COME WITH THE INDIVIDUAL COMPONENTS INCLUDED WITH YOU SYSTEM.
Fully Assembled SuperPonic Systems

1. Referencing your Quality Assurance Checklist, verify the contents of your
Super onics System. Remove the lid and set aside.
2. Locate the 2 or 4 Air Stones included in your shipment. lace all Air Stones at the
bottom of the Super onics Reservoir as shown below.
3. Locate the Super onics Lid and note that there are 8 or 16 identically sized holes.
Notice that the Superponic 8 is White. Not black anymore. lace Lid on the Reservoir.
osition the Eco Air ump next to (not in!) the reservoir. Connect the Air ump to the
pieces of thin black tubing as shown in the pic below.
4. SuperPonics 16 Instructions: Run the unconnected ends of the thin black tubing
into the alleys located on the edge of either side of your reservoir.
SuperPonics 8 Instructions: Insert the unconnected ends of the thin black tubing
through the indents on the edge of the reservoir.
Both Systems: Lift the lid and connect the tubing to the white tip of the air stones.
Once the pieces are connected, ensure that the Air Stones are able to lie flat. The 8
or 16 identically sized holes house the 3” Net Cups. These can be put into place at
any time.
*Do Not Yet Plug In Your Air Pump and Make Certain Never to Place in Water*

5. Locate the Eco Water ump.

Look at the underside of the Super onics lid. You will see a central tube extending down
the middle of the lid. This is the Watering System and it will be powered by the Eco
Water ump. One short length of black tubing will be sticking straight up. Attach this
piece of tubing to the cylinder piece on the top of your Water ump.
*Note the additional length of tube with attached valve located on the top side of the
Reservoir Lid for the Super onics 8 and on the underside of the lid for the Super onics 16.
This assists with reservoir drainage. ut the lid on the Reservoir but do not lock it.

6. Superponic 8: Locate the reservoir and notice that there are indents in the edge.
These are for the Air Tubes and the ower cord for the Water ump. The Superponic 16
has an alley towards the back edge of reservoir where the power cord exits as the lid
fits snuggly over it. Exit the Water ump Cord out of this hole or alley.

7. You can now add water to your system.

WARRANTY POLICY
We honor a (3) Three Year Warranty on ALL craftsmanship and most parts provided the

Troubleshooting
1.
Please reset any malfunctioning component multiple times; powering up and
down is Super Gemmy.
2.
If pump is not functioning properly, please clean out the outlets with an
appropriate tool. Many times outlets become clogged by normal use.
3.
Please make certain the light bulbs are completely screwed in.
4.
If drip emitters are not working, remove dripper and insert a pin or similar
instrument to remove any debris. If dripper remains clogged, please blow out
the segment in question with a forceful gust of air.
5.
Please check all connections on the odor sok, drip emitters, rubber tubing,
drain lines, and air stones; ensure all are securely connected.
If you have attempted troubleshooting and you are unable to get your component
to function properly:
1. Email your issue to [email protected] or call 877-476-9787 x3.
2. Please provide the following information:
-First and last name used to place original order
-Product name
-Faulty component name, as listed on the Quality Assurance Checklist
3. A Super Team representative will assist you with troubleshooting.
4. If the component is deemed irreparable, you will be asked to send the unit
with the original invoice back to :

replacement to your specified address.
6. The replacement item will be sent to you within 48 hours of our receipt of

In-Person Return Instructions
Here are the basic steps:

Call 877.476.9787 to inform one of our representatives that you will be coming
in to return your product. Bring in a copy of the invoice that arrived in the
manila envelope.
2.
Before visiting the warehouse, place the item securely in the ORIGINAL
packaging.
3.
Please DO NOT throw away the packing material that your system came in.
4.
All products MUST be returned in good condition, in original boxes, and with
paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure a full credit.
5.
Our representative will process your return and issue you a credit. Please allow
5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your billing statement.
Please note that your original shipping costs will not be refunded.
