven
and/or rough surfaces, for instance some tiled oors, and rugs/carpets that
are soft or with long loose ends, are generally unsuitable for chairs used by
toddlers. Although theTripp Trapp® chair is recognized for its stability, these
conditions also apply here.
The gliders as well as the oor must be kept clean.To further increase the
backward stability of theTrippTrapp® highchair, a replaceable, extended rear
glider (“Extended Glider”) has been developed for theTripp Trapp® highchair.
For the period when the chair is used with a harness and theTripp Trapp®
Baby Set, we recommend that you always use it with theTrippTrapp® Exten-
ded Glider. This is especially important if the chair is placed on a soft carpet
and/or at a table where the child can push against a frame underneath the
tabletop with its feet.
Warning
NEVER let your child play around theTripp
Trapp® chair if it is not in the intended
position for use.
Table
Be aware of the risk that a big frame under
the table top makes it easier for children
to push their legs against the table and tilt
backwards. Also note thatTrippTrapp® is
designed for dining tables 28-30”(72-76cm)
high.
Warning
When the footrest is positioned close to the
metal rod, there will be a small gap between
the inside of the chair legs and the metal
rod.This is perfectly normal. Never try to use
excessive force to make the metal rod touch
the side legs of the chair as this can cause
damage to the chair and/or make it unstable.
Footrest
Make sure the forward edge of the footrest NEVER exceeds the front tip of
the chair legs at oor level.This may cause the chair to be unstable when a
child climbs in and out of theTrippTrapp® chair.

READ CAREFULLY BEFORE ASSEMBLING YOUR
TRIPP TRAPP® CHAIR
In this user guide you will nd pictures that describe the assembly
of yourTrippTrapp® chair and Tripp Trapp® Baby Set. The Baby Set
and Harness should only be used with the seat plate in the rst
groove from top of the chair. Both the harness and the Baby Set
must be assembled to theTrippTrapp® chair when used as a high
chair.
• Do not use the chair unless all components are correctly tted and adjusted.
Pay special attention to the seat and foot plate – make sure these are
properly fastened before you put your child into the chair.
• Do not place the chair near an open re or other sources of strong heat,
such as electric bar res, gas res etc due to the risk of re.
• Do not use the chair if any part is broken, torn or missing.
• Always place the chair on a level stable surface and make sure that the
chair has space to slide backwards.
• NEVER use theTripp Trapp® chair without any glider.
• Do not use the harness if it shows any signs of deterioration or excessive
wear and tear, such as fraying of the straps or cracks in the plastic. If any
such deterioration or excessive wear and tear is observed, please contact
Stokke Customer service to order a replacement.
• Be careful not to place small items, toxic substances, hot objects, and
electrical exes etc near the chair where your child can reach them, as they
may cause choking, poisoning or other injuries.
• Remember to retighten all screws 2-3 weeks after asembly of the chair.
After that you should check on and retighten the screws if necessary on a
regular basis, e.g. every second month. Keep the Allen key for future use,
but out of the childs reach.
• Do not use any accessories or replacement parts not manufactured by
STOKKE®; this may aect your child’s safety.
• Do not use the chair as a step stool.
• Do not use with a booster seat

1. Attach the base cross bar to the legs (grooves face inside). Important to insert the
shallow end of nut rst!
2. Insert screws and tighten rmly.
3. Attach the two metal crossbars and tighten loosely
4. Attach the two curved back rests. Insert metal nut with shallow end rst and
tighten loosely. NOTE: Backrest with strap goes into bottom slots.
5. Slide seat and footrest into slots, with straight edge facing forward. Make sure the
height and depth of the seat and footrest suit the size of your child (see instruc-
tions for seat and footrest adjustments in this user guide).
6. Place the chair on a level surface. Finally tighten all screws rmly in the order given.
Seat and footrest adjustment
It is important to adjust the depth and height of the seat and footrest to t
the size of your child. See illustrations on the fold out page, and description
below. The settings of the seat and footrest should be checked as the child
grows – at least once a year!
The seat plate and the footrest must be supported by the full length of the
grooves on the sides (not half way supported).
Seat placement
HEIGHT –The seat is set at the correct height when your child’s elbows are
level with the table top.
DEPTH – For correct depth of the seat, position the child’s back against the
backrest with the seat supporting ¾ of the thighs. For the child’s best comfort
it is important that the seat depth is not too deep. Leave comfortable space
between the front edge of the seat and back of the child’s knee. For a child 6-8
months it may amaze you how small seat they actually need!The seat plate
should not protrude more than 1½-2”(4-5cm) in front of the chair side legs.
Footrest placement
HEIGHT –The footrest is set at the correct height when the sole of the child’s
foot can rest at on the footrest, while the thighs are touching the seat.
DEPTH – Make sure the forward edge of the footrest NEVER exceeds the front
tip of the chair legs at oor level
Table of age and approximate adjustment
This table is a rough guide for the height adjustment of seat and footrest ac-
cording to the age of you child. Child dier in size according to age, so always
make sure that your child is seated correctly according to the instructions
given in this user guide.
Restraint system operation
Always use the restraint system when the seat is in the 1st, 2nd or 3rd grooves
from the top. Place child in seat. Pull each arm through the loop formed by
the shoulder and waist strap, and place in child’s lap. Crotch strap comes up
between child’s legs. Attach each shoulder strap to the crotch strap. Adjust
length of shoulder, waist and crotch strap to restrain child in seat. Crotch strap
length should be adjusted so that connector is at waist height.The restraint
system can be removed when your child has reached the age of 36 months
AND is able to sit safely onTrippTrapp®. Use a tool to remove the clip under
the seat plate to detach the crotch strap. Use a screwdriver to detach the rest
of the harness from the backrest.
Product information:
The chair is made of cultivated beech wood.The varnish contains no harmful
substances, and the liberation of formaldehyde from the varnish complies
with E1 requirements.
Safety approval:
Tripp Trapp® as a high chair complies only with ASTM F404-17 and
16 CFR part 1231, when used in combination with harness and baby set.
Cleaning and maintenance
Wipe with a clean damp cloth, wipe o excess of water with a dry cloth. Mois-
ture will crack stain.We do not recommend the use of any detergent or micro
bre cloth. Colours may change if the chair is exposed to the sun.

