INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION

read this manual thoroughly to ensure correct installation.
Please keep this manual at hand for future reference.
●Easy to lift heavy top-opening lid with spring tension
(lift assist function).
●Supplied damper prevents top-opening lid from slamming shut.
Caution
If these cautions are not followed, it may result in injury or damage.
Make sure to follow the designated measurements, specifications, and horizontal/vertical angles.
It is necessary to manufacture the cabinet with sufficient strength so as to endure the weight of the lid.
Be sure to install the JH-210 (2 pcs - recommended) at parallel position.
To avoid pinching fingers, it is recommended to set residual moment at 0ﾟin positive value. (A catch for lid may be necessary.)
Make sure to check the screws for slack at regular intervals (one month from first usage, half year and then one time every
year is recommended).

【2】Fix the hinges with screws.
(Two screws from top or four screws from bottom).
【3】Check the movement of lid by opening and closing.
