For everyday use it is recommended to charge the 24K from with a USB power
supply, to help extend the life of the battery.
Solar charging is subject to local geography and weather conditions and is
recommended for emergency charging situations only.
It is normal for slight heating to occur when charging / discharging the 24K.
When not in use, store the 24K in a cool dry place. If not used for a prolonged
period time, fully recharge the 24K with a USB power supply before use.
Due to conversion energy losses, the actual battery capacity is not equal to the
stated chargeable capacity, as is the case with all rechargeable batteries.
As with all rechargeable batteries, the SunSaver 24K’s battery life will slowly
decrease over time, especially when the primary method for recharging is solar
input, which is the case with any trickle charging of a battery.
Ensure the SunSaver 24K is not subjected to direct sunlight for an excessive
period, as this may cause damage to the product.
Although the SunSaver 24K is capable of charging 12V devices, please
understand the specific charging requirements for your 12V device before
attempting to charge with the 24K.
Using the SunSaver 24K in any way other than advised by this User Manual
may result in damage to the product or harm to its user.
SunSaver New Zealand is not responsible for any product failure, or damage to
any other devices that may be a result of misuse or abuse to the product.
Warranty
Warranty does not cover loss of battery performance due to age.
A valid receipt must be presented to claim the warranty.
