Uncrating emitter and joiner from disposable crate.
1. Note the NOTIP seal on the crate. If the crate has been tipped the delivery person needs to
sign the papers stating the crate was damaged then accept the crate into your possession.
Inspect the damage and call your Surfacide rep at 844-390-3538.
2. Remove four screws from the corners of the crate. They are located on the front panel of
the crate.The screws will be circled and marked “remove.”

3. Cut the band that is wrapped around the crate.
4. Remove the front panel of the crate.

5. Remove the inside panel which is the ramp.
6. Remove the two pegs on both side of the bottom of the crate.

7. Place the ramp down in front of the crate, line up the holes and replace the pegs to secure
the ramp in place.
8. Remove the accessory box.

9. Cut the band that is around the joiner.
10. Remove the joiner from the crate.

11. Remove the four screws securing the upper board and remove the board.
12.Remove screws securing the lower board and remove the board.

13.Remove all foam pieces.
14. Wheel emitter down the ramp.
This is a disposable crate designed for a single use.
Please dispose of the crate once the products have been removed.
