Esta garantía no cubre el desgaste normal de las piezas ni los daños que se produzcan como resultado de uso negligente o
mal uso del producto, uso de voltaje incorrecto o corriente inapropiada, uso contrario a las instrucciones operativas, y
desarme, reparación o alteración por parte de un tercero ajeno a JCS o a un Centro de Servicio autorizado por JCS.

1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Sunbeam Products, Inc. doing business as Jarden Consumer Solutions or if in Canada, Sunbeam Corporation (Canada) Limited
doing business as Jarden Consumer Solutions (collectively “JCS”) warrants that for a period of one year from the date of
purchase, this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. JCS, at its option, will repair or replace this
product or any component of the product found to be defective during the warranty period. Replacement will be made with a
new or remanufactured product or component. If the product is no longer available, replacement may be made with a similar
product of equal or greater value. This is your exclusive warranty. Do NOT attempt to repair or adjust any electrical or
mechanical functions on this product. Doing so will void this warranty.
This warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of initial retail purchase and is not transferable. Keep the
original sales receipt. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty performance. JCS dealers, service centers, or retail
stores selling JCS products do not have the right to alter, modify or any way change the terms and conditions of this warranty.
This warranty does not cover normal wear of parts or damage resulting from any of the following: negligent use or
misuse of the product, use on improper voltage or current, use contrary to the operating instructions, disassembly,
repair or alteration by anyone other than JCS or an authorized JCS service center. Further, the warranty does not
cover: Acts of God, such as fire, flood, hurricanes and tornadoes.
What are the limits on JCS’s Liability?
JCS shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages caused by the breach of any express, implied or
statutory warranty or condition.
Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranty or condition of merchantability or fitness for a
particular purpose is limited in duration to the duration of the above warranty.
JCS disclaims all other warranties, conditions or representations, express, implied, statutory or otherwise.
JCS shall not be liable for any damages of any kind resulting from the purchase, use or misuse of, or inability to use
the product including incidental, special, consequential or similar damages or loss of profits, or for any breach of
contract, fundamental or otherwise, or for any claim brought against purchaser by any other party.
Some provinces, states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages
or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusion may not apply to you.

• What are the variables that affect
run time? The estimated run time for this humidifier is based on average room conditions. The actual run time of your humidifier is dependent on numerous
variables such as:
✔ Air exchange in the room where the humidifier is placed.
✔ Room construction of the room where the humidifier is placed.
✔ Temperature of the room where the humidifier is placed.
✔ Humidity levels in the room where the humidifier is placed.
✔ Movement of occupants and the opening and closing of doors in the room
where the humidifier is placed.

• How do I remove film on water
tank?
✔ See Daily Maintenance instructions. Regular cleaning is recommended.
• How can I extend the run time? ✔ Run your unit on the lowest setting.
✔ If your unit has electronics, set it to your desired humidity level. The unit
will turn on and off, which will extend the run time.
✔ Fill the tank all the way full, place it on the base, let the water empty into
the base until it stops bubbling, then refill the tank full again. This ensures
maximum water capacity and will extend run time.

CLEANING / MAINTENANCE
Weekly Maintenance
To Remove Scale:
1. Repeat steps 1-4 above.
2. Clean the base by partially filling the base with one 8-oz cups of undiluted white vinegar, or by using Cleanse Clean
®
solution (Model S1710) by the manufacturer. Leave this solution in the base for 20 minutes, while cleaning all the interior
surfaces with a soft brush. Remove base scale by wiping the base with a cloth dampened with undiluted white vinegar.
3. Rinse with clean warm water to remove the cleaning solution before disinfecting the tank.
To Disinfect Humidifier Base and Tank:
1. Fill humidifier tank 1/2 full with water and 1/2 tablespoon of chlorine bleach.
2. Let the solution stand for 20 minutes, swishing every few minutes. Wet all surfaces.
3. Carefully empty the tank after 20 minutes, and rinse with warm water until you cannot detect any bleach smell. Dry with
a clean cloth or paper towel.
4. Place filter back into tank and refill the water tank as directed in Operating Instructions, and turn the unit on.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
When not using your humidifier for an extended period of time:
1. Dispose of the filters. DO NOT leave in unit.
2. Clean, rinse and thoroughly dry the humidifier as directed in weekly maintenance. DO NOT leave any water in the unit
when storing. Leaving water in the unit may render the unit inoperable for the following season.
3. Place the humidifier in the original carton and store in a cool, dry place.
4. Order your replacement filter for next year’s use.

