SAFETY PRECAUTIONS FOR YOUR SUNBEAM
FitBlend™ BLENDER.
• Ensure fingers are kept well away from the
blades when in use.
• Do not blend warm/hot ingredients. Always
cool ingredients to room temperature before
processing.
• Product misuse can cause potential injury.
• Take care during fitting and removal of blade
system, as blades are extremely sharp.
• The blender will automatically stop after
30 seconds. Repeat blending until desired
consistency is reached.
• Only supply power to the blender at safety
extra low voltage corresponding to the
marking on the blender.
• This appliance contains batteries that are
non-replaceable.
Sunbeam is very safety conscious when
designing and manufacturing consumer
products, but it is essential that the product
user also exercise care when using an
electrical appliance. Listed below are
precautions which are essential for the safe
use of an electrical appliance:
• Read carefully and save all the instructions
provided with an appliance.
• Ensure the appliance is turned off before
cleaning.
• Do not use your appliance with an extension
cord unless this cord has been checked and
tested by a qualified technician or service
person.
• This appliance is not intended for use by
persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or
lack of experience and knowledge, unless they
have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance by a person
responsible for their safety.
• Do not allow children to use blender without
supervision.
• The temperature of accessible surfaces may be
high when the appliance is operating.
• Never leave an appliance unattended while in
use.
• Do not use an appliance for any purpose other
than its intended use.
• Do not place an appliance on or near a hot gas
flame, electric element or on a heated oven.
• Do not place on top of any other appliance.
• Do not operate any electrical appliance with
a damaged cord or after the appliance has
been damaged in any manner. If damage
is suspected, return the appliance to the
nearest Sunbeam Appointed Service Centre for
examination, repair or adjustment.
• Do not immerse the appliance in water or any
other liquid unless recommended.
• Appliances are not intended to be operated by
means of an external timer or separate remote
control system.
• This appliance is intended to be used in
household and similar applications such
as: staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and
other working environments; farm houses; by
clients in hotels, motels and other residential
type environments; bed and breakfast type
environments.
• This blender will automatically stop after 30
seconds.
• This blender must only be supplied at safety
extra low voltage (5V output USB adapter)
corresponding to the marking on the
appliance.
• This appliance contains batteries that are
non-replaceable.

Features of your FitBlend™ Blender
1. Blending Lid
Screws onto the Cup and contains the
Blade Assembly.
2. LED Indicator
•Solid light - fully charged or
blending
•Continuous flashing light -
charging
•Flashing light after On/Off button
pressed - lid not fully closed
•Flashing light for 5 secs - needs
charging or blades jammed
•No light - unit off
3. Blade Assembly
The durable stainless steel blades
produce smooth consistent results for
your smoothies and shakes.
4. 300mL Cup
The 300mL BPA free Tritan cup allows
you to blend your favourite smoothies
or drinks with comfort grip sleeve.
5. On/Off Button
Double click to turn on and press again
to turn off. Each blending cycle lasts 30
seconds and automatically turns off.
6. Charging Port
Charging cable attaches to the lid
magnetically.
7. Drinking Lid
Attach lid with resealable drinking
spout to the 300ml cup to enjoy on the
go.
8. USB Charge Cable
Attach to the Charging Port and a USB
port to charge the blender. Each charge
provides up to 10 blending cycles.

Using your FitBlend™ Blender
1. Before using for the first time wash the
Cup and Drinking Lid in warm soapy
water. Wipe the Blending Lid with a damp
cloth and ensure the blender is fully
charged.
2. Place your liquid ingredients followed by
your solid or powder ingredients inside
the Cup.
3. Tightly screw the Blending Lid onto the
Cup, with the blades pointing down into
the Cup.
4. Double click the On/Off button to start
the blender. Turn the blender upside
down to mix the ingredients.
5. The blender will automatically stop after
30 seconds. Repeat step 4 until desired
consistency is reached.
6. Once blending is complete, turn the
blender the right way up and remove
the Blending Lid. Attach the spill free
Drinking Lid.
Note: Do not exceed the maximum
indicated level on the inside of the blender
Cup - 300mL.
Note: Align the two dots located on the
Blending Lid and Cup. The LED Indicator,
located above the dots on the Blending
Lid.
Note: If the lid is not fully closed, the
LED Indicator will flash when the On/Off
Button is pressed.

