Construcon is made of steel secon, and sheet construcon
ulising the latest manufacturing techniques throughout.
Matras terbuat dari polypropylene (dengan proses blow
molding) dengan rangka pipa baja. Dilengkapi dengan
penahan matras. Seap dasaran matras saling terhubung dan
bisa diatur posisinya untuk memfasilitasi berbagai terapi serta
kenyamanan posisi pasien.
Maress plaorm is made of polypropylene (blow molding
process) and steel secons frame with phosphate coang to
prevent any corrosion. It can arculate or change posions to
facilitate various therapeuc and convenience posions.
Panel kepala dan kaki terbuat dari polypropylene (diproses
dengan sistem blow molding), yang bisa dilepas pasang.
Dilengkapi pengunci dan bamper pada kedua ujung panel.
Head & Foot End are made of polypropylene (blow molding
process) and detachable. Bumpers is applied on the panel side
equipped with lock.
Empat buah pengaman samping terbuat dari polypropylene
dilengkapi dengan pengunci otomas. Masing-masing dapat
dilipat (buka-tutup).
Four safety side guard is made of polypropylene, equipped with
interlocking system. Each side guard can be folded (open-close).
Tiang infus terbuat dari pipa stainless steel, dan dapat di
tempatkan pada empat pilihan posisi yang berbeda.
I.V. Pole made of stainless steel, can be located in 4 dierent
posions.

PETUNJUK PEMAKAIAN / APPLICATION GUIDANCE
Pra Perakitan / Pre Assembly
1. Tempatkan Bed pada lantai yang datar, dengan suhu ruang
antara 10º C sampai 40º C.
Place the bed on a at oor in the preferred room.
2. Tempatkan bed pada ruangan dengan lantai yang datar, untuk
menghindari pergeseran atau pergerakan bed, kuncilah roda
castor dengan cara menekan pedal rem.
Place the bed on a at oor. To prevent the bed from moving,
lock the castor by pushing down the brake pedal.
Pemasangan Panel Kepala dan Kaki / Head & Foot End Panel
Set Up
1. Paskan pengunci pada panel kepala dan kaki dalam keadaan
terbuka.
Ensure the lock on the head and foot end is open.
2. Pasang panel kepala dan kaki, tepat pada dudukannya
kemudian tutup kembali penguncinya.
Pull the head & foot end lock up and hold.
3. Sedang untuk melepaskan, buka penguncinya kemudian
angkat panel kepala dan kaki.
To release, open the locking then li the head & foot end panel.
Pemasangan Kasur / Maress Set Up
Letakkan kasur di atas matras keka matras dalam keadaan
mendatar. Paskan kasur tepat tertahan oleh penahan kasur
yang terdapat pada sisi-sisi matras.
Place the maress on a at maress plaorm. Make sure that the
maress is correctly held by the maress stopper at all sides.
Pemasangan & Pengaturan Tiang Infus / I.V. Pole Set-up
Pasang ang infus pada lubang dudukan ang infus di sisi
samping bed (terdapat 4 pilihan lubang yang bisa dipakai). Atur
kenggian ang infus yang sesuai, kemudian kencangkan baut
penguncinya .
Place the I.V. Pole in the hole. There are 4 alternaves: two near
the head end, and another two near the foot end. Adjust the height
accordingly, then ghten the lock bolt.

CPR Manual / Manual CPR
Pada saat keadaan darurat sandaran punggung dapat
diturunkan secara cepat, dengan cara menarik keluar handel
CPR, yang terdapat pada kanan/kiri bagian belakang matras
back-raise.
In emergency situaon, pull the CPR handle to make the back-
raise go down fastly.
Adjustment
1. Untuk menaikkan back-raise, tekan tombol "Up Back-raise".
To raise the back-raise, press the “Up back-raise” buon.
2. Untuk menurunkan back-raise, tekan tombol "Down Back-
raise".
To lower the back-raise, press the “Down back-raise” buon.
Mengatur Posisi Sandaran Kaki / Knee-raise Adjustment
1. Untuk menaikkan knee-raise, tekan tombol "Up Knee-raise".
To raise the knee-raise, press the “Up knee-raise” buon.
2. Untuk menurunkan knee-raise, tekan tombol "Down Knee-
raise".
To lower the knee-raise, press the “Down knee-raise” buon.
Mengatur Posisi Tinggi-Rendah / Height Adjustment
1. Untuk menaikkan posisi bed tekan tombol "Up Hi–Lo".
To increase the height of the bed, press the “Up Hi-Lo” buon.
2. Untuk menurunkan posisi bed, tekan tombol "Down Hi-Lo"
To lower the height of the bed, press the “Down Hi-Lo” buon.
Mengatur Posisi Cardiac / Cardiac Posion Adjustment
1. Untuk mengatur posisi Cardiac, tekan tombol Cardiac.
To set cardiac posion, press the "Cardiac Posion".
2. Untuk mengatur posisi normal, tekan tombol CPR
To set normal posion, press the "CPR".
CPR Elektrik / Electrical CPR
Pada kondisi tertentu, dimana pasien harus segera dilakukan
ndakan, untuk meratakan posisi bed, tekan tombol CPR.