Mantenimiento semanal
Para extraer el sarro :
1. Repita los pasos 1 al 4 anteriores.
2. Limpie la base llenándola parcialmente con una taza de 250 ml (8 oz.) de vinagre blanco sin diluir o con Cleanse Clean

con un cepillo blando. Quite el sarro frotando la base con un trapo humedecido con vinagre blanco sin diluir.

FEATURES - OPERATIONS
REPLACING THE FILTERS
Through normal use, waterborne minerals
and sediment become trapped in the wick
filter. The harder your water, the greater the
amount of minerals in the water, and the
more often you will need to change your
filter.
You will be able to monitor the life of the
filter in your humidifier by checking the FilterCheck®
Indicator.
NOTE: After 60 minutes of use, FilterCheck®Indicator will
move and indicate your filter condition.
A brand new filter will register in the section reading GOOD
filter. After frequent use of your humidifier, the FilterCheck®
Indicator will let you know when the filters need to be
changed, see Figure 2.
When the needle is in the CHANGE section, this means the
proper amount of moisture is not getting into your air due to
the excessive minerals and sediment that have become
trapped on your filters. At this point, you should replace your
filter. It is important to change your filter as indicated to
obtain stated performance level.
To replace the filter, follow the steps below:
1. Turn the unit off and disconnect from the electrical
outlet.
2. Remove the tank from the housing.
3. Unlock the housing from the base by turning the lock
knob to the unlocked position.
4. Lift the housing straight up and place to the side.
5. Unlock the wick holder from the base by turning the lock
knob to the unlocked position.
6. Remove the wicks from the wick holder.
7. Follow the weekly cleaning instructions.
8. Insert new filters into the wick holder and lock the wick
holder back onto the base.
9. Replace the housing onto the base and lock it into place.
10. Fill the tank and place back into housing.
11. Repeat Operating Instructions.
It will take about 30 minutes for the humidifier to reach
maximum output.
NOTE: You can purchase replacement filters (model
HWF100 / SF235) at a local retailer, by calling
1-888-264-9669 , or by visiting www.sunbeam.com . It is
recommended that a replacement filter is purchased for
uninterrupted use.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
INSTRUCTIONS
Humidifiers provide comfort by adding moisture to dry,
heated indoor air. To benefit most from the humidifier and
avoid product misuse, follow all instructions carefully. Please
note that this is an electrical appliance and requires attention
when in use.
In addition, if you do not follow the recommended care and
maintenance guidelines, micro-organisms may be able to
grow in the water within the water tank. You must routinely
follow the cleaning procedures that follow in order to ensure
proper, efficient operation of your humidifier. Proper
maintenance and cleaning is essential to the continued
performance of your unit and the avoidance of algae or
bacteria build-up.
Daily Maintenance
1. Be sure the unit is OFF and is disconnected from the
electrical outlet.
2. Remove the housing and the tank from the humidifier
and place in sink or tub.
3. Carry the base of the unit to the sink, remove the wick,
place in sink, drain any remaining water and rinse
thoroughly to remove any sediment or dirt. Wipe clean,
and dry with a clean cloth or paper towel.
4. Drain the water from the tank into the sink and rinse
tank thoroughly. Wipe clean, and dry with a clean cloth
or paper towel.
5. Put filters back into wick holder making sure the rivet
attaches to the holder. Lock the wick holder back into
place. Replace the housing and lock it into place. Refill
the tank with cool tap water as instruction earlier in the
filling instructiosn. Do not overfill.
6. Follow Operating Instructions.
NOTE: The Tray is dishwasher safe (TOP RACK ONLY) for
easy cleaning.
26. Do not move unit after it has been used until unit cools
completely.
27. Use both hands when carrying full tank of water.

