Thank you for purchasing Sunset Pergola Product.
Introduction

These instructions include helpful hints and important information needed to safely assemble and properly
main- tain the Product. Please read these instructions completely before you
begin and follow the steps in the order they are presented.
1. Make sure you have all the necessary parts.
2. Lay the parts out in separate staging areas.
3. Select a Location.
4. Prepare a Foundation.
5. Make sure you have the proper tools:
•Tape Measure
•Work Gloves
•Safety goggles
Projection
Width / Frontside
Wall / Backside
Diagonal 1
Diagonal 2
•Screwdriver
•Spirit Level
•2 Small Step Ladders
On the left, you can see a plan
view of your field where you're gonna
set up your Pergola. This plan includes
only front pillars and backside parts
(Steel Rectangular Profile, Wall-Connectors).
Carefully install ground level and wall
connection parts. Check projection,
width measure twice and
Diagonal 1 must be equal to Diagonal 2.
* Based on Gold Product type for detail models, Diamond
product type for general views.

for the Hanging System and
connect this with wall
surface. Use Chemical
Dowel or Rainforce
screws for wall
connection.

STEP 2 Assembling Frame Parts
Place gutter profiles (33) to the ground.
Insert rail connectors (32) and gutter cups (31),
into each side end as shown and fasten
with screws .

Place rail sets (41) parallel
to each other the ground. Insert one
hanging connector (31) into each
to designated points as shown and
fasten with screws. For extra
powerfull connection you can
use extra screws from
the top as shown.

Clamp together 41 (Rail Set)
backside with 22 part which
one assembled to the wall at stage 1.2

Connect 41 (Rail Set) with Hanging Bar
System (11) part which one assembled
to the wall at stage 2.1 with helping
hanging connectors (13).

Connect GUTTER SET
(already assembled on step 2.1)
with the Rail Front Side.

Open Motor cover on the backside of the
rail as shown in the photo above. Install
Motor Tube 51 beetwen 2 rail
(or 3-4 rail for big systems) and
close back to its place
with connectors.

STEP 4 Assembling Fabric Parts
55 (Fabric Set)
At this stage take 65 (Fabric Set),
which one delivering to our customers
assembled. Remove Fabric Support Profiles
covers 61 and 63 (For big pergolas with 3-4 rails
remove middle covers 62 and 64). Connect this Set with rail
as shown in the photo above.

Bar Support (71) is for holding traverse
profile. Install this part front end of the
fabric set or roof plate. Be careful when
you consider dimension from the backside
of pergola till the Bar Support part. After
that connect Traverse Profile (72) and this
holder with the connector shown in the photo.
STEP 5.1
For Striped-Rail
Pergolas
C 81 + Connectors
Roof Plate producing with
standard 100 cm in width. For every
part of the plate, there are connection
details on the sides, which one helps
you to connect each plate to another.
To reinforce the connection, use
trapezoidal screws at regular intervals.

IMPORTANT NOTES
For engine (motor) and lighting
connection you need local
220W electricity.
For instalation electricity parts and
you can check Electricity Diagram.
Assembling Instructor Based on
Gold Pergola System. Main instalation
method is the same for Silver and
Diamond Systems.
Check dimensions and directions
twice when you finish every steps.
For the big systems (3-4 rail) need to do
some steps repeatedly.