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT AND EXTENDED WARRANTY
Applicable worldwide in respect of the chair TRIPP
TRAPP®, hereinafter referred to as the product.
Right of complaint
The customer has a right of complaint pursuant to
the consumer protection legislation applicable at
any given time, which legislation may vary from
country to country.
Generally speaking, STOKKE AS does not grant
any additional rights over and above those laid
down by the legislation applicable at any given
time, although reference is made to the ”Extended
Warranty”described below.The rights of the cus-
tomer under the consumer protection legislation
applicable at any given time are additional to
those under the ”ExtendedWarranty”, and are not
aected thereby.
Stokke® ”Extended Warranty”
However, STOKKE AS, Parkgata 6, N-6003 Ålesund,
Norway, grants an ”ExtendedWarranty”to
customers who register their product in our
Warranty Database.This may be done via our
webpage
www.stokkewarranty.com. Upon registration, a
warranty certicate will be issued and sent to the
customer electronically (e-mail) or by ordinary
mail.
Registration in theWarranty Database entitles the
owner to an ”ExtendedWarranty”as follows:
• 7-year warranty against any manufacturing
defect in the product.
The ”ExtendedWarranty”also applies if the
product has been received as a gift or purchased
second-hand. Consequently, the ”Extended
Warranty”may be invoked by whoever is the
owner of the product any given time, within the
warranty period, and subject to the warranty
certicate being presented by the owner.
The STOKKE® ”Extended Warranty”is
conditional upon the following:
• Normal use.
• The product only having been used for the
purpose for which the product is intended.
• The product having undergone ordinary
maintenance, as described in the maintenance/
instruction manual.
• Upon the ”ExtendedWarranty”being invoked,
the warranty certicate shall be presented,
together with the original date-stamped pur-
chase receipt.This also applies to any secondary
or subsequent owner.
• The product appearing in its original state,
hereunder that the only parts used have been
supplied by STOKKE® and are intended for use
on, or together with, the product. Any devia-
tions herefrom require the prior written consent
of STOKKE®.
• The serial number of the product not having
been destroyed or removed.
The STOKKE® ”Extended Warranty”
does not cover:
• Issues caused by normal developments in the
parts making up the product (e.g. colouration
changes, as well as wear and tear).
• Issues caused by minor variations in materials
(e.g. colour dierences between parts).
• Issues caused by extreme inuence from
external factors like sun/light, temperature,
humidity, environ-mental pollution, etc.
• Damage caused by accidents/mishaps – for
example any other objects having bumped into
the product or any person having over turned
the product by colliding with it.The same
applies if the product has been overloaded, for
example in terms of the weight placed on it.
• Damage inicted on the product by external
inuence, for example when the product is
being shipped as luggage.
• Consequential damage, for example damage in-
icted on any persons and/or any other objects.
• If the product has been tted with any acces-
sories that have not been supplied by STOKKE®,
the ”ExtendedWarranty”shall lapse.
• The ”ExtendedWarranty”shall not apply to
any accessories that have been purchased or
supplied together with the product, or at a
subsequent date.
STOKKE® will under the
”Extended Warranty”:
• Replace or – if STOKKE® thus prefers – repair
the defective part, or the product in its entirety
(if necessary), provided that the product is
delivered to a reseller.
• Cover normal transport costs for any replace-
ment part/product from STOKKE® to the reseller
from whom the product was purchased. – No
travel costs on the part of the purchaser are
covered under the terms of the warranty.
• Reserve the right to replace, at the time of the
warranty being invoked, defect parts by parts
that are of approximately the same design.
• Reserve the right to supply a replacement
product in cases where the relevant product is
no longer being manufactured at the time of
the warranty being invoked. Such product shall
be of corresponding quality and value.
How to invoke the ”Extended Warranty”:
Generally speaking, all requests relating to the
”ExtendedWarranty”shall be made to the reseller
from whom the product was purchased. Such
request shall be made as soon as possible after
any defect has been discovered, and shall be
accompanied by the warranty certicate as well as
the original purchase receipt.
Documentation/evidence conrming the manu-
facturing defect shall be presented, normally by
way of the product being brought along to the re-
seller, or otherwise being presented to the reseller
or a STOKKE® sales representative for inspection.
The defect will be remedied in accordance with
the above provisions if the reseller or a STOKKE®
sales representative determines that the damage
is caused by a manufacturing defect.

mosaicos La sillaTrippTrapp® cuenta con deslizadores de plástico debajo de las
patas para evitar que se balancée al empujarla hacia atrás. Su función es permi-
tir que la silla se deslice hacia atrás y regrese a su posición vertical al empujarla.
Para garantizar que los deslizadores funcionen adecuadamente, la silla debe
colocarse sobre una supercie que permita el deslizamiento hacia atrás. Por lo
tanto, la supercie debe ser estable, estar bien nivelada y tener cierta dureza.
Las supercies irregulares y/o disparejas, por ejemplo algunos pisos de mosai-
co, y las alfombras o carpetas suaves o que tengan ecos largos, por lo general
no son apropiados para colocar las sillas para niños. Aunque la periqueraTripp
Trapp® es reconocida por su estabilidad, las condiciones anteriores también
aplican a la misma.Tanto los deslizadores como el piso deben mantenerse
limpios. Para aumentar aún más la estabilidad trasera de la periqueraTripp
Trapp®, se desarrolló para la misma un deslizador trasero extendido (“Extended
Glider”), el cual puede reemplazarse cuando sea necesario. Recomendamos
que, en conjunto con el arnés y elTrippTrapp® Baby Set, siempre utilice el
deslizador trasero extendidoTrippTrapp®. Esto es especialmente importante si
la silla se coloca sobre una carpeta suave y/o frente a una mesa donde el niño
pueda empujar sus pies contra un marco de debajo de la mesa.
Advertencia
NUNCA permita que su hijo juegue cerca de
la periqueraTrippTrapp® si la misma no está
colocada adecuadamente para su uso.
Mesa
Tenga en cuenta el riesgo que implica un gran
marco debajo la mesa, ya que el niño podría
empujar sus piernas contra la mesa y volcar
la silla hacia atrás. También tenga en cuenta
que la periqueraTrippTrapp® está diseñada
para mesas de 72 a 76 cm de altura.
Advertencia
Cuando el descansapiés esté colocado cerca
de la barra metálica, quedará un pequeño
espacio entre la barra y el lado interior de
las patas de la periquera. Esto es completa-
mente normal. Jamás trate de forzar la barra
metálica para que toque las patas laterales
de la silla, ya que esto puede dañar la silla
y/o volverla inestable.
Descansapiés
Asegúrese de que el borde delantero del descansapiés NUNCA sobrepase,
al nivel del piso, el borde delantero de las patas de la periquera. Esto puede
hacer que la silla se vuelva inestable cuando el niño trate de bajar o subir de
la periqueraTrippTrapp® .

