Adding, modifying, or fabricating any factory, or aftermarket, parts will void any
warranty provided by SuperATV and is not recommended. SuperATV’s products
could interfere with other aftermarket accessories. If user has aftermarket products
on machine, contact SuperATV to verify that they will work together.
Although SuperATV has thousands of satised customers, user should be aware
that installing lift kits, long travel, or suspension kits, tires, etc will change the ride
of machine and may increase maintenance and part wear. Operating any off-road
machine while, or after, consuming alcohol and/or drugs increases risk of bodily
harm or death. No warranty or representation is made as to this product’s ability to
protect user from severe injury or death. SuperATV urges operators and occupants
to wear a helmet and appropriate riding gear at all times.
By purchasing and installing SuperATV products, user agrees that should damages
occur, SuperATV will not be held responsible for loss of time, use, labor fees,
replacement parts, or freight charges. SuperATV, nor any 3rd party, will not be held
responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
that result from any product purchased from SuperATV. The total liability of seller to
user for all damages, losses, and causes of action, if any, shall not exceed the total
purchase price paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.
SuperATV will warranty only parts provided by SuperATV. Any damage or problems
with OEM housings, bearings, seals, or other manufacturers products will not be
covered by SuperATV. SuperATV parts and products are not warrantied if item was
not installed properly, misused, or modied.

OPTIONAL STEERING STOP KIT
Using Steering Stop Kit prevents over extension of Axles, when
reversing under hard throttle, by limiting steering range.

Do not tighten hardware completely unless noted. Keep stock hardware for reuse.
1. Raise front of machine off ground, secure with jack stands, remove Wheels, Spindles, Shocks from A-Arms,
and Tie Rod Ends. Hang Brake Calipers out of way; use care when removing stock Brake Line Clamps.
2. Remove A-Arms from Frame.
3. Transfer stock Bushings and Grease ttings into new A-Arms. See Fig. 1.
- For a starting point, adjust Upper A-Arms (A)(B) included Ball Joints as shown in Fig. 1a.
4. Use stock hardware and install A-Arms (A)(B)(C)(D) to Frame. SuperATV recommends using Loc-Tite on Nuts
when installing. See Fig. 2.
5. Reconnect Shocks to A-Arms with stock hardware.
6. Reinstall necessary components, with stock hardware, and install Tie Rod Ends (E) to Tie Rods; connect to
Spindles with stock hardware. See Fig. 3.
- Proceed to Steering Stop Installation or go to Step 7.
7. Route Brake Lines so that no interference or binding can occur. Secure to A-Arms with Brake Line Clamps (G)
and M5-.8 x 13mm Lg. Machine Screws (H). See Fig. 2.
8. Tighten all hardware completely.
9. Due to shift in Wheels, adjust Toe.

1. Unclamp and slide Boot away from Steering Gear Box.
2. Install Steering Stop Bushing (A) onto shaft and slide until ush with outside of Steering Gear Box.
See Fig. 1.
3. Reinstall Boot with 10-7/8” Lg. Cable Tie (B). See Fig. 2.
4. Repeat steps for opposite side.

1. Place stock CV Guard against Lower A-Arm (center tab on CV Guard with Cross Tube on Lower CV
Guard) and mark hole locations onto Lower A-Arm.
2. Drill holes for Ø3/16” rivets and secure CV Guard to Lower A-Arm. Ensure that no interference can
occur with Upper A-Arm or other components.
3. Repeat steps for opposite side.
