STEP # 1-2
STEP #1
Attach the (1) front leg to the base using (2) 5 1/6” x 3” bolts, (2) 3/8” nut spacers, and (2) 5/16” lock nuts.
(See Diagram A) NOTE: Direction of cross member on legs
STEP #2
Attach the (2) wheels to the base using (2) 1/2” x 3 1/2” bolts, (2) 1/2” washers and (2) 1/2” lock nuts.
NOTE: The washer is placed in between the wheel and the base.

Attach the (1) back leg and (2) extra length to the base using (2) 5 1/6” x 3” bolts, (2) 5/16” x 4” bolts (2) 3/8” nut
spacers, and (4) 5/16” lock nuts.

STEP # 3-10 (NOTE: #750 STAND PICTURED)
STEP #4
Attach the (2) deck legs to the back of the deck using (2) 5/16” x 1 1/2” bolts, and (2) 5/16” lock nuts. (See Diagram C)
STEP #3
Attach the deck to the (2) legs using (4) 5/16” x 2” bolts, (4) 5/16” washers, and (4) 5/16” lock nuts. (see Diagram B)
NOTE: You will use the second hole from the back of the deck for the back legs.

Attach the eye bolt to the deck using a 3/8” nut. (See Diagram D)
STEP #6
Slide the neck sleeve into the deck and tighten star knob. (See Diagram D)
STEP #7
Slide the neck reach into the neck sleeve and tighten star knob.
STEP #8
Assemble the chain kit to the head piece using the enclosed instructions, and then slide the head piece into the neck
reach and tighten star knob.

STEP #9
Attach the winch to the z-brace using (2) 3/8” x 1” bolts and (2) 3/8” lock nuts. (See Diagram E)
Slide the z-brace onto the base and secure with the long star knob (See Diagram F)
STEP #10
Attach the snap hook from the winch to the eye bolt. (See Diagram F)