LEA CUIDADOSAMENTE ESTE INSTRUCTIVO ANTES
DE ARMAR SU PERIQUERA TRIPP TRAPP®
En esta guía de usuario encontrará las imágenes que describen
cómo armar su periqueraTrippTrapp® y elTripp Trapp® Baby Set.
El Baby Set solo debe utilizarse con la base del asiento colocada en
la primera ranura que se encuentra en la parte superior de la silla.
Tanto el arnés como el Baby Set deben estar ensamblados a la silla
TrippTrapp® cuando se utilice como periquera.
• No utilice la silla a menos que todos sus componentes estén armados y
ajustados correctamente. Ponga mucha atención al asiento y al descansa-
piés, asegúrese de que están bien sujetos antes de colocar al niño en la silla.
• No coloque la silla cerca de una chimenea o de otras fuentes de calor, tales
como calefactores eléctricos, estufas de gas, etc., debido a los riesgos de
incendio.
• No utilice la periquera si alguna pieza está rota o defectuosa, o si le faltan
piezas.
• Coloque la silla siempre sobre supercies planas y estables, y asegúrese de
que la silla tenga espacio suciente para deslizarse hacia atrás.
• NUNCA utilice la periqueraTrippTrapp® sin sus deslizadores.
• No utilice el arnés si presenta signos de deterioro, desgaste excesivo o rotu-

que podrían causarle asxia, envenenamiento u otros daños corporales.
• Recuerde volver a apretar todos los tornillos 2 o 3 semanas después de que

tornillos de forma periódica, por ejemplo, cada dos meses. Guarde la llave
Allen para usos posteriores, pero manténgala fuera del alcance del niño.

STOKKE®, ya que pueden afectar la seguridad de su hijo.
• No utilice la silla como escalera.
• No coloque objetos para elevar la altura del asiento
• La parte frontal del descansapiés no debe sobrepasar, al nivel del piso, las
patas frontales de la silla.
Componentes
1. Fije la barra transversal de la base a las patas (con las ranuras hacia adentro). ¡Es
muy importante que inserte primero el extremo inferior de la tuerca!
2. Inserte los tornillos y apriételos rmemente.
3. Fije las dos barras metálicas transversales y ajústelas ligeramente
4. Fije los dos respaldos curvos. Inserte la tuerca metálica con el extremo inferior en
primer lugar y ajústela ligeramente. NOTA: Coloque el respaldo con la correa en las
ranuras inferiores.
5. Deslice el asiento y el descansapiés por las ranuras, con el borde recto hacia
adelante. Asegúrese de que la altura y profundidad del asiento estén adaptados
a la altura del niño (vea las instrucciones relativas a los ajustes del asiento y del
descansapiés en esta guía de usuario).
6. Coloque la periquera en una supercie bien nivelada. Por último, ajuste rme-
mente todos los tornillos en el orden que se indica.
Ajustes del asiento y del descansapiés
Es muy importante que la altura y profundidad del asiento y del descansapiés
estén adaptados a la altura del niño. Vea las ilustraciones que se encuentran
en la página plegable y la descripción que se muestra más abajo. Las posi-
ciones del asiento y del descansapiés deben ajustarse a medida que el niño
crezca, ¡por lo menos una vez al año! La base del asiento y el descansapiés
deben estar apoyados a todo lo largo de las ranuras laterales (y no apoyados
a medias).
Colocación del asiento
ALTURA: el asiento estará a la altura correcta cuando los codos del niño estén
al mismo nivel que la parte superior de la mesa.
PROFUNDIDAD: para determinar la profundidad correcta, coloque al niño con
la espalda apoyada contra el respaldo, de modo que se apoyen en el asiento
las ¾ partes de sus muslos. Para que el niño esté más cómodo,
es importante que la profundidad en el asiento no sea demasiada y que haya
suciente espacio entre el borde delantero del asiento y las rodillas del niño.
Podrá parecerle sorprendente que un niño de entre 6 y 8 meses necesite un
asiento tan pequeño, pero la base del asiento no deberá sobresalir más de 4 o
5 cm de las patas laterales de la silla.
Colocación del descansapiés
ALTURA: El descansapiés estará a la altura correcta cuando el niño,
con los muslos apoyados en el asiento, pueda recargar completamente las
plantas de sus pies.
PROFUNDIDAD: Asegúrese de que el borde delantero del descansapiés NUNCA
sobrepase, al nivel del suelo, el borde delanterode las patas de la silla.
Tabla de edades y ajustes aproximados
La tabla que se proporciona es una guía aproximada para los ajustes de altura
del asiento y del descansapiés, de acuerdo con la edad del niño. El niño varía
en tamaño de acuerdo a su edad, por lo tanto, asegúrese siempre de que su
hijo se siente correctamente, tal como se indica en las instrucciones que se
proporcionan en esta guía de usuario.
Funcionamiento del sistema de sujeción:
utilice el sistema de sujeción siempre que el asiento esté colocado en las
ranuras 1ª, 2ª o 3ª desde la parte superior. Coloque al niño en el asiento. Jale
cada brazo a través del lazo formado por el hombro y la correa de la cintura, y
colóquela en el regazo del niño. Coloque la correa de la entrepierna entre las
piernas del niño. Sujete cada una de las correas de los hombros a la correa de
la entrepierna. Ajuste la longitud de las correas de los hombros, la cintura y
la entrepierna para sujetar al niño en el asiento. La longitud de la correa de la
entrepierna debe ajustarse para que el conector quede a la altura de la cin-
tura. Puede remover el sistema de sujeción cuando su hijo haya cumplido 36
mesesY sea capaz de sentarse de modo seguro en la periqueraTrippTrapp®.
Utilice una herramienta para quitar el clip que se encuentra debajo de la base
del asiento, y remueva la correa de la entrepierna. Utilice un desarmador para
remover del respaldo las piezas restantes del arnés.
Información del producto:
Esta silla está fabricada con madera de haya cultivada. El barniz no contiene
sustancias tóxicas y las emanaciones de formaldehído del barniz cumplen con
las normas para la clase E1.
Certicaciones de seguridad:
La periqueraTrippTrapp® cumple con las normas ASTM F404-17 y 16 CFR,
secciones 1231, cuando se utiliza en conjunto con el arnés y el BabySet.
Limpieza y mantenimiento
Limpie con un paño húmedo y absorba el exceso de agua con un paño seco.
La humedad agrietará el barniz. No se recomienda el uso de detergente ni de
microbras. El color de la silla puede cambiar si la expone al sol.˝