CONSUMER SAFETY INFORMATION
NOTE: This is an electrical appliance and requires attention
when in use.
NOTE: If moisture forms on the walls or windows of the
room, turn off the humidifier. The room already has plenty of
humidity and additional moisture may cause damage.
NOTE: DO NOT block air inlet or outlet.
Cord and Plug Installation Safety Instructions:
The length of cord used on this appliance was selected to reduce
the hazards of becoming tangled in, or tripping over a longer
cord. If a longer cord is necessary an approved extension cord
may be used. The electrical rating of the extension cord must be
equal to or greater than the rating of the humidifier (refer to
the rating information placed on the humidifier). Care must be
taken to arrange the extension cord so that it will not drape
over the countertop or tabletop where it can be pulled on by
children or accidentally tripped over.
HOW COOL MIST WORKS
Your Sunbeam®Cool Mist humidifier draws dry air through
the rear air intake grill area. This air is then passed through
a moisture–laden wick filter, which retains the minerals and
deposits in the water. The resulting moist air is directed back
into the room from the top air grill.
NOTE: This humidification system provides a cool, invisible
moisture output. It is normal not to see the mist.
NOTE: A humidity level below 20% can be unhealthy and
uncomfortable. The recommended humidity level is between
40%-50%.
PRE-OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Be sure the humidifier is switched to OFF and the unit is
disconnected from the electrical outlet.
2. Select a location for your humidifier, on a flat surface,
about 4 inches (10 cm) away from the wall. DO NOT
place the humidifier on a finished floor or near furniture,
which can be damaged by too much moisture or water.
Place on a moisture resistant surface.
FILLING THE WATER TANK
1. Remove the tank from the housing of the humidifier by
grabbing the handle of the tank and pulling forward. Lift
the tank out of the housing and bring to the faucet. Turn
the tank upside down and twist off the tank cap by
turning counter clockwise. Fill tank with cool, fresh tap
water. DO NOT fill with warm water as this may cause
leaking. Replace the cap on tank FIRMLY.
2. When full, carry the tank to the humidifier and place it
into the housing. There is a locating tab located on the
tank base for easy guidance. The tank holds 1.2 gallons
of water. The tank will immediately begin to empty into
the base.
3. Plug the power cord into a 120V AC electrical outlet.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Your humidifier is equipped with a technologically advanced
AccuSet PlusTM Digital Humidistat. You can set the humidifier
to run continuously in manual mode or set the AccuSet PlusTM
Digital Humidistat to your desired humidity setting. The
AccuSet PlusTM Digital Humidistat will automatically turn the
humidifier ON or OFF, depending on the preset comfort level.
The comfort level ranges between 35% and 65% relative
humidity.
Manual Mode Instructions:
1. Plug the humidifier into a 120V AC electrical outlet.
2. The display will show the current room humidity.
NOTE: The display range is 21% - 90%. If your room
humidity level falls below 21%, the unit will display 21. If
your room humidity level rises above 90%, the unit will
display 90.
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions
should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric
shock, and injury to persons, including the following:
1. Read all instructions before using the appliance.
2. To avoid fire or shock hazard, plug the appliance directly
into a 120V AC electrical outlet.
3. Keep the cord out of heavy traffic areas. To avoid fire hazard,
NEVER put the cord under rugs or near heat registers.
4. DO NOT place humidifier near heat sources such as stoves,
radiators, and heaters. DO locate your humidifier on an
inside wall near an electrical outlet. The humidifier should be
at least 4 inches (10 cm) away from the wall for best results.
5. NEVER place humidifier in an area where it is accessible to
children. NEVER use humidifier in a closed room, particularly
where a child may be sleeping, resting, or playing (a closed
room may result in excessive humidity).

14. Humidifier should be unplugged when not in use.
15. NEVER tilt, move, or attempt to empty unit while it is
operating. Shut off and unplug before removing the
water tank and moving the unit.
16. This humidifier requires daily and weekly maintenance
to operate appropriately. Refer to daily and weekly
cleaning procedures. Use only cleaners and additives
recommended by the manufacturer.
17. NEVER use detergents, gasoline, glass cleaner, furniture
polish, paint thinner, or other household solvents to
clean any part of the humidifier.
18. Excessive humidity in a room can cause water
condensation on windows and some furniture. If this
happens, turn the humidifier OFF.
19. Do not use humidifier in an area where humidity level is
in excess of 50%. Use a hygrometer, available at your
local retailer or through the manufacturer, to measure
the humidity.
20. DO NOT attempt to repair or adjust any electrical or
mechanical functions on this unit. Doing so will void
your warranty. The inside of the unit contains no user
serviceable parts. All servicing should be performed by
qualified personnel only.
21. Never place housing under water flow or immerse in liquids.

