CRATING EMITTER AND JOINERS
INTO A DISPOSABLE CRATE

1. Prepare the crate by following the UNCRATING AN EMPTY DISPOSABLE CRATE
instructions.
2. Prepare the emitter(s) and joiner(s) by following the PACKING UP EMITTERS, MOTION
DETECTOR JOINER AND TABLET HOLDER JOINER instructions.
3. Unlock the caster on the emitter.

4. Wheel the bubble-wrapped emitter into the crate with the cord side facing the back of crate
and the bulbs facing to the front of the crate.

5. Place foam pieces on the emitter.
6. Use the board with the notch to center the emitter. Slide the notched board in on the bottom
of the crate just above frame place foam in-between emitter.

7. Slide the second board just above the halo just above the frame in the middle of the crate,
secure with screws.

8. Place a foam piece on the top of the emitter between the emitter and the top of the crate.

9. Place the bubble wrapped joiner in the crate in front of the emitter resting on top of the
bottom board and secure with a band.

10. Place the accessory box in the crate below the joiner.The crate is ready to be closed up.
11. Remove the pegs from the ramp (photo far right above).
12.Lift the ramp up and slide into the front of the crate and replace ramp pegs in their original
holes.