a la sillaTrippTrapp®, en adelante «el producto».
DERECHO DE RECLAMACIÓN
El cliente tiene derecho a la reclamación de
conformidad con la legislación de protección al
consumidor en cualquier momento, teniendo en
cuenta que la legislación puede variar en función
del país de que se trate.
Por lo general, STOKKE AS no otorga derechos
complementarios que supongan una mejora de
los establecidos en la legislación aplicable en
cualquier momento, aunque se hará referencia
a la «Ampliación de Garantía» a continuación.
Los derechos del consumidor bajo la legislación
aplicable de protección al consumidor en cualquier
momento, son complementarios a las garantías
de la «Ampliación de Garantía » y no afectos a la
misma.
«AMPLIACIÓN DE GARANTÍA » DE Stokke®
Sin embargo, STOKKE AS, Parkgata 6, N-6003 Åles-
und, Noruega, otorga una“garantía extendida”a
clientes que registren su producto en nuestra base
de datos de la garantía. Esto se puede hacer a tra-
vés de la página web www.stokkewarranty.com.
Tras el registro, se emite un certicado de garantía
que se envía al cliente por correo electrónico o
postal.
El registro en la Base de Datos de Garantías da
derecho al propietario a una «Ampliación de
Garantía» que consta de:
• Una garantía de siete años contra cualquier
defecto de fabricación del producto.
La «Ampliación de Garantía » también es aplicable
si el producto se ha recibido como regalo o si se ha
comprado de segunda mano. Por lo tanto, cual-
quier persona que sea propietaria del producto
podrá apelar a la «Ampliación de Garantía » en
cualquier momento, siempre dentro del periodo
de garantía y con la condición de la presentación
del certicado de garantía por parte del propie-
tario.
La «Ampliación de Garantía » de
Stokke® depende del cumplimiento de
las siguientes condiciones:
• Uso normal.
• El producto sólo deberá utilizarse para el n
destinado.
• El producto habrá tenido el mantenimiento ne-
cesario, siguiendo las instrucciones del manual
de mantenimiento o instrucciones.
• Tras la apelación a la «Ampliación de Garantía»,
se presentará el certicado de garantía, junto
con el recibo de compra original, consello que
incluya la fecha de compra. Esto también será
de aplicación para propietarios secundarios o
posteriores.
• Que el producto se presente en su estado origi-
nal, y, dentro de esta condición, que las piezas
utilizadas sean sólo las que haya suministrado
Stokke® y con el n de usarse en o junto con
el producto. Cualquier modicación de esta
condición requerirá el consentimiento previo
por escrito de Stokke®.
• El número de serie del producto no podrá ser
destruido o retirado.
Las siguientes circunstancias no quedarán
cubiertas por la «Ampliación de Garantía»
de Stokke®:
• Problemas a causa de la evolución normal de las
piezas que componen el producto (p.e. cambios
de color, así como desgaste).
• Problemas a causa de pequeñas variaciones en
los materiales (p.e. diferencias de color entre las
pie-zas).
• Problemas a causa de la inuencia de factores
externos tales como la luz solar, temperatura,
humedad, contaminación ambiental, etc.
• Daños a causa de accidentes o infortunios, por
ejemplo que se hayan estrellado objetos contra
el producto o que una persona haya volcado
el producto al chocarse contra el mismo. Lo
mismo ocurrirá en el caso en el que el producto
se sobrecargue, por ejemplo por el peso que se
coloque encima del mismo.
• Daños ocasionados en el producto por inuen-
cia externa, por ejemplo cuando el producto se
envíe como equipaje.
• Daños indirectos, por ejemplo, daños causados
a cualquier persona y/o a cualquier otro objeto
u objetos.
• Si al producto se le montasen ac-cesorios no
suministrados por Stokke®, prescribirá la «Am-
pliación de Garantía».
• La «Ampliación de Garantía » no será aplicable a
accesorios que se hayan comprado o sumi-
nistrado junto con el producto o en una fecha
posterior, por ejemplo el «conjunto bebés» y/o
la almohada.
Bajo la «Ampliación de Garantía »,
Stokke® hará lo siguiente:
• Reemplazar o, si Stokke® lo preere, reparar la
pieza defectuosa, o el producto íntegro (si fuera
necesario) con la condición de que el producto
se entregue a un ditribuidor.
• Cubrir los costes normales de trans porte para
cualquier pieza o producto de reemplazo de
Stokke® enviado al distribuidor al que se haya
adquirido el producto. Ningún gasto de viaje
por parte del comprador quedará cubierto bajo
las condiciones de la garantía.
• Reservarse el derecho a sustituir, en el mo-
mento en el que se haga uso de la garantía,
las piezas defectuosas con piezas que sean
aproximadamente del mismo diseño.
• Reservarse el derecho a suministrarun producto
sustitutivo en el caso en el que el producto en
cuestión ya no se esté fabricando en el momen-
to en que se haga uso de la garantía.Tal produc-
to será de una calidad y un valor equivalentes.
Cómo hacer uso de la
«Ampliación de Garantía»:
Por lo general, todas las peticiones que se reeran
a la «Ampliación de Garantía » se harán al distri-
buidor al que se haya comprado el producto. Estas
peticiones se realizarán a la menor brevedad tras
la detección de cualquier defecto, y se acompaña-
rán del certicado de garantía así como del recibo
original de compra.
Se presentará la documentación o pruebas que
conrmen el defecto de fabricación, normalmen-
te al llevar el producto al distribuidor o, de lo
contrario, presentándolas ante el distribuidor o a
un representante de ventas de STOKKE® para su
inspección.
El defecto se subsanará de acuerdo con las disposi-
ciones anteriores si el distribuidor o un represen-
tante de ventas de STOKKE® determinaran que el
daño lo ha producido un defecto de fabricación.