Mengatur Posisi Trendelenburg dan An-Trendelenburg /
Trendelenburg and An-Trendelenburg Adjustment.
1. Untuk mengatur posisi Trendelenburg dan An Trendelenburg,
tekan tombol trendelenburg / an-trendelenburg.
To adjust the Trendelenburg and An-Trendelenburg posion,
press the Trendenlenburg/An-trendelenburg buon.
2. Perlu anda PERHATIKAN: jika anda akan mengatur posisi
Trendelenburg / An-Trendelenburg, kenggian bed harus
berada pada posisi tengah atau nggi bukan posisi rendah.
Please note that in adjusng the Trendelenburg and An-
Trendelenburg posion, make sure that the height of the bed is in
middle or high posion, not in low posion.
3. Jika bed berada pada posisi Trendelenburg dan An-
Trendelenburg, perlu DIPERHATIKAN jangan menurunkan
kenggian bed sampai maksimal, karena hal itu akan
menyebabkan benturan antara bagian matras dengan
kerangka kaki.
If the bed lies in Trendelenburg and An-Trendelenburg posion,
make sure to not lower the height of the bed to its maximum.
This will cause an impact between maress plaorm and lower
construcon.
Perhaan: Label Duty Cycle yang tertera pada Control Box
harus diperhakan. Jika dak dipatuhi akan menyebabkan
panas berlebih dan kerusakan pada Control Box. Duty Cycle
adalah maksimum 10%. Arnya: Setelah penggunaan terus-
menerus selama 2 menit, maka harus berhen selama 18 menit.
Aenon: The duty cycle printed on the label of the control box
must always be noted. If this is exceeded, there is a risk of the
control box being overheated and damaged. The duty cycle is max
10% : max 2 minute in use followed by 18 minute not in use.
Menggunakan Pengaman Samping / Safety Side guard
1. Untuk mengangkat pengaman samping, angkat
pengaman samping sampai tegak sempurna dan
terdengar bunyi "klik " maka pengaman samping akan
mengunci dengan sendirinya.
In order to operated/close side guard, pull end of side guard
perpendicular and sound "click" its already locked self.
2. Untuk melipat kembali pengaman samping, angkat
sedikit pengaman samping, kemudian tarik handel
penguncinya, selanjutnya lepaskan pengaman samping
sampai pada posisi terlipat sepenuhnya.
To collapse the side guard, li bit side guard then pull the
locking lever handle, next released the side guard unl its side
guard down completely.

PERINGATAN / WARNING
Duty Cycle 10% :
2 menit akf terus menerus diiku - 18 menit berhen / non akf.
2 min continuous / 18 min off.

beberapa dudukan braket.
Used as a rail holder for any accessories/equipment like: Urinal bag,
Waste bag and other equipment bracket holder.

3. Paskan kabel-kabel catu daya pada posisi yang benar
(dak tertekuk/lipat, terpotong dan kerusakkan mekanis
lainnya).
Ensure the electric main cable in proper posion (no
folded, shearing or even any other mechanical detriment or
damage).
4. Kabel power supply sepanjang 3 m diukur dari tepi
atau sisi luar electric operang table, dengan kualitas
memadai untuk ketahanan mekanis, dengan penutup
atau sarana lain untuk melindungi dari air selagi proses
pembersihan.
Power supply cables 3 m measured from the plug to outside
perimeter of electric operang table, has a sucient quality
for mechanical robustness, equipped with a means to keep
it clear of any moving part or mechanism.
Umum / General
1. Tempatkan produk pada ruangan dengan lantai datar,
dan lingkungan yang bersih dan kering (dak lembab)
- dengan posisi penggunaan normal. Hindari ruangan
dengan kelembaban nggi.
Place the product on a at oor and in a clean, dry
environment - in favourable posion of normal use. Avoid
place with high humidity.
2. Menggunakan sumber listrik 100-240 Volt, makan/
cabut aliran listriknya bila produk dak sedang
digunakan.
Usage of Power supply 100-240 Volts. Pull out the power
plug when product's is not used.

5. Makan pengontrol untuk menghindari pergerakan,
mencegah akfasi yang dak dikehendaki oleh pasien
atau orang lain yang bisa menimbulkan cidera pasien,
jika terjadi pergerakan electric operang table (makan/
cabut daya) - lihat set up Remote Control.
Deacvate any operated controls used for any movement,
to prevent any unintended acvaon by the paent or other
persons which might cause injury to the paent, if any
operang table movement (plug or disconnect device) - see
Remote Control set up.
Pembersihan Rutin/Regular Cleaning
1. Usahakan pembersihan pada saat dak digunakan, atau
dak lebih dari 3 bulan sekali.
Maintain a regular cleaning (when not in use), at least once
every three (3) months.
2. Pembersihan dilakukan dengan kain lap kering atau kain
lap basah, tapi bukan dimandikan.
Cleaning should be done using a dry/damp cloth. No rinsing.
3. Diperbolehkan menggunakan deterjen ringan dengan kain
lap basah, atau cairan pembersih berbasis silikon.
A mild detergent (or silicon based detergent) on a damp clothe
is permied.
4. Bila memungkinkan pembersihan dilakukan juga pada
bagian-bagian tersembunyi yang mudah dilepas.
If possible, clean the hidden parts, which are easily
detachable.
5. Lakukan pemeriksaan menyeluruh pada saat melakukan
pembersihan run.
Perform a thorough inspecon at every regular cleaning.