CLEANING / MAINTENANCE
THIS APPLIANCE HAS A POLARIZED PLUG (one blade is wider than the
other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to fit in a
polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet,
reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician to
install the proper outlet.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO MODIFY THIS PLUG OR DEFEAT THIS
SAFETY FEATURE IN ANY WAY.
3. To start the unit, push the button twice within 3
seconds for the HIGH (3) manual setting.
4. Press the button again for the MEDIUM (2) manual
setting and again for LOW (1). After the selection is
made, the display will return to show the current room
humidity.
5. To stop the unit, press and hold the button for two
seconds, or keep pressing the button until the display
reads OFF (OF).
AccuSet PlusTM HUMIDISTAT INSTRUCTIONS
To take advantage of the AccuSet PlusTM Digital Humidistat,
press the button until the speed is set in either the AUTO
HIGH (A3), AUTO MEDIUM (A2) or AUTO LOW (A1) setting.
Then adjust the set humidity by using the up and down
buttons. Humidity will increase or decrease in increments of
5%. When the humidity level is set, the display will return to
show the current room humidity. When the room humidity
level rises above the set humidity, the humidifier will stop.
When the humidity level drops below the set humidity, the
humidifier will turn on automatically.
NOTE: Allow up to 30 minutes for the filter to fully absorb
water and for the unit to produce moisture.
NOTE: The AccuSet PlusTM Humidifier has memory. This
means that when you turn the unit back on, it will be at the
last setting the humidifier was set at.
If you do not plan to use the humidifier for two or more
days, make sure any residual water is drained from the
water tank, base and wick filter to prevent algae or bacteria
growth.
16 HOUR AUTO ON/OFF TIMER
INSTRUCTIONS
The Auto On/Off timer will allow the user two options, to set
a time to turn the unit off or to set a time to turn the unit on.
Auto Off Timer
While the unit is running, the off timer can be activated by
holding down the up and down buttons simultaneously for 2
seconds, the screen will flash 00 and the up and down arrows
can be pushed to adjust the timer up to 16 hours in
increments of one, once 16 hours is reached, the next push
of the timer button will cycle back to 00 hours. When the
timer is activated a LED will indicate that the timer is on. The
unit will then shut off after the timer expires (in its current
setting). While the unit is running, the timer should stay on
even if other modes are being changed. The timer should
only be deactivated if the unit is turned off.
Auto On Timer
While the unit is off, the up and down buttons are pressed
simultaneously for 2 seconds and the display will flash 00 the
up button may then be pushed again to increase the hours to
turn on (in its last setting) from 1-16 in increments of 1 hour.
The unit will then come on after the timer expires, if the unit
is then turned on, the timer will be deactivated. There will be
a LED to indicate the timer is activated. Once 16 hours is
reached, the next push of the timer button will cycle back to
00 hours.

