HOW TO USE YOUR HEATING PAD
1. Lay the Ultrasoft Washable Microplush Cover on a flat surface. Insert the pad into the cover,
feeding the controller and cord through the opening. Make sure the cord and controller
remain on the outside of the cover.
WARNING: Never use the warming pad without the cloth cover.
2. Plug into any 120V AC electrical outlet.
3. To turn pad on, press Push-Button (Figure 2). Your heating pad will NOT
turn on until you press the Push-Button. NOTE: If the heat level indicators
do not light up or stay on, the plug may not be firmly plugged in. Unplug
from wall outlet and re-plug into outlet.
4. Select from 3 heat settings by pressing Push-Button successively to
achieve desired heat level. Allow pad to preheat for several minutes.
Your heating pad has been designed to meet the maximum heat output
according to UL Standards.
5. To turn the pad OFF, scroll through the remaining heat settings by pressing
the Push-Button sequentially until heating setting lights turn off.
6. Your pad features integrated ties for convenience. Use these ties to wrap
and secure the heating pad around the area that you want treated – i.e. abdomen, back, hips or
shoulders. Don't tie the pad too tight. Get the heat therapy you need – hands free!
7. Your heating pad controller includes an Auto-Off feature. This feature is designed to conserve
energy by automatically turning off after 2 hours of continuous use.
NOTE: After a power outage, the Auto-Off feature automatically resets the timer.
8. DO NOT SIT ON OR AGAINST OR CRUSH PAD – AVOID FOLDING DURING USE.
9. DO NOT USE WHILE SLEEPING.

5-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Sunbeam Products, Inc. doing business as Jarden Consumer Solutions or if in Canada, Sunbeam Corporation (Canada)
Limited doing business as Jarden Consumer Solutions (collectively “JCS”) warrants that for a period of five years from the
date of purchase, this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. JCS, at its option, will repair or replace
this product or any component of the product found to be defective during the warranty period. Replacement will be made
with a new or remanufactured product or component. If the product is no longer available, replacement may be made with a
similar product of equal or greater value. This is your exclusive warranty. Do NOT attempt to repair or adjust any electrical or
mechanical functions on this product. Doing so will void this warranty. This warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser
from the date of initial retail purchase and is not transferable. Keep the original sales receipt. Proof of purchase is required to
obtain warranty performance. JCS dealers, service centers, or retail stores selling JCS products do not have the right to alter,
modify or any way change the terms and conditions of this warranty. This warranty does not cover normal wear of parts or
damage resulting from any of the following: negligent use or misuse of the product, use on improper voltage or current, use
contrary to the operating instructions, disassembly, repair or alteration by anyone other than JCS or an authorized JCS service
center. Further, the warranty does not cover: Acts of God, such as fire, flood, hurricanes and tornadoes.
What are the limits on JCS’s Liability?
JCS shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages caused by the breach of any express, implied or statutory
warranty or condition. Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranty or condition of merchantability
or fitness for a particular purpose is limited in duration to the duration of the above warranty.
JCS disclaims all other warranties, conditions or representations, express, implied, statutory or otherwise. JCS shall not be
liable for any damages of any kind resulting from the purchase, use or misuse of, or inability to use the product including
incidental, special, consequential or similar damages or loss of profits, or for any breach of contract, fundamental or

3. Machine wash in cool water on gentle cycle, or hand wash. Use mild detergent.

USING MOIST HEAT THERAPY
In some cases, you may find that moist heat therapy provides more comfort and relief.
When using moist heat therapy, you should protect furniture and clothing from
becoming damp.
Dampen either side of the heating pad with water by patting the surface
with a wet sponge or cloth or use a spray bottle to apply a fine mist.
Do not thoroughly soak pad.
DANGER: Do not immerse pad in water or place under running water to dampen surface.
Failure to comply may result in personal injury.

INSTRUCCIONES DE SEGURIDAD
IMPORTANTES – NO LAS DESTRUYA
CÓMO USAR SU ALMOHADILLA ELÉCTRICA (también llamado Cojín)
1. Coloque la cubierta ultra suave y lavable en maquina sobre una superficie plana. Deslice
el cojín dentro la cubierta asegurándose que el control y el cable salgan por la abertura y
queden fuera de la cubierta.
ADVERTENCIA: Nunca utilice el cojín calentador sin la cubierta de paño.
2. Enchufe la unidad a un tomacorriente eléctrico de 120 Voltios CA.
3. Para activar el cojín, presione el botón de encendido (Figura 2). El cojín
NO se encenderá hasta que presione el botón de encendido. NOTA: Si
los indicadores del nivel de calor no se iluminan o no se mantienen
iluminados, el enchufe podría no estar firmemente colocado en
el tomacorriente. Retire el enchufe del tomacorriente e intente
conectarlo nuevamente.
4. Seleccione uno de los tres niveles de calor presionando repetidamente
el botón de encendido hasta llegar al nivel deseado. Permita que el cojín
se caliente por algunos minutos. Su cojín de calor ha sido diseñado para
cumplir con los niveles máximos de calor según las normas de UL.
5. Para apagar el cojín, presione repetidamente el botón de encendido
hasta que ninguno de los indicadores del nivel de calor quede encendido.
6. Su cojín de calor incluye lazos para su conveniencia. Utilice dichos lazos para envolver y
asegurar el cojín de calor alrededor del área que desea tratar, incluyendo abdomen, espalda,
caderas u hombros. No asegure el cojín muy apretado. Reciba la terapia de calor deseada –
sin usar sus manos!
7. El control de su cojín de calor incluye la función de apagado automático. . Esta función
está diseñada para conservar energía al apagarse automáticamente después de 2 horas de
uso continuo. NOTA: Después de una falla en el servicio eléctrico, la función de Apagado
Automático reiniciará automáticamente el contador de tiempo.
8. NO SE SIENTE SOBRE NI CONTRA EL COJÍN NI LO APLASTE. EVITE DOBLECES MIENTRAS
UTILIZA EL COJÍN.
9. NO UTILICE EL COJÍN MIENTRAS DUERME.
10. VEA LAS ADVERTENCIAS ADICIONALES.

USO DE TERAPIA DE CALOR HÚMEDO
En algunos casos, encontrará que la terapia de calor húmedo proporciona más comodidad y alivio.
Cuando use terapia de calor húmedo, debe proteger los muebles y la ropa para
que no se humedezcan.
Humedezca uno de los lados del cojín de calor con agua dando golpecitos en la superficie
con una esponja mojada o utilice un atomizador para obtener un rocío fino de agua.
No empape el cojín completamente.
PELIGRO: No sumerja el Cojín en agua ni en un lugar donde fluya el agua. Si no cumple con
esta indicación, es posible que se produzcan fallas en el producto y/o lesiones personales.

INSTRUCCIONES DE LAVADO DE LA CUBIERTA DE TELA
¡NO LO LAVE EN TINTORERÍA! ¡NO USE BLANQUEADOR (BLEACH)!
1. Desconecte el cojín del tomacorrientes.
2. Quite la cubierta del cojín.
3. Lave a máquina o a mano; utilice detergente suave. Lave con agua fresca solamente.
4. Cuelgue para secar o seque a máquina en el ciclo suave, fresco.