FitBlend™ LED Indicators
LED Indicator Meaning
During
Charging
Flashing light Blender is charging.
Slid light Blender is fully charged.
Before
Blending
Flashing light Lid is not tight enough. Ensure the two dots on
the Blending Lid and Cup are aligned.
During
Blending
Flashing light for 5 secs Blender has no power. Recharge blender.
Flashing light for 5 secs Blades cannot turn. Check for obstructions or
add more liquid.
Care And Cleaning
Troubleshooting
Quick cleaning method
Half fill the Cup with warm water and a small
amount of detergent. Double click the On/Off
button to run the blender for a few seconds.
Rinse under running water.
The Drinking Lid can be placed in the
dishwasher for easy cleaning.
To clean the Blending Cup
Use a damp, soft sponge with mild detergent
and wipe over the Blade Assembly.
The Blender will not start.
• Ensure the Blending Cup is very tightly
screwed onto the Cup. The 2 indicator dots
on the Blending Lid and Cup should be
aligned.
• Ensure the blender is charged using the
USB Charging Cable.
• Press the On/Off button twice in quick
succession to operate.
• Reduce size of food in blender (approx. 1cm
pieces) and not suitable for blending ice
cubes.
The Blender stops before my ingredients
are fully blended.
• The blender automatically stops blending
after 30 seconds. Repeat blending cycle
until reach desired consistency.
• Ensure the liquid ingredients are added
first before the solid or powder ingredients.
• Move the blender in multiple directions
during blending to mix all ingredients
thoroughly.
Note: Never immerse the Blade Assembly
in water or place in the dishwasher.
Note: Take care if hot liquid is placed into
the blender as steam can build up and
suddenly release, causing the liquid to be
ejected from the blender.
CAUTION: Take care when cleaning the
blades, as they are extremely sharp.
Charging your FitBlend™
To Charge
Connect the Charging Cord to the Charging
Port. Connect the other end of the Charging
Cord to a USB outlet. When the blender is
charging the LED indicator will flash.
When the blender is fully charged the LED
Indicator will show a solid light. A full
charge will take approximately 2 hours to
complete.
A fully charged blender should provide
around 10 blending cycles.
Note: Blender cannot be used during
charging. Note: Recommended adaptor to use for
charging should be 5V/1A rated or higher.

The spinach doesn’t have a strong taste in
this smoothie.
1 cup coconut water
½ banana - thinly sliced
¼ cup frozen blueberries
Drizzle of honey
Pinch of turmeric
1. Place ingredients into the blender in the
order listed.
2. Secure the lid ensuring the indicator dots
are aligned.
3. Process until the desired consistency is
reached.
Espresso Protein Mocha Shake
¾ cup milk
1 cooled espresso shot
1 scoop protein powder
1 tablespoon chocolate drinking powder
1. Place ingredients into the blender in the
order listed.
2. Secure the lid ensuring the indicator dots
are aligned.
3. Process until the desired consistency is
reached.
Orange Burst
¾ cup orange juice
½ cup frozen mango
½ cup vanilla yogurt
1. Place ingredients into the blender in the
order listed.
2. Secure the lid ensuring the indicator dots
are aligned.
3. Process until the desired consistency is
reached.
Post Workout Boost
¾ cup almond milk
2 tablespoons yogurt
1 teaspoon peanut butter
1 banana, sliced
1. Place ingredients into the blender in the
order listed.
2. Secure the lid ensuring the indicator dots
are aligned.
3. Process until the desired consistency is
reached.
Tummy Settler
¼ cup almond milk, plus more if necessary
½ teaspoon ground ginger
½ teaspoon ground turmeric
2 teaspoon of chia seeds
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
Optional: A few fresh mint leaves
1. Place ingredients into the blender in the
order listed.
2. Secure the lid ensuring the indicator dots
are aligned.
3. Process until the desired consistency is
reached.
Chai Tea Latte
220mL milk
Chai mix powder sachet
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Drizzle honey
1. Place ingredients into the blender in the
order listed.

reached.
Matcha Goodness
200ml milk
2 teaspoon matcha powder
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 teaspoon honey

Calcium Booster
150mL milk
½ cup yoghurt
½ cup frozen raspberries
1 tablespoon ground almonds

Immunity Booster
¾ cup orange juice
¼ cup frozen mango

Dairy Free Breakfast Banana Chocolate
Shake
This dairy free shake is full of protein, a great
way to start the day!
1 small banana, peeled, roughly chopped
¾ cup soy milk
½ cup silken tofu
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 tablespoon honey
1. Place all ingredients into the vessel.
Secure the lid. Lock into the base.
2. Process for 15-20 seconds or until
smooth and all ingredients are well
blended. Serve immediately.

1 cup low-fat milk
1 small banana, peeled, roughly chopped
1 tablespoon protein powder
1 tablespoon peanut butter
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1. Place all ingredients into the vessel.
Secure the lid. Lock into the base.
2. Process for 15-20 seconds or until
smooth and all ingredients are well
blended. Serve immediately.
Chocoholics Chocolate Thick shake
2 scoops ice-cream
1 cup milk
¼ cup chocolate sauce
1. Place all ingredients into the vessel.
Secure the lid. Lock into the base.

smooth and all ingredients are well
blended. Serve immediately.
Tropical Smoothie
1 small mango, peeled, flesh roughly
chopped
1 cup passion fruit yoghurt
½ cup milk
1. Place all ingredients into the vessel.
Secure the lid. Lock into the base.
2. Process for 15-20 seconds or until
smooth and all ingredients are well
blended. Serve immediately.
Spiced Banana Smoothie
This smoothie is also great with almond milk.
1 small banana, peeled, roughly chopped
1 cup milk
½ teaspoon ground cardamom
1 tablespoon honey
2 ice cubes
1. Place all ingredients into the vessel.
Secure the lid. Lock into the base.
2. Process for 15-20 seconds or until
smooth and all ingredients are well
blended. Serve immediately.
Vanilla Chai Tea Smoothie
1 chai teabag
¼ cup hot water
1 cup milk
¼ cup plain Greek yoghurt
1 teaspoon honey
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 ice cubes
1. Combine water and chai tea. Set aside
for 2 minutes. Discard tea bag.
2. Place all ingredients into the vessel.
Secure the lid. Lock into the base.
3. Process for 15-20 seconds or until
smooth and all ingredients are well
blended. Serve immediately.
