This manual regards owner, administrator and operator as the target, using for explanation the method of
Safety installation, Operating, Maintenance, Inspection and movement and so on.
Concerning the installation, management, maintenance, inspection and movement of this product, please
read thoroughly this manual. In addition, this manual can be checked immediately if the necessary case
of daily operation, please keep carefully. Furthermore the contents which are stated, it will be not
informed when it modifies for improving.

This device can use with only commercial and industry area. When residential area or, that
you use at the area which it adjoins, there is a possibility of giving radio disturbance to the

The parts changes, maintain, inspect and when abnormal must handle by maintenance worker or
technician in the arcade/ game center only.
Arcade’s maintenance worker: Arcade’s maintenance worker for has the service experience of
amusement equipment and, management for the original owner of amusement machines, handle
ordinarily for sets up & installation, maintenance and inspection in arcade (game center), as well as
who is engaged in the machine maintenance, management, components & consumable replacement.

consumable replacement for amusement machines.
Technician: The technician is engaged in the design, the manufacture, the inspection and the service
for the amusement manufacturer, and graduates above the industry college or the same level school
record, has specialized knowledge of the electric power, electronic and the mechanical technology,
and daily who is engaged in maintenance, management, the service of the amusement machines.
(Work content) Sets up & installation, electric power, electronic components and repair &
adjustment of mechanism element.
●Attention for Installation
The case of installation of this product, please note sufficiently for the below-mentioned point.
WARNING
Please confirm both this product and the installation site supply the voltage and
frequency is consistent. When use in specification which differs, it becomes cause of
fire and electric shock.
Please be sure to do the installation of the ground. When appropriate processing is not
executed for leaking, it becomes cause of electric shock and machine breakdown.
Must be after confirming that power switch has already been closed, then carry out
and work, otherwise it becomes touching and reason of the short circuit accident.
Please use alone power and with circuit breaker equipment. If it doesn’t use and the
electric leakage takes place, it may the possibility of the fire takes place.
Please correspond to the power source of this product with AC100V at power source
of 15 amperes or more. Use in specification other than this; it becomes cause of fire
and electric shock.
The case where the extension cord is used please be sure to use the cord above the
rated 15 ampere. When the cord below rating is used, it becomes cause of fire and
electric shock.

container with liquid and weighty ones on and around this product. It becomes electric
shock accident and cause of breakdown.
After the installing, please verify that the power cord is normal. When the power cord it
breaks with the exposure and broken wire of the core line, it becomes cause of fire and
electric shock accident.
Please do not make absolutely the item which is stated on description below in regard
to the power cord after the installing. It becomes cause of the wound and breakdown.

Please don't make the wiring of the kite foot definitely. In case of overload, it will heat
up and the reason to become fire.
●The attention of moving while carrying and fix of installation position
When this product is moved and carried, please pay special attention to the focal point carried below.
WARNING
Please pull out the power plug before moving.
It becomes cause of accident and breakdown.
Please don’t damage the ground wire when moving the power cord. It becomes cause
of accident, breakdown and fire.
When movement and conveyance, please sure to work with 2 persons or more to avoid
inverting and the wound of person. It becomes cause of damage of the machine.
At the time of movement and conveyance, please remove top sign of the cabinet. It
owes the wound and becomes cause of damage of the machine.
After carry & installation, please sure to install the Inversion Prevention Plate to avoid
inverting and the wound of person, becomes cause of damage of the machine.

Please use this product in this country. When you use in the other country, it may
becomes cause of accident and breakdown.
Please don't use wet hands to touch inside of product and pull out & insert power plugs.
It will become getting an electric shock and reason of the breakdown.
Please do not insert the foreign material inside this product. It becomes cause of fire
and breakdown.
Please don’t put the vase, the flowerpot, the glass, the cosmetics, the chemicals etc,
container with liquid and weighty ones on and around this product. The water enters
inside and becomes accident fire and electric shock.
Please do not make absolutely the item which is stated on description below in regard
to the power cord. It becomes cause of the wound and breakdown.

and specified, it will become getting an electric shock and reason of the breakdown.
The similar warning and notice labels which were stuck to this product; please pay
attention to the place, the illumination and the dirt etc. to able to read clearly. In
addition, please make sure to not hide with the other game machine. Furthermore,
when the warning and notice labels become dirty considerably, breaks, please get in
touch with the distributor who is bought before, in order to change the new labels.
When following kinds of abnormality occur, please turn off power immediately and
pull out the power plug from the electrical outlet.