NOTA: Trás 60 minutos de uso, el indicador FilterCheck®se
moverá e indicará la condición de sus filtro.
Un filtro completamente nuevo se registrará en la sección
denominada Filtro BUENO. Después de haber usado con
bastante frecuencia su humidificador, el indicador
FilterCheck®le avisará cuando tiene que cambiar su filtros,
observe la Figura 2.
Cuando la aguja esté en el área CAMBIAR, significa que la
unidad no está emitiendo la humedad necesaria debido a la
excesiva cantidad de minerales y sedimentos que se
encuentran retenidos en el filtros. Ahora es cuando debe
reemplazar el filtro. Para obtener un mejor rendimiento, es
importante cambiar su filtro según se indica.
Para reemplazar el filtro, siga los siguientes pasos.
1. Apague la unidad y desenchúfela del tomacorriente.
2. Retire el depósito de la caja.
3. Desbloquee la caja de la base girando la perilla de
bloqueo hasta la posición de desbloqueo.
4. Levante la caja en línea recta y colóquela a un costado.
5. Desbloquee el soporte de mechas de la base girando la
perilla de bloqueo hasta la posición de desbloqueo.
6. Retire las mechas del soporte de mechas.
7. Siga las instrucciones para la limpieza semanal.
8. Inserte los filtros limpios en el soporte de mechas y
bloquéelo nuevamente en la base.
9. Vuelva a colocar la caja sobre la base y bloquéela en su
lugar.
10. Llene el depósito y colóquelo nuevamente en la caja.
11. Repita las Instrucciones de Funcionamiento.
Tomará aproximadamente 30 minutos para que el
humidificador alcance su potencia máxima.
NOTA: Puede comprar repuestos de filtros (modelo
HWF100 / SF235) en una tienda local, llamando al
1-888-264-9669, ó visitando www.sunbeam.com . Se
recomienda que compre un filtro de repuesto para no
interrumpir el funcionamiento de la unidad.
INSTRUCCIONES DE LIMPIEZA Y
MANTENIMIENTO
Los humidificadores proveen confort agregando humedad al
aire seco de los ambientes interiores calefaccionados. Para
beneficiarse al máximo de los humidificadores y evitar su
mal uso, siga todas las instrucciones cuidadosamente. Tenga
en cuenta que éste es un artefacto eléctrico que requiere
atención cuando esté en uso.
Además, si no se siguen las recomendaciones para el cuidado y
mantenimiento, crecerán microorganismos en el agua dentro de
los tanques. Se deben ejecutar rutinariamente los procedimientos
de limpieza que se indican a continuación para asegurar el
funcionamiento adecuado y eficiente del humidificador que
son esenciales para el rendimiento óptimo constante de la
unidad y para evitar la formación de algas y bacterias.
Mantenimiento diario
1. Asegúrese de apagar y desenchufar la unidad del
tomacorriente.
2. Desmonte el casco y los tanques del humidificador y
colóquelos en el fregadero o en la tina.
3. Lleve la base de la unidad al fregadero o a la tina, quítele
el filtro de mecha, coloque la base en el fregadero, drene
el agua remanente, enjeague completamente para
remover cualquier sedimento o suciedad, limpie frotando
con un paño y seque con una toalla de tela o papel.
4. Drene el agua de los tanques en el fregadero y
enjuáguelos completamente. Límpielos frotando con un
paño y séquelos con una toalla de tela o de papel.
5. Vuelva a colocar los filtros en el soporte de la mecha
asegúrese de que el remache esté sujeto al soporte.
Sujete el soporte de la mecha en su lugar. Vuelva a
poner la carcasa en su lugar. Vuelva a llenar el tanque
con agua fría como se detalla anteriormente en las
instrucciones de llenado. No lo llene de más.
6. Siga las instrucciones de operación.
NOTA: La bandeja es apta para lavavajillas (SOLO EN
EL ESTANTE SUPERIOR) para fácil lavado.
23. No coloque agua en ninguna abertura que no sea el
tanque de agua.
24. Para prevenir el daño a las superficies, no coloque el
humidificador debajo de ninguna superficie que
sobresalga por encima del mismo.
25. NUNCA haga funcionar la unidad sin agua en el tanque.
26. Una vez utilizada la unidad, no la mueva hasta que se
haya enfriado completamente.
27. Use las dos manos cuando cargue el tanque de agua.

Instrucciones de Seguridad en la Instalación del
Cable y el Enchufe :
La longitud del cable de este artefacto fue seleccionada para
reducir el riesgo de enredarse o tropezarse con un cable más
largo. Si necesita usar un cable más largo, puede utilizar un cable
de extensión aprobado. La capacidad eléctrica del cable de
extensión debe ser igual o mayor que la capacidad del
humidificador (consulte la información sobre clasificación que se