Surfaces irrégulières (sol inégal), par exemple,
tapis ou carrelage
Pour éviter que la chaiseTripp Trapp® ne bascule vers l’arrière en poussant dessus,
nous avons installé des patins extensibles en plastique sous ses pieds. Ils per-
mettent à la chaise de reculer et reprendre sa position originale si l’enfant essaie
de se balancer. An de vous assurer que les patins fonctionnent correctement,
la chaise doit être placée sur une surface permettant à la chaise de se replacer.
C’est pourquoi la surface doit être nivelée, stable et assez rigide. Les surfaces
irrégulières et/ou rugueuses comme du carrelage ou un tapis/moquette mou
ou présentant des extrémités longues qui s’étalent, ne sont généralement pas
adaptées pour installer une chaise haute destinée à de jeunes enfants.
Bien que la chaiseTrippTrapp® soit reconnue pour sa stabilité, ces conditions
s’appliquent aussi ici.Vous devez conserver les patins et le sol propres. Pour
accroître davantage la stabilité arrière de la chaise hauteTripp Trapp®, nous avons
mis au point un patin arrière remplaçable et extensible, (« patin extensible »)
pour la chaise hauteTripp Trapp®. Lorsque vous utilisez la chaise avec le harnais
et leTrippTrapp® Baby Set, nous vous recommandons de toujours utiliser les
patins extensiblesTripp Trapp®. Cette recommandation est particulièrement
importante si votre chaise est installée sur un tapis ou à une table avec une
structure susamment large pour permettre à l’enfant de balancer ses pieds
contre la table.
Avertissement
Ne laissez JAMAIS votre enfant jouer autour
de la chaiseTrippTrapp® si celle-ci n’est pas
correctement réglée.
Table
Soyez prudent car les enfants peuvent parfois
utiliser un cadre épais sous le plateau pour
appuyer leurs jambes contre la table et courir
le risque de tomber en arrière. Veuillez éga-
lement noter que laTrippTrapp® a été conçue
pour les tables de 72-76 cm de haut.
Avertissement
Lorsque le repose-pied est proche de la tige
métallique, vous apercevrez un petit espace
entre l’intérieur des pieds de la chaise et
la tige. Cet espace est tout à fait normal.
N’essayez jamais de pousser fortement la tige
pour qu’elle touche l’intérieur des pieds de
la chaise car cela pourrait endommager la
chaise ou la rendre instable.
Repose-pied
Assurez-vous que l’extrémité avant du repose-pied ne dépasse JAMAIS la
pointe du pied de la chaise au niveau du sol. Cela pourrait rendre la chaise
instable au moment de monter et descendre de la chaiseTrippTrapp®.

VOTRE CHAISE TRIPP TRAPP®
Vous trouverez dans ce guide d’utilisation des images descrip-
tives pour assembler votre chaiseTrippTrapp® et le Tripp Trapp®
Baby Set. Il est conseillé de placer le siège à la première encoche
lorsque vous utilisez le Baby Set. Vous devez installer le harnais et
le Baby Set sur la chaise Tripp Trapp® pour l’utiliser comme chaise
haute.
• N’utilisez pas la chaise sans xer et ajuster correctement tous ses com-
posants. Portez une attention particulière au siège et au repose-pied
– assurez-vous qu’ils sont correctement xés avant de placer votre enfant
dans la chaise.
• Ne placez pas la chaise près d’un feu ouvert ou d’une autre source de forte
chaleur, comme un chauage électrique, une cheminée à gaz, etc., en
raison du risque d’incendie.
• N’utilisez plus la chaise si une pièce de celle-ci est cassée, abîmée ou
manquante.
• Placez toujours la chaise sur une surface lisse stable et assurez-vous qu’elle
dispose de susamment d’espace pour se replacer.
• N’utilisez JAMAIS la chaiseTripp Trapp® sans aucun patin.
• N’utilisez pas le harnais si celui-ci est abîmé ou montre des signes d’usure
excessive, comme un eritement des sangles ou une ssure de la partie en
plastique. Si vous constatez des signes d’usure excessive ou de détériora-
tion, veuillez contacter le service à la clientèle de Stokke pour en comman-
der un nouveau.
• Assurez-vous qu’aucun petit objet, substance toxique, objet chaud ou câble
électrique, ne se trouve près de la chaise et ne peut être attrapé par l’enfant
risquant ainsi de l’étouer, l’empoisonner ou le blesser.
• Souvenez-vous de resserrer les vis 2 à 3 semaines après avoir assemblé la
chaise. Par la suite, vériez et resserrez-les lorsque nécessaire de manière
régulière, comme tous les deux mois. Gardez la clé hexagonale à portée de
main pour les prochaines utilisations, mais hors de portée des enfants.
• N’utilisez aucun accessoire ou pièce de rechange non fabriqués par
STOKKE®; cela pourrait remettre en cause la sécurité de votre enfant.
• N’utilisez pas la chaise en guise de tabouret.
• N’utilisez pas la chaise avec un siège d’appoint
• La partie avant du repose-pied ne doit pas dépasser les pieds de la chaise
au niveau du sol.

1. Fixez la barre transversale de base aux pieds (encoches vers l’intérieur). Il est impor-
tant d’insérer le côté peu profond de l’écrou en premier!
2. Insérez les vis et vissez fermement.
3. Placez les deux barres transversales en métal et xez-les sans serrer
4. Placez les deux dossiers incurvés. Insérez le côté peu profond de l’écrou en premier
et vissez sans serrer. REMARQUE : Le dossier avec le harnais doit être inséré dans les
encoches du bas.
5. Insérez le siège et le repose-pied dans les encoches, en prenant soin de placer le
bord rectiligne vers l’avant. Assurez-vous que la hauteur et la profondeur du siège
et du repose-pied conviennent à la taille de votre enfant (voir les instructions pour
ajuster le siège et le repose-pied dans le guide d’utilisateur).
6. Placez la chaise sur une surface stable. Final+E18ement, resserrez fermement
toutes les vis dans l’ordre donné.
Ajustement du siège et du repose-pied
Il est important de bien ajuster la profondeur et la hauteur du siège et du
repose-pied à la taille de votre enfant. Consultez les illustrations sur le
dépliant, et la description ci-dessous.Vous devez vérier le réglage du siège
et du repose-pied à mesure que l’enfant grandit– au moins une fois par an! Le
siège et le repose-pied doivent reposer entièrement sur les encoches situées
sur les pieds de la chaise (et non pas à moitié).
Positionnement du siège
HAUTEUR – Le siège est à la bonne hauteur lorsque les coudes de l’enfant sont
à la même hauteur que la table.
PROFONDEUR– Pour disposer d’une bonne profondeur d’assise, placez le dos
de l’enfant contre le dossier de la chaise de manière à ce que le siège sou-
tienne les ¾ de ses cuisses. Pour que l’enfant soit confortablement assis, il est
important que le siège ne soit pas trop profond. Laissez un espace confortable
entre l’avant du siège et les plis des genoux de l’enfant.
Positionnement du repose-pied
HAUTEUR– Le repose-pied est bien positionné lorsque la plante du pied de
l’enfant repose à plat sur le repose-pied, et que les cuisses touchent le siège.
PROFONDEUR– Assurez-vous que l’extrémité avant du repose-pied de dépasse
JAMAIS la pointe du pied de la chaise au niveau du sol.
Tableau d’âge et ajustements approximatifs
Ce tableau est un guide général pour ajuster la hauteur du siège et du
repose-pied en fonction de l’âge de votre enfant. Les enfants n’ont pas tous la
même taille au même âge, alors assurez-vous toujours que votre enfant est
correctement assis selon les instructions fournies dans ce guide.
Fonctionnement du système de retenue
Utilisez toujours le système de retenue lorsque le siège est placé dans les
1ères, 2e et 3e encoches en partant du haut. Mettez l’enfant dans le siège.
Placez un bras de chaque côté de la boucle formée par les bretelles et la cein-
ture. La sangle d’entrejambe se trouve entre les jambes de l’enfant. Attachez
chaque bretelle à la sangle d’entrejambe. Ajustez la taille des bretelles, de la
ceinture et de la sangle d’entrejambe pour bien attacher l’enfant à la chaise.
Vous devez régler la longueur de la sangle d’entrejambe de manière à ce que
la connexion se fasse au niveau de la taille. Vous pouvez enlever le système
de retenue une fois que votre enfant a atteint 36 mois ET est en mesure de
s’asseoir en toute sécurité sur la Tripp Trapp®. Utilisez un outil pour retirer le
clip sous le plateau du siège an de parvenir à retirer la sangle d’entrejambe.
Utilisez un tournevis pour retirer le reste du harnais du dossier.
Renseignements sur le produit :
La chaise est fabriquée en bois de hêtre de culture. Le vernis ne contient
aucune substance dangereuse, et la libération de formaldéhyde du vernis
répond aux exigences E1.
Homologation de sécurité :
La chaise hauteTrippTrapp® répond aux exigences ASTM F404-17 et 16 CFR
parties 1231, lorsqu’utilisée avec le harnais et le Baby Set.
Nettoyage et entretien
Essuyez avec un chion humide et retirez le surplus d’eau avec un chion sec.
L’humidité fait craqueler le vernis. Nous ne recommandons pas l’utilisation de
produit d’entretien ni de chion microbre. Les couleurs peuvent se modier
suite à l’exposition de la chaise au soleil.