The case of maintain this product; please pay attention to the below-mentioned point sufficiently.
WARNING
Please be sure to turn off the power switch and to pull out the power plug from the
electrical outlet before the job. It becomes cause of electric shock and breakdown.
Please be sure to use our company designated ones for the parts and consumable
(fluorescent light & lamps etc). When anything except appointed one is used, it
becomes cause of breakdown.
Maintenance of this product was stated by all means in the handler of “Arcade’s
maintenance worker” or “the technician”, and please executes. It becomes cause of
accident and breakdown.
If there are no problems after the maintenance ending and after reconfirming, reopen to
operate. When periodically you inspect and clean inside, please remove the rubbish and
the foreign material which have entered.
Please do cleaning periodically. The case of care, please do not use the thinner and
benzine and so on.
Please be sure to execute periodically the scheduled maintenance (safety check) which
is stated in this book.
Please do not make absolute about the modification of specification (disassembling and
remodeling or altering) which our company are not designated. It becomes cause of
fire, electric shock and breakdown. Furthermore, our company is unable to owe all
responsibility for the accident by the product which has been done those behaviors.

●About the display
The case of maintain this product; please pay attention to the below-mentioned point sufficiently.
DANGER
No matter what please do not touch inside monitor other than the service man (an
electric knowledge, the repair experience person of the game machine). It becomes
cause of fire and electric shock accident.
No matter what please do not do for repair, disassembly and remodeling of the monitor.
It becomes cause of fire and electric shock accident.
Touch the part of high voltage/high electric current inside the monitor, will possibility
of owing the death or the serious injury. In order to prevent unexpected accident, the
monitor section is covered with the monitor case and the cover. When abnormality of
the monitor (the being taken of the picture is bad, picture indication is not done) occurs,
please contact urgently to our service department. (Refer the chapter of “In
beginning”.)
NOTICE
While maintaining this product and taking out the display, please ask to notice specially
and carefully.
Collided and injured the display will become the reason of damage of the display.

2 Inspection after movement
Usually, our product is normal and perfect situation in the factory; and you can use the product
immediately after the carrying.
But, the abnormality may cause on the carrying sometime, please inspect and verify the
below-mentioned items before turning on power for it was carried in satisfactory state.
Inspection contents Check
1. Are there no dent and a scar in external surface of the cabinet?
2. Is there no damage in the monitor?
3. Does power supply voltage of machine coincide with the specification of
installation site?
4. Do all of wiring and connector connect stably and correctly?
5. Is there no break and dent in the power cord?
6. Has the accessory and parts entirely been even?
7. Can open and close the door with the key of the accessory?
8. Are the bolts and nuts firm and regular?

5 Explanation of Operation
●Introduction of Games
Introducing a video-based, kiddies driving game with exciting interactive features. This three-minute
game features a continuous, animated Attract Mode that will thrill children while assuring parents that
their kids are in good hands.
This driving game features a colorful, friendly story about a little girl that takes a ride through the
neighborhood. And, it just soon happens that the amusement park is located right next door.
Kids will be exposed to age-appropriate person and place names throughout the game such as Bookstore,
mail box and traffic light, Animals and fruit ate also highlighted. Two special interactive experiences in
the game allow players to stop the car and visit the grocery store and the fast food restaurant. While
shopping, kids can highlight an item and see the price just like Mom and Dad do in real life.

5 Explanation of Operation
●Control Panel
►Steering Wheel
(1) Drive and turn directions when playing.
(2) Select the setup item in Setup mode.
►Play Button
(1) Change the action of Car or Plane or other main role when playing.
(2) Change the setup value in Setup mode.
●How to Play
►Insert coin(s). And, the game begins directly.
►Use [Steering Wheel] to turn the direction of Left or Right.
►Use [Play] Button to do special action as Jump, Invert and so on. See the game with different
action.
►The value of CREDIT shows on the screen, according to the setup of Coin Type.
►One game requests 1 credit and the end when the play time is over. The play time can be setup in
the setup menu.
●How to check BOOK and SETUP
Open Main door by Main Door Key and [Setup/Book] button is in the left of cashbox for the function of
Setup and Book. Press the button to enter Setup/ Book screen and shown as below.

