WARNING
Improper assembling or operation of this product could result in serious injury or
property damage. Read and understand all assembly and operation instructions.
Connect only to water source with pressure at or below 8 bar.
Keep hose away from sharp edges. Check hose for wear before each use.
Release water pressure when not in use.
Product contains charged spring. Do not disassemble housing.
Protect your eyes by wearing safety glasses or a face shield when mounting and
using this product.
Keep loose clothing, hair, and jewelry away from moving parts of hose reel.
Make sure that the product is firmly mounted before pressurizing.
Rapidly retracting hose could cause injury and property damage. Maintain control
of hose as it retracts.
Before assembling the product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with
package contents list and hardware contents list. If any part is missing or damaged,
do not attempt to assemble the product.
PREPARATION
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

1. Near your water source. This product
includes 100 ft (30 m) of outlet hose. Make
sure it can reach your garden.
2. Near your water supply. This product
includes 6 ft (2 m) of inlet hose. Make sure
it can reach your water supply.
3. Out of direct sunlight.
4. Strong enough to support the loads shown
to the right (per screw). If unsure, contact a
professional installer.
5. Refer to the installation options below for
more detail.
This product can be mounted in many different ways. It is important to select your
mounting location carefully. Consider mounting to surfaces.

MOUNT TO STUD AND DRYWALL
Tools Required for assembly and installation (not included):
Estimated Assembly Time: 20 minutes
CAUTION: When using power tools, please wear eye protection.
WARNING: If not properly installed, there is a risk of falling. Make sure your
installation can support the loads above.
WARNING: Ensure there are no live electrical wires or plumbing in the wall at the
location you are drilling.
Stud-finder
Level Tape Measure Pen or Pencil
Drill & 3/8" (10 mm) Drill Bit, 7/32" (5.5 mm) Drill Bit
10 mm Wrench or Socket
Hammer or Mallet Adjustable Wrench
1. Using stud-finder, locate stud and mark the
location.
2. Using mounting bracket (F) from the unit, hold
the bracket over the location you marked for
the stud. Make sure both holes on either the
left side or right side match up to the center of
the stud.
3. Using the level make sure the bracket is level
and then using a pencil or pen mark the four
(4) hole locations.
4. Using a 7/32" (5.5 mm) drill bit drill the 2 holes
you marked over the stud.
5. Using a 3/8" (10 mm) drill the other 2 holes
you marked.
6. Tap a plastic anchor into each hole you drilled
with the 3/8" (10 mm) drill bit with a hammer or
mallet.
7. Fasten the mount bracket (F) with four screws (AA) and washers (BB) to stud and
drywall.
8. Hang the hose reel (A) on the mount bracket (F), and secure it by inserting the
mount pin (E).
9. Connect with inlet hose (D) end with the water source.

MOUNTING TO A MASONRY WALL
Tools Required for assembly and installation (not included):
Estimated Assembly Time: 20 minutes
1. Using mounting bracket (F) from the unit, hold
the bracket over the location you want to
mount the hose reel.
2. Using the level make sure the bracket is level
and then using a pencil or pen mark the four
(4) hole locations.
3. Make sure the nut is at the top of the thread on
the masonry anchor. Insert a masonry anchor
into each hole and gently tap the top of the
anchor until the anchor is fully seated in the
wall.
4. Remove the nut, lock washer, and flat washer
from the anchor. Mount the mounting
bracket (F) onto the masonry anchors, then assemble the flat washers, lock
washers and nuts. Tighten all nuts until the masonry anchors are secure.
5. Hang the hose reel (A) on the mount bracket (F), and secure it by inserting the
mount pin (E).
6. Connect with inlet hose (D) end with the water source.

Ensure there are no live electric
wires or plumbing in the wall where you mount
the hose reel. Always use eye-protection when
using power tools.

CAUTION: Do not release the hose allowing to rewind on its own.
WARNING: Always hold the hose reel until it completely retracts into the hose reel.
WARNING: The yellow tape marks the end of hose length.
WARNING: Release pressure when not in use.
1. Pull the hose out to the desired length. The hose will automatically lock in position.
2. To unlock and retract, give the hose a short pull. Walk the hose back to the hose
reel. If you pull the hose longer than 4" (10 cm) you may re-lock the hose.
3. To avoid injury and damage, always hold the hose while it is retracting. This hose
reel has a controlled return function.
4. If the hose becomes tangled and will not retract - slowly pull out the hose past the
tangled section and then allow the hose to slowly retract while guiding the hose
back into the hose reel. Always ensure the hose is clean and not twisted.
CAUTION: always make sure the hose reel is
locked before removing the stop ball, and make
sure the stop ball is securely fastened before
unlocking the reel.
ADJUSTING THE STOP-BALL
1. Pull out the hoes to the desired length, ensuring
the hose reel is locked (will not rewind).
2. Open the latch on the stop ball (B) and move it
to the desired location.
3. Re-latch the stop ball (B).

1. Always keep the hose clean.
2. If the hose becomes dirty, clean it with a damp cloth while retracting.
3. DO NOT twist the hose while in use.
4. Mount the hose reel in a sheltered area to assist and protect the performance of
the hose and the reel.
5. DO NOT allow the hose to contact any corrosive chemicals or fluids.
6. Always retract the hose when not in use.
While your product has been made with high quality materials, degradation can occur
over time. Inspect the hose and housing periodically. If cracking or blisters are visible,
discontinue use.

This water hose reel is warranted by the manufacturer to the original purchaser from
the original purchase date for two (2) years subject to the warranty coverage
described herein.
This water hose reel is warranted to the original user to be free from defects in
material and workmanship. If you believe that a water hose reel is defective, return
the water hose reel, with proper proof of purchase to the point of purchase. If it is
determined that the water hose reel is defective and covered by this warranty, the
distributor will replace the water hose reel or refund the purchase price.
This warranty is void if: defects in materials or workmanship or damages result from
repairs or alterations which have been made or attempted by others or the
unauthorized use of nonconforming parts; the damage is due to normal wear,
damage is due to abuse (including overloading of the water hose reel beyond
capacity), improper maintenance, neglect or accident; or the damage is due to the
use of the water hose reel after partial failure or use with improper accessories or
unauthorized repair or alteration.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that
vary from state to state.