DROIT A RÉCLAMATION
Le client dispose d’un droit à réclamation en appli-
cation de la législation en matière de protection
des consommateurs applicable à un moment
donné ; cette législation peut varier d’un pays à
l’autre.
D’une manière générale, STOKKE AS n’accorde
pas de droits supplémentaires ni supérieurs à
ceux stipulés dans la législation applicable à un
moment donné, bien qu’il soit fait référence à «
l’Extension de Garantie » décrite ci-dessous. Les
droits du client, conformément à la législation
sur la protection des consommateurs applicable
à un moment donné, viennent en supplément de
ceux qui sont mentionnés dans « l’Extension de
Garantie » et ne sont pas aectés par celle-ci.
« L’EXTENSION DE GARANTIE » Stokke®
Toutefois, STOKKE AS, Parkgata 6, N-6003 Ålesund,
Norvège, accorde une « Garantie étendue » aux
clients qui enregistrent leur produit dans notre
Base de données de garantie. Pour cela, il convient
de passer par la pageWeb stokkewarranty.com.
Lors de l’enregistrement, un certicat de garantie
est émis et envoyé au client par voie électronique
(e-mail) ou par courrier ordinaire.
L’enregistrement dans la base de données de
Garantie donne droit au propriétaire à une «
Extension de Garantie » dans les conditions
suivantes :
• 7 ans de garantie contre tout défaut de fabrica-
tion du produit.
« L’Extension de Garantie » s’applique également
si le produit a été reçu en cadeau ou acheté
d’occasion. Par conséquent, « l’Extension de
Garantie » peut être invoquée par toute personne
propriétaire du produit, à un moment donné, au
cours de la période de garantie, et sous réserve
de la présentation du certicat de garantie par le
propriétaire.
« L’EXTENSION DE GARANTIE »
STOKKE® EST CONDITIONNÉE PAR :
• Une utilisation normale.
• Le produit ne doit avoir été utilisé qu’aux ns
auxquelles il est destiné.
• Le produit doit avoir fait l’objet d’un entretien
ordinaire, tel qu’il est décrit dans le manuel
d’utilisation et d’entretien.
• Si « l’Extension de Garantie » est invoquée,
le certicat de garantie doit être présenté,
accompagné du ticket de caisse original, daté et
portant le tampon du vendeur. Cela s’applique
également au deuxième propriétaire ou à tout
propriétaire ultérieur.
• Le produit doit être présenté dans son état
d’origine, à condition que les seules pièces
utilisées aient été fournies par Stokke® et soient
destinées à être utilisées sur ou avec le produit.
Si l’une des conditions ci-dessus n’est pas
respectée il faut obtenir le consentement écrit
préalable de Stokke®.
• Le numéro de série du produit ne doit être ni
eacé ni enlevé.
« L’Extension de Garantie » de Stokke®
ne couvre pas :
• Les problèmes causés par le changement, au l
du temps, des pièces qui composent le produit
(par exemple, le changement de coloration,
ainsi que l’usure).
• Les problèmes causés par des modications
mineures au niveau pièces).
• Les problèmes causés par l’inuence extrême de
facteurs externes tels que la lumière du soleil,
la température, l’humidité, la pollution de
l’environnement, etc.
• Les dommages causés par des accidents/
incidents – par exemple, tout autre objet qui
heurte le produit ou toute personne qui ren-
verse le produit en le heurtant. La même clause
s’applique si le produit a subi une surcharge, par
exemple, de poids.
• Les dommages causés au produit par des fac-
teurs externes, par exemple, lorsque le produit
est transporté en tant que bagage.
• Les dommages indirects, par exemple, les dom-
mages causés à des personnes et/ou d’autres
objets.
• S’il a été xé au produit des accessoires qui n’ont
pas été fournis par STOKKE, « l’Extension de
Garantie » ne s’applique plus.
• « L’Extension de Garantie » ne s’applique pas
aux accessoires qui ont été achetés ou fournis
avec le produit ou à une date ultérieure – par
exemple, elle ne s’applique pas à l’« ensemble
bébé » et/ou à l’oreiller.
En vertu de « l’Extension
de Garantie », Stokke® :
• Remplacera ou – si Stokke® préfère – réparera
la pièce défectueuse ou le produit dans son
intégralité (si nécessaire), à condition que le
produit soit livré à un revendeur.
• Couvrira les frais normaux de transport de toute
pièce de rechange/tout produit de Stokke® au
revendeur chez lequel le produit a été acheté.
Les frais de voyage supportés par l’acheteur
ne seront pas couverts selon les termes de la
garantie.
• Se réserve le droit de remplacer, au moment où
la garantie est invoquée, les pièces défec-
tueuses par des pièces de conception similaire.
• Se réserve le droit de fournir un produit de rem-
placement dans les cas où le produit concerné
n’est plus fabriqué au moment où la garantie
est invoquée. Le produit en question doit être
de qualité et de valeur équivalente.
Comment invoquer
« l’Extension de Garantie » :
En général, toutes les demandes liées à « l’Exten-
sion de Garantie » doivent être faites auprès du
revendeur chez lequel le produit a été acheté. Ces
demandes doivent être faites dès que possible
après la découverte d’un défaut, et elles doivent
être accompagnées du certicat de garantie ainsi
que du ticket de caisse original.
Des documents/preuves conrmant l’existence
du défaut de fabrication doivent être présenté(e)
s, normalement en apportant le produit au reven-
deur ou sinon, en le présentant au revendeur ou
à un représentant de commerce de Stokke® pour
vérication.
Il sera remédié au défaut conformément aux
dispositions précitées si le revendeur ou un repré-
sentant de commerce de Stokke® établit que le
produit présente bien un défaut de fabrication.