5 Explanation of Operation
Drive the Steering Wheel to select the item; Press Play Button (in the right of control panel) to adjust
the value, which will show immediately.
Drive the Steering Wheel to EXIT item and press Play Button to exit and back to Main screen. New
value you adjusted would available instantly after EXIT.
GAME SETUP
►Coin Type : To setup one coin with number of credits.
►Play Time : To setup the number of seconds for one game (one credit).
►Demo : To enable or disable the demonstration when the machine is in idle.
►Demo Music : To enable or disable the music of demonstration
►Exit : To resume to the playing screen.
BOOK
►Total Coin : It records latest value from last “check out” to the present.
Check Out –Drive the Steering Wheel to Total Coin item and press Function button,
which will clear the value to zero.
►Counter : It is "System Counter" and records the value from initial operation to present,
which cannot be reset in anyway. It is to compare relatively with mechanical
counter for check out each time.

6 Check regularly
●Exchange of button lamp
WARNING
Please be sure to turn off the power switch and pull out the power plug from the
electrical outlet before working. It becomes cause of electric shock and breakdown.
Please use the designated rated Light Bulb. If use different rated Light Bulb, it
becomes cause of fire and breakdown.
When Light Bulb becomes hot, there is a danger of getting burnt with it.
Please highly pay attention when exchange.
a) Open the door of main door and turn power OFF.
b) Carry on the changing of the Light bulb below Control Panel.
c) Take out under part of button and change the Light bulb. Then, install again it onto the button.
d) After exchange, close the Door of main cabinet.
●Exchange orAdjust of LCD
WARNING
Please be sure to turn off the power switch and pull out the power plug from the
electrical outlet before working. It becomes cause of electric shock and breakdown.
Please use the designated rated LCD. If use different rated LCD, it becomes cause of
fire and breakdown.
a) Open main door. Release two screws of top side,
where combined both FRP and Cabinet.
b) Open rear door. Release two screws of top side, where
combined both FRP and Cabinet.
c) Release two screws on two sides of FRP.
d) Separate FRP from the cabinet.
e) Change new LCD monitor. (Or, adjust LCD Monitor)
f) Install FRP onto the cabinet after fix the LCD. And
then fasten six screws as release on a), b), c).

7 Troubleshooting
WARNING
Before troubleshooting, please turn off power switch.
It becomes cause of electric shock and short accident.
●Error Message
When error occurs in the machine, error message is indicated on the screen. Please comply with the
handle method of error message.
MESSAGE DESCRIPTION
System Error The system may a little confusion instantly. Please do Reset function.
Coin Jam Power off. Remove the jammed coin from coin selector and power on
again. For general error (without jam), press directly “Reset Error” button.
●Troubleshooting
When trouble occurs in the machine, please comply with the handle method of trouble.
SITUATION FIX
Coin Error Check coin switch, coin selector and wire wrong.
No sound
zCheck the wire of “Speaker(-)” on the cabinet side. “The “Speaker(-)” line
needs to be wired separately to common GND line.
zCheck “Volume control” on board/Cabinet whether close or not.
The counter doesn’t work Check the +12V DC (or +5V DC) line of the counter wire. The wires sometimes
are not linked together 10 pin edge connector side of hardness. Please re-wire.
Malfunction of the button,
switch and lamps
Check the GND wire. The button, Switch GND has to wire with common GND.
Or, check micro switch of button is too old or dirty and the lamp whether out of
order.
Coin with wrong value zCheck Coin wire.
zCheck Game Setup.
Test/ Setup unavailable Check connection of GND wire between “Test/ Setup” line and common GND
line. The GND wire needs to connect with other common GND line.
The Monitor unregulated or
Wavy Adjust the brightness, size and so on as described in the monitor’s manual.

7 Troubleshooting
●Adjustment of Coin Selector
When reading Coins/ Tokens with wrong, please do the adjustment of Coin Selector. The Coin
Selector of this machine used the electronic Coin Selector. Please adjust the sensitivity of Coins/
Tokens.
Insert Coin/ Token
a. Open the door of main cabinet.

b. Turn power ON.
c. Install the standardized Coin/ Token which has been used
at the store into the Coin/ Token identification unit of Coin
Selector.
The machine used electronic Coin Selector. It doesn’t
recognize the type of Coin/ Token other than Coin/ Token
which is installed. Please remove if the multi types of
Coin/ Token have mixed.
d. When reading Coins/ Tokens with wrong, please turn
“Adjust Sensitivity Volume” (VR Tuning) and to make the
sensitivity with a little slack. (Please note that when the
sensitivity is made slack too much, it will mix the Coins/
Tokens of other stores.)
e. Throwing several coins/ tokens into Coin Selector, and
adjust a state where it doesn’t reject the coins/ tokens. Ad
