PETUNJUK PEMAKAIAN / APPLICATION GUIDANCE
Penempatan Premium Couch / Premium Couch Posion
1. Premium Couch diletakkan dalam ruangan yang memiliki
suplai tenaga listrik AC 100-240 volt. 50/60 Hz.
Place the Premium Couch in the room with electrical power source
AC 100-240 volt. 50/60 Hz.
2. Remote control dapat ditempatkan (digantung) pada salah
satu sisi samping dasaran matras.
Remote control can be hung on the side of base maress.
3. Aturlah stabiliser kaki, sesuai posisi yang diinginkan.
Adjust the foot stabilizer according to the desired posion.
4. Castor hanya digunakan untuk memindahkan produk (couch).
Castor is only used to move the product (couch).
Mengatur Posisi Tinggi-Rendah / Hi-Lo Adjustment
1. Untuk menambah kenggian seluruh couch, tekan tombol
Up Hi-lo pada remote control.
For raising the height level of the couch, press Up Hi-Lo buon.
2. Untuk mengurangi kengggian seluruh couch, tekan tombol
Down Hi-lo pada remote control.
For decreasing the height level of the couch, press Down Hi-Lo
buon.
Mengatur Posisi Sandaran Punggung / Back-raise Adjustment
Tekan dan tahan handel pengatur sandaran punggung (A)
kemudian tekan sandaran punggung (B) ke atas atau ke bawah
sesuai posisi yang diinginkan.
Press and hold the back-raise adjuster handle (A) and then press the
back-raise (B) up or down as desired.
Mengatur Penutup Lubang Pernafasan / Breath Hole Adjustment
Tekanlah penutup lubang pernafasan ke bawah, sampai terlepas.
Untuk memasang kembali, masukan penutup lubang pernafasan
sesuai posisi lubang, kemudian tekan, sampai rata dengan
permukaan sandaran punggung.
Press the breath hole cover down, unl it is released. To reinstall,
insert the breath hole cover to the hole posion, then press, unl
ush with the back-raise surface.

Aenon: The duty cycle printed on the label of the control box must
always be noted. If this is exceeded, there is a risk of the control box
being overheated and damaged. The duty cycle is max 10% : max 2
minute in use followed by 18 minute not in use.

Perhaan: Label Duty Cycle yang tertera pada Control Box harus
diperhakan. Jika dak dipatuhi akan menyebabkan panas berlebih
dan kerusakan pada Control Box. Duty Cycle adalah maksimum 10%.
Arnya: Setelah penggunaan terus-menerus selama 2 menit, maka
harus berhen selama 18 menit.

PETUNJUK PEMELIHARAAN / MAINTENANCE GUIDANCE
Umum / General
1. Tempatkan bed pada ruangan dengan lantai datar,dan
lingkungan yang bersih dan kering (dak lembab) - dengan
posisi penggunaan normal. Hindari ruangan dengan
kelembaban nggi.
Place the bed on a at oor and in a clean, dry environment - in
favourable posion of normal use. Avoid place with high humidity
2. Menggunakan sumber listrik 100-240 Volt AC, makan/
cabut aliran listriknya bila bed dak sedang digunakan.
Usage of Power supply: 100-240 Volts AC. Pull out the power
plug when bed is not in use.

tertekuk/lipat, terpotong dan kerusakkan mekanis lainnya).

atau sisi luar bed, dengan kualitas memadai untuk ketahanan
mekanis, dengan penutup atau sarana lain untuk melindungi
dari air selagi proses pembersihan, dilengkapi dengan sarana
yang mampu melindungi/membebaskan dari pergerakan
komponen atau mekanisme yang ada manakala bed tersebut
sedang digunakan, dipindahkan, atau keka dak sedang
digunakan untuk menghindari terjadinya kerusakan,
selayaknya dilindungi dari kontak dengan komponen-
komponen lain atau dengan pergerakan komponen-komponen
atau dari gesekan dengan sudut/ujung komponen yang tajam
pada bed tersebut.
Power supply shall be a minimum 2.5 m measured from the
plug to outside perimeter of bed, has a sucient quality for
mechanical robustness, has a moulded-on plug or other means to
with stand the ingress of water during cleaning process, equipped
with a means to keep it clear of any moving part or mechanism,
when bed is in use, transport or not in use to avoid any damage,
adequately protected against damages from contact with moving
part(s) or from fricon at sharp corners and edges within the bed.
5. Makan pengontrol untuk menghindari pergerakan, mencegah
akfasi yang dak dikehendaki oleh pasien atau orang lain
yang bisa menimbulkan cidera pasien, jika terjadi pergerakan
bed (makan/cabut daya) - lihat set up Nurse Control.
Deacvate any foot operated controls used for any medical
bed movement, to prevent any unintended acvaon by the
paent or other persons which might cause injury to the paent,
if movement of the medical bed occurs (plug act as disconnect
device) - see Nurse Control set up.