• The Tripp Trapp® Baby Set™ should only be used with
the seat plate in the rst groove from the top of the
chair.
• Always use the restraint system when the seat is in one
of the top 3 grooves
• The harness must always be used and correctly tted –
most injuries from high chair are caused by falls
• Always keep child in view
• Stay in reach of your child.
• Do not use the chair unless all components are correct-
ly tted and adjusted. Pay special attention to the seat
and foot plate – make sure these are properly fastened
before you put your child into the chair.
• Do not place the chair near an open re or other sourc-
es of strong heat, such as electric bar res, gas res etc
due to the risk of re.
• Always place the chair on a level stable surface and
make sure that the chair has space to slide backwards.
• Position the high chair away from solid structures and
benches to avoid injuries caused by falls and by access
to dangerous items.
• Position the high chair away from furniture, walls, hot
surfaces and liquids, window covering cords and
electrical cords and position the high chair away from
furniture when the chair is not being used at a table
with a tray removed.
• Do not use any accessories or replacement parts not
manufactured by STOKKE®; this may aect your child’s
safety.
• Do not use the chair if any part is broken, torn or miss-
ing.
• Do not use the chair before the child can sit up by itself.
• Do not elevate the high chair on any structure or table.
• Do not use the chair as a step stool.
• Do not use with a booster seat
• TRIPP TRAPP® is intended for use when your child is
capable of sitting upright unassisted (approximately 6
months)
• Front of footrest not to exceed front legs of chair at
oor level
• NEVER use the Tripp Trapp® chair without any glider.
• Remember to retighten all screws 2-3 weeks after as-
sembly of the chair. After that you should check on and
retighten the screws if necessary on a regular basis, e.g.
every second month. Keep the Allen key for future use,
but out of the childs reach.
• If the chair is used with a tray, the tray is not designed
to hold the child in the chair.
Rough surfaces (uneven oors ),
for instance rugs and tiles
To prevent theTripp Trapp® chair from tilting when pushed
backwards, it has plastic gliders underneath the legs.Their
function is to enable the chair to slide backwards and return
to an upright position when pushed backwards.To make
sure that the gliders function as intended, the chair should
be placed on a surface enabling the chair to slide backwards.
Thus, the surface should be level, stable and with a certain
hardness. Uneven and/or rough surfaces, for instance some
tiled oors, and rugs/carpets that are soft or with long loose
ends, are generally unsuitable for chairs used by toddlers.
Although theTrippTrapp® chair is recognized for its stability,
these conditions also apply here.
The gliders as well as the oor must be kept clean.To further
increase the backward stability of theTrippTrapp® high-
chair, a replaceable, extended rear glider (“Extended Glider”)
has been developed for theTripp Trapp® highchair. For the
period when the chair is used with a harness and theTripp
Trapp® Baby Set, we recommend that you always use it with
theTrippTrapp® Extended Glider. This is especially important
if the chair is placed on a soft carpet and/or at a table where
the child can push against a frame underneath the tabletop
with its feet.
Warning
NEVER let your child play
around theTrippTrapp®
chair if it is not in the
intended position for use.
Warning
When the footrest is positioned close to the metal rod,
there will be a small gap between the inside of the chair legs
and the metal rod.This is perfectly normal. Never try to use
excessive force to make the metal rod touch the side legs of
the chair as this can cause damage to the chair and/or make
it unstable.
Footrest
Make sure the forward edge of the footrest NEVER exceeds
the front tip of the chair legs at oor level.This may cause
the chair to be unstable when a child climbs in and out of
theTrippTrapp® chair.
WARNING! Prevent serious injury or death from falls or
sliding out. Always use restraint system.

READ CAREFULLY BEFORE ASSEMBLING YOUR
TRIPP TRAPP® CHAIR
In this user guide you will nd pictures that describe the assembly of
yourTrippTrapp® chair and Tripp Trapp® Baby Set. The Baby Set and
Harness should only be used with the seat plate in the rst groove
from top of the chair. Both the harness and the Baby Set must be
assembled to theTrippTrapp® chair when used as a high chair.
• Do not use the chair unless all components are correctly tted and adjusted.
Pay special attention to the seat and foot plate – make sure these are
properly fastened before you put your child into the chair.
• Do not place the chair near an open re or other sources of strong heat,
such as electric bar res, gas res etc due to the risk of re.
• Do not use the chair if any part is broken, torn or missing.
• Always place the chair on a level stable surface and make sure that the
chair has space to slide backwards.
• NEVER use theTripp Trapp® chair without any glider.
• Do not use the harness if it shows any signs of deterioration or excessive
wear and tear, such as fraying of the straps or cracks in the plastic. If any
such deterioration or excessive wear and tear is observed, please contact
Stokke Customer service to order a replacement.
• Be careful not to place small items, toxic substances, hot objects, and
electrical exes etc near the chair where your child can reach them, as they
may cause choking, poisoning or other injuries.
• Remember to retighten all screws 2-3 weeks after asembly of the chair.
After that you should check on and retighten the screws if necessary on a
regular basis, e.g. every second month. Keep the Allen key for future use,
but out of the childs reach.
• Do not use any accessories or replacement parts not manufactured by
STOKKE®; this may aect your child’s safety.
• Do not use the chair as a step stool.
• Do not use with a booster seat
• Front of footrest not to exceed front legs of chair at oor level