Pelumasan/Lubrication
Bagian-bagian yang bergerak hendaknya diperiksa dan diberi
pelumas secara berkala seap 6 bulan.
The moveable parts (hinges and castors) should be checked
and lubricated periodically once every 6 months.
Pengencangan Baut/Bolts or screw Inspection
Periksa dan kencangkan baut-baut pengunci/mur secara
berkala untuk keamanan dalam penggunaan.
Check and ghten bolts and lever periodically for user safety.

AKTUATOR / ACTUATORS
• Aktuator harus diperiksa pada bagian dudukan, kabel,
pendorong, selongsong, dan steker. Demikian juga fungsi
aktuator tersebut.
• Untuk menjaga agar pelumas tetap ada pada bagian
pendorong, aktuator hanya boleh dicuci saat pendorong
berada di posisi dalam (tersimpan).
To ensure that the pregreased inner tube remain lubricated,
actuator must only be washed down when the piston rod is
fully retracted.
• Waktu pemeliharaan sebaiknya dilakukan kurang dari
enam bulan sekali.
Time interval to do prevenve maintenance is six months in
regular use. 9

Jangan bersandar/duduk di atas pengaman samping keka
sedang ditegakkan, karena sistem pengungkit pengunci/engsel
bisa patah bila menerima beban yang terlampau berat.
Do not lean/sit on the safety side guard when it is on the upright
posion (raised).
Untuk menghindari kerusakan yang fatal pada pengaman
samping, tarik secara penuh pengungkit penguncinya hingga
tegak dengan sempurna dan penguncinya berada pada
posisinya dengan tepat.
To avoid damage on the side guard lock, fully press the locking
lever unl the side guard stays upright perfectly and the locking pin
enters the hole.
Jangan duduk di atas matras sandaran punggung & sandaran
kaki keka sedang dalam proses digerakkan/dak dalam posisi
rata.
Do not sit on the back-raise & knee-raise secons when adjusng
the posion or when not in at posion.
Untuk menghindari / mengurangi resiko terluka karena jatuh,
posisikan tempat dur dalam posisi terendah pada saat
pasien dinggalkan/dak dalam pengawasan.
Le medical bed in its lowest posion when the paent is
unaended in order to reduce of injury due to falls.
Makan beberapa fungsi bed yang dimungkinkan bisa
menyebabkan cidera pasien, jika terjadinya pergerakan
pada bed terkait. Waspada terhadap resiko bahaya yang
mungkin dimbulkan karena kesalahan penanganan sistem
jaringan kabel listrik seper: Kabel kusut, terpotong/
terkelupas atau kerusakan mekanikal yang lain. Hindari kabel
saling berhimpitan antar komponen pada bed atau dengan
peralatan yang lain.
Please deacvate any medical bed funcon, which might cause
injury to the paent, if movement of the medical bed occurs.
Carefully on hazards by inappropriate handling of the power
supply cord, e.g. By kinking, shearing or other mechanical
damages. Avoid squeezing cables when roung those from other
equipment or between parts in medical bed.

Servis Manual ini digunakan sebagai petunjuk pemeriksaan
berkala dan atau perbaikan pada produk.
Langkah-Langkah Pelaksanaan Servis Berkala :
Sebelum melakukan pemeriksaan run, paskan teknisi
mengetahui spesikasi produk yang akan diperiksa, dapat
dilihat pada Buku Manual Produk.
Paskan dak terdapat beban pada produk yang akan
diperiksa. Pemeriksaan menyeluruh sebaiknya dilakukan
pada saat produk dak digunakan.
Berikut cara membaca Buku Servis Manual :
Komponen
Pada “Komponen” menunjukkan bagian yang harus
diperiksa.
Kriteria
Pada “Kriteria” menunjukkan pemeriksaan komponen
terkait kerusakan yang mungkin terjadi.
Qty
Angka dalam “Qty” menunjukkan jumlah komponen
terkait pada suatu produk.
Gambar
Gambar anak panah digunakan untuk mempermudah
teknisi untuk mengetahui letak komponen yang akan
diperiksa.
Periode
Periode menunjukkan tenggang waktu pemeriksaan run
yang harus dilakukan pada ap komponen.
Tindakan
Tindakan merupakan proses pengerjaan/perbaikan pada
komponen jika beberapa hal yang tertera pada kolom
aspek dak terpenuhi.
