Renue™ension Relieving Heat herapy is specifically designed to fit the neck and shoulder
area, where users experience the most physical signs of tension and stress. Drape Renue™
comfortably on your shoulders making sure that the neck flap is properly in place. Weighted
edges and intergrated magnets help to secure Renue™in place.
NO E: This product utilizes magnets to fasten at the neck area. Remove necklaces and other metal
accessories that could become attached to these magnets.
HOW O USE YOUR RENUE™ENSION
RELIEVING HEA HERAPY PAD
ake sure Control Connector is securely connected to the
Renue Connector (Figure 1).
Push both parts together for a tight fit. Note: The connectors
are keyed to only fit one way; align arrow.
1. Plug into 120V AC electrical outlet.
2. To turn on, press Push-Button. Renue™will NOT turn on
until you press the Push-Button. NO E: If the heat level
indicators do not light up or stay on, the plug or Control
Connector may not be firmly and completely connected.
Unplug from wall outlet, check the Renue™connection again and re-plug into outlet.
3. Select from 4 heat settings by pressing Push-Button successively to achieve desired heat level.
o turn OFF, you must scroll through the remaining heat settings by pressing the
Push-Button sequentially.
4. Allow Renue™to preheat for several minutes. Renue™has been designed to meet the maximum
heat output according to UL Standards.
NO E: A red blinking “High” light indicates an error has occurred. Unplug from outlet, verify
physical condition of cord, function of AC outlet and proper connection between connector and
Renue™Pad. If blinking light persists, discontinue use and contact Consumer Services.
AU O-OFF FEA URE
Your Renue™controller includes an Auto-Off feature. This feature is designed to conserve energy
by automatically turning off after 2 hours of continuous use. The red Auto-Off light will blink,
indicating that this feature has activated. NO E: After a power outage, the Auto-Off feature
automatically resets the timer.
USING MOIS HEA HERAPY
In some cases, you may find that moist heat therapy
provides more comfort and tension relief. When using moist
heat therapy, you should protect furniture and clothing
from becoming damp.
1. Dampen one side of the Renue™with water by patting the
surface with a wet sponge or cloth or use a spray bottle to
apply a fine mist. Do not thoroughly soak Renue™.
2. Do not spray or dampen the connector. (Figure 2).
DANGER: Do not immerse Renue™or connector in water or place under running water.
Failure to comply may result in product failure and/or personal injury.
NO E: The electrical connector must be thoroughly dry before establishing electrical connection.

of two years from the date of purchase, this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. JCS,
at its option, will repair or replace this product or any component of the product found to be defective during the
warranty period. Replacement will be made with a new or remanufactured product or component. If the product
is no longer available, replacement may be made with a similar product of equal or greater value. This is your
exclusive warranty. Do NOT attempt to repair or adjust any electrical or mechanical functions on this product.
Doing so will void this warranty.
This warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of initial retail purchase and is not
transferable. Keep the original sales receipt. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty performance. JCS
dealers, service centers, or retail stores selling JCS products do not have the right to alter, modify or any way
change the terms and conditions of this warranty.
This warranty does not cover normal wear of parts or damage resulting from any of the following: negligent use or
misuse of the product, use on improper voltage or current, use contrary to the operating instructions, disassembly,

What are the limits on JCS’s Liability?

La terapia de calor para alivio de tensión Renue™está específicamente diseñada para
adaptarse a la zona del cuello y hombros, donde los usuarios experimentan la mayoría
de los signos físicos de tensión y estrés. Coloque Renue™de manera cómoda sobre sus
hombros asegurando correctamente la solapa del cuello en su lugar. Los bordes con
peso y los imanes integrados lo ayudarán a mantener a Renue™en su lugar.
NO A: este producto tiene imanes para sujetar la zona del cuello. Quítese los collares y otros
accesorios de metal que puedan quedar adheridos a estos imanes.
CÓMO U ILIZAR EL PAÑO DE ERAPIA DE CALOR PARA ALIVIO DE ENSIÓN RENUE™
Asegúrese de que el conector del control esté conectado
correctamente al conector de Renue (Figura 1).
Empuje ambas piezas para que encajen bien. NO A: estos conectores
solo pueden enchufarse de una manera. Alinee la flecha.
1. Enchúfela en un tomacorriente de 120 V de C.A.
2. Para encenderlo, presione el botón Push (presione). Renue™
NO se encenderá hasta que presione el botón Push (presione).
NOTA: si los indicadores del nivel de calor no se encienden ni
permanecen encendidos, es posible que el enchufe o el conector del
control no estén conectados firme y completamente. Desenchufe
del tomacorriente de la pared, verifique la conexión de Renue™
nuevamente y vuelva a conectarlo al tomacorriente.
3. Seleccione cualquiera de las 4 configuraciones de calor presionando el botón Push (presione) de
manera sucesiva para alcanzar el nivel de calor deseado. Para apagarlo, desplace el selector
por las configuraciones de calor restantes presionando el botón Push (presione) de
manera secuencial.
4. Permita que Renue™se precaliente durante varios minutos. Renue™ha sido diseñado para
cumplir con el nivel de salida de calor máximo según los estándares UL.
NO A: una luz “fuerte” roja y titilante indica que se ha producido un error. Desenchúfelo desde el
tomacorriente, verifique la condición física del cable, la función de la salida de CA y la conexión
correcta entre el conector y el paño Renue™
.Si la luz intermitente continúa, no utilice más el
producto y comuníquese con nuestro Servicio al Consumidor.
FUNCIÓN DE APAGADO AU OMÁ ICO
El controlador de Renue™incluye una función de apagado automático. Esta función está diseñada
para conservar energía mediante un apagado automático después de 2 horas de uso continuo. La
luz roja de apagado automático titilará para indicar que se activó esta función. NO A: Después de
un apagón, la función de Apagado Automático restablece el cronómetro automáticamente.
USO DE ERAPIA DE CALOR HÚMEDO
En algunos casos, es posible que la terapia de calor húmedo le proporcione más confort y alivio de
tensión. Cuando use terapia de calor húmedo, debe proteger los muebles y la ropa para que
no se humedezcan.
1. Humedezca un lado del Renue™con agua con pequeños golpes en
la superficie con una esponja o trapo húmedo o utilice un rociador
para aplicar un fino rocío. No empape a Renue™.
2. No rocíe ni humedezca el conector. (Figura 2).
PELIGRO: No sumerja a Renue™ni al conector en agua ni en un
lugar donde fluya el agua. Si no cumple con esta indicación, es
posible que se produzcan fallas en el producto y/o lesiones personales.
NO A: el conector eléctrico debe estar completamente seco antes de establecer una conexión eléctrica.
INS RUCCIONES DE LAVADO

1. Desconecte a Renue™ del tomacorriente.
2. Separe el conector de Renue™del conector del control.
3. Lave el paño Renue™en lavadora con agua fría en ciclo delicado o lávelo a mano.
Séquelo en secadora con calor suave o déjelo secar al aire libre.
4. No enchufe Renue™hasta que el conector del paño esté completamente seco