1. Attach the base cross bar to the legs (grooves face inside). Important to insert the
shallow end of nut rst!
2. Insert screws and tighten rmly.
3. Attach the two metal crossbars and tighten loosely
4. Attach the two curved back rests. Insert metal nut with shallow end rst and
tighten loosely. NOTE: Backrest with strap goes into bottom slots.
5. Slide seat and footrest into slots, with straight edge facing forward. Make sure the
height and depth of the seat and footrest suit the size of your child (see instruc-
tions for seat and footrest adjustments in this user guide).
6. Place the chair on a level surface. Finally tighten all screws rmly in the order given.
Seat and footrest adjustment
It is important to adjust the depth and height of the seat and footrest to t
the size of your child. See illustrations on the fold out page, and description
below. The settings of the seat and footrest should be checked as the child
grows – at least once a year!
The seat plate and the footrest must be supported by the full length of the
grooves on the sides (not half way supported).
Seat placement
HEIGHT –The seat is set at the correct height when your child’s elbows are
level with the table top.
DEPTH – For correct depth of the seat, position the child’s back against the
backrest with the seat supporting ¾ of the thighs. For the child’s best comfort
it is important that the seat depth is not too deep. Leave comfortable space
between the front edge of the seat and back of the child’s knee. For a child 6-8
months it may amaze you how small seat they actually need!The seat plate
should not protrude more than 1½-2”(4-5cm) in front of the chair side legs.
Footrest placement
HEIGHT –The footrest is set at the correct height when the sole of the child’s
foot can rest at on the footrest, while the thighs are touching the seat.
DEPTH – Make sure the forward edge of the footrest NEVER exceeds the front
tip of the chair legs at oor level
Table of age and approximate adjustment
This table is a rough guide for the height adjustment of seat and footrest ac-
cording to the age of you child. Child dier in size according to age, so always
make sure that your child is seated correctly according to the instructions
given in this user guide.
Restraint system operation
Always use the restraint system when the seat is in the 1st, 2nd or 3rd grooves
from the top. Place child in seat. Pull each arm through the loop formed by
the shoulder and waist strap, and place in child’s lap. Crotch strap comes up
between child’s legs. Attach each shoulder strap to the crotch strap. Adjust
length of shoulder, waist and crotch strap to restrain child in seat. Crotch strap
length should be adjusted so that connector is at waist height.The restraint
system can be removed when your child has reached the age of 36 months
AND is able to sit safely onTrippTrapp®. Use a tool to remove the clip under
the seat plate to detach the crotch strap. Use a screwdriver to detach the rest
of the harness from the backrest.
Product information:
The chair is made of cultivated beech wood.The varnish contains no harmful
substances, and the liberation of formaldehyde from the varnish complies
with E1 requirements.
Safety approval:
Tripp Trapp® chair complies with AS 4684:2009 in combination withTripp
Trapp® Baby Set™ and TrippTrapp® Newborn Set.
Cleaning and maintenance
Wipe with a clean damp cloth, wipe o excess of water with a dry cloth. Mois-
ture will crack stain.We do not recommend the use of any detergent or micro
bre cloth. Colours may change if the chair is exposed to the sun.

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT AND EXTENDED WARRANTY
Applicable worldwide in respect of the chair TRIPP
TRAPP®, hereinafter referred to as the product.
Right of complaint
The customer has a right of complaint pursuant to
the consumer protection legislation applicable at
any given time, which legislation may vary from
country to country.
Generally speaking, STOKKE AS does not grant
any additional rights over and above those laid
down by the legislation applicable at any given
time, although reference is made to the ”Extended
Warranty”described below.The rights of the
customer under the consumer protection legisla-
tion applicable at any given time are additional to
those under the ”ExtendedWarranty”, and are not
aected thereby.
Stokke® ”Extended Warranty”
However, STOKKE AS, Parkgata 6, N-6003 Ålesund,
Norway, grants an ”ExtendedWarranty”to
customers who register their product in ourWar-
ranty Database.This may be done via our webpage
www.stokkewarranty.com. Upon registration, a
warranty certicate will be issued and sent to the
customer electronically (e-mail) or by ordinary
mail.
Registration in theWarranty Database entitles the
owner to an ”ExtendedWarranty”as follows:
• 7-year warranty against any manufacturing
defect in the product.
The ”ExtendedWarranty”also applies if the
product has been received as a gift or purchased
second-hand. Consequently, the ”ExtendedWar-
ranty”may be invoked by whoever is the owner of
the product any given time, within the warranty
period, and subject to the warranty certicate
being presented by the owner.
The STOKKE® ”Extended Warranty”is
conditional upon the following:
• Normal use.
• The product only having been used for the
purpose for which the product is intended.
• The product having undergone ordinary
maintenance, as described in the maintenance/
instruction manual.
• Upon the ”ExtendedWarranty”being invoked,
the warranty certicate shall be presented,
together with the original date-stamped pur-
chase receipt.This also applies to any secondary
or subsequent owner.
• The product appearing in its original state,
hereunder that the only parts used have been
supplied by STOKKE® and are intended for use
on, or together with, the product. Any devia-
tions herefrom require the prior written consent
of STOKKE®.
• The serial number of the product not having
been destroyed or removed.
The STOKKE® ”Extended Warranty”
does not cover:
• Issues caused by normal developments in the
parts making up the product (e.g. colouration
changes, as well as wear and tear).
• Issues caused by minor variations in materials
(e.g. colour dierences between parts).
• Issues caused by extreme inuence from
external factors like sun/light, temperature,
humidity, environ-mental pollution, etc.
• Damage caused by accidents/mishaps – for
example any other objects having bumped into
the product or any person having over turned
the product by colliding with it.The same
applies if the product has been overloaded, for
example in terms of the weight placed on it.
• Damage inicted on the product by external
inuence, for example when the product is
being shipped as luggage.
• Consequential damage, for example damage in-
icted on any persons and/or any other objects.
• If the product has been tted with any acces-
sories that have not been supplied by STOKKE®,
the ”ExtendedWarranty”shall lapse.
• The ”ExtendedWarranty”shall not apply to
any accessories that have been purchased or
supplied together with the product, or at a
subsequent date.
STOKKE® will under the
”Extended Warranty”:
• Replace or – if STOKKE® thus prefers – repair
the defective part, or the product in its entirety
(if necessary), provided that the product is
delivered to a reseller.
• Cover normal transport costs for any replace-
ment part/product from STOKKE® to the reseller
from whom the product was purchased. – No
travel costs on the part of the purchaser are
covered under the terms of the warranty.
• Reserve the right to replace, at the time of the
warranty being invoked, defect parts by parts
that are of approximately the same design.
• Reserve the right to supply a replacement
product in cases where the relevant product is
no longer being manufactured at the time of
the warranty being invoked. Such product shall
be of corresponding quality and value.
How to invoke the ”Extended Warranty”:
Generally speaking, all requests relating to the
”ExtendedWarranty”shall be made to the reseller
from whom the product was purchased. Such
request shall be made as soon as possible after
any defect has been discovered, and shall be
accompanied by the warranty certicate as well as
the original purchase receipt.
Documentation/evidence conrming the manu-
facturing defect shall be presented, normally by
way of the product being brought along to the re-
seller, or otherwise being presented to the reseller
or a STOKKE® sales representative for inspection.
The defect will be remedied in accordance with
the above provisions if the reseller or a STOKKE®
sales representative determines that the damage
is caused by a manufacturing defect.