Pembersihan Rutin / Regularly Cleaning
1. Lakukan pembersihan berkala,minimal 3 bulan sekali. Ini
dilakukan bila bed dak sedang dipakai.
Maintain a regular cleaning (when not in use), at least once
every three (3) months.
2. Pembersihan dilakukan dengan media dan/atau disinfektan
dengan proses:
- Pembersihan hendaknya dilakukan dengan kain kering/
basah. Gunakan pembersih yang khusus.
- Gunakan pelarut ringan atau pembersih yang berbasis
silikon.
Specied equipment and/or disinfecon for cleaning process:
- Cleaning should be done using a dry/damp cloth. Clear
rinsing soluon.
- A neutral solvent (or silicon based detergent) on a damp
cloth is permied
3. Pembersihan juga dilakukan pada bagian-bagian yang
tersembunyi, bisa dilepas/terbuka secara menyeluruh.
Clean the hidden, detached/opened parts thoroughly.
4. Lakukan pemeriksaan secara visual dan menyeluruh pada
saat melakukan pembersihan berkala.
Perform a visual inspecon at every regular cleaning.
Pelumasan / Lubrication
Berikan pelumas secara berkala seap 6 bulan sekali, pada
bagian-bagian yang bergerak, seper : engsel dan castor.
The moveable parts (hinges and castors) should be checked and
lubricated periodically once every 6 months.
Pengencangan / Tightening
Hindari adanya elemen bed yang longar, patah, atau
resiko bahaya serta deformasi, lakukan pengecekan dan
pengencangan baut-baut pengunci/mur.
Check and ght the bolts and nuts regularly for safety in used.

PEMELIHARAAN ELEKTRIKAL / ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE
UMUM / GENERAL
– Sistem elektrik produk harus dibersihkan run untuk
menghilangkan debu dan kotoran, dan dilakukan pemeriksaan
atas kerusakan mekanis, pemakaian, atau benturan.
Electric System Product must be cleaned at regular intervals
to remove dust and dirt and inspected for mechanical damage,
wear and breaks.
– Semua komponen elektrik adalah produk tertutup, dimana
dak diperlukan pemeriksaan internal.
All Electric Components are closed units and required no internal
maintenance.
AKTUATOR / ACTUATORS
– Aktuator harus diperiksa pada bagian dudukan, kabel, pendorong,
selongsong, dan steker. Demikian juga fungsi aktuator tersebut.
Actuator must be inspected at aachment points, wires, piston
rod, cabinet, and plugs, as well as checking that the actuator
funcon properly.
– Untuk menjaga supaya pelumas tetap ada di bagian pendorong,
aktuator hanya boleh dicuci saat pendorong berada di posisi
dalam (tersimpan).
To ensure that the pregreased inner tube remain lubricated the
actuator must only be washed down when the piston rod is fully
retracted.
– Waktu pemeliharaan sebaiknya dilakukan kurang dari enam bulan
sekali.
Time interval to do prevenve maintenance is six months in
regular use.

– Elektronik harus dilakukan pemeriksaan pada bagian dudukan,
kabel, selongsong, dan steker.
Electronics must be inspected at aachment points, wires, plugs

juga kesesuaian fungsinya.

Untuk menghindari / mengurangi resiko terluka karena jatuh,
posisikan tempat dur dalam posisi terendah pada saat pasien
dinggalkan/dak dalam pengawasan.

unaended in order to reduce of injury due to falls
Makan beberapa fungsi produk yang dimungkinkan bisa
menyebabkan cidera pasien, jika terjadinya pergerakan pada
produk terkait.
Please deacvate any medical bed funcon, which might cause
injury to the paent, if movement of the medical bed occurs.
Waspada terhadap resiko bahaya yang mungkin dimbulkan
karena kesalahan penanganan sistem jaringan kabel listrik
seper: Kabel kusut, terpotong/terkelupas atau kerusakan
mekanikal yang lain. Hindari kabel saling berhimpitan antar
komponen pada produk atau dengan peralatan yang lain.
Carefully on hazards by inappropriate handling of the power
supply cord, e.g. By kinking, shearing or other mechanical
damages. Avoid squeezing cables when roung those from other
equipment or between parts in medical bed.
Disarankan produk hanya diangkat dengan pengangkat khusus,