extensión cuelgue de la mesada o mesa de tal forma que pueda

COMO FUNCIONA EL VAPOR FRÍO
Su humidificador Sunbeam®de Vapor Frío succiona aire seco a
través de la rejilla de entrada de aire. Luego, el aire pasa por 6
filtros de mecha cargados de humedad, los que retienen los
minerales y depósitos del agua. El aire húmedo resultante es
dirigido nuevamente al ambiente por la rejilla superior.
NOTA: Este sistema de humidificación proporciona una salida
de humedad fría e invisible. Es normal que no se vea el vapor.
NOTA: Un nivel de humedad menor al 20% puede ser
nocivo e incómodo. El nivel de humedad recomendado es
entre el 40% y el 50%.
INSTRUCCIONES PREVIAS AL USO
1. Asegúrese de que el humidificador esté en OFF y
desenchúfelo del tomacorriente.
2. Elija un lugar para su humidificador, en una superficie
plana, aproximadamente a 4 pulgadas de distancia de la
pared. NO coloque el humidificador sobre un piso pulido
o cerca de algún mueble, ya que lo puede dañar por el
exceso de humedad o agua. Colóquelo sobre una
superficie resistente a la humedad.
COMO LLENAR EL TANQUE DE AGUA
1. Retire el tanque de la carcasa del humidificador
agarrando la manija del tanque y tirando hacia
adelante. Levante el tanque fuera de la carcasa y llévelo
a la canilla. De vuelta el tanque y desenrosque la tapa del
tanque girando en sentido contrario a las agujas del reloj.
Llene el tanque con agua fría del grifo. NO llene con agua
caliente ya que puede producir una pérdida. Vuelva a
colocar la tapa del tanque CON FIRMEZA.
2. Cuando esté lleno, lleve el tanque hasta el humidificador y
colóquelo dentro de la carcasa. Hay una etiqueta ubicada en
la base del tanque para fácil orientación. El tanque tiene una
capacidad de 5 litros de agua. El tanque comenzará a
vaciarse inmediatamente en la base.
3. Enchufe el cable de corriente en un tomacorriente de
120 voltios AC.
INSTRUCCIONES DE USO
Su humidificador está equipado con un censor de humedad
digital tecnológicamente avanzado Accuset PlusTM. Puede
configurar el humidificador para que funcione continuamente
en modo manual o seleccionar el censor de humedad digital
Accuset PlusTM para su configuración de humedad deseada. El
censor de humedad digital Accuset PlusTM encenderá o
apagará el humidificador automáticamente, dependiendo del
nivel preseleccionado de confort. Los niveles de confort van
desde 35% a 65% de humedad relativa.

Debe tomar precauciones básicas de seguridad siempre que
utilice artefactos eléctricos para reducir el riesgo de incendio,
descarga eléctrica y daños personales, incluyendo lo siguiente:
1. Lea completamente las instrucciones antes de utilizar el
artefacto.
2. Para evitar incendio o descarga eléctrica, enchufe el
artefacto directamente en un tomacorriente de 120V CA.
3. Mantenga el cable fuera de las zonas de mucho tráfico.
Para evitar incendios, NUNCA coloque el cable debajo de
alfombrillas o cerca de salidas de calefacción.
4. NO coloque el humidificador cerca de fuentes de calor
como estufas, radiadores y calefactores. NO coloque el
humidificador contra una pared interna cerca de un
tomacorriente. El humidificador debe estar a por lo
menos 4" de la pared para obtener el mejor resultado.
5. NUNCA coloque el humidificador en una zona accesible

13. NO haga que la salida de humedad apunte directamente
a la pared. La humedad puede causar daños,
especialmente al empapelado.
14. Se debe desenchufar el humidificador cuando no se usa.
15. NUNCA incline, mueva o intente vaciar la unidad
mientras esté funcionando. Apague y desenchufe la
unidad antes de quitar el tanque de agua y moverla.
16. Este humidificador requiere mantenimiento diario y
semanal para funcionar correctamente. Refiérase a los
procedimientos de limpieza diarios y semanales. Use
únicamente limpiadores y aditivos recomendados por el
fabricante.
17. NUNCA use detergentes, gasolina, limpiavidrios, limpiador

disponible en su tienda local o a través del fabricante,
para medir la humedad.
20. NO intente reparar o ajustar ninguna función eléctrica o
mecánica de esta unidad. El hacerlo invalidará la
garantía. La unidad no contiene partes reparables por el
usuario. Toda reparación debe ser realizada únicamente
por personal calificado.
21. Nunca coloque el gabinete debajo de la canilla o lo
sumerja en líquidos.
22. No enchufe el cable con las manos húmedas. Puede
ocasionarle una descarga eléctrica.
ESTE PRODUCTO TIENE UN ENCHUFE POLARIZADO (una hoja es más

