to become familiar with this product before you begin using it.
This steel mesh cart is designed for certain applications only. The distributor cannot be
responsible for issues arising from modification. We strongly recommend this cart not be
modified and/or used for any application other than that for which it was designed. If you have
any questions relative to a particular application, DO NOT use the cart until you have first
contacted the distributor to determine if it can or should be performed on the product.

Powder coat reinforced steel construction.
Maximum load capacity 800 lbs.
Folding removable steel mesh sides converts cart into flatbed.
All-terrain 10in. pneumatic tires.
Ergonomic cushion grip handle.
Overall dimensions 40”L x 20”W x 21-1/2”H.
Great for hauling patio blocks, firewood, gardening supplies and other lawn and garden jobs.

Mesh Cart works.

understood by the operator that common sense and caution are factors that cannot be built into this
product, but must be supplied by the operator.

IMPORTANT SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS
STEEL MESH CART USE AND CARE
Do not modify the Steel Mesh Cart in anyway. Unauthorized modification may impair the
function and/or safety and could affect the life of the equipment. There are specific applications
for which the Steel Mesh Cart was designed.
Always check of damaged or worn out parts before using the Steel Mesh Cart. Broken
parts will affect the Steel Mesh Cart operation. Replace or repair damaged or worn parts
immediately.
Always distribute payload evenly over surface of bed.
Do not load any items on top of the fence.
Do not operate or use on objects that can cause damage pneumatic tires or tubes.
Do not over inflate tires to more than 30 PSI.
Do not overload the cart.
This Cart is not a toy; DO NOT allow children to ride on the cart.
Store idle Steel Mesh Cart. When Steel Mesh Cart is not in use, store it in a secure place out
of the reach of children. Inspect it for good working condition prior to storage and before re-use.
ASSEMBLY

1. Assemble the front support by using:
A. (10) Front axle brace X1, (13) Front Wheel Support Brace X1 (22) Carriage Support Bolts X2, (23)
Washers X2, (24) Nuts w/Lock Inserts X2.
B. (9) Front axle support X1, (16) Washer X1,(18) Pin X1. (22) Carriage Support Bolts X2, (23)
Washers X1, (24) Nuts w/Lock Inserts X1.
C. (12) Centre Axle brace X1, (22) Carriage Support Bolts X1, (23) Washers X1, (24) Nuts w/Lock
Inserts X1.

2. Assemble the rear support using:
D. (6) Rear axle support X1, (7) Left axle brace X1, (8) Right axle brace X1.
3. Assemble the (1) Cart bed to the front support and rear support using:
E. (16) Washers X10, (17) Nut w/Lock Insert X10, (21) Carriage Support Bolt X10

4. Assemble the (5) 10" Wheels by using:
F. (19) Wheel Nuts X4, (20) Wheel Washer X4.

5. Install the Side-Fence (2), Front Fence (3) Back Fence (4) (Ensure the Fence can fold completely
down for correct assembly before using).
G. (14) Fence Assembly Pin X8.

6.Install the Pull Handle (11) by using:
H. (17) Nuts w/Lock Inserts X1 (16) Washers X1 (17) Nut w/Lock Insert X1 (23) Pull Handle Bolt X1.
7. Make sure all bolts and nuts are securely tightened.

MAINTENANCE
•Maintain your Steel Mesh Cart. It is recommended that the general condition of any Steel
Mesh Cart be examined before it is used. Keep your Steel Mesh Cart in good repair by adopting
a program of conscientious repair and maintenance. Have necessary repairs made by qualified
service personnel.
