Safety First
Read this manual and follow all safety instructions before
operating the machine.
Always wear eye protection that conforms to local safety
standards when operating the machine.
Keep hands clear of all moving parts when operating the
machine.
oObey all signage on unit.
oDo not use in an area where children are present.
oSecurely mount the machine to a ridged surface.
oAlways start the machine on low speed, wire will feed through quickly as
soon as the machine is turned on.
oAvoid risk of accidental starting.

Getting Started
1. Secure the STRIPMEISTER™ machine to a ridged work bench.
-Mounting holes provided.
2. Ensure speed control is set to 0 and the machine is off.
3. Plug the STRIPMEISTER™ machine into a 120-240VAC outlet.
4. Loosen the Wire Guide(s) and raise the Cutting Knife enough to fit the
uncut wire.
5. Insert wire into smallest possible Lower Wire Guide opening
-For E1000 and up, if the wire is too large for the drilled holes, secure the
Lower Wire Guide at its lowest position.
6. Bring down the Cutting Knife until it touches the top of the wire.
7. Lower the Wire Guide to achieve a wire angle of 10-20° and tighten.
-For E1000 and up, rest the Upper Wire Guide on top of the wire and
tighten.
8. Remove the wire.
9. Use the Knife Height Adjustment Wheel to lower the Cutting Knife by
roughly the insulation thickness. Fine tune adjustment will happen in step
11.
10. Turn the machine on a low speed (Only increase speed after set up is
complete).
11. Insert a short length of wire and adjust the Cutting Knife height if
necessary.
-Ideally, only cut the insulation and not the copper.
-When cutting ROMEX, ensure the outer casing AND one insulated inner
lead is cut in a single pass. This will save time.
12.Remove the insulation.
-When stripping large wire, run cable twice (180° apart). This makes
removing thick, stubborn insulation easier.

Maintenance
There is no risk in taking the machine apart. Components can only fit
together one way, ensuring a factory build every time it is reassembled.
Clean and Inspect as Needed:
1. Inspect Cutting Knife for damage.
2. Inspect and clean Feeder Wheel Assembly for dirt and debris.
3. Inspect the whole machine for any loose parts.
Grease Every 100 Hours of Runtime:
1. Grease Knife Carriage slot.
2. Grease Knife Height Adjustment Rod.
-OEM Recommended grease: NLGI Grade 2 White Grease
-STRIPMEISTER E500 and up, grease nipples are provided
Check Gear Box Oil Level Every 400 hours of run time:
1. Tilt the machine so the gear box Oil Plug is facing up.
-Before removing Oil Plug, make sure the gear box is not hot.
2. Remove Oil Plug and check if oil is visible.
a. If oil is visible, the unit is okay.
b. If oil is not visible, please contact support for more detail.
3. Replace the Oil Plug.

Warranty
STRIPMEISTER™ machine is warrantied for one (1) year from the date of purchase against
manufacturer’s defects in workmanship and material. The warranty is valid only for the original
purchaser with proof of purchase. Wire Strip Meister Inc. will, at its option, repair or replace the
STRIPMEISTER™ machine. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the STRIPMEISTER™ circular knife &
feeders are not covered by any warranty.
The warranty does not extend to damage caused by abuse, misuse, accidental damage, neglect,
lack of proper installation, lack of proper operation, normal wear and tear, deterioration of
exterior finish (including scratches dents, or any corrosion or discoloring by heat, abrasive or
chemical cleaners) or arising from use for professional commercial or rental purposes.
Wire Strip Meister Inc. disclaims all other warranties and conditions, express or implied,
including without limitation, implied warranties and conditions of merchantability and fitness
for any particular purpose, and those arising by statute or otherwise in law or from the course
of dealing or usage of trade except for the representations and warranties expressly set out in
this manual and no representations and warranties are given with respect to parts or
components provided by third parties.
The customer’s exclusive remedy for a breach of warranty will be the repair or replacement of
the STRIPMEISTER™ machine as determined by Wire Strip Meister Inc.
Limitation of Liability:
Notwithstanding anything contained herein or otherwise, and to the fullest extent permitted by
law:
Wire Strip Meister Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, special, punitive or exemplary of any
kind, incidental or consequential damages arising from or in relation to STRIPMEISTER™ Wire
Strip Meister Inc. shall not be liable for lost profits, loss of business, interruption of business or
other loss or damage relating in any way to STRIPMEISTER™, even if advised of the possibility of
such losses or damages, or for any claim by any third party. The foregoing limitations apply
regardless of the causes or circumstances giving rise to such loss, damage or liability, even if
such loss or damage or liability is based on negligence, product liability or other torts or under
any statute or breach of contract including, without limitation, fundamental breach or breach
of a fundamental term; and
Any and all claims that against Wire Strip Meister Inc. in any way arising out of or related to
STRIPMEISTER™, shall be limited to purchaser’s direct damages and shall in no event or
circumstance exceed the purchase price paid by the buyer for the STRIPMEISTER™ machine.

Purchaser agrees that Wire Strip Meister Inc. shall not be liable for any damages incurred by
purchaser or other person or entity as a result of purchaser’s misuse of STRIPMEISTER™
machines even if Wire Strip Meister Inc. had been advised of the possibility of such damages.
For the purposes of this provision, “claim” means any claim, demand, action, cause of action,
losses, liability, damages, costs or expenses whether in contract, tort or otherwise.
Return Policy
1. Prior to returning, call or email for a return number, have your Order #
available.
2. Any unit returned for refund must be packed in the original packaging with
contents included in the shipment.
3. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to have the unit returned to
Wire Strip Meister Inc.
4. All returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
5. Any unit returned will be subject to a 30% restocking charge.
6. A refund will ONLY be issued if the unit has been unused. Should the unit show
evidence of usage and wear, a refund will not be applicable, and the unit will
be shipped back to you collect.
