LIMITED TWO-YEAR WARRANTY (Excluding Punch Heads)
ACCO Brands USA, 4 Corporate Drive, IL 60047 warrants to the original purchaser that this
ACCO Brands product [except for the punch heads] is free from defects in workmanship and
material under normal use and service for a period of 2 years after purchase. The punch
heads are excluded from this warranty.
ACCO Brands’ obligation under this warranty is limited to replacement or repair, at ACCO
Brands’ option, of any warranted part found defective by ACCO Brands without charge for
material or labor. Any replacement, at ACCO Brands’ option, may be the same product or a
substantially similar product that may contain remanufactured or refurbished parts.
This warranty shall be void in the following circumstances: (i) if the
product has been misused, (ii) if the product has been damaged by
negligence or accident, or (iii) if the product has been altered by
anyone other than ACCO Brands or ACCO Brands’ authorized agents.

FOR CONSUMERS WHO HAVE THE BENEFIT OF CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS OR
REGULATIONS IN THEIR JURISDICTION OF PURCHASE OR, IF DIFFERENT, IN THEIR
JURISDICTION OF RESIDENCE, THE BENEFITS CONFERRED BY THIS WARRANTY ARE IN
ADDITION TO ALL RIGHTS AND REMEDIES CONVEYED BY SUCH CONSUMER PROTECTION

To the extent permitted by law, this warranty is not transferable and will automatically
terminate if the original product purchaser sells or otherwise disposes of the product.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. Other rights, which vary from jurisdiction to
jurisdiction, may exist. In addition some jurisdictions do not allow (i) the exclusion of certain
warranties, (ii) limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and/or (iii) the exclusion or
limitation of certain types of costs and/or damages, so the above limitations may not apply.

This product is only intended for 120 VAC, 60-Hertz power. Use of
other power may be dangerous.
• This product is only intended for punching holes in thin stacks of
up to 20 sheets of 20 lb. paper. Punching other materials may jam
or damage the unit and may be dangerous.
• Never force paper packs into the punching slot. Punch only as
much paper as can be inserted and removed easily.
• Do not spill liquid on the product. Do not operate the product if
it has been dropped or damaged. The product marketing label is
located on the bottom of the unit.

Gently push in the center of the top of the punch
and wait for the punch cycle to complete before
removing the paper. Maximum capacity is 20
sheets of 20 lb paper at once.

Swing open the translucent chip tray door and
empty in a trash bin. To prevent jams, empty the
chip compartment before it is full.

If the punch jams, the punch pins will retract
automatically. Wait until the punch stops and
then remove the paper.

Insert paper into the front of the punch until it is
completely inserted and lined up with the paper
stop. The three orange indicators on the front of
the punch show where the paper will be punched.

Insert adapter plug into input jack on back of
punch. Plug adapter into an electrical outlet

Squeeze tab to open battery door. Insert the
batteries as shown on the battery compartment.
Observe polarity. Load 6 AA alkaline batteries. Do
not mix old and new batteries. When punch is not
in use for extended periods, remove the batteries.
