Thank you for purchasing the SUNTEC products.
To ensure best results and use for a long time, it is
important that you read, understand and follow
these instructions in this manual carefully before
using.
This manual should be retained for future reference.
The following words and symbols, found in this
manual, alert you to hazards to the operator, service
personnel or the equipment. The words are defined
as follows; WARNING: This symbol refers to a
potential hazard which could result in serious injury
or death. CAUTION: This symbol refers to a potential
hazard or unsafe practice which may result in minor
or moderate injury or product or property damage.

・Place on a horizontal and strong surface at the desired location.
Set up with not slipping down.
・A minimum clearance of 5 cm is required between other equipments.
・Must be plugged directly into a properly grounded. Improper grounding
could result in electrical shock or accident. Never connect with gas pipe.
・Don't place near water or oil. It could result in electrical shock, fire,
accident or transformation.

1.Plug to a suitable wall receptacle.
2.Spread salad oil with soaked paper or cloth on a
plate evenly.
3.Turn a short circuit breaker on, turn a thermostat
knob to 180-200℃. It takes about 15-20min. to
reach a desired temperature, a pilot lamp will turn off.
4.Pour the prepared mixture on the middle
of plate by ladle, spread it from the
middle to outside by using special
utensil quickly. (Turning a special
utensil to one-way)
5.When the surface gets dry, peel off from outside by
using spatula.
6.Turn it over by using spatula, bake lightly then it be
finished.
7.If you supply it as take out, fold
like a picture.

・This product should not be cleaned with water.
It's very dangerous.
・Wipe off the product with a dry cloth and always
keep clean.
・If the plates don't work sufficiently, contact with
your agency. To change the plates is at your cost.
・A warranty should be retained carefully, it's writtn
a serial number of the product.
This warranty is valid only in Japan.
This warranty is invalid to use the product in other
countries.
・Should attach a warranty with the product when
you order the repair of the product under warranty.
・This manual should be retained carefully for future
reference.

Recipe of Crepe MixtureRecipe of Crepe Mixture
Ingredient
Flour(Weak flour4:Extra-strenght flour6)・・・1kg
Milk・・・1000cc
Water・・・400cc
Egg(M size)・・・8～10pieces
Sugar・・・200g
Salad Oil or Melted Butter・・・160cc
Vanilla Essence・・・Dash
Salt・・・30g
※If you use crepe mixture, please to ingredient of it.
Recipe
1.Sift flour a couple of times. (If you use butter, melt it in advance.)
2.Put eggs into a bowl, mix up with milk and water by beater.
3.Add flour little by little by using beater until becoming smooth
mixture. (Add salt, sugar, vanilla essence also.)
4.Filter the mixture for removing grain.
5.Bake the mixture after leaving it 30min.～2hours.
※You may use orange juice instead of essence.