Instrucciones del Modo Manual :
1. Enchufe el humidificador en un tomacorriente de 120V CA.
2. La pantalla mostrará la humedad actual de la habitación.
NOTA: El rango de visualización es de 21% - 90%. Si el nivel
de humedad de su habitación desciende por debajo del 21%,
la unidad mostrará 21. Si el nivel de su habitación se eleva
por encima del 90%, la unidad mostrará 90.
3. Para encender la unidad, presione el botón dos veces
en 3 segundos para el ajuste manual HIGH (alto) (3).
4. Vuelva a presionar el botón para el ajuste manual
MEDIUM (Medio) (2) y nuevamente para LOW (bajo)
(1). Luego de realizada la selección, la pantalla volverá
a mostrar la humedad actual de la habitación.
5. Para apagar la unidad, mantenga presionado el botón
por dos segundos, o continúe presionando el botón hasta
que en la pantalla se lea apagado (OF).
INSTRUCCIONES DEL CENSOR DE
HUMEDAD ACCUSET PLUSTM
Para aprovechar las ventajas del censor de humedad digital
AccuSet PlusTM, presione el botón hasta que la potencia esté
establecida en AUTO HIGH (alto) (A3), AUTO MEDIUM (medio)
(A2) o AUTO LOW (bajo) (A1). Luego ajuste la humedad deseada
utilizando los botones de arriba y abajo. La humedad aumentará
en incrementos de 5%. Cuando el nivel de humedad esté
establecido, la pantalla volverá a mostrar la humedad actual de la
habitación. Cuando el nivel de humedad se eleve por encima de la
humedad establecida, el humidificador se apagará. Cuando el
nivel de humedad descienda por debajo de la humedad
establecida, el humidificador se encenderá automáticamente.
NOTA: Permita hasta 30 minutos para que el filtro absorba
totalmente el agua y para que la unidad emita humedad.
NOTA: El humidificador AccuSet PlusTM tiene una memoria.
Esto implica que cuando usted enciende nuevamente la
unidad, ésta mostrará el último modo fijado.
Si planea no usar su humidificador por dos o más días,
asegúrese de drenar el agua residual del tanque de agua, de
la base y del filtro de mecha a fin de evitar la formación de
algas y bacterias.
INSTRUCCIONES DE TEMPORIZADOR DE
16 HORAS DE ENCENDIDO/APAGADO
AUTOMÁTICO
El temporizador de encendido/apagado automático le
permitirá al usuario dos opciones, establecer un tiempo para
que se apague la unidad o establecer un tiempo para que se
encienda la misma.
Temporizador de apagado automático
Mientras la unidad está funcionando, el temporizador de
apagado puede ser activado presionando los botones de
arriba y abajo simultáneamente por dos segundos, la
pantalla parpadeará 00 y las flechas arriba y abajo pueden
ser presionadas para ajustar el temporizador hasta 16 horas
en incrementos de una, una vez que se llega a las 16, si se
sigue presionando el botón el ciclo volverá a 00 horas.
Cuando el temporizador está activado una luz en la pantalla
indicará que está encendido. Entonces la unidad se apagará
cuando el tiempo se cumpla (en su configuración actual).
Mientras la unidad está funcionando, el temporizador debe
permanecer encendido incluso si otros modos son cambiados.
El temporizador sólo debe ser desactivado si la unidad es
apagada.
Temporizador de encendido automático
Mientras la unidad está apagada, los botones de arriba y
abajo se presionan simultáneamente por dos segundos y la
pantalla parpadeará 00 y el botón arriba puede presionarse
de nuevo para aumentar las horas para encenderlo (en la
última configuración) de 1 a 16 en incrementos de una hora.
La unidad se encenderá cuando el tiempo se cumpla, si la
unidad se enciende el temporizador se desactivará. Una luz
indicará que el temporizador está activado. Una vez que se
llega a las 16 horas, si se vuelve a presionar el botón de
temporizador el ciclo volverá a las 00 horas.
