Before you can install your kit, you must create a
SwannOne account to register your devices. Your
SwannOne account is what you use to control and
manage your SwannOne system and services.
Go to home.swannone.com using your web
browser, and sign up for a SwannOne account.
Log in to your new SwannOne
account at home.swannone.com.
The first time you sign in, you will be
prompted to install the hub and the
camera. When you have selected
your devices, click "Install" and
follow the on-screen instructions to:
• register the hub and camera
• connect to a wireless network
• pair devices such as the key fob
smart plug, and motion sensor
• perform walk-tests to check your
devices are working correctly
• We've designed the hub to look stylish next to any decor, so feel free to move it around
once it's connected to Wi-Fi. As long as the hub is within coverage of your wireless router, it
will automatically reconnect.
• The strongest possible overall coverage for all your SwannOne devices is achieved when
the hub is placed centrally in your home. Try to keep it away from metal barriers,
microwaves and Bluetooth devices as they may potentially cause interference.
• For initial setup, it helps to be within a few feet of the hub when pairing devices.
• Using integrated audio analytics technology, the hub can detect a variety of sounds
including baby cries and gunshots. For sounds to be processed and classified correctly,
avoid placing the hub next to devices generating humming noises such as fans and PCs.
• Customize and expand your SwannOne system easily at any time. From cameras and
sensors, to power plugs and locks - you can keep adding products as your needs change.
Stay connected and manage your
SwannOne Smart Home system wherever*
you are. Receive sensor alerts, control
appliances, watch what's going on, and
much more.
